1The Dynamic Experiment on Treating Acid Mine Drainage with Iron Scrap and Sulfate Reducing Bacteria Using Biomass Materials as Carbon Source显示文摘The study is aimed at the problem of high content of Cr^(6+),Cr^(3+)and SO_(4)^(2-)is high and low pH value in acid mine drainage(AMD).Moreover,treatment of AMD by sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)requires the addition of carbon source,while the treating effectiveness is not good enough on its own.The sugarcane slag,the corn cob and the sunflower straw were selected as the SRB carbon source cooperating with iron scrap to construct the dynamic columns 1,2 and 3.The mechanism of removing Cr^(6+),Cr^(3+),SO_(4)^(2-)and H+and the regularity of sustained release of carbon source and TFe release was studied in AMD.The removal efficiency of heavy metal ions,the ability of sustained release of carbon source,and the ability of adjusting acid by the three dynamic columns were compared.The result shows that the average removal rates of Cr^(6+),Cr^(3+)and SO_(4)^(2-)in effluent of dynamic column 1,filled by sugarcane slag,iron scrap and SRB,were 96.9%,67.1%and 54.3%.The average release of TFe and chemical oxygen demand(COD)were 4.4 and 287.3 mg/L.Its average pH was 6.98.Compared with the performance of dynamic columns 1,2 and 3,dynamic column 1 performed best in removing Cr^(6+),Cr^(3+)and SO_(4)^(2-)from AMD and controlling the release of COD and TFe,adjusting the pH of the solution.The study is of significance in treatment of AMD by taking for biomass materials as SRB carbon source in cooperation with iron scrap.Xianjun Wang Junzhen Di Yanrong Dong Yu Yang Bing Liang Fankang Meng Tingting Wang Wenbo An Zengxin Li Jianzhi Guo 2021Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,1:2
2HIF-1α在乳腺癌及癌前病变中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the expressions and clinical significance of HIF-1α in breast cancer and precancerous lesions, and analyze the relationship between the expressions and clinicopathological features in breast cancer. Methods: We analyzed the HIF-1α expression in 128 cases of invasive ductal carcinomas, 146 precancerous lesions patients including 89 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ and 57 cases of atypical ductal hyperplasia. 53 cases of usual ductal hyperplasia breast tissues were selected as a control group. The specimens were evaluated for HIF-1α, estrogen receptor(ER) & progesterone receptor(PR), epidermal growth factor receptor type 2(HER2/neu) and Ki-67. Immunoreactivity was semi-quantitatively evaluated in at least 1000 cells examined under the microscope at 40 × magnification and recorded as the percentage of positive tumor cells over the total number of cells examined in the same area. The percentage scores were subsequently categorized. The express of HIF-1α and their relationship with multiple biological parameters including ER & PR, HER2/neu and Ki-67, the biomarkers levels of CA153, CA125 TSGF, and CEA in blood serum and nipple discharge, histological grade, region lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and recurrence on files were also assessed. Results: Compared with usual ductal hyperplasia, the positive expression rate of HIF-1α in atypical ductal hyperplasia, ductal carcinoma in situ and invasive ductal carcinomas group was significantly increased(P < 0.01). The positive rates of HIF-1α in invasive ductal carcinomas were 68.75%, which were significantly higher than that in ductal carcinoma in situ(43.8%), atypical ductal hyperplasia(31.6%), usual ductal hyperplasia(9.4%; χ2 = 13.44, 22.27, 52.79, respectively, P < 0.01). Statistical analysis showed that difference of abnormal expression rate of HIF-1α between ductal carcinoma in situ and usual ductal hyperplasia(χ2 = 18.37, P = 0. 00), atypical ductal hyperplasia and usual ductal hyperplasia(χ2 = 8.14, P = 0.00) was significant(P = 0.00). However, no significant difference in the positive expression rate of HIF-1α was found between atypical ductal hyperplasia and ductal carcinoma in situ tissue(χ2 = 2.19, P = 0.14). There was a significantly difference in the mean HIF-1α frequency between ER & PR positive invasive ductal carcinomas group and negative group, epidermal growth factor receptor type 2(HER2/neu) positive and negative groups, Ki-67 proliferation index ≤ 14% and > 14% groups, histological grade(I + II) and grade III invasive ductal carcinomas groups, with lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and recurrence groups(P < 0.05) and without groups(P < 0.05). However, there was not difference in the mean HIF-1α between age(≤ 50 years vs > 50 years), tumor diameter(≤ 2 cm vs > 2 cm; P > 0.05). The nipple discharge and serum levels of CA153, TSGF, CA125 and CEA in invasive ductal carcinomas HIF-1α positive patients were significantly higher than those in the negative patients(P < 0.05). Conclusion: In breast cancer, HIF-1α expression was abnormally increased. The aberration of HIF-1α may play a key role during oncogenesis(atypical ductal hyperplasia or ductal carcinoma in situ) and promote breast cellular transformation into malignancy, a finding useful for further understanding of tumorigenesis. The abnormal expression of HIF-1α may be as an early event in the development of breast tumor. 3Insights into the generation of laser-induced assembly of MoSe_(2) nanospheres显示文摘Laser-induced assembly is a promising technology for advancing micro/nano photonic devices.However,the dynamic process and the photothermal interaction in laser-induced assembly technique,as well as the role of laser illumination pattern on the assembly structure have not been well investigated.In this paper,we prepare dark MoSe_(2) nanospheres with a facile solvothermal synthesis method and grow a concentric ring-shaped assembly with incident light following Fresnel circular-aperture diffraction.The impact of the illumination light filed on the structure of the assembly is investigated.The concentric ring-shaped assembly reveals focusing effect with about 4.87 times intensity amplification.Optical trap effect,photothermal effect,and tension effect are proved to synergistically enhance the trap stiffness and broaden trap region.This work gives an insight into the production of laser induced assembly,hence broadens the potential application of nanoparticles and assembly in micro-optics and photonic devices.Gangshuo Liu Zengxin Huang Chao Yan Shanshan Li Can Xu Lipei Song Dengfeng Kuang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:1

13Acellular nerve grafts supplemented with induced pluripotent stem cell-derived exosomes promote peripheral nerve reconstruction and motor function recovery显示文摘Peripheral nerve injury is a great challenge in clinical work due to the restricted repair gap and weak regrowth ability.Herein,we selected induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)derived exosomes to supplement acellular nerve grafts(ANGs)with the aim of restoring long-distance peripheral nerve defects.Human fibroblasts were reprogrammed into iPSCs through non-integrating transduction of Oct3/4,Sox2,Klf4,and c-Myc.The obtained iPSCs had highly active alkaline phosphatase expression and expressed Oct4,SSEA4,Nanog,Sox2,which also differentiated into all three germ layers in vivo and differentiated into mature peripheral neurons and Schwann cells(SCs)in vitro.After isolation and biological characteristics of iPSCs-derived exosomes,we found that numerous PKH26-labeled exosomes were internalized inside SCs through endocytotic pathway and exhibited a proliferative effect on SCs that were involved in the process of axonal regeneration and remyelination.After that,we prepared ANGs via optimized chemical extracted process to bridge 15 mm long-distance peripheral nerve gaps in rats.Owing to the promotion of iPSCs-derived exosomes,satisfactory regenerative outcomes were achieved including gait behavior analysis,electrophysiological assessment,and morphological analysis of regenerated nerves.Especially,motor function was restored with comparable to those achieved with nerve autografts and there were no significant differences in the fiber diameter and area of reinnervated muscle fibers.Taken together,our combined use of iPSCs-derived exosomes with ANGs demonstrates good promise to restore long-distance peripheral nerve defects,and thus represents a cell-free strategy for future clinical applications.Jianfeng Pan Meng Zhao Xiangjiao Yi Jianguo Tao Shaobo Li Zengxin Jiang Biao Cheng Hengfeng Yuan Feng Zhang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,9:1
