2Spatial and temporal change patterns of net primary productivity and its response to climate change in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau of China from 2000 to 2015显示文摘The vegetation ecosystem of the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau in China,considered to be the′′natural laboratory′′of climate change in the world,has undergone profound changes under the stress of global change.Herein,we analyzed and discussed the spatial-temporal change patterns and the driving mechanisms of net primary productivity(NPP)in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau from 2000 to 2015 based on the gravity center and correlation coefficient models.Subsequently,we quantitatively distinguished the relative effects of climate change(such as precipitation,temperature and evapotranspiration)and human activities(such as grazing and ecological construction)on the NPP changes using scenario analysis and Miami model based on the MOD17A3 and meteorological data.The average annual NPP in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau showed a decreasing trend from the southeast to the northwest during 2000–2015.With respect to the inter-annual changes,the average annual NPP exhibited a fluctuating upward trend from 2000 to 2015,with a steep increase observed in 2005 and a high fluctuation observed from 2005 to 2015.In the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau,the regions with the increase in NPP(change rate higher than 10%)were mainly concentrated in the Three-River Source Region,the northern Hengduan Mountains,the middle and lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River,and the eastern parts of the North Tibet Plateau,whereas the regions with the decrease in NPP(change rate lower than–10%)were mainly concentrated in the upper reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River and the Ali Plateau.The gravity center of NPP in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau has moved southwestward during 2000–2015,indicating that the increment and growth rate of NPP in the southwestern part is greater than those of NPP in the northeastern part.Further,a significant correlation was observed between NPP and climate factors in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau.The regions exhibiting a significant correlation between NPP and precipitation were mainly located in the central and eastern Qinghai–Tibet Plateau,and the regions exhibiting a significant correlation between NPP and temperature were mainly located in the southern and eastern Qinghai–Tibet Plateau.Furthermore,the relative effects of climate change and human activities on the NPP changes in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau exhibited significant spatial differences in three types of zones,i.e.,the climate change-dominant zone,the human activity-dominant zone,and the climate change and human activity interaction zone.These research results can provide theoretical and methodological supports to reveal the driving mechanisms of the regional ecosystems to the global change in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau.GUO Bing ZANG Wenqian YANG Fei HAN Baomin CHEN Shuting LIU Yue YANG Xiao HE Tianli CHEN Xi LIU Chunting GONG Rui 2020Journal of Arid Land2020,12,1:12
3Exosomal miRNA profiling before and after surgery revealed potential diagnostic and prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘Exosome is a crucial manner for cancer cell to cell communication and circulating exosomes sever as promising diagnostic and prognostic markers for various types of diseases.A predominant type of cargo of exosome is small RNAs,especially miRNAs.Here,we profiled plasma exosomal miRNAs of six lung adenocarcinoma patients before and after surgery,as well as six healthy individuals as normal control.Our profiling revealed 38 upregulated and 37 downregulated exosomal miRNAs in the plasma of lung adenocarcinoma patients.Additionally,we found that most upregulated miRNAs were increased in the lung adenocarcinoma samples of TCGA database.We further evaluated the correlation between the upregulated exosomal miRNAs and overall survival with Kaplan-Meier survival analysis using online databases.Our resu ltS suggested that exosomal miR-151a-5p,miR-10b-5p,miR-192-5p,miR-106b-3p,and miR-484 are potential prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma.Importantly,we validated candidate miRNAs in lung adenocarcinoma patients before and after surgery as well as in healthy controls and found that miR-484 was significantly increased in the plasma of lung adenocarcinoma patients and strikingly decreased post-surgery.Hence,we provided novel information on lung adenocarcinoma-derived exosomal miRNA and potential non-invasive diagnostic and prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma.Xinying Xue Chen Wang Zhiqiang Xue Jiaxin Wen Jun Han Xidong Ma Xuelei Zang Hui Deng Rui Guo Idorenyin Polycarp Asuquo Chong Qin Haijiao Wang Quansheng Gao Sanhong Liu Jianxin Wang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,3:6
4Quantitatively determine the dominant driving factors of the spatial–temporal changes of vegetation NPP in the Hengduan Mountain area during 2000-2015显示文摘The Hengduan mountain area,located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River of China,is an important ecological barrier that significantly impacts the climate and ecological environment of the surrounding region and western China as a whole.This paper introduces the gravity center model used to analyze the spatial-temporal variation patterns of vegetation Net Primary Productivity(NPP)from 2000 to 2015,which were determined by the use of MOD17 A3 NPP products.Additionally,the dominant driving factors of the spatial–temporal changes of vegetation NPP of the Hengduan Mountain area were quantitatively determined with a geographical detector over 2000-2015.The results revealed that:(1)From 2000 to 2015,there was an increasing trend of vegetation NPP in the Hengduan mountain area.Throughout the whole study region,the vegetation NPP with a mean value of 611.37 gC·m^(-2)·a^(-1) indicated a decreasing trend from southeast to northwest in terms of spatial distribution.(2)The gravity centers of vegetation NPP in 2000-2015 were mainly concentrated in Zhongdian County.During the study period,the gravity center of vegetation NPP moved northward,which indicated that the increment and increasing rate of vegetation NPP in the northern parts were greater than that of the southern areas.(3)The vegetation NPP showed a moderately positive correlation with temperature,accumulated temperature(>10℃),and sunshine,while there was an overall negative relationship between NPP and precipitation.(4)The dominant factors and interactive dominant factors changed in different subregions over different segments of the study period.The dominant factors of most sub-regions in Hengduan mountain were natural factors,and the climate change factors played an increasingly greater role over the 16 years of the study period.CHEN Shu-ting GUO Bing ZHANG Rui ZANG Wen-qian WEI Cui-xia WU Hong-wei YANG Xiao ZHEN Xiao-yan LI Xing ZHANG Da-fu HAN Bao-min ZHANG Hai-ling 2021Journal of Mountain Science2021,18,2:5
5Dependence of nitrogen concentration in type Ib diamonds on synthesis temperature显示文摘Type Ib diamonds were grown by the temperature gradient method (TGM) at 5.5 GPa and 1500-1560 K in a china-type cubic anvil high pressure apparatus using Ni70Mn25Co5 alloy as solvent/catalyst. The concentration of nitrogen (CN) in type Ib diamonds synthesized at different synthesis temperatures was measured by a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. The dependence of CN in diamond on synthesis temperature was studied. 6Identification of Differentially-expressed Genes in Intestinal Gastric Cancer by Microarray Analysis显示文摘Gastric cancer(GC) is one of the most frequent malignant tumors. In order to systematically characterize the cellular and molecular mechanisms of intestinal GC development,in this study, we used 22 K oligonucleotide microarrays and bioinformatics analysis to evaluate the gene expression profiles of GC in 45 tissue samples, including 20 intestinal GC tissue samples,20 normal appearing tissues(NATs) adjacent to tumors and 5 noncancerous gastric mucosa tissue samples. These profiles allowed us to explore the transcriptional characteristics of GC and determine the change patterns in gene expression that may be of clinical significance. 1519 and 1255 differentially-expressed genes(DEGs) were identified in intestinal GC tissues and NATs, respectively,as determined by Bayesian analysis(P < 0.001). 7MOF-derived Co9S8/MoS2 embedded in tri-doped carbon hybrids for efficient electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Metal-organic framework(MOF)derived hybrid materials have been developed as an efficient non-noblemetal electrocatalysts for clean energy conversion systems.In this work,a Co-based MOF containing nitrogen and oxygen heteroatoms(Co-NOMOF)mixed with the thiomolybdate[Mo3S(13)]^2- nanoclusters was used to prepare the N,S,O-doped carbon encapsulating Co9S8 and MoS2(Co9S8/MoS2@NSOC)nanocomposite by one-step pyrolysis.The Co9S8/MoS2@NSOC nanocomposite exhibited remarkable catalytic performance for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)with overpotential of 194 and 233 mV in 1 M KOH and 0.5 M H2SO4 solution under 10 mA cm^-2,respectively,which was ascribed to the multiheteroatom-doped hierarchical porous carbon matrix and the synergistic effect of intrinsic activity of Co9S8 and MoS2.This work provides new opportunity for developing highly efficient non-precious metal electrochemical catalysts.Tian-Tian Chen Rui Wang Lin-Ke Li Zhong-Jun Li Shuang-Quan Zang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,5:3

9Design and anti-sway performance testing of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs显示文摘Anti-sway performance is one of the most important factors that affect the stability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).In this study,an anti-sway performance testing method and an evaluation formula for pesticide tanks were developed,which could facilitate the design and application of pesticide tank.The detection device mainly comprises a testing stand,a mounting and testing part,and a driving and control part.In the testing method,P(maximum pressure)measured by a barometer and t(fluctuation recovery time)measured by a high-speed camera were used as evaluation indexes.With the aim to determine the optimal position of the pressure detection device and the optimal filling ratio,four representative pesticide tanks were involved in this study.The results showed that the optimal position of the pressure detection device was at the middle position on the tank wall,halfway up from the bottom,and the optimal filling ratio was 0.8.Using P and t as evaluation indexes,a comprehensive evaluation formula was developed based on these tests:S=0.7Pi+0.3ti.Anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks was evaluated by a comprehensive score.A disk pesticide tank with a baffle was determined to be the best among the four types of pesticide tanks,showing a score of 1.The scores of the other three pesticide tanks were 0.500,0.428 and 0.612,respectively.These results indicated that the baffle structure in the pesticide tank and the radian design of the tank wall can effectively improve the anti-sway performance of a pesticide tank.The proposed detection device and test method are simpler and more intuitive compared to other approaches in evaluating the anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs,and they can be used as a reference to guide the design of pesticide tanks and the stability evaluation of spraying UAVs.Yu Zang Ying Zang Zhiyan Zhou Xiuyan Gu Rui Jiang Lingxi Kong Xingang He Xiwen Luo Yubin Lan 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,1:2

15Esrrb plays important roles in maintaining self-renewal of trophoblast stem cells (TSCs) and reprogramming somatic cells to induced TSCs显示文摘Trophoblast stem cells (TSCs), which can be derived from the trophoectoderm of a blastocyst, have the ability to sustain self-renewal and differentiate into various placental trophoblast cell types. Meanwhile, essential insights into the molecular mechanisms controlling the placental development can be gained by using TSCs as the cell model. Esrrb is a transcription factor that has been shown to play pivotal roles in both embryonic stem cell (ESC) and TSC, but the precise mechanism whereby Esrrb regulates TSC-specific transcriptome during differentiation and reprogramming is still largely unknown. In the present study, we elucidate the function of Esrrb in self-renewal and differentiation of TSCs, as well as during the induced TSC (iTSC) reprogramming. We demonstrate that the precise level of Esrrb is critical for stem state maintenance and further trophoblast differentiation of TSCs, as ectopically expressed Esrrb can partially block the rapid differentiation of TSCs in the absence of fibroblast growth factor 4. However, Esrrb depletion results in downregulation of certain key TSC-specific transcription factors, consequently causing a rapid differentiation of TSCs and these Esrrb-deficient TSCs lose the ability of hemorrhagic lesion formation in vivo. This function of Esrrb is exerted by directly binding and activating a core set of TSC-specific target genes including Cdx2, Eomes, Sox2, Fgfr4, and Bmp4. Furthermore, we show that Esrrb overexpression can facilitate the MEF-to-iTSC conversion. Moreover, Esrrb can substitute for Eomes to generate GEsTM-iTSCs. 16Interface-engineered MoS_(2)/CoS/NF bifunctional catalysts for highly-efficient water electrolysis显示文摘The utilization of non-noble metal catalysts with robust and highly efficient electrocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)are extremely important for the large-scale implementation of renewable energy devices.Integration of bifunctional electrocatalysts on both anode and cathode electrodes remains a significant challenge.Herein,we report on a novel and facile strategy to construct the ordered and aligned MoS_(2)nanosheet-encapsulated metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)derived hollow CoS polyhedron,in-situ grown on a nickel foam(NF).The starfish-like MoS_(2)/CoS/NF heterojunctions were formed due to the ordered growth of the material caused by NF substrate.The optimized 2-MoS_(2)/CoS/NF heterojunction exhibits robust bifunctional electrocatalytic activity with a low overpotential of 67 and 207 m V toward the HER and OER at 10 mA cm^(-2),and the long-term stability,which exceeds most of the reported bifunctional electrocatalysts.Such high electrocatalytic performance arises due to the synergistic effect between the MoS_(2)and CoS phases across the interface,the abundant active sites,as well as the hierarchical pore framework,which collectively enhance the mass and electron transfer during the reactions.The work provides a promising approach to fabricating bifunctional catalysts with custom-designed heterojunctions and remarkable performance for applications in electrochemical energy devices and related areas.Wenxia Chen Xingwang Zhu Rui Wang Wei Wei Meng Liu Shuai Dong Kostya Ken Ostrikov Shuang-Quan Zang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,,12:1

20A TEMPOL and rapamycin loaded nanofiber-covered stent favors endothelialization and mitigates neointimal hyperplasia and local inflammation显示文摘An increased level of reactive oxygen species(ROS)plays a major role in endothelial dysfunction and vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC)proliferation during in-stent thrombosis and restenosis after coronary artery stenting.Herein,we report an electrospun core-shell nanofiber coloaded with 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl(TEMPOL)and rapamycin(RAPA)that correspondingly serves as an ROS scavenger and VSMC inhibitor.This system has the potential to improve the biocompatibility of current drug-eluting stent(DES)coatings with the long-term and continuous release of TEMPOL and rapamycin.Moreover,the RAPA/TEMPOL-loaded membrane selectively inhibited the proliferation of VSMCs while sparing endothelial cells(ECs).This membrane demonstrated superior ROS-scavenging,anti-inflammatory and antithrombogenic effects in ECs.In addition,the membrane could maintain the contractile phenotype and mitigate platelet-derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB)-induced proliferation of VSMCs.In vivo results further revealed that the RAPA/TEMPOL-loaded covered stents promoted rapid restoration of vascular endothelium compared with DES and persistently impeded inflammation and neointimal hyperplasia in porcine models.Rui Wang Jian Lu Jiasheng Yin Han Chen Hongmei Liu Fei Xu Tongtong Zang Rende Xu Chenguang Li Yizhe Wu Qilin Wu Xiang Fei Meifang Zhu Li Shen Junbo Ge 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,1:1
