| 2 | A Review on Graphene-Based Gas/Vapor Sensors with Unique Properties and Potential Applications显示文摘Graphene-based gas/vapor sensors have attracted much attention in recent years due to their variety of structures, unique sensing performances, room-temperature working conditions, and tremendous application prospects, etc.Herein, we summarize recent advantages in graphene preparation, sensor construction, and sensing properties of various graphene-based gas/vapor sensors, such as NH_3, NO_2, H_2, CO, SO_2, H_2S, as well as vapor of volatile organic compounds.The detection mechanisms pertaining to various gases are also discussed. In conclusion part, some existing problems which may hinder the sensor applications are presented. | 3 | Fluid Inclusion and H-O Isotope Geochemistry of the Phapon Gold Deposit, NW Laos: Implications for Fluid Source and Ore Genesis显示文摘The Phapon gold deposit, located in northern Laos, is a unique large-scale gold deposit in Luang Prabang-Loei metallogenic belt. It is hosted in the Lower Permian limestone and controlled by a NE-trending ductile-brittle fault system. There are three types of primary ore including auriferous calcite vein type, disseminated type, and breccia type, and the first two are important in the Phapon gold deposit. Based on fluid inclusion petrography and microthermometry, three types of primary fluid inclusions including type 1 liquid-rich aqueous, type 2 vapor-rich aqueous and type 3 daughter mineralbearing aqueous were identified in hydrothermal calcite grains. The ore-forming fluids are normally homogeneous, as indicated by the widespread type 1 inclusions with identical composition. The coexistence of type 1 and type 2 inclusions, showing similar final homogenization temperature but different compositions, indicate that fluid immiscibility did locally take place in both two types of ores. The results of microthermometry and H-O isotopes geochemistry indicate that there are little differences on ore-fluid geochemistry between the auriferous calcite vein-type and disseminated type ores. The oreforming fluids are characterized by medium-low temperatures(157–268 oC) and low salinity(1.6 wt.%–9.9 wt.% NaCl eq.). It is likely to have a metamorphic-dominant mixed source, which could be associated with dehydration and decarbonisation of Lower Permian limestone and Middle–Upper Triassic sandstones during the dynamic metamorphism. The fluid-wallrock interaction played a major role, and the locally occurred fluid-immiscible processes played a subordinate role in gold precipitation. Firstly, the timevarying fault-tolerant formation tracking process for the multiple cruise missile system is divided into the guidance loop and the control loop. Then protocols are constructed to accomplish distributed fault-tolerant formation tracking in the guidance loop with the adaptive updating mechanism, in the condition where neither the knowledge about actuator malfunctions nor any global information of the communication topology remains available. Moreover, sufficient conditions to accomplish formation tracking are presented, and it is shown that the multiple cruise missile system can carry on the predefined time-varying fault-tolerant control (FTC) formation tracking through the active disturbances rejection controller (ADRC) and the proportion integration (PI) controller by the way of the fault-tolerant protocol utilizing the designed strategies, in the event of actuator failures. | 6 | De novo assembly of chloroplast genomes of Corchorus capsularis and C.olitorius yields species-specific InDel markers显示文摘Jute(Corchorus spp.)is a member of the Malvaceae family,which comprises more than 100 species.The systematic positions of jute species have remained unsettled.Chloroplasts are maternally inherited and their genomes are widely used for plant phylogenetic studies.In the present study,the chloroplast genomes of Corchorus capsularis and C.olitorius were assembled,with sizes of respectively 161,088 and 161,766 bp.Both genomes contained 112 unique genes(78 protein-coding,four rRNA,and 30 tRNA genes).Four regionswith high variation between the two species were located in single-copy rather than inverted-repeat regions.A total of 66 simple sequence repeats(SSRs)were identified in the C.capsularis chloroplast genome and 56 in that of C.olitorius.Comparison of the two chloroplast genome sequences permitted the evaluation of nucleotide variation including 2417 single-nucleotide polymorphisms sites and 294 insertion or deletion sites,of which one marker(cpInDel 205)could discriminate the two jute species.Comparison of the C.capsularis and C.olitorius chloroplast genomeswith those of other species in theMalvaceae revealed breakpoints in the accD locus,which is involved in fatty acid synthesis,in C.capsularis and C.olitorius.This finding suggests that genes from the chloroplast genomemight have been transferred to the nuclear genome in some Corchorus species.This hypothesis was supported by synteny analysis of the accD region among the nuclear,chloroplast,and mitochondrial genomes.To our knowledge,this is the first report of the assembled chloroplast genome sequences of C.capsularis and C.olitorius.C.capsularis and C.olitorius are closely related to Gossypium species and there are abundant microstructure variations between these two genera.These results will expand our understanding of the systematics of species in the Malvaceae. | Shusheng Fang Liemei Zhang Jianmin Qi Liwu Zhang | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,1: | 5 |
| 7 | Mid-Cretaceous Hothouse Climate and the Expansion of Early Angiosperms显示文摘The remarkable transition of early angiosperms from a small to a dominant group characterized the terrestrial ecosystem of the Cretaceous. This transition was instigated and promoted by environmental changes. Mid-Cretaceous is characterized by major geological events that affected the global environment. δ^(18)O, palaeothermometer TEX86, and other climatic indices from marine sediments suggest rapid temperature increase during mid-Cretaceous despite occasional short cooling events. Simultaneously, terrestrial deposits in East Asia changed from coal-bearing to shale, then to red beds and evaporites. Plant assemblages and other paleoclimate indicators point to rapid aridification for midCretaceous terrestrial environments. In addition, the wildfires were frequently spread all over the earth by the numerous charcoal evidence during the Mid-Cretaceous. Thus, we speculate that the seasonally dry and hot conditions of mid-Cretaceous created a fiery hothouse world. Early angiosperms increased in abundance and diversity and evolved from a few aquatic species to terrestrial herbaceous and then to the diversified flora of today. Angiosperms showed rapid physiological evolution in vein density and leaf area that improved photosynthesis and water absorption. These ecophysiological changes made early angiosperms well adapted to the hot and dry environment in mid-Cretaceous. | 8 | A matching algorithm between precursory 3D process model and 2D working procedure drawing based on subgraph isomorphism显示文摘To meet the urgent requirement of enterprises for three-dimensional (3D) process models, an approach based on subgraph isomorphism is proposed to solve the matching problem between precursory 3D process model and 2D working procedure drawings. First, the projection drawings of the precursory 3D process model are obtained, then the primitives are extracted and the attributed adjacency graph (AAG) is constructed. Finally, by taking the 2D working procedure drawing as the AAG, and the projection drawing as the whole AAG, the matching problem between precursory 3D process model and 2D working procedure drawings is translated into the problem of subgraph isomorphism. To raise the matching efficiency, the AAG is partitioned, and the vertexes of the graph are classified effectively using the vertex’s attributes. | 10 | Tenofovir vs.entecavir on recurrence of hepatitis B virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma beyond Milan criteria after hepatectomy显示文摘Background:Hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)beyond the Milan criteria is shown to be beneficial.However,a high rate of post-operative HCC recurrence hinders the long-term survival of the patients.This study aimed to investigate and compare the impacts of tenofovir(TDF)and entecavir(ETV)on the recurrence of hepatitis B viral(HBV)-related HCC beyond the Milan criteria.Methods:Data pertaining to 1532 patients who underwent hepatectomy and received antiviral therapy between January 2014 and January 2019 were collected from five centers.Recurrence-free survival(RFS)analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier method.Cox proportional hazards regression analysis was performed to determine prognostic factors for HCC recurrence.Results:The analysis incorporates 595 HBV-related HCC patients.The overall 5-year RFS was 21.3%.Among them,533 and 62 patients received ETV and TDF treatment,respectively.The 1-,3-,and 5-year RFS rates were 46.3%,27.4%,and 19.6%,respectively,in the ETV group compared with 65.1%,41.8%,and 37.2%,respectively,in the TDF group(P<0.001).Multivariate analysis showed that TDF treatment(hazard ratio[HR]:0.604,P=0.005),cirrhosis(HR:1.557,P=0.004),tumor size(HR:1.037,P=0.008),microvascular invasion(MVI)(HR:1.403,P=0.002),portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT)(HR:1.358,P=0.012),capsular invasion(HR:1.228,P=0.040),and creatinine levels(CREA)(HR:0.993,P=0.031)were statistically significant prognostic factors associated with RFS.Conclusions:Patients with HCC beyond the Milan criteria exhibited a high rate of HCC recurrence after hepatectomy.Compared to the ETV therapy,TDF administration significantly lowered the risk of HCC recurrence. | Junyi Shen Weili Qi Junlong Dai Shusheng Leng Kangyi Jiang Yu Zhang Shun Ran Chuan Li Tianfu Wen | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3: | 3 |

| 13 | Geology, Geochronology, and Hf Isotopic Composition of the Pha Lek Fe Deposit, Northern Laos: Implications for Early Permian Subduction-Related Skarn Fe Mineralization in the Truong Son Belt显示文摘The Truong Son metallogenic belt in central Laos and Vietnam is an important Fe-Cu-Sn-Au polymetallic ore district. The Pha Lek Fe deposit is closely related to Late Carboniferous– Early Permian I-type granitic magmatism, and contains >50 Mt @ 45% to 50% of Fe ore. Ore minerals occur mainly as magnetite and hematite in the skarn alteration zone between a granitic pluton and metamorphosed Middle–Upper Devonian carbonates. The granitic pluton comprises granodiorite and granite, with zircon U-Pb dating indicating synchronous emplacement at 288.2±1.3 and 284.9±1.2 Ma, respectively. Zircons from these granitoids have ε_(Hf)(t) values of 2.9–11.2 and relatively young TDM2 ages(<1.0 Ga), indicating an origin by partial melting of depleted mafic crust or magma mixing. Previous studies have shown that these granitoids have high Y, Yb, and K_2O contents, and low Sr and Na_2O contents, which are interpreted as the melting of mafic continental crust. Pyrite of the main mineralization stage yields an ^(187)Re/^(188)Os-^(187)Os/^(188)Os isochron age of 287±17 Ma, indicating that mineralization is associated with Pha Lek granitic magmatism. A Late Carboniferous–Early Permian subduction-related skarn-type Fe mineralization model is proposed for the Pha Lek deposit. | 18 | Colonization of endophyte Acremonium sp. D212 in Panax notoginseng and rice mediated by auxin and jasmonic acid显示文摘Endophytic fungi can be beneficial to plant growth. However, the molecular mechanisms under-lying colonization of Acremonium spp. remain unclear. In this study, a novel endophytic Acremonium strain was isolated from the buds of Panax notoginseng and named Acremonium sp. D212. The Acremonium sp. D212 could colonize the roots of P. notoginseng, enhance the resistance of P. notoginseng to root rot disease, and promote root growth and saponin bio-synthesis in P. notoginseng. Acremonium sp. D212 could secrete indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and jasmonic acid (JA), and inoculation with the fungus increased the endogenous levels of IAA and JA in P. noto-ginseng. Colonization of the Acremonium sp. D212 in the roots of the rice line Nipponbare was dependent on the concentration of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) (2–15μmol/L) and 1-naphthalenacetic acid (NAA) (10–20μmol/L). Moreover, the roots of the JA signaling-defective coi1-18 mutant were colonized by Acremonium sp. D212 to a lesser degree than those of the wild-type Nipponbare and miR393b-overexpressing lines, and the colonization was res-cued by MeJA but not by NAA. It suggests that the cross-talk between JA signaling and the auxin biosynthetic pathway plays a crucial role in the colonization of Acremonium sp. | 20 | EFFECTS OF MOLECULAR WEIGHT ON THERMAL RESPONSIVE PROPERTY OF PEGYLATED POLY-L-GLUTAMATES显示文摘We investigated the ring opening polymerization (ROP) of di- and tri-ethylene glycol monomethyl ether functionalized L-glutamate N-carboxyanhydrides (NCAs) using hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) as primary initiator and 1,5,7-triazabicyclo-[4.4.0]dec-5-ene (TBD) as co-initiator. The binary initiator system afforded a living ROP for these pegylated NCAs, and a series of homopolypeptides with controlled molecular weight (MW) and low polydispersity were obtained. We then systematically studied the helical content and clouding point (CP) dependence on polypeptide MW using circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy and turbidity measurements, respectively. We found that the helical content of both homopolypeptides increased with MW, but the triethylene glycol functionalized poly-L-glutamate (poly-L-EG3Glu) intended to form more stable α-helical structure than diethylene glycol functionalized counterpart (poly-L-EG2Glu) at similar MW. Accordingly, the CP of poly-L-EG2 Glu with known end group has strong dependence on its helical content, which is essentially determined by MW.
