| 1 | Brazing of WC–8Co cemented carbide to steel using Cu–Ni–Al alloys as filler metal: Microstructures and joint mechanical behavior显示文摘Three novel Cu–Ni–Al brazing filler alloys with Cu/Ni weight ratio of 4:1 and 2.5–10 wt% Al were developed and characterized, and the wetting of three Cu–Ni–Al alloys on WC–8 Co cemented carbide were investigated at 1190–1210?C by the sessile drop technique. Vacuum brazing of the WC–8 Co cemented carbide to SAE1045 steel using the three Cu–Ni–Al alloys as filler metal was further carried out based on the wetting test results. The interfacial interactions and joint mechanical behaviors involving microhardness, shear strength and fracture were analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show that all the three wetting systems present excellent wettability with final contact angles of less than 5?and fast spreading. An obvious degeneration layer with continuous thin strip forms in the cemented carbide adjacent to the Cu–Ni–Al/WC–8 Co interface. The variation of microhardness in the joint cross-section is closely related to the interactions(such as diffusion and solid solution) of WC–8 Co/Cu–Ni–Al/steel system. Compared with the other two brazed joints, the WC–8 Co/Cu–19 Ni–5 Al/steel brazed joint presents more reliable interlayer microstructure and mechanical property while brazing at the corresponding wetting temperatures for 5 min, and its average shear strength is over 200 MPa after further optimizing the brazing temperature and holding time. | 2 | Association between tea consumption and cognitive function in cognitively healthy older adults and older adults with mild cognitive impairment显示文摘Background Prospective studies suggest that tea consumption may decrease the risk for cognitive impairment in late life.However,little research has examined the association between tea consumption and cognitive performance across multiple domains.In addition,no research has examined the benefit of tea consumption on cognitive performance among older adults with existing impairment.Aims The current study examined the association between tea consumption and performance on tasks of global cognitive function,episodic memory and executive function in cognitively healthy(CH)older adults and older adults with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods The analytical sample included 1849 community-dwelling older adults from the Shanghai Brain Aging Study(65.6%female,mean age of 69.50(8.02)years).Following ascertainment of cognitive function,816 were categorised as MCI.In addition to completion of a demographics questionnaire,participants reported their tea consumption and completed a battery of tests to measure global cognitive function,episodic memory and working memory.Results Independent analyses of covariance revealed a significant association between tea consumption and measures of episodic memory;however,these associations were restricted to CH older adults but not older adults with MCI.Tea consumption was not associated with working memory performance.Conclusions The current study suggests that the benefit of tea consumption is restricted to cognitively healthy older adults and does not extend to older adults with MCI. | Hua Xu Alexandra J Fiocco Xiaohua Liu Tao Wang Guanjun Li Shifu Xiao the research group of Shanghai Brain Aging Study | 2021 | General Psychiatry2021,34,4: | 2 |
| 3 | Mechanism on improved surface flashover performances in vacuum of epoxy resin using fluorocarbon plasma treatment显示文摘To improve the insulation,strength of materials is a permanent topic in the fields of high voltage and insulation,and surface insulation is one of the difficulties.Research shows that the surface fluorination by a non-equilibrium plasma is a promising method to enhance the surface flashover characteristics of insulating materials.However,the de-terminants of flashover characteristics are so many that the mechanism is not well known.This paper aims to find out the reasons for the surface insulation improvement and optimise the plasma process parameters.The epoxy resin surfaces are modified by a fluorocarbon plasma,and the flashover voltages in vacuum and secondary electron emission yield are tested experimentally.Combined with the state of the art and the authors'previous work,the mechanism of improved surface flashover performances is investigated in depth from three aspects:the plasma process parameters,the surface physical and chemical properties and the surface electrical performances.A compre-hensive understanding of the mechanism is concluded,of which the whole processes from the plasma surface modification of materials to the surface insulation performances are taken into account.It is hopeful to promote the practical applications of plasma fluorination in electrical engineering through the findings of this paper. | Sile Chen Tao Cheng Zhaoquan Chen Guanjun Zhang | 2022 | High Voltage2022,7,3: | 2 |

| 12 | Efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution coupled with benzaldehyde production over 0D Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S/2D Ti_(3)C2 Schottky heterojunction显示文摘Converting water into hydrogen fuel and oxidizing benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde simultaneously under visible light illumination is of great significance,but the fast recombination of photogenerated carriers in photocatalysts seriously decreases the conversion efficiency.Herein,a novel dual-functional 0D Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S/2D Ti_(3)C2 hybrid was fabricated by a solvothermally in-situ generated assembling method.The Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S nano-spheres with a fluffy surface completely and uniformly covered the ultrathin Ti_(3)C2 nanosheets,leading to the increased Schottky barrier(SB)sites due to a large contact area,which could accelerate the electron–hole separation and improve the light utilization.The optimized Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S/Ti_(3)C2 hybrid simultaneously presents a hydrogen evolution rate of 5.3 mmol/(g·h)and a benzaldehyde production rate of 29.3 mmol/(g·h),which are~3.2 and 2 times higher than those of pristine Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S,respectively.Both the multiple experimental measurements and the density functional theory(DFT)calculations further demonstrate the tight connection between Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S and Ti_(3)C2,formation of Schottky junction,and efficient photogenerated electron–hole separation.This paper suggests a dual-functional composite catalyst for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution and benzaldehyde production,and provides a new strategy for preventing the photogenerated electrons and holes from recombining by constructing a 0D/2D heterojunction with increased SB sites. | Junnan TAO Mingyuan WANG Guiwu LIU Qinqin LIU Lei LU Neng WAN Hua TANG Guanjun QIAO | 2022 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,7: | 1 |

| 17 | Diagnostic accuracy of cystoscopic biopsy for tumour grade in outpatients with urothelial carcinoma of the bladder and the risk factors of upgrading显示文摘Objective:To assess the concordance of tumour grade in specimens obtained from diagnostic cystoscopic biopsy and transurethral resection of bladder tumour(TURBT)and explore the risk factors of upgrading.Methods:The medical records of 205 outpatients who underwent diagnostic cystoscopic biopsy before initial TURBT were retrospectively reviewed.Comparative analysis of the tumour grade of biopsy and operation specimens was performed.Tumour grade changing from low-grade to high-grade with or without variant histology was defined as upgrading.Logistic regression an-alyses were performed to identify the risk factors of upgrading.Results:For the 205 patients,the concordance of tumour grade between specimens obtained from biopsy and operation was 0.639.The concordance for patients who were preoperatively diagnosed with low-grade and high-grade was 0.504 and 0.912,respectively.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that older age,tumour multifocality,high neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and low lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio(LMR)were significantly associated with upgrading(odds ratio ranging from 0.412 to 4.364).The area under the curve of the different multivariate models was improved from 0.752 to 0.821,and decision curve analysis demonstrated a high net benefit when NLR,LMR,and PLR were added.Conclusion:Diagnostic cystoscopic biopsy may not accurately represent the true grade of primary bladder cancer,especially for outpatients with low-grade bladder cancer.Moreover,older age,tumour multifocality,high NLR,PLR,and low LMR are risk factors of upgrading,and systemic inflammatory markers improve the predictive ability. | Junjie Fan Hua Liang Jinhai Fan Lei Li Guanjun Zhang Xinqi Pei Tao Yang Dalin He Kaijie Wu | 2023 | Asian Journal of Urology2023,10,1: | 0 |

| 19 | Efficient and Stable Large-Area Perovskite Solar Cells with Inorganic Perovskite/Carbon Quantum Dot-Graded Heterojunction显示文摘This work reports on a compositionally graded heterojunction for photovoltaic application by cooperating fluorine-doped carbon quantum dots(FCQDs in short)into the CsPbI_(2.5)Br_(0.5)inorganic perovskite layer.Using this CsPbI_(2.5)Br_(0.5)/FCQDs graded heterojunction in conjunction with low-temperature-processed carbon electrode,a power conversion efficiency of 13.53%for 1 cm^(2)all-inorganic perovskite solar cell can be achieved at AM 1.5G solar irradiation.To the best of our knowledge,this is one of the highest efficiency reported for carbon electrode based all-inorganic perovskite solar cells so far,and the first report of 1 cm^(2)carbon counter electrode based inorganic perovskite solar cell with PCE exceeding 13%.Moreover,the inorganic perovskite/carbon quantum dot graded heterojunction photovoltaics maintained over 90%of their initial efficiency after thermal aging at 85°for 1056 hours.This conception of constructing inorganic perovskite/FCQDs graded heterojunction offers a feasible pathway to develop efficient and stable photovoltaics for scale-up and practical applications. | Qiang Sun Cai Shen Deyu Wang Tao Zhang Huaxia Ban Yan Shen Zhipan Zhang Xiao-Li Zhang Guanjun Yang Mingkui Wang | 2021 | Research2021,,1: | 0 |
