2Effects of minor Sc on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr based alloys显示文摘Five kinds of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr based alloys with different Sc additions were prepared by ingot metallurgy. The effects of minor Sc on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr based alloys were investigated using tensile tests, optical microscopy (OM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength are improved by 94 and 110 MPa, respectively, and the elongation to failure remains at a reasonable extent (11.1%) in the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr based alloy with 0.21 wt.% Sc addition after solution heat treatment at 475°C for 40 min and then aged at 120°C for 24 h. The addition of minor Sc induces the formation of Al3(Sc,Zr) particles, which are highly effective in refining the cast microstructures, retarding recrystallization, and pinning dislocations. 3Clinical application of magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy in gastric disease diagnosis: recent advances显示文摘Magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy(MCCG) is a novel system primarily used for the diagnosis of gastric disease. It consists of an endoscopic capsule with magnetic material inside, external guidance magnet equipment, data recorder and computer workstation. Several clinical trials have demonstrated that MCCG is comparable in accuracy in diagnosing gastric focal disease when compared to conventional gastroscopy. Further clinical studies are needed to test the diagnostic accuracy and improve the functioning of MCCG. 4Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption with Short Keys显示文摘Ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE)allows a user with some attributes to decrypt the ciphertexts associated with these attributes.Though several CP-ABE schemes with the constant size ciphertext were proposed to reduce the communication cost,their master public and secret keys still have the size linear in the total number of attributes.These schemes are unpractical for the attribute-scalable and many-attributes scenario.A new CP-ABE scheme is proposed.Each attribute is mapped to a mathematical value by a combination method.The master public and secret keys of the proposed CP-ABE scheme have the size linear in the binary size of a hash function’s range.It has the comparable performance with existing schemes in the aspects like the time costs of encryption and decryption,the expressiveness of access policy and the provable security.XU Peng TANG Yong JIANG Wenbin JIN Hai ZOU Deqing 2014Chinese Journal of Electronics2014,23,4:5
5Abrogation of Hn RNP L enhances anti-PD-1 therapy efficacy via diminishing PD-L1 and promoting CD8^(+) T cell-mediated ferroptosis in castration-resistant prostate cancer显示文摘Owing to incurable castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC)ultimately developing after treating with androgen deprivation therapy(ADT),it is vital to devise new therapeutic strategies to treat CRPC.Treatments that target programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)have been approved for human cancers with clinical benefit.However,many patients,especially prostate cancer,fail to respond to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment,so it is an urgent need to seek a support strategy for improving the traditional PD-1/PD-L1 targeting immunotherapy.In the present study,analyzing the data from our prostate cancer tissue microarray,we found that PD-L1 expression was positively correlated with the expression of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L(Hn RNP L).Hence,we further investigated the potential role of Hn RNP L on the PD-L1 expression,the sensitivity of cancer cells to T-cell killing and the synergistic effect with anti-PD-1 therapy in CRPC.Indeed,Hn RNP L knockdown effectively decreased PD-L1 expression and recovered the sensitivity of cancer cells to T-cell killing in vitro and in vivo,on the contrary,Hn RNP L overexpression led to the opposite effect in CRPC cells.In addition,consistent with the previous study,we revealed that ferroptosis played a critical role in T-cell-induced cancer cell death,and Hn RNP L promoted the cancer immune escape partly through targeting YY1/PD-L1 axis and inhibiting ferroptosis in CRPC cells.Furthermore,Hn RNP L knockdown enhanced antitumor immunity by recruiting infiltrating CD8^(+)T cells and synergized with anti-PD-1 therapy in CRPC tumors.This study provided biological evidence that Hn RNP L knockdown might be a novel therapeutic agent in PD-L1/PD-1 blockade strategy that enhanced anti-tumor immune response in CRPC.Xumin Zhou Libin Zou Hangyu Liao Junqi Luo Taowei Yang Jun Wu Wenbin Chen Kaihui Wu Shengren Cen Daojun Lv Fangpeng Shu Yu Yang Chun Li Bingkun Li Xiangming Mao 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2:4
6Size,morphology,and composition of lunar samples returned by Chang'E-5 mission显示文摘This study focuses on the physical and chemical properties of surficial lunar regolith(LR)samples returned from the Moon by the Chang’E-5(CE-5)mission.Insights regarding the effect of a new sampling geological site on the surficial lunar sample CE5 C0400 were illustrated using nondestructive techniques such as laser diffractometry coupled with image analysis,X-ray computed tomography,and field emission scanning electron microscopy equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy,and Xray diffraction combined with Rietveld refinement.From the characterization analyses,the CE-5 sampling site in the northeastern Oceanus Procellarum on the Moon yields a unique collection of relatively regular-shaped and fine basalt-dominated particles.The median grain size D_(50) is(55.24±0.96)μm,falling within the relatively low end of the range of the Apollo lunar returned samples.The coefficient of uniformity C_(u)of 15.1 and the coefficient of curvature C_(c)of 1.7 could classify CE5 C0400 to be well-graded.The minerals in CE5 C0400 comprise approximately 44.5%pyroxene,30.4%plagioclase,3.6%olivine,and6.0%ilmenite.There is a relatively low content of approximately 15.5%glass phase in the CE-5 lunar sample.From the results,we deduce that the CE-5 LR structure could have mainly resulted from micrometeoroid impacts to achieve such a high level of maturity.Hui Zhang Xian Zhang Guang Zhang Keqi Dong Xiangjin Deng Xiaosong Gao Yaodong Yang Yuan Xiao Xiao Bai Kaixin Liang Yiwei Liu Wenbin Ma Shaofan Zhao Ce Zhang Xiaojing Zhang Jian Song Wei Yao Hong Chen Weihua Wang Zhigang Zou Mengfei Yang 2022Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,2:4

8Kinectin 1 promotes the growth of triple-negative breast cancer via directly co-activating NF-kappaB/p65 and enhancing its transcriptional activity显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the most challenging subtype of breast cancer.Various endeavor has been made to explore the molecular biology basis of TNBC.Herein,we reported a novel function of factor Kinectin 1(KTN1)as a carcinogenic promoter in TNBC.KTN1 expression in TNBC was increased compared with adjacent tissues or luminal or Her2 subtypes of breast cancer,and TNBC patients with high KTN1 expression have poor prognosis.In functional studies,knockdown of KTN1 inhibited the proliferation and invasiveness of TNBC both in vitro and in vivo,while overexpression of KTN1 promoted cancer cell proliferation and invasiveness.RNA-seq analysis revealed that the interaction of cytokine-cytokine receptor,particularly CXCL8 gene,was upregulated by KTN1,which was supported by the further experiments.CXCL8 depletion inhibited the tumorigenesis and progression of TNBC.Additionally,rescue experiments validated that KTN1-mediated cell growth acceleration in TNBC was dependent on CXCL8 both in vitro and in vivo.Furthermore,it was found that KTN1 enhanced the phosphorylation of NF-κB/p65 protein at Ser536 site,and specifically bound to NF-κB/p65 protein in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells.Moreover,the transcription of CXCL8 gene was directly upregulated by the complex of KTN1 and NF-κB/p65 protein.Taken together,our results elucidated a novel mechanism of KTN1 gene in TNBC tumorigenesis and progression.KTN1 may be a potential molecular target for the development of TNBC treatment.Lin Gao Shanze Chen Malin Hong Wenbin Zhou Bilan Wang Junying Qiu Jinquan Xia Pan Zhao Li Fu Jigang Wang Yong Dai Ni Xie Qinhe Yang Hsien-Da Huang Xiang Gao Chang Zou 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,8:2

19Polarimetry feature parameter deriving from Mueller matrix imaging and auto-diagnostic signicance to distinguish HSIL and CSCC显示文摘High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)is regarded as a serious precancerous state of cervix,and it is easy to progress into cervical invasive carcinoma which highlights the importance of earlier diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions.Pathologists examine the biopsied cervical epithelial tissue through a microscope.The pathological examination will take a long time and sometimes results in high inter-and intra-observer variability in outcomes.Polarization imaging techniques have broad application prospects for biomedical diagnosis such as breast,liver,colon,thyroid and so on.In our team,we have derived polarimetry feature parameters(PFPs)to characterize microstructural features in histological sections of breast tissues,and the accuracy for PFPs ranges from 0.82 to 0.91.Therefore,the aim of this paper is to distinguish automatically microstructural features between HSIL and cervical squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC)by means of polarization imaging techniques,and try to provide quantitative reference index for patho-logical diagnosis which can alleviate the workload of pathologists.Polarization images of the H&E stained histological slices were obtained by Mueller matrix microscope.The typical path-ological structure area was labeled by two experienced pathologists.Calculate the polarimetry basis parameter(PBP)statistics for this region.The PBP statistics(stat PBPs)are screened by mutual information(MI)method.The training method is based on a linear discriminant analysis(LDA)classier whichnds the most simplied linear combination from these stat PBPs and the accuracy remains constant to characterize the specic microstructural feature quantitatively in cervical squamous epithelium.We present results from 37 clinical patients with analysis regions of cervical squamous epithelium.The accuracy of PFP for recognizing HSIL and CSCC was 83.8%and 87.5%,respectively.This work demonstrates the ability of PFP to quantitatively charac-terize the cervical squamous epithelial lesions in the H&E pathological sections.Signicance:Polarization detection technology provides an effcient method for digital pathological diagnosis and points out a new way for automatic screening of pathological sections.Anli Hou Xingjian Wang Yujuan Fan Wenbin Miao Yang Dong Xuewu Tian Jibin Zou Hui Ma 2022Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,1:0
