Three-dimensional modeling and simulation of asphalt concrete mixtures based on X-ray CT microstructure images显示文摘X-ray CT(computed tomography) was used to scan asphalt mixture specimen to obtain high resolution continuous cross-section images and the meso-structure.According to the theory of three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction, the 3D reconstruction algorithm was investigated in this paper. The key to the reconstruction technique is the acquisition of the voxel positions and the relationship between the pixel element and node.Three-dimensional numerical model of asphalt mixture specimen was created by a self-developed program.A splitting test was conducted to predict the stress distributions of the asphalt mixture and verify the rationality of the 3D model.Hainian Wang Zhihan Huang Lei Li Zhanping You Yu Chen 2014Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2014,1,1:30
New innovations in pavement materials and engineering:A review on pavement engineering research 2021显示文摘Sustainable and resilient pavement infrastructure is critical for current economic and environmental challenges. In the past 10 years, the pavement infrastructure strongly supports the rapid development of the global social economy.New theories, new methods, new technologies and new materials related to pavement engineering are emerging.Deterioration of pavement infrastructure is a typical multi-physics problem.Because of actual coupled behaviors of traffic and environmental conditions, predictions of pavement service life become more and more complicated and require a deep knowledge of pavement material analysis. In order to summarize the current and determine the future research of pavement engineering,Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)has launched a review paper on the topic of'New innovations in pavement materials and engineering:A review on pavement engineering research 2021'.Based on the joint-effort of 43 scholars from 24 well-known universities in highway engineering, this review paper systematically analyzes the research status and future development direction of 5 major fields of pavement engineering in the world. The content includes asphalt binder performance and modeling, mixture performance and modeling of pavement materials,multi-scale mechanics, green and sustainable pavement, and intelligent pavement.Overall, this review paper is able to provide references and insights for researchers and engineers in the field of pavement engineering.JTTE Editorial Office Jiaqi Chen Hancheng Dan Yongjie Ding Yangming Gao Meng Guo Shuaicheng Guo Bingye Han Bin Hong Yue Hou Chichun Hu Jing Hu Ju Huyan Jiwang Jiang Wei Jiang Cheng Li Pengfei Liu Yu Liu Zhuangzhuang Liu Guoyang Lu Jian Ouyang Xin Qu Dongya Ren Chao Wang Chaohui Wang Dawei Wang Di Wang Hainian Wang Haopeng Wang Yue Xiao Chao Xing Huining Xu Yu Yan Xu Yang Lingyun You Zhanping You Bin Yu Huayang Yu Huanan Yu Henglong Zhang Jizhe Zhang Changhong Zhou Changjun Zhou Xingyi Zhu 2021Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2021,8,6:7
Review on evolution and evaluation of asphalt pavement structures and materials显示文摘The purpose of this study was to summarize the wide-range literatures on asphalt pavements, explore the evolution of road pavements, analyze typical asphalt pavement structures, highlight current trends in research and industry, and to recommend future areas of research and development. In this research, road pavement evolution was explored from the earliest roads to the modern pavements. A new method was recommended to categorize asphalt pavement materials into the three large families which may be further sub-divided according to their mechanical parameters. A unified asphalt pavement classification(UAPC) method was proposed and the worldwide asphalt pavements could be divided into six types through the new method. Based o n the UAPC method, 1087 asphalt pavement structures were classified and analyzed to explore the asphalt thickness variation. In order to evaluate asphalt pavement performance, the Chinese design specification was employed for analyzing lives of 29 high-volume pavements and 28 low-volume pavements. Through this research, it was found that:(1) in the past 100 years, asphalt pavement materials and structures had been becoming more and more strong;(2) asphalt layer thicknesses were various from 5 to 60 cm and the overall pavement thicknesses were various from 28 to 160 cm;(3) the long-life pavements in the other countries may become'shorter-life' pavements according to the prediction based on the Chinese specification.Yu Liu Peifeng Su Miaomiao Li Zhanping You Mohan Zhao 2020Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2020,7,5:6

Modeling the factors that influence knowledge transfer in mergers and acquisitions显示文摘This paper constructs a model on the factors that influence knowledge transfer in mergers and acquisitions(M&A)and validates it via questionnaire surveys.Using 125valid collected questionnaires, multiple linear regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis showed that five out of the ten factors had a positive effect on knowledge transfer effect. The ranking of factor importance, from high to low,was knowledge explicitness, relationship quality, learning intent, advanced transfer activities, and learning capability, which is fairly consistent with positive factors observed in other interorganizational knowledge transfer researches. Our results also showed that one of the control variables(size of acquired firm)had neither a direct or indirect effect on knowledge transfer in M&A.Additionally, our research found that knowledge distance and degree of M&A integration had a positive influence on knowledge transfer effect at the early stage after M&A,but had a negative influence at the late stage.Based on this research, several suggestions for knowledge transfer in M&A are proposed.YU Haiyan LIANG Zhanping 2010Chinese Journal of Library and Information Science2010,,2:1

Farmers'Willingness to Withdraw from Rural Homesteads显示文摘In order to grasp the relationship between farmers'willingness and behavior to withdraw from rural homesteads, based on the theory of planned behavior,a survey was conducted in Jizhou District,Tianjin using convenience sampling method.A total of 443 valid questionnaires were collected and they were analyzed by SPSS.The results are as follows.(i)The willingness of farmers to withdraw from rural homesteads is affected by pre-cognitive factors such as behavioral attitude, subject norm and perceived behavior control.(ii)Among the benefits that can be brought by the withdrawal of homesteads, farmers value the improvement of the housing environment the most.(iii)Family members'view and relatives and neighbors'withdrawing from homesteads also exerts greater pressure on farmers.(iv)Farmers generally lack trust in the village committees or government departments'claims.(v)The cost of relocation also restricts the perceived behavior control of farmers'homesteads withdrawing.Based on above result, the following suggestions are made:strengthening policy publicity, raising farmers'awareness of policies related to the withdrawal of homesteads, fully respecting farmers'wishes, promoting the withdrawal of rural homesteads in an orderly manner, expanding the scope of compensation for withdrawal of rural homesteads, and enriching compensation methods.Zhenqi LUO Chunjie LI Zhanping YU Hegui ZHANG 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,1:0
