| 1 | Characterization of bubble behaviors in a dense phase pulsed gas-solid fluidized bed for dry coal processing显示文摘Pulsed gas-solid fluidized beds can effectively separate fine coal,and bubbles play an important role in creating suitable separation conditions.The present study performed statistical and image analyses of the evolution of bubbles in a two-dimensional pulsed gas-solid fluidized bed using a high-speed dynamic camera.The effects of apparent gas velocity,pulsation frequency and particle size on bubble characteristics and bed expansi on were analyzed.The results indicate that,when a fluctuation freque ncy is added,the expa nsion height of the bed in creases,the effect of attachme nt to the bed wall decreases,the leading diameter and rising velocity of the bubbles both decrease and the degree of bubble deformation increases.These trends are also more obvious for fine particles.These findings dem on strate that a high density pulsed gas-solid fluidized bed can effectively combine gases and solids to produce a uniform,stable mixture.The bubble diameter and rising velocity were also simulated in the present work,and the relationship between the two was established using a fitting model with an error within 5%.This model provides an effective means of predicting bubble velocity as well as studying the distribution of the bubble phase and improving the stability of the bed density. | Yanjiao Li Fenglong Zhu Yadong Zhang Yuemin Zhao Gansu Zhang Qingqing Huang Liang Dong | 2020 | Particuology2020,18,6: | 2 |

| 5 | Construction of Oryza sativa genome contigs by fingerprint strategy显示文摘We described the construction of BAC contigs of the genome of a indica variety of Oryza sativa, Guang Lu Ai 4.An entire representative (sixfold coverage of rice chromosomes) and genetically stable BAC library of rice genome constructed in this lab has been systematically analysed by restriction enzyme fragmentation and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. And all the images thus obtained were subject to image-processing, which consisted of preliminary location of bands, cooperative tracking of lanesby correlation of adjacent bands, a precise densitometric pass, alignment at the marker bands with the standard,optional interactive editing, and normalization of the accepted bands. The contigs were generated based on the Computer Software specially designed for genome map ping. The number of contigs with 600 kb in length on average was 464; of contigs with 1000 kb in length on average was 107; of contigs with 1500 kb in length on average was 23. Therefore, all the contigs we have obtained amounted up to 420 megabases in length. Considering the size of rice genome (430 megabased), the contigs generated in this lab have covered nearly 98% of the rice genome. | 11 | A K-nearest Neighbor Model to Predict Early Recurrence of Hepatocellular Carcinoma After Resection显示文摘Background and Aims:Patients with hepatocellular carci-noma(HCC)surgically resected are at risk of recurrence;however,the risk factors of recurrence remain poorly un-derstood.This study intended to establish a novel machine learning model based on clinical data for predicting early re-currence of HCC after resection.Methods:A total of 220 HCC patients who underwent resection were enrolled.Clas-sification machine learning models were developed to predict HCC recurrence.The standard deviation,recall,and preci-sion of the model were used to assess the model’s accura-cy and identify efficiency of the model.Results:Recurrent HCC developed in 89(40.45%)patients at a median time of 14 months from primary resection.In principal compo-nent analysis,tumor size,tumor grade differentiation,por-tal vein tumor thrombus,alpha-fetoprotein,protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist-II(PIVKA-II),aspartate aminotransferase,platelet count,white blood cell count,and HBsAg were positive prognostic factors of HCC recurrence and were included in the preoperative model.After compar-ing different machine learning methods,including logistic re-gression,decision tree,naïve Bayes,deep neural networks,and k-nearest neighbor(K-NN),we choose the K-NN model as the optimal prediction model.The accuracy,recall,preci-sion of the K-NN model were 70.6%,51.9%,70.1%,respec-tively.The standard deviation was 0.020.Conclusions:The K-NN classification algorithm model performed better than the other classification models.Estimation of the recurrence rate of early HCC can help to allocate treatment,eventually achieving safe oncological outcomes. | Chuanli Liu Hongli Yang Yuemin Feng Cuihong Liu Fajuan Rui Yuankui Cao Xinyu Hu Jiawen Xu Junqing Fan Qiang Zhu Jie Li | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,4: | 0 |
