1Analysis of heat transfer of loop heat pipe used to cool high power LED显示文摘A novel loop heat pipe(LHP)cooling device for high power LED is developed.The thermal capabilities, including startup performance,temperature uniformity and thermal resistance of the loop heat pipe under different heat loads and incline angles have been investigated experimentally.The obtained results indicate that the thermal resistance of the heat pipe heat sink is in the range of 0.19―3.1 K/W,the temperature uniformity in the evaporator is controlled within 1.5℃,and the junction temperature of high power LED can be controlled steadily under 100℃for a heat load of 100 W.LU XiangYou HUA ZeZhao LIU MeiJing CHENG YuanXia 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,12:5
2Polycrystalline diamond MESFETs by Au-mask technology for RF applications显示文摘Metal-semiconductor field effect transistors (MESFETs) were fabricated on H-terminated polycrystalline diamond.The DC characteristics of the p-channel MESFET showed a maximum drain current density of 204 mA/mm at a gate-source voltage of 6 V,and a maximum transconductance of 20 mS/mm at a gate-source voltage of 1.5 V.The small signal S-parameters of MESFET with 2 100 m gate width and 2 m gate length were measured.An extrinsic cut-off frequency (fT) of 1.7 GHz and the maximum oscillation frequency (fmax) of 2.5 GHz were obtained,which was the first report on diamond MESFETs with RF characteristics in China.FENG ZhiHong WANG JingJing HE ZeZhao DUN ShaoBo YU Cui LIU JinLong ZHANG PingWei GUO Hui LI ChengMing CAI ShuJun 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,4:2

4Epitaxial graphene gas sensors on SiC substrate with high sensitivity显示文摘2D material of graphene has inspired huge interest in fabricating of solid state gas sensors.In this work,epitaxial graphene,quasi-free-standing graphene,and CVD epitaxial graphene samples on SiC substrates are used to fabricate gas sensors.Defects are introduced into graphene using SF6 plasma treatment to improve the performance of the gas sensors.The epitaxial graphene shows high sensitivity to NO2 with response of 105.1%to 4 ppm NO2 and detection limit of 1 ppb.The higher sensitivity of epitaxial graphene compared to quasi-free-standing graphene,and CVD epitaxial graphene was found to be related to the different doping types of the samples.Cui Yu Qingbin Liu Zezhao He Xuedong Gao Enxiu Wu Jianchao Guo Chuangjie Zhou Zhihong Feng 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,3:0
5Receptivity and structural sensitivity study of the wide vaneless diffuser flow with adjoint method显示文摘The stability of the flow in the vaneless diffuser of a centrifugal compressor is studied with the linear theory. The characteristics of direct and adjoint perturbation modes are investigated,and the receptivity of the instability mode to momentum forcing or mass injection is identified based on the adjoint modes. Analysis shows that the perturbation with the largest amplitude is located at the outlet of the vaneless diffuser, while the highest-receptivity region is located in the middle of the vaneless diffuser along the radial direction. The large difference between the direct and adjoint modes indicates that the instability mechanism cannot be identified from a study of either eigenmode separately. Therefore, the structural sensitivity analysis is adopted to study the feedback of the instability mode. 6Assessing urban resilience to public health disaster using the rough analytic hierarchy process method:A regional study in China显示文摘In the context of frequent occurrences of disasters worldwide,disaster-coping capability is imperative for risk reduction and contemporary emergency management.The global COVID-19 pandemic since 2020 has further highlighted the significance of resilience construction at different geographical scales.Overall,the conceptual cognition of resilience in disaster management covers multiple elements and has diverse yielding on regional assessment.This study assesses the local resilience to the public health disaster in the prefecture-level cities,focusing on two dimensions consisting of vulnerability and capability in the targeted provincial region of Jiangsu in China.To this end,based on the vulnerability-capability framework,the Rough Analytic Hierarchy Process(Rough AHP)method was applied to the resilience assessment.Drawing upon the criteria derived from literature,the criteria weights were determined with the RAHP method and we assessed urban resilience with census data.In addition,the hierarchical factors contributing to urban resilience were determined using robustness analysis.This research provides constructive ideas for regional disaster reduction and contributes to the government’s capability to improve urban resilience.Zezhao Liu Rui Ma HuiJia Wang 2022Journal of Safety Science and Resilience2022,3,2:0
