1Design and indoor simulated experiment of pneumatic rice seed metering device显示文摘In order to meet the agronomy demand for hybrid rice direct seeding,a novel precise pneumatic rice seed metering device was designed with groups of sucking holes plate,by which 3-4 seeds could be synchronously sucked and synchronously dropped into the paddy field.The plate was divided into five sections:seed sucking,seed clearing,seed carrying,seed dropping,and blank sections.The seeds were sucked in sucking section by the vacuum,carried and rotated to the dropping section with the plate,blown away in dropping section by the positive pressure air,and thrown into the dropping tube.The influences of the hole diameter,vacuum degree,and clear-up equipment on precision of metering device were discussed.Experiments were conducted to investigate the seeding precision and simulate the field emergence rates on the indoor seeding test-bed.The subjects were pregnant Indic hybrid Peizataifeng under two kinds of moisture content(23.43%and 26.07%).Other experiment conditions included the vacuum degree of 2.60 kPa,the rotation speed of seed sucking plate of 30 r/min,three sucking holes with a diameter of 1.6 mm,and the seed layer thickness of 25 mm.The seeding results showed that,in condition of no more than two seeds per hill,the emergence probabilities under the two moisture contents were 11.82%and 11.95%,respectively,and in condition of 3-4 seeds per hill,the results were 64.81%and 65.84%,respectively.With 2-5 seeds per hill,the results were 92.08%and 92.60%,respectively.If the emergence probability was 80%,under the two moisture contents,the no seed per hill probabilities were 1.33%and 0.80%respectively;the probabilities with 3-4 seeds per hill were 56.13%and 56.40%respectively;the probabilities with 5 or more seeds per hill were 10.67%and 10.13%respectively;the probabilities with 2-5 seeds per hill were 87.60%and 88.13%respectively.The results showed the simulated experiment was an efficient and economic method to assess the capability of pneumatic rice seed drilling metering device,and the precise pneumatic rice seed drilling metering device had a good prospect in practical application.Zhang Guozhong Zang Ying Luo Xiwen Wang Zaiman Zhang Qiang Zhang Shasha 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,4:19

5Microstructure,mechanical and corrosion properties of Mg-2Dy-xZn(x=0,0.1,0.5 and 1 at.%)alloys显示文摘Microstructure,mechanical and corrosion properties of as-cast Mg-2Dy-xZn(x=0,0.1,0.5,and 1)(at.%)alloys were investigated.The microstructures of the as-cast Mg-2Dy and Mg-2Dy-0.1Zn alloys mainly consisted ofα-Mg phase and Mg_(24)Dy_(5)eutectic phase.With 0.5 at.%Zn addition,Mg_(12)ZnDy phase with 18R-type long period stacking ordered(LPSO)structure and Mg_(2)Dy phase precipitated at the grain boundaries.When the content of Zn is 1 at.%,only the Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Dy_(2)phase formed in theα-Mg matrix.The electrochemical measurements and immersion testing results indicated that the Mg-2Dy-0.1Zn alloy exhibited the best corrosion resistance.It revealed that the morphology,scale,amount and distribution of the second phase have a great effect on the corrosion resistance of alloy.Additionally,the tensile testing results showed that the Mg-2Dy-0.5Zn alloy exhibited the higher tensile strength and good elongation,especially at 200℃.The improvement of mechanical properties was mainly due to the strengthening of LPSO phase and grain refinement of α-Mg.Guangli Bi Yuandong Li Shijun Zang Jianbin Zhang Ying Ma Yuan Hao 2014Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2014,2,1:13
6General structure design and field experiment of pneumatic rice direct-seeder显示文摘In order to meet the requirement of field direct seeding for super hybrid rice:1-3 seeds per hill,a pneumatic rice direct-seeder with six seeding metering devices was designed.Transmission system of pneumatic rice direct-seeder and seed metering device were analyzed in this study.And the pipeline structure and vortex pump were designed and selected.The pressure distribution of the pipeline was tested.The pressure value of each sub-pipeline under the conditions of different main pipeline pressure value was obtained and the reasons for pressure loss were analyzed.The results showed that the variation coefficient between sub-pipelines was less than 5%.The pipeline pressure could be evenly distributed.Further,the field experiments were carried out on super hybrid rice Peizataifeng using two-factor testing,by which the effects of different negative pressure and different forward speed(namely,rotational speed of suction plate)for seeding precision were studied.It found that:(1)the optimal negative pressure was 2 kPa;(2)under the optimal negative pressure,the probabilities of 1-3 seeds per hill for the direct-seeder were 93.41%,95.47%and 97.50%,respectively,when the forward speed of the direct-seeded was high,medium and low speed;(3)the probability of empty hole was less than 2%,which satisfied the field direct seeding requirements of super hybrid rice.Additionally,hill spacing was measured,and the factors affecting the hill spacing were analyzed.The results showed that the fluctuation of hill spacing in the small range will not affect the seeding effect.In this study,a new type of pneumatic rice direct-seeder was designed.The main working components were tested and analyzed.The best parameters of field work were obtained.It provides the basis for the field application of the pneumatic rice precision seeder.Xing He Wang Zaiman Luo Xiwen Cao Xiaoman Liu Chunbo Zang Ying 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,6:10
7Initial experience of single-incision plus one port left-side approach totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy with uncut Roux-en-Y reconstruction显示文摘BACKGROUND Single incision plus one port left-side approach(SILS+1/L)totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(TLDG)is an emerging technique for the treatment of gastric cancer.Reduced port laparoscopic gastrectomy has a number of potential advantages for patients compared with conventional laparoscopic gastrectomy:relieving postoperative pain,shortening hospital stay and offering a better cosmetic outcome.Nevertheless,there are no previous reports on the use of SILS+1/L TLDG with uncut Roux-en-Y(uncut R-Y)reconstruction.AIM To investigate the initial feasibility of SILS+1/L TLDG with uncut Roux-en-Y digestive tract reconstruction(uncut R-Y reconstruction)to treat distal gastric cancer.METHODS A total of 21 patients who underwent SILS+1/L TLDG with uncut R-Y reconstruction for gastric cancer were enrolled.All patients were treated at The Second Hospital of Shandong University.Reconstructions were performed intracorporeally with 60 mm endoscopic linear stapler and 45 mm no-knife stapler.The clinicopathological characteristics,surgical details,postoperative short-term outcomes,postoperative follow-up upper gastrointestinal radiography findings and endoscopy results were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS All SILS+1/L operations were performed by SILS+1/L TLDG successfully.The patient population included 13 men and 8 women with a mean age of 48.2 years(ranged from 40 years to 70 years)and median body mass index of 22.8 kg/m^2.There were no conversions to open laparotomy,and no other port was placed.The mean operation time was 146 min(ranged 130-180 min),and the estimated mean blood loss was 54 mL(ranged 20-110 mL).The mean duration to flatus and discharge was 2.3(ranged 1-3.5)and 7.3(ranged 6-9)d,respectively.The mean number of retrieved lymph nodes was 42(ranged 30-47).Two patients experienced mild postoperative complications,including surgical site infection(wound at the navel incision)and mild postoperative pancreatic fistula(grade A).Follow-up upper gastrointestinal radiography and endoscopy were carried out at 3 mo postoperatively.No patients experienced moderate or severe food stasis,alkaline gastritis or bile reflux during the follow-up period.No recanalization of the biliopancreatic limb was found.CONCLUSION SILS+1/L TLDG with uncut R-Y reconstruction could be safely performed as a reduced port surgery.Wei Zhou Chang-Zheng Dong Yi-Feng Zang Ying Xue Xing-Guo Zhou Yu Wang Yin-Lu Ding 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,31:7
8Multicenter Clinical Study for Evaluation of Efficacy and Safety of Transdermal Fentanyl Matrix Patch in Treatment of Moderate to Severe Cancer Pain in 474 Chinese Cancer Patients显示文摘Objective: Although a new matrix formulation fentanyl has been used throughout the world for cancer pain management, few data about its efficacy and clinical outcomes associated with its use in Chinese patients have been obtained. This study aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of the new system in Chinese patients with moderate to severe cancer pain. Methods: A total of 474 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain were enrolled in this study and were treated with the new transdermal fentanyl matrix patch (TDF) up to 2 weeks. All the patients were asked to record pain intensity, side effects, quality of life (QOL), adherence and global satisfaction. The initial dose of fentanyl was 25 ?g/h titrated with opioid or according to National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines. Transdermal fentanyl was changed every three days. Results: After 2 weeks. The mean pain intensity of the 459 evaluated patients decreased significantly from 5.63?1.26 to 2.03?1.46 (P<0.0001). The total remission rate was 91.29%, of which moderate remission rate 53.16%, obvious remission rate 25.49% and complete remission rate 12.64%. The rate of adverse events was 33.75%, 18.78% of which were moderate and 3.80% were severe. The most frequent adverse events were constipation and nausea. No fatal events were observed. The quality of life was remarkably improved after the treatment (P<0.0001). 9Optimization of variables for maximizing efficacy and efficiency in aerial spray application to cotton using unmanned aerial systems显示文摘Aerial spraying can support efficient defoliation without crop contact.With the recent introduction to unmanned aerial system(UAS)for aerial spraying in China,there is a need to determine the optimum application variables to achieve high efficacy and efficiency with low costs.The present research involved field studies across two annual cotton production seasons in North Xinjiang,China.Four factors,including volume rate(A),tank mix including spray adjuvants(B),flight altitude(C),flight speed(D)and three levels of L9(3^(4))orthogonal arrays were carried out to optimize the application parameters for three types of UASs.These included different numbers of rotors as follows:four-rotors,six-rotors and eight-rotors.Spray coverage,distribution uniformity(coefficient of variation(CV)of droplet coverage),rates of cotton defoliation and boll opening,application efficiency and cost were measured and assessed.Results showed that:(1)the rates of defoliation and boll opening by aerial cotton defoliant application could meet the requirement of cotton mechanized harvesting;(2)the optimal scenario for the three UASs was A_(3)B_(2)C_(1)D_(3),Volume rate(A3):48 L/hm^(2);Tank mix and concentration(B_(2)):(Tuotulong 225+Sujie 750+Ethephon 2250)mL/hm^(2),Flight altitude(C_(1)):1.5 m,and Flight speeds(D_(3))for unmanned helicopters with four-rotors,six-rotors and eight-rotors were 3.12 m/s,2.51 m/s and 3.76 m/s,respectively.These results can provide guidance for cotton defoliant aerial spraying in China using UAS.Juan Liao Ying Zang Xiwen Luo Zhiyan Zhou Yubin Lan Yu Zang Xiuyan Gu Weiming Xu Andrew John Hewitt 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,2:6

11Review of precision rice hill-drop drilling technology and machine for paddy显示文摘Mechanized rice direct seeding is a cost-effective and efficient approach for rice cultivation.Recently,the use of rice direct seeding has been increasing rapidly owing to rural labour shortages and continuous increases in agricultural production costs.This article reviews the research and application progress of mechanized rice direct seeding including direct seeding technologies,precision rice seeding,precision rice seed-metering devices,key supporting agronomy technologies for mechanized rice direct seeding.South China Agricultural University developed precision rice hill-drop drilling(PRHDD)with synchronous furrowing and ridging technology and series machines for paddy that affords remarkable advantages in terms of saving time and labour,higher yield,and higher efficiency.In this approach,pre-germinated seeds are uniformly hill-dropped in the expected positions in puddled soil.It significantly improved the crop growth population and effectively solved the problems of high frequency of disease and pests caused by the irregular distribution of rice seeds with manual broadcasting,and generally reduces seed usage and increases the yield.Therefore,this technology has broad application prospects and great potential for promoting the development of mechanized rice direct seeding in China.Minghua Zhang Zaiman Wang Xiwen Luo Ying Zang Wenwu Yang He Xing Baolong Wang Yizheng Dai 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,3:6

14Development and experiment of rice hill-drop drilling machine for dry land based on proportional speed regulation显示文摘Rice precision hill-drop drilling technique in dry land uses fixed hill spacing to achieve orderly planting of crops and to attain good ventilating and day-lighting effects in rice fields.The technique is also beneficial in improving root growth and root structure and in increasing lodging resistance.The high-yield record of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp’s first division for three consecutive years shows that rice precision hill-drop drilling technique in dry land is one of the important directions to developed rice cultivating mechanization technology.To further improve the quality of rice precision hill-drop drilling machine for dry land,a single profiling,electro-hydraulic proportional real-time adjustment of system was developed according to the agronomic requirements.This machine can simultaneously finish various kinds of seedbed leveling,furrowing and seeding operations,as well as soil covering and pressing.Electro-hydraulic proportional speed regulation makes an AMESim simulation test and analyzes the stability and error of hydraulic adjusting planting distance.Bench testing was carried out on the metering device by simultaneously employing high speed photography technology and analyzing the relationship of the high speed of hill distance and seed charge height.Finally,machine trial was completed.The two-year field experiments of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp showed that when the machine operation speed is 2.8-3.2 km/h,the sowing depth percent of pass is 75%or higher,the qualified rate of row spacing is 80%or more,the pass rate of row spacing is 90%or higher,and the quantity per hill is 75%or higher.This machine met the various indicators of hill sowing quality requirements.Fu Wei Zhang Zhiyuan Zang Ying Luo Xiwen Zeng Shan Wang Zaiman 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4:5
15Anatomical variation of infra-pyloric artery origination: A prospective multicenter observational study (IPA-Origin)显示文摘Objective: Infra-pyloric artery(IPA) is an important anatomical landmark in treatment of gastric cancer and is the key vessel for pylorus-preserving gastrectomy and subgroup of infra-pyloric lymph nodes. However, its anatomical variation is not thoroughly understood. Our study aimed to clarify the origination of the IPA.Methods: We did this prospective, multicenter, open-label, observational study at gastric surgery departments of34 hospitals in China. Gastric cancer patients aged 18 years or older and scheduled to undergo elective total or distal gastrectomy were assigned. During the surgery, IPA dissecting and exposing the origination point with photographs or video clips were required. The primary outcome was the origination of the IPA. Analysis of variance, χ~2 tests and Fisher's tests were used to analyze the differences between groups. The study is registered at Clinicaltrials.gov(No. NCT03071237).Results: Between May 8 and July 31, 2017, 429 patients were assigned for the study, and 419(97.7%) patients had the IPA dissected and recorded through photograph or video and were included in the primary outcome analysis. The median age was 62 years old, and 73.7% were male. Among the patients, 78.5% received laparoscopic surgery. Single IPA origination was identified in 398(95.0%) patients, including gastroduodenal artery(GDA) in154(36.8%) patients, anterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery(ASPDA) in 130(31.0%) patients, and right gastroepiploic artery(RGEA) in 114(27.2%) patients. Fifteen(3.6%) patients were identified with multiple IPA and 6(1.4%) patients were identified as IPA absence. The differences in the distribution of surgical approach(P=0.003) and geographic area(P=0.030) were statistically significant. 16Roxithromycin attenuates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis by targeting senescent cells显示文摘Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is an aging-associated disease with a poor prognosis.Emerging evidence has revealed that targeting senescent cells may be a potential treatment for IPF.In this study,we aimed to explore whether roxithromycin(RXM)can improve lung fibrosis by targeting senescent cells.First,we confirmed the ability of RXM to selectively kill senescent cells by inducing apoptosis and inhibiting the expression of senescence-associated secretory phenotype(SASP)factors,suggesting the potential role of RXM as a“senolytic”and“senomorphic”drug.Next,we observed that TGF-β-and senescent cell-induced lung fibroblast activation was inhibited by RXM treatment,which prompted us to further investigate its effect in vivo.In a mouse model of bleomycin(BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis,RXM was shown to attenuate lung injury,inflammation,and fibrosis.Furthermore,the senescent phenotype of lung tissues induced by BLM was significantly diminished after RXM administration,indicating the potential of RXM as an antifibrotic and antisenescent agent.Interestingly,NADPH oxidase 4(NOX4),implicated in lung fibrosis and cell senescence,was shown to be inhibited by RXM treatments.The antifibroblast activation and antisenescent effects of RXM were abolished in NOX4 knockdown cells,demonstrating that RXM may ameliorate BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis by targeting senescent cells mediated by the NOX4 pathway.Collectively,these data demonstrated that RXM may be a potential clinical agent for IPF and further supported the notion that targeting cellular senescence is a promising treatment for progressive age-related disease.Xuan Zhang Ying Dong Wan-chen Li Bi-xi Tang Jia Li Yi Zang 2021Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2021,42,12:3
17New Application of Stainless Steel显示文摘Several rigid substrates such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, nickel foil, silicon, and sodium lime glass have been employed for manufacturing high quality TiO2 films by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The as-deposited TiO2 films have been characterized with SEM/EDX and XRD. The photocatalytic properties were investigated by decomposition of aqueous orangeⅡ. UV-VIS photospectrometer was employed to check the absorption characteristics and photocatalytic degradation activity. The results show that films synthesized on metal substrates display higher photoactivities than that on absolute substrates such as silicon and glass. It is found that solar light is an alternative to UV-light used for illumination during photodegradation of orange Ⅱ. 20Engineered tunneling layer with enhaneed impact ionization for detection improvement in graphene/silicon heterojunction photodetectors显示文摘Here,an engineered tunneling layer enhanced photocurrent multiplication through the impact ionization effect was proposed and experimentally demonstrated on the graphene/silic on heterojunction photodetectors.With con sidering the suitable band structure of the insulation material and their special defect states,an atomic layer deposition(ALD)prepared wide-bandgap insulating(WBI)layer of AIN was introduced into the interface of graphene/silicon heterojunction.The promoted tunneling process from this designed structure dem on strated that can effectively help the impact ionization with photogain not only for the regular minority carriers from silicon,but also for the novel hot carries from graphene.As a result,significantly enhanced photocurrent as well as simultaneously decreased dark current about one order were accomplished in this graphene/insulation/silicon(GIS)heterojunction devices with the optimized AIN thickness of〜15 nm compared to the conventional graphene/silicon(GS)devices.Specifically,at the reverse bias of-10 V,a 3.96-A W_1 responsivity with the photogain of~5.8 for the peak response under 850-nm light illumination,and a 1.03-A W_1 responsivity with~3.5 photogain under the 365 nm ultraviolet(UV)illumination were realized,which are even remarkably higher than those in GIS devices with either AI2O3 or the commonly employed SiO2 insulation layers.This work dem on strates a universal strategy to fabricate broad ba nd,low-cost and high-performance photo-detecting devices towards the graphene-silicon optoelectronic integration.Jun Yin Lian Liu Yashu Zang Anni Ying Wenjie Hui Shusen Jiang Chunquan Zhang Tzuyi Yang Yu-Lun Chueh Jing Li Junyong Kang 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,6:3
