| 1 | MOTION COMPENSATION FOR WIDE BEAM SAR BASED ON FREQUENCY DIVISION显示文摘Aperture-dependent motion compensation is important for wide beam Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR) data processing.This paper studies a wide beam motion compensation algorithm based on frequency division.It takes blocks along azimuth dimension in frequency domain and applies an-gle-variant motion compensation in time domain.With this frequency division based motion com-pensation approach,the effects of aperture-dependent residual phase errors are corrected precisely.The rationale and procedure of this algorithm are introduced in detail.Point targets and images of a P-band airborne SAR with motion errors are simulated to validate this algorithm.Compared with the wide beam motion compensation algorithms based on time division,the proposed algorithm has better performance,especially in terms of high-frequency motion errors. | Zheng Xiaoshuang Yu Weidong Li Zaoshe | 2008 | Journal of Electronics(China)2008,25,5: | 3 |

| 3 | Experimental study on instability mechanism and critical intensity of rainfall of high-steep rock slopes under unsaturated conditions显示文摘Two critical factors,namely intense precipitation and intricate excavation,can trigger rock mass disasters in mining operations.In this study,an indoor rainfall system was developed to precisely regulate the flow and intensity of precipitation.A large-scale model experiment was conducted on a self-designed physical simulation experiment platform to investigate the failure and instability of high-steep rock slopes under unsaturated conditions.The real-time reproduction of the progressive failure process in high-steep rock slopes enabled the determination of the critical rainfall intensity and revealed the mechanism underlying slope instability.Experiment results indicated that rainfall may be the primary factor contributing to rock mass instability,while continuous pillar mining exacerbates the extent of rock mass failure.The critical failure stage of high-steep rock slopes occurs at a rainfall intensity of 40 mm/h,whereas a rainfall exceeding 50 mm can induce critical instability and precipitation reaching up to 60 mm will result in slope failure.The improved region growing segmentation method(IRGSM)was subsequently employed for image recognition of rock mass deformation in underground mines.Herein an error comparison with the simple linear iterative cluster(SLIC)superpixel method and the original region growing segmentation method(ORGSM)showed that the average identification error in the X and Y directions by the method was reduced significantly(1.82%and 1.80%in IRGSM;4.70%and 6.26%in SLIC;9.45%and 12.40%in ORGSM).Ultimately,the relationship between rainfall intensity and failure probability was analyzed using the Monte Carlo method.Moreover,the stability assessment criteria of rock slope under unsaturated condition were quantitatively and accurately evaluated. | Xiaoshuang Li Qihang Li Yunmin Wang Wei Liu Di Hou Wenbo Zheng Xiong Zhang | 2023 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,10: | 1 |
| 4 | Design of a novel chimeric peptide via dual blockade of CD47/SIRPαand PD-1/PD-L1 for cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Although immune checkpoint inhibition has been shown to effectively activate antitumor immunity in various tumor types,only a small subset of patients can benefit from PD-1/PD-L1 blockade.CD47 expressed on tumor cells protects them from phagocytosis through interaction with SIRPαon macrophages,while PD-L1 dampens T cell-mediated tumor killing.Therefore,dual targeting PD-L1 and CD47 may improve the efficacy of cancer immunotherapy.A chimeric peptide Pal-DMPOP was designed by conjugating the double mutation of CD47/SIRPαblocking peptide(DMP)with the truncation of PD-1/PD-L1 blocking peptide OPBP-1(8-12)and was modified by a palmitic acid tail.Pal-DMPOP can significantly enhance macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of tumor cells and activate primary T cells to secret IFN-γin vitro.Due to its superior hydrolysis-resistant activity as well as tumor tissue and lymph node targeting properties,Pal-DMPOP elicited stronger anti-tumor potency than Pal-DMP or OPBP-1(8-12)in immune-competent MC38 tumor-bearing mice.The in vivo anti-tumor activity was further validated in the colorectal CT26 tumor model.Furthermore,Pal-DMPOP mobilized macrophage and T-cell anti-tumor responses with minimal toxicity.Overall,the first bispecific CD47/SIRPαand PD-1/PD-L1 dual-blockade chimeric peptide was designed and exhibited synergistic anti-tumor efficacy via CD8^(+)T cell activation and macrophage-mediated immune response.The strategy could pave the way for designing effective therapeutic agents for cancer immunotherapy. | Zheng Hu Wanqiong Li Shaomeng Chen Danhong Chen Ran Xu Danlu Zheng Xin Yang Shuzhen Li Xiuman Zhou Xiaoshuang Niu Youmei Xiao Zhuoying He Huihao Li Juan Liu Xinghua Sui Yanfeng Gao | 2023 | Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,10: | 1 |
