3“Series and parallel” design of ether linkage and imidazolium cation synergistically regulated four-armed polymerized ionic liquid for all-solid-state polymer electrolyte显示文摘Developing all-solid-state polymer electrolytes(SPEs) with high electrochemical performances and stability is of great importance for exploiting of high energy density and safe batteries. Herein, ether linkage and imidazolium ionic liquid(ILs) are incorporated into the multi-armed polymer backbone though the series and parallel way. The parallel polymeric ionic liquid(P-P(PEGMA-IM)) maximizes the synergistic effect of ILs and ether linkage, which endowed the material with low crystallinity and high flame retardancy. The P-P(PEGMA-IM) based P-SPE presents a high ionic conductivity of 0.489 m S/cm at 60°C, an excellent lithium-ion transference number of 0.46 and a wide electrochemical window of 4.87 V.The assembled lithium metal battery using P-SPE can deliver a capacity of 151 m Ah/g at 0.2 C, and the capacity retention ratio reaches 82% with a columbic efficiency beyond 99%. The overpotential of P-SPE based symmetric battery is 0.08 V, and there is no apparent magnifying even after 130 h cycling. 8Ginsenoside Rb1 inhibits oxidative stress-induced ovarian granulosa cell injury through Akt-FoxO1 interaction显示文摘Ginsenoside Rb1 shows a strong antioxidant effect and has potential activation effects on Akt.The aim of the present study was to investigate the protective effect of Rb1 on age-related ovarian granulosa cell injury.Ovarian granulosa cells(GCs)were obtained from 50 young women(≤30 years)and 50 aged women(≥38 years)at an IVF center.Young and aged ICR mice were administered with or without Rb1(10 mg kg^(-1),i.p.)for 2 weeks.The protective effects of Rb1 were investigated and the role of Rb1 on the modulation of Akt-FoxO1 interaction was determined with immunofluorescence,Western blotting,immunoprecipitation,si RNA silencing and pharmacological inhibitor.Rb1 effectively decreased LDH and MDA,and reversed the apoptotic-related protein levels in h GL cells from old patients.Similar results were found in mice.In addition,the mitochondrial membrane potential was restored and the overaccumulation of ROS was reversed by Rb1.Rb1 preserved peroxide-impaired Akt activation,to some extent,by increasing phosphorylation at Ser473.Rb1 also facilitated p-Akt binding to FoxO1 and promoted the phosphorylation of FoxO1.Si RNA silencing of Akt,Akt inhibitor LY294002,and FoxO1 inhibitor AS1842856 attenuated the effects of Rb1.Ginsenoside Rb1 inhibits age-related GCs oxidative damage by activating Akt phosphorylation at Ser473 and by further interaction with FoxO1.Ping Zhou Feng Deng Zi Yang Canhui Cao Hongcui Zhao Fenting Liu Ke Zhong Lin Fu Tianliu Peng Di Sun Hui Liu Rong Li Yang Yu 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,11:1
9Experimental and numerical study on cyclic behavior of a UHPC-RC composite pier显示文摘Conventional reinforced concrete piers are vulnerable to severe compressive damage under strong earthquake conditions and are difficult to quickly rehabilitate.This paper develops a new type of composite pier,consisting of ultra-high-performance concrete(UHPC)and reinforced concrete(RC).This UHPC-RC composite pier uses a UHPC cover outside of an RC core to achieve a high load-carrying capacity and mitigate compressive damage.An experiment is performed to evaluate the performance of the UHPC-RC composite pier under cyclic deformation.The crack development,ultimate failure modes,and load-carrying capacities of the pier are observed.Because of the extraordinary compressive strength of UHPC,the composite pier suffers little compressive damage under large lateral deformations.The composite pier fails as a result of fracturing of the reinforcement.A numerical model is developed to reproduce the cyclic behavior of the composite pier.On the basis of the verified numerical model,a parametric analysis is used to investigate the influence of the thickness of the UHPC cover and the axial load ratio.Finally,an approach is recommended for designing composite piers.Zeng Xianzhi Zhu Shengchun Deng Kailai Zhao Canhui Zhou Yiyun 2023Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2023,22,3:0
10Closure technique for the hybrid girder cable stayed bridge of Edong Bridge显示文摘Based on Edong Yangtze River Bridge, which is the second longest hybrid girder cable stayed bridge with 926 m long main span, the influencing factors and crucial techniques of the main span closure method for long span hybrid girder cable stayed bridge are studied. After theoretical analysis, numerical evaluation and practical test, the loading assistant closure method is employed in Edong Yangtze River Bridge. The loading assistant closure method, with better thermal adaptability and less influence on bridge line and the forced status, can meet the requirements of the unstressed state control method. Based on the mentioned advantages, the loading assistant closure method is applicable to long span hybrid girder cable stayed bridges.
