4One-step fabrication of two-dimensional hierarchical Mn_(2)O_(3)@graphene composite as high-performance anode materials for lithium ion batteries显示文摘Two-dimensional(2 D) hierarchical Mn_(2)O_(3)@graphene composite is synthesized by a one-step solid-phase reaction. The nanosheets of Mn_(2)O_(3) are vertically grown on few-layered graphene, constructing a unique2 D hierarchical structure. As an anode material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs), this hierarchical composite displays excellent electrochemical performances, showing an extraordinary reversible discharge capacity of 2125.9 mA hg^(–1). Moreover, a record high reversible capacity of 1746.8 mA hg^(–1) is maintained after 100 cycles at a current density of 100 mA g^(–1), which retains 82.2 % of the initial capacity. 7Imbalanced fault diagnosis of rotating machinery using autoencoder-based SuperGraph feature learning显示文摘Existing fault diagnosis methods usually assume that there are balanced training data for every machine health state.However,the collection of fault signals is very difficult and expensive,resulting in the problem of imbalanced training dataset.It will degrade the performance of fault diagnosis methods significantly.To address this problem,an imbalanced fault diagnosis of rotating machinery using autoencoder-based SuperGraph feature learning is proposed in this paper.Unsupervised autoencoder is firstly used to compress every monitoring signal into a low-dimensional vector as the node attribute in the SuperGraph.And the edge connections in the graph depend on the relationship between signals.On the basis,graph convolution is performed on the constructed SuperGraph to achieve imbalanced training dataset fault diagnosis for rotating machinery.Comprehensive experiments are conducted on a benchmarking publicized dataset and a practical experimental platform,and the results show that the proposed method can effectively achieve rotating machinery fault diagnosis towards imbalanced training dataset through graph feature learning.Jie LIU Kaibo ZHOU Chaoying YANG Guoliang LU 2021Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering2021,16,4:0

9Continuous-flow synthesis and crystal modification of Pigment Red 53显示文摘In this study,a continuous-flow procedure containing four steps has been developed to synthesize Pigment Red 53 and modify its crystal structure.This process avoided the problems of conveying highly insoluble reaction intermediates by removing intermediate operating steps.After optimization,the overall yield of Pigment Red 53:1 reached 97.1%in the total residence time of 80 s by this diazotizationcoupling-laking-crystal transition process.From batch to continuous flow,the purity of products increased from 97.1%to 98.2%and the median diameter of pigment particles decreased from 14μm to 1.9μm.This process achieved a similar crystal transition effect in 18 s as in batch,producingα,δandνcrystals of Pigment Red 53:2 as expected.In conclusion,this continuous-flow procedure displays advantages in both synthesis and crystal transition,indicating another potential use for industrial application.Yuxin Mao Changlu Zhou Chaoying Wang Zhong Xin 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8:0

12Design and preparation of a crosslinkable,oil-resistant,and bio-based elastomer from fumarate显示文摘Poly(diethyl fumarate-co-methoxyethyl acrylate-co-vinyl chloroacetate)(PDEFMV),a novel bio-based elastomer with a saturated structure,was synthesized via redox emulsion polymerization.The glass-transition temperatures of PDEFMV,adjusted through the variation of the diethyl fumarate-to-methoxyethyl acrylate feeding ratio,ranged from-36.1 to-14.8 ℃.The number-average molecular weights of PDEFMV ranged from 384,000 to 46,000 g/mol.In designing the molecular structure,vinyl chloroacetate was used to provide active sites for subsequent vulcanization and crosslinking.The active chlorine groups within the PDEFMV chain reacted with the crosslinking agent trithiocyanuric acid under high temperature and pressure to form a nonsulfur crosslinked three-dimensional network structure.To achieve the desired properties,carbon black(CB,N330) was incorporated to reinforce PDEFMV,leading to the formation of PDEFMV/CB composites.A comprehensive study was conducted on the high-temperature oil resistance of PDEFMV/CB composites.Following immersion in IRM903 oil at temperatures of 150 and 200 ℃ for 72 h,the mass and volume changes in PDEFMV/CB were lower than those observed in commercially available acrylate rubber(AR)/CB,indicating that PDEFMV exhibited superior oil resistance.Furthermore,the aging characteristics and mechanisms of oil resistance in the PDEFMV/CB and AR/CB composites were investigated at different temperatures(150,200,and 250 ℃).The results provide insights into the operational temperature ranges suitable for PDEFMV/CB and offer valuable guidance for potential industrial applications.Hui Yang Haijun Ji Xinxin Zhou Shihan Yang Liwei Li Chaoying Sun Weiwei Lei Runguo Wang Liqun Zhang 2024Science China Chemistry2024,67,2:0
13PN-ImTLSM facilitates high-throughput low background single-molecule localization microscopy deep in the cell显示文摘When imaging the nucleus structure of a cell,the out-of-focus fluorescence acts as background and hinders the detection of weak signals.Light-sheet fluorescence microscopy(LSFM)is a wide-field imaging approach which has the best of both background removal and imaging speed.However,the commonly adopted orthogonal excitation/detection scheme is hard to be applied to single-cell imaging due to steric hindrance.For LSFMs capable of high spatiotemporal single-cell imaging,the complex instrument design and operation largely limit their throughput of data collection.Here,we propose an approach for high-throughput background-free fluorescence imaging of single cells facilitated by the Im-mersion Tilted Light Sheet Microscopy(ImTLSM).ImTLSM is based on a light-sheet projected off the optical axis of a water immersion objective.With the illumination objective and the detection objective placed opposingly,ImTLSM can rapidly patrol and optically section multiple individual cells while maintaining single-molecule detection sensitivity and resolution.Further,the simplicity and robustness of ImTLSM in operation and maintenance enables high-throughput image collection to establish background removal datasets for deep learning.Using a deep learning model to train the mapping from epi-illumination images to ImTLSM illumination images,namely PN-ImTLSM,we demonstrated crossmodality fluorescence imaging,transforming the epi-illumination image to approach the background removal performance obtained with ImTLSM.We demonstrated that PN-ImTLSM can be generalized to large-field homogeneous illumination imaging,thereby further improving the imaging throughput.In addition,compared to commonly used background removal methods,PN-ImTLSM showed much better performance for areas where the background intensity changes sharply in space,facilitating high-density single-molecule localization microscopy.In summary,PN-ImTLSM paves the way for background-free fluorescence imaging on ordinary inverted microscopes.Boxin Xue Caiwei Zhou YizhiQin Yongzheng Li Yuao Sun Lei Chang Shipeng Shao Yongliang Li Mengling Zhang Chaoying Sun Renxi He Qian Peter Su Yujie Sun 2021Biophysics Reports2021,7,4:0
