2Recent progress of composite solid polymer electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium metal batteries显示文摘In comparison with lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)with liquid electrolytes,all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)have been considered as promising systems for future energy storage due to their safety and high energy density.As the pivotal component used in ASSLBs,composite solid polymer electrolytes(CSPEs),derived from the incorporation of inorganic fillers into solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs),exhibit higher ionic conductivity,better mechanical strength,and superior thermal/electrochemical stability compared to the single-component SPEs,which can significantly promote the electrochemical performance of ASSLBs.Herein,the recent advances of CSPEs applied in ASSLBs are presented.The effects of the category,morphology and concentration of inorganic fillers on the ionic conductivity,mechanical strength,electrochemical window,interfacial stability and possible Li+transfer mechanism of CSPEs will be systematically discussed.Finally,the challenges and perspectives are proposed for the future development of high-performance CSPEs and ASSLBs.Qingjiang Yu Kecheng Jiang Cuiling Yu Xianjin Chen Chuanjian Zhang Yi Yao Bin Jiang Huijin Long 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,9:4

5Vibrational characteristics of rotating soft cylinders显示文摘Rotating structural components are omnipresent in engineering structures and natural world. This work investigates the effects of the centrifugal and Coriolis forces on the free vibrational characteristics of soft cylinders rotating with respect to the axis of symmetry based on the nonlinear elasticity and linear incremental theories. The formulations indicate that the biasing deformation, instantaneous elastic moduli, and incremental equations of motion strongly depend on the rotating speed. The characteristic equation for the natural frequency is derived using the state-space method and approximate laminate technique.The numerical examples included in this work demonstrate that the centrifugal and Coriolis forces might have significant effects on the vibrational characteristics of the cylinder. 7Clinical Pathologic Study on Effect of Qianggan Capsule (强肝胶囊) in Treating Patients of Chronic Hepatitis B with Liver Cirrhosis显示文摘Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Qianggan Capsule (QGC) in treating chronic hepatitis B with liver fibrosis from the pathological aspect. Methods: Sixty three patients of chronic hepatitis B with liver fibrosis were randomly divided into the treated group (n=45) and the control group (n=18). Both groups were treated with general liver protective drugs, such as Glucurone and vitamins B complex for 6 months. To the treated group, QGC was used additionally. The levels of serum alanine transaminase and liver fibrosis indexes including hyaluronic acid (HA), collagen type Ⅳ (C Ⅳ) and laminin (LN) as well as the pathological examination of liver biopsy were observed before and after treatment. Results: The liver cirrhosis indexes, HA, C Ⅳ and LN, were improved significantly in the treated group after treatment, P <0.05. The liver function improvement rate in the treated group and the control group was 90.3% and 66.7% respectively, comparison of the two groups showed insignificant difference, P >0.05. Pathological examination showed that the effective rate of treatment on liver inflammatory necrosis activity grade in the treated group was 57.8% and that on liver fibrosis stage was 75.6%, which were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment ( P <0.05 and P <0.01), while in the control group, no significant improvement was found after treatment ( P >0.05). 17Motor network reorganization in stroke patients with dyskinesias during a shoulder-touching task:A fNIRS study显示文摘Hemiplegia after stroke has become a major cause of the world's high disabilities,and it is vital to enhance our understanding of post-stroke neuroplasticity to develop e±cient rehabilitation programs.This study aimed to explore the brain activation and network reorganization of the motor cortex(MC)with functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS).The MC hemodynamic signals were gained from 22 stroke patients and 14 healthy subjects during a shoulder-touching task with the right hand.The MC activation pattern and network attributes analyzed with the graph theory were compared between the two groups.The results revealed that healthy controls presented dominant activation in the left MC while stroke patients exhibited dominant activation in the bilateral hemispheres MC.The MC networks for the two groups had small-world properties.Compared with healthy controls,patients had higher transitivity and lower global e±ciency(GE),mean connectivity,and long connections(LCs)in the left MC.In addition,both MC activation and network attributes were correlated with patient's upper limb motor function.The results showed the stronger compensation of the unaffected motor area,the better recovery of the upper limb motor function for patients.Moreover,the MC network possessed high clustering and relatively sparse inter-regional connections during recovery for patients.Our results promote the understanding of MC reorganization during recovery and indicate that MC activation and network could provide clinical assessment signi¯cance in stroke patients.Given the advantages of fNIRS,it shows great application potential in the assessment and rehabilitation of motor function after stroke.Yizheng Zhang Dan Wang Dongyang Wang Kecheng Yan Li Yi Shuoshu Lin Guangjian Shao Zhiyong Shao Jinyan Sun Aoran Yang 2023Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2023,16,6:1

19Microwave heating as a universal method to transform confined molecules into armchair graphene nanoribbons显示文摘Armchair graphene nanoribbons(AGNRs)with sub-nanometer width are potential materials for the fabrication of novel nanodevices thanks to their moderate direct band gaps.AGNRs are usually synthesized by polymerizing precursor molecules on substrate surface.However,it is time-consuming and not suitable for large-scale production.AGNRs can also be grown by transforming precursor molecules inside single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)via furnace annealing,but the obtained AGNRs are normally twisted.In this work,microwave heating is applied for transforming precursor molecules into AGNRs.The fast heating process allows synthesizing the AGNRs in seconds.Several different molecules were successfully transformed into AGNRs,suggesting that it is a universal method.More importantly,as demonstrated by Raman spectroscopy,aberrationcorrected high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and theoretical calculations,less twisted AGNRs are synthesized by the microwave heating than the furnace annealing.Our results reveal a route for rapid production of AGNRs in large scale,which would benefit future applications in novel AGNRs-based semiconductor devices.Haoyuan Zhang Yingzhi Chen Kunpeng Tang Ziheng Lin Xuan Li Hongwei Zhang Yifan Zhang Chi Ho Wong Chi Wah Leung Chee Leung Mak Yuan Hu Weili Cui Kecheng Cao Lei Shi 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
20Carbon nanotube-dependent synthesis of armchair graphene nanoribbons显示文摘Sub-nanometer armchair graphene nanoribbons(GNRs)with moderate band gap have great potential towards novel nanodevices.GNRs can be synthesized in the confined tubular space of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs),in which precursor molecules have been specifically designed to form the GNRs with certain width and edge.However,it is still unexplored how the diameter and metallicity of SWCNTs influence the synthesis of the GNRs.Herein,we applied a series of SWCNTs with different average diameters to study the diameter-dependent synthesis of GNRs.By using Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy,we found that the width of the GNRs can be tailored by the diameter of the SWCNTs.Especially,the SWCNTs with average diameter of 1.3 nm produced 6 and 7 armchair GNRs with the highest yield,which can be well explained by considering the width of the GNRs and van der Waals radius of hydrogen and carbon atoms.In addition,semiconducting and metallic SWCNTs produced GNRs with different yields,which could attribute to different diameter distributions and density of defects.These results enable the possibility of a high-yield production of certain armchair graphene nanoribbons in large scale,which would benefit future applications as semiconductor with sub-nanometer in width.Yifan Zhang Kecheng Cao Takeshi Saito Hiromichi Kataura Hans Kuzmany Thomas Pichler Ute Kaiser Guowei Yang Lei Shi 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:0
