| 2 | Cobalt Deposits in the Central China Orogenic Belt显示文摘Cobalt mostly occurs as an associated metal in Cu-Ni sulphide deposits, skarn Fe-Cu-Pb-Zn deposits and volcanic-hosted massive sulphide (VHMS) or sedex deposits. There are different types of cobalt deposits in the Central China orogenic belt. In the Tamu-Kalangu Mississippi-valley type Pb-Zn deposits, many cobalt-nickel sulphide minerals were found. The cobalt content of the ore is 0.064%-0.46% in sedex-type Kendekeke Fe-Pb-Zn-Au deposits, and cobalt sulphide veins with Co contents of 4%-9% have also been found. About 28000 tons of cobalt reserves were delineated in the Dur’ngoi Cu-Co-Zn deposit of VHMS type in the A’nyemaqen Mountains. | 4 | A New Type of Li Deposit:Hydrothermal Crypto-Explosive Breccia Pipe Type显示文摘Lithium is one of the important strategic energy metals,which is in short supply in China.There are three major types of lithium deposits:brine and salt lake type,highly differentiated granite or pegmatite type,and carbonate-clay type.In recent years,some new types of lithium deposits have also begun to receive great attention and subject recent research.There are many crypto-explosive breccia pipe type deposits in the world,including copper,gold,lead,zinc,tungsten and tin deposits,but little is known about this type of lithium deposit.This paper introduces the latest research results of the Weilasituo Sn-Li-Rb polymetallic deposit in Inner Mongolia(NE China),which occurs in the middlesouthern section of the Great Xing’an Range metallogenic belt.A remarkable feature of this deposit is the coexistence of various mineralization types,including granite type Rb and Sn-Zn,hydrothermal crypto-explosive breccia pipe type Li-Rb,quartz vein type Sn-Zn and sulfide vein type Pb-Zn-Ag mineralization.Among them,hydrothermal crypto-explosive breccia pipe type Li-Rb deposit is currently very rare at home and abroad,which is likely a new type of rare metal deposit that worthy of our attention.This paper systematically summarizes the geology,alteration and mineralization,geochemistry,isotopes and geochronology of the Weilasituo deposit,and establishes a new petrogenic and metallogenic model. | Shao-Yong Jiang Huimin Su Xinyou Zhu Kangyu Zhu Zhenpeng Duan | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022,33,5: | 1 |

| 6 | Genetic dissection of the powdery mildew resistance in wheat breeding line LS5082 using BSR-Seq显示文摘Powdery mildew of wheat is a destructive disease seriously threatening yield and quality worldwide.Comprehensive dissection of new resistance-related loci/genes is necessary to control this disease.LS5082 is a Chinese wheat breeding line with resistance to powdery mildew.Genetic analysis,using the populations of LS5082 and three susceptible parents(Shannong 29,Shimai 22 and Huixianhong),indicated that a single dominant gene,tentatively designated PmLS5082,conferred seedling resistance to different Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici(Bgt)isolates.Bulked segregant RNA-Seq was carried out to map PmLS5082 and to profile differentially expressed genes associated with PmLS5082.PmLS5082 was mapped to a 0.7 cM genetic interval on chromosome arm 2BL,which was aligned to a 0.7 Mb physical interval of 710.3–711.0 Mb.PmLS5082 differs from the known powdery mildew(Pm)resistance genes on chromosome arm 2BL based on their origin,chromosome positions and/or resistance spectrum,suggesting PmLS5082 is most likely a new Pm gene/allele.Through clusters of orthologous groups and kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes analyses,differentially expressed genes(DEGs)associated with PmLS5082 were profiled.Six DEGs in the PmLS5082 interval were confirmed to be associated with PmLS5082 via qPCR analysis,using an additional set of wheat samples and time-course analysis postinoculation with Bgt isolate E09.Ten closely linked markers,including two kompetitive allele-specific PCR markers,were confirmed to be suitable for marker-assisted selection of PmLS5082 in different genetic backgrounds,thus can be used to detect PmLS5082 and pyramid it with other genes in breeding programs. | Liru Wu Tong Zhu Huagang He Xinyou Cao Haosheng Li Hongxing Xu Mengshu Jia Lipei Zhang Jiancheng Song Ghader Mirzaghaderi Cheng Liu Pengtao Ma | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022,10,4: | 1 |
| 7 | A Study of Ore-forming Fluids in the Shimensi Tungsten Deposit,Dahutang Tungsten Polymetallic Ore Field,Jiangxi Province,China显示文摘The Dahutang tungsten polymetallic ore field is located north of the Nanling W-Sn polymetallic metallogenic belt and south of the Middle—Lower Yangtze River Valley Cu-Mo-Au-Fe porphyry-skarn belt.It is a newly discovered ore field,and probably represents the largest tungsten mineralization district in the world.The Shimensi deposit is one of the mineral deposits in the Dahutang ore field,and is associated with Yanshanian granites intruding into a Neoproterozoic granodiorite batholith.On the basis of geologic studies,this paper presents new petrographic,microthermometric,laser Raman spectroscopic and hydrogen and oxygen isotopic studies of fluid inclusions from the Shimensi deposit.The results show that there are three types of fluid inclusions in quartz from various mineralization stages:liquid-rich two-phase fluid inclusions,vapor-rich two-phase fluid inclusions,and three-phase fluid inclusions containing a solid crystal,with the vast majority being liquid-rich two-phase fluid inclusions.In addition,melt and melt-fluid inclusions were also found in quartz from pegmatoid bodies in the margin of the Yanshanian intrusion.The homogenization temperatures of liquid-rich two-phase fluid inclusions in quartz range from 162 to 363℃ and salinities are 0.5wt%-9.5wt%NaCI equivalent.From the early to late mineralization stages,with the decreasing of the homogenization temperature,the salinity also shows a decreasing trend.The ore-forming fluids can be approximated by a NaCl-H_2O fluid system,with small amounts of volatile components including CO_2,CH_4 and N_2,as suggested by Laser Raman spectroscopic analyses.The hydrogen and oxygen isotope data show that δ5D_(V-smow) values of bulk fluid inclusions in quartz from various mineralization stages vary from-63.8‰ to-108.4‰,and the δ^(18)O_(H2O) values calculated from the δ^(18)O_(V-)smow values of quartz vary from-2.28‰ to 7.21‰.These H-O isotopic data are interpreted to indicate that the ore-forming fluids are mainly composed of magmatic water in the early stage,and meteoric water was added and participated in mineralization in the late stage.Integrating the geological characteristics and analytical data,we propose that the ore-forming fluids of the Shimensi deposit were mainly derived from Yanshanian granitic magma,the evolution of which resulted in highly differentiated melt,as recorded by melt and melt-fluid inclusions in pegmatoid quartz,and high concentrations of metals in the fluids.Cooling of the ore-forming fluids and mixing with meteoric water may be the key factors that led to mineralization in the Dahutang tungsten polymetallic ore field. | GONG Xiaodong YAN Guangsheng YE Tianzhu ZHU Xinyou LI Yongsheng ZHANG Zhihui JIA Wenbin YAO Xiaofeng | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3: | 1 |
| 8 | An Innovation of Evaluation and Design of Vehicle Acceleration Sound Based on EEG Signals显示文摘There is a bottleneck in the design of vehicle sound that the subjective perception of sound quality that combines multiple psychological factors fails to be accurately and objectively quantified.Therefore,EEG signals are introduced in this paper to investigate the evaluation and design method of vehicle acceleration sound with powerful sound quality.Firstly,the experiment of EEG acquisition and subjective evaluation under the stimulation of powerful vehicle sounds is conducted,respectively,then three physiological EEG features of PSD_β,PSD_γand DE are constructed to evaluate the vehicle sounds based on the correlation analysis algorithms.Subsequently,the Adaptive Genetic Algorithm(AGA)is proposed to optimize the Elman model,where an intelligent model(AGA–Elman)is constructed to objectively predicate the perception of subjects for the vehicle sounds with powerful sound quality.The results demonstrate that the error of the constructed AGA–Elman model is only 2.88%,which outperforms than the traditional BP and Elman model;Finally,two vehicle acceleration sounds(Design1 and Design2)are designed based on the constructed AGA–Elman model from the perspective of order modulation and frequency modulation,which provide the acoustic theoretical guidance for the design of vehicle sound incorporating the EEG signals. | Liping Xie XinYou Lin Wan Chen Zhien Liu Yawei Zhu | 2024 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2024,21,1: | 0 |
