2Dye-Enhanced Self-Electrophoretic Propulsion of Light-Driven TiO_2–Au Janus Micromotors显示文摘Light-driven synthetic micro-/nanomotors have attracted considerable attention in recent years due to their unique performances and potential applications. We herein demonstrate the dye-enhanced self-electrophoretic propulsion of light-driven Ti O_2–Au Janus micromotors in aqueous dye solutions. Compared to the velocities of these micromotors in pure water, 1.7, 1.5, and 1.4 times accelerated motions were observed for them in aqueous solutions of methyl blue(10-5g L^(-1)), cresol red(10^(-4)g L^(-1)),and methyl orange(10^(-4)g L^(-1)), respectively. We determined that the micromotor speed changes depending on thetype of dyes, due to variations in their photodegradation rates. In addition, following the deposition of a paramagnetic Ni layer between the Au and Ti O_2 layers, the micromotor can be precisely navigated under an external magnetic field. 3Mechanical model of vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque rupture显示文摘Rupture of atherosclerotic plaque is the main trigger of acute cardiovascular events, but the mechanism of plaque rupture is still unknown. We have constructed a model describing the motion of the fibrous cap of the plaque using the theory of elastic mechanics and studied the stability of the plaque theoretically. It has shown that plaque rupture is the result of a dynamic interplay between factors intrinsic to the plaque itself and extrinsic factors. We have proposed a new mechanism of plaque rupture, given a new explanation about the nonlinear dynamic progress of atherosclerosis and suggested a method to identify the vulnerable plaques to manage atherosclerosis.SU Haijun1, ZHANG Mei2 & ZHANG Yun2 1. 9IMPACT OF CHINESE GUIDELINES FOR MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION ON OUTCOMES OF HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS显示文摘Background The first Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and management of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were issued by the Cardiovascular Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the Editorial Board of the Chinese Journal of Cardiology, and the Editorial Board of the Chinese Circulation Journal in December 2001. However, it is still unclear whether these guidelines have produced a major impact on clinical practice and patient outcomes. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of these guidelines on the management and prognosis of Chinese patients with AMI. Methods A retrospective study was carried out in patients with AMI who were admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 1994 to December 2004. Patients were divided into two groups: group A included patients admitted from January 1994 to December 2001, and group B comprised those admitted from January 2002 to December 2004. Therapeutic approaches and the occurrence rate of angina pectoris, reinfarction, heart failure and death during hospitalization were compared between two groups. Results A total of 1783 patients including 1208 cases in group A and 575 cases in group B were enrolled in this study. No significant difference was found in baseline characteristics between group A and group B patients (all P>0.05). There were more patients undergoing reperfusion therapy within the first 24 hours after symptom onset in group B than in group A(35.8% vs 21.7%, P<0.001). Administration of β-blockers, angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs), angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs), statins, and heparins were more commonly seen in group B than in group A (P< 0.001). There were no significant differences in the use of nitrates or antiplatelet drugs between groups A and B (98.8% vs. 97.9%, P=0.172, and 97.4% vs 98.6%, P=0.113, respectively). In-hospital angina pectoris , heart failure and death were all lower in group B than in group A(32.2% vs 41.2%,P<0.001; 17.2% vs 26.2%,P<0.001; and 6.4% vs 9.4%, P=0.038, respectively). There was no significant difference in the rate of reinfarction between group A and B patients (2.2% vs 1.7%,P=0.492). 11Functional copolymer binder for nickel-rich cathode with exceptional cycling stability at high temperature through coordination interaction显示文摘Nickel-rich layered oxide LiNi_(1-x-y)Co_(x)Al_yO_(2)(NCA) with high theoretical capacity is a promising cathode material for the next-generation high-energy batteries.However,it undergoes a rapid capacity fading when operating at high temperature due to the accelerated cathode/electrolyte interfacial reactions and adhesive efficacy loss of conventional polyvinylideneffuoride(PVdF) binder.Herein,poly(acrylonitrile-co-methyl acrylate) copolymer is designed with electron-rich-C≡N groups as a novel binder for LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Al_(0.1)O_(2) cathode at high temperature.The electron-rich-C≡N groups are able to coordinate with the active Ni^(3+) on the surface of NCA,alleviating electrolyte decomposition and cathode structure degradation.Moreover,the strong adhesive ability is conducive to maintain integrity of electrodes upon cycling at 55℃.In consequence,the NCA electrodes with this functional binder display improved cycling stability(81.5% capacity retention after 100 cycles) and rate performance at 55℃.Mihan Jin Bing Li Linlin Hu Peiyu Zhao Qilu Zhang Jiangxuan Song 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,9:1

16A step‐growth strategy to grow vertical porous aromatic framework nanosheets on graphene oxide:Hybrid material‐confined Co for ammonia borane methanolysis显示文摘The rational synthesis of a two-dimensional(2D)porous aromatic framework(PAF)with a controllable growth direction remains a challenge to overcome the limitation of traditional stacked 2D materials.Herein,a step-growth strategy is developed to fabricate a vertically oriented nitrogen-rich porous aromatic framework on graphene oxide(V-PAF-GO)using monolayer benzidine-functionalized GO(BZ-GO)as a molecular pillar.Then,the confined Co nanoparticle(NP)catalysts are synthesized by encapsulating ultra-small Co into the slit pores of V-PAF-GO.Due to the high nitrogen content,large specific surface area,and adequate slit pores,the optimized vertical nanocomposites V-PAF-GO provide abundant anchoring sites for metal NPs,leading to ultrafine Co NPs(1.4 nm).The resultant Co/V-PAF-GO catalyst shows an extraordinary catalytic activity for ammonia borane(AB)methanolysis,yielding a turnover frequency value of 47.6 min−1 at 25°C,comparable to the most effective non-noble-metal catalysts ever reported for AB methanolysis.Experimental and density functional theory studies demonstrate that the electron-donating effect of N species of PAF positively corresponds to the low barrier in methanol molecule activation,and the cleavage of the O–H bond in CH3OH has been proven to be the rate-determining step for AB methanolysis.This work presents a versatile step-growth strategy to prepare a vertically oriented PAF on GO to solve the stacking problem of 2D materials,which will be used to fabricate other novel 2D or 2D–2D materials with controllable orientation for various applications.Xiugang Li Qilu Yao Rongwei Shi Minsong Huang Zhang‐Hui Lu 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,10:0
