1A novel surface molecularly imprinted polymer as the solid-phase extraction adsorbent for the selective determination of ampicillin sodium in milk and blood samples显示文摘Surface molecularly imprinted polymers(SMIPs) for selective adsorption of ampicillin sodium were synthesized using surface molecular imprinting technique with silica gel as a support.The physical and morphological characteristics of the polymers were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),elemental analysis and nitrogen adsorption–desorption test.The obtained results showed that the SMIPs displayed great adsorption capacity(13.5 μg/mg),high recognition ability(the imprinted factor is 3.2) and good binding kinetics for ampicillin sodium.Finally,as solid phase extraction adsorbents,the SMIPs coupled with HPLC method were validated and applied for the enrichment,purification and determination of ampicillin sodium in real milk and blood samples.The averages of spiked accuracy ranged from 92.1% to 107.6%.The relative standard deviations of intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 4.6%.This study provides a new and promising method for enriching,extracting and determining ampicillin sodium in complex biological samples.Ningli Wu Zhimin Luo Yanhui Ge Pengqi Guo Kangli Du Weili Tang Wei Du Aiguo Zeng Chun Chang Qiang Fu 2016Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2016,6,3:6
2Population Structure Analysis and Genome-Wide Association Study of Tea(Camellia sinensis(L.)Kuntze)Germplasm in Qiannan,China,Based on SLAF-Seq Technology显示文摘Duyun Maojian tea is a famous tea in China.In this study,the specific-locus amplified fragment(SLAF)sequencing method was used to analyze the population structure and conduct a genome-wide association study(GWAS)of 2 leaf traits of 123 tea plants in Qiannan,China.A total of 462,019 SLAF tags and 11,362,041 single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)loci were obtained.The results of phylogenetic tree analysis,cluster analysis,and principal component analysis showed that 123 tea germplasms were clustered into three groups,and the heterozygosity rates for Groups I,II,and II were 0.206,0.224,and 0.34,respectively.Generally,tea germplasms in a production area are clustered in a group,indicating that tea germplasms in different production areas have certain genetic diversity.The traditional Duyun Maojian tea core production areas,TS and DC-SJ,are clustered into Group I and Group II respectively,while the ZY production area is relatively independent in Group III.Furthermore,based on GWAS analysis,11 candidate genes related to leaf apex and 7 candidate genes related to leaf shape were obtained.This study clarified the genetic relationship among eight Duyun Maojian tea production areas and obtained candidate genes related to leaf apex and leaf shape development.The results showed that population structure and candidate genes are an effective basis for the breeding of Duyun Maojian tea germplasm.Fen Zhang Weili Tian Lu Cen Litang Lv Xiaofang Zeng Yulu Chen Yichen Zhao Yan Li 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,4:1

6Influence of Different Fertilization Levels on Maize Yield and Fertilizer Effect Based on the '3414' Experimental Design Scheme显示文摘In order to provide scientific basis for rational fertilization of maize under different soil quality and fertility,the effect of combined application of NPK on yield and fertilizer effect of different maize varieties was studied by using '3414' experimental design scheme in this paper. The results showed that there were significant differences in ear length,ear diameter,barren ear tip length,kernel number per spike,kernel weight and yield among different fertilization treatments. Fertilization can improve the agronomic characters of maize and increase the yield.The yield increase of maize in two experimental plots( MHQ and HZY) was 11. 0%-64. 3% and 0. 2%-61. 9%,respectively. There was obvious interaction effect among nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers,the yield of maize was the highest at the level of medium nitrogen,medium phosphorus and medium potassium fertilization,and the fertilizer effect was in the order of N > P_2O_5> K_2O. 10The Earth Summit Mission-2022:Successful ozone soundings contribute to source identification in the north Mt.Qomolangma region显示文摘As part of“The Earth Summit Mission-2022”during the second Tibetan Plateau Scientific Expedition and Research(STEP)in April and May 2022,we conducted the ozone sounding experiment(an ozonesonde mated to a radiosonde)at Mt.Qomolangma Base Camp(MQBC;86.85°E,28.14°N;5200 m),a location at an extremely high altitude.A total of ten sounding profiles were obtained between April 30 and May 06,2022,of which seven profiles were above35 km in altitude,with a maximum detection altitude up to 39.0 km.This study presents the temporal variation and vertical distributions of atmospheric temperature,humidity,and ozone during the MQBC campaign.The averaged ozone concentration was high(68.3 ppbv)at the surface and then increased smoothly until peaking(~110 ppbv)in the middle troposphere(approximately 10 km),and afterward,the ozone concentration increased rapidly from the upper troposphere to a maximum of~10 ppmv at~30 km.The enhanced ozone concentration in the middle troposphere was associated with the blocking high pressure,and transport from the southern flank of the Himalayas occurred during the campaign period.The average total ozone column was 291.9±21.4 DU for the seven profiles exceeding 35km in altitude.The ozonesonde measurements were also compared with the vertical ozone profiles retrieved from the space-borne ozone products from the Microwave Limb Sounder(MLS)onboard the Aura satellite and the Atmospheric Infrared Sounder(AIRS)onboard the Aqua satellite.Jinqiang Zhang Chunxiang Ye Yuejian Xuan Zhixuan Bai Weili Lin Dan Li Lingkun Ran Baofeng Jiao YaomingMa Weiqiang Ma Nan Yao Yunshu Zeng Daren Lv Tong Zhu 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,2:0
11Facile cyclic ammonium salt with the smallest size for high performance electric double layer capacitors显示文摘The smallest cyclic ammonium salt reported to date, N,N-dimethylpyrrolidinium tetrafluoroborate (P11-BF4), was successively synthesized using a synthesis route without metal ions and halogen ions, then investigated as the electrolyte with Propylene carbonate in EDLCs. The electrochemical characteristics of EDLCs assembled by 1 mol/L P11-BF4/PC paired with activated carbon electrodes were compared to traditional electrolytes. P11-BF4 has proven to have superior voltage resistance by using cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge-discharge testing. Moreover, P11-BF4 exhibits a more brilliant rate performance due to its high conductivity. 12A DHR executor selection algorithm based on historical credibility and dissimilarity clustering显示文摘The security of the dynamic heterogeneous redundancy(DHR)architecture relies on the heterogeneity of its executors,which also defines the vulnerability of the mimic system.In order to select executors with reliable and significant dissimilarity as service executors,we propose a DHR executor selection algorithm based on historical credibility and dissimilarity clustering(HCDC),which adds two metrics of executor historical credibility and dissimilarity.First,to maximize the difference between heterogeneous executor pools,clustering is performed based on the dissimilarity of the executor.Second,the executor with the highest historical credibility is selected from the heterogeneous executor pool as the candidate pool.The historical credibility is dynamically updated by the negative feedback control based on the results of the multi-mode adjudicator.Finally,the dynamic scheduling algorithm selects the executors from the candidate pool to form the set of service executors.The simulation results demonstrate that,in comparison to existing methods,the algorithm reduces the attack success rate and average failure rate while increasing system reliability.Sisi SHAO Yimu JI Weili ZHANG Shangdong LIU Fei JIANG Zhigang CAO Fei WU Fukang ZENG Jun ZUO Longfei ZHOU 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,11:0
13Gradient CNT/PVDF piezoelectric composite with enhanced force-electric coupling for soccer training显示文摘Real-time monitoring of ball–shoe interactions can provide essential information for high-quality instruction in personalized soccer training,yet existing monitoring systems struggle to reflect specific forces,loci,and durations of action.Here,we design a self-powered piezoelectric sensor constructed by the gradient carbon nanotube/polyvinylidene fluoride(CNT/PVDF)composite to monitor the interactions between the ball and the shoe.Two-dimensional Raman mapping demonstrates the gradient structure of CNT/PVDF prepared by programmable electrospinning combined with a hot pressing.Benefitting from the synergistic effect of local polarization caused by the enrichment of CNT and the reduced diffusion of silver patterns in gradient structure,the as-prepared composite exhibits enhanced force-electric coupling with an excellent sensitivity of 80 mV/N and durability over 15,000 cycles.On this basis,we conformally attach a 3×3 sensor array to a soccer shoe,enabling real-time acquisition of kick position and contact force,which could provide quantitative assessment and personalize guidance for the training of soccer players.This self-powered piezoelectric sensor network system offers a promising paradigm for wearable monitoring under strong impact forces.Wanghong Zeng Weili Deng Tao Yang Shenglong Wang Yue Sun Jieling Zhang Xiarong Ren Long Jin Lihua Tang Weiqing Yang 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:0
