1A Comprehensive Evaluation of Tourism Climate Suitability in Qinghai Province, China显示文摘Qinghai Province is an important component of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in China. Scientific evaluation of the suitability of Qinghai's climate for tourism can contribute to overcoming obstacles posed by climate on sustainable tourism development in Qinghai Province, including disparities between the low and high seasons, high altitude health concerns, and weather events. A tourism climate suitability evaluation model of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is constructed (Tourism Climate Suitability Index, or TCSI), and tourism climate suitability is comprehensively evaluated for Qinghai Province from climate data from 1960 to 2009. Results show that: (I) There is clear distributional characteristics of spatial-temporal variability of TCSI values in Qinghai Province. (II) Tourism climate suitability in Qinghai Province has significant seasonal and regional differences. The year is divided into a very suitable period (July and August), suitable tourism periods (from April and October), less suitable periods (From Nov to Mar). June to August is the most suitable tourism period in Qinghai. Qinghai Province is divided into five levels of tourism climate suitability: most suitable regions, very suitable regions, suitable regions, less suitable regions, and unsuitable region. (III) The key factor which influences regional differences in tourism climatic suitability is atmospheric oxygen. 2Synthesis and electrochemical properties of Al-doped LiVPO_4F cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Al-doped LiVPO4F cathode materials LiAlxV1-xPO4F were prepared by two-step reactions based on a car-bothermal reduction (CTR) process. The properties of the Al-doped LiVPO4F were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and electrochemical measurements. XRD studies show that the Al-doped LiVPO4F has the same triclinic structure (space group p1 ) as the undoped LiVPO4F. The SEM images exhibit that the particle size of Al-doped LiVPO4F is smaller than that of the undoped LiVPO4F and that the smallest particle size is only about 1 μm. The Al-doped LiVPO4F was evaluated as a cathode material for secondary lithium batteries,and exhibited an improved reversi-bility and cycleability,which may be attributed to the addition of Al3+ ion by stabilizing the triclinic structure.ZHONG Shengkui YIN Zhoulan WANG Zhixing CHEN Qiyuan 2007Rare Metals2007,26,5:6
3Synthesis and electrochemical performance of LiMnPO_4 /C composites cathode materials显示文摘LiMnPO_4 /C composites were synthesized via solid-state reaction with different carbon sources: sucrose, citric acid and oxalic acid. The sam- ples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical performance test. The results of XRD reveal that carbon coating has no effect on the phase of LiMnPO_4 . The LiMnPO_4 /C synthesized at 600 °C with citric acid as carbon source shows an initial discharge capacity of 117.8 mA·hg^-1 at 0.05 C rate. After 30 cycles, the capacity remains 98.2 mAh·g^-1 . 4Synergistic Action of Clonorchiasis,HBV Infection and Alcohol Consumption on Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma显示文摘OBJECTIVE It has been recognized that HBV infection andalcohol consumption are two important risk factors for primaryhepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Recently, the role of clonorchiasisas a risk factor for HCC is controversial. We aimed to investigatewhether these factors increase the risk of HCC in Guangxi, China.METHODS A hospital-based, case-control study of HCCwas conducted from July 2005 to July 2007. We enrolled 500consecutive patients with HCC as an experimental group and 500patients without tumor in liver as a control group. The risk factorsthat the patients were exposed to were assessed.RESULTS Comparing the risks of developing the HCC, wefound out the following results. The risk of developing HCC forthe patients with clonorchiasis was 5 folds of that for the patientswithout clonorchiasis (OR = 5.0; 95% CI: 3.1-8.1), and the risk forthe patients with alcohol consumption was 3 folds of that for thepatients without drinking alcohol (OR = 3.4; 95% CI: 2.3-4.9), andsimilarly, the risk for the patients with HBV infection was 21 timesof that for the patients without HBV infection (OR = 20.6; 95% CI:14.3-29.7). According to crossover analysis, there was significantinteraction among clonorchiasis, HBV infection and alcoholconsumption, with synergistic indices greater than 1. The etiologicfractions attributed to these interactions [EF (A x B)] are 0.7465,0.5789 and 0.5506, respectively.CONCLUSION Clonorchiasis, HBV infection and heavy alcoholconsumption are independent risk factors for developing HCC inour population in Guangxi, and as they can interact synergistically,the risk of developing HCC is increased. 9One-time sintering process to modify xLi2MnO3(1-x)LiMO2 hollow architecture and studying their enhanced electrochemical performances显示文摘To solve the critical problems of lithium rich cathode materials, e.g., structure instability and short cycle life, we have successfully prepared a ZrO2-coated and Zr-doping xLi2MnO3·(1–x)LiMO2 hollow architecture via one-time sintering process. The modified structural materials as lithium-ion cathodes present good structural stability and superior cycle performance in LIBs. The discharge capacity of the ZrO2-coated and Zr-doped hollow pristine is 220 mAh g-1 at the 20th cycle at 0.2 C(discharge capacity loss, 2.7%)and 150 m Ah g-1 at the 100 th cycle at 1 C(discharge capacity loss, 17.7%), respectively. However, hollow pristine electrode only delivers 203 m Ah g-1 at the 20 th cycle at 0.2 C and 124 mAh g-1 at the 100 th cycle at 1 C, respectively, and the corresponding to capacity retention is 92.2% and 72.8%, respectively.Diffusion coefficients of modified hollow pristine electrode are much higher than that of hollow pristine electrode after 100 cycles(approach to 1.4 times). In addition, we simulate the adsorption reaction of HF on the surface of ZrO2-coated layer by the first-principles theory. The calculations prove that the adsorption energy of HF on the surface of ZrO2-coated layer is about-1.699 e V, and the ZrO2-coated layer could protect the hollow spherical xLi2MnO3·(1–x)LiMO2 from erosion by HF.
