| 1 | Cooperation of nitrogen-doping and catalysis to improve the Li-ion storage performance of lignin-based hard carbon显示文摘Hard carbon draws great interests as anode material in lithium ion batteries(LIBs)due to its high theoretical capacity,high rate capability and abundance of its precursors.Herein we firstly synthesize the lignin-melamine resins by grafting melamine onto lignin.Afterwards,nitrogen doped hard carbon is prepared by the pyrolysis of lignin-melamine resins with the aid of catalyst(Ni(NO_3)_2·6H_2O)at 1000°C.Compared with the samples without nitrogen-doping and catalysis,as-prepared nitrogen doped hard carbon exhibits higher reversible capacity(345 mAh g^(–1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)),higher rate capability(145 mAh g^(-1)at 5 A g^(–1))and excellent cycling stability.The superior electrochemical performance is ascribed to the synergistic effect of nitrogen doping,graphitic structure and amorphous structure.Among them,nitrogen doping could create the vacancies around the nitrogen sites,which enhance the reactivity and the electronic conductivity of materials.Additionally,graphitic structure also enhances the electronic conductivity of materials,thus improving the electrochemical performance of hard carbon.It is worthwhile that lignin,renewable and abundant biopolymer,is converted to hard carbon with good electrochemical performance,which realizes the high value utilization of lignin. | Zhewei Yang Huajun Guo Feifei Li Xinhai Li Zhixing Wang Lizhi Cui Jiexi Wang | 2018 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,5: | 5 |

| 3 | Photoluminescence of carbon quantum dots:coarsely adjusted by quantum confinement effects and finely by surface trap states显示文摘Photoluminescence(PL) mechanism of carbon quantum dots(CQDs) remains controversial up to now even though a lot of approaches have been made. In order to do that, herein a PL color ladder from blue to near infrared of CQDs with the absolute quantum yields higher than 70% were prepared via a one-pot hydrothermal synthesis route and separated by silica gel column.Time-correlated single photon counting measurements suggest that the electron transition takes in effect in the PL progress of the crystalline core-shell structured CQDs, and the PL properties could be coarsely adjusted by tuning the size of the crystalline carbon core owing to quantum confinement effects, and finely adjusted by changing the surface functional groups consisted shell owing to surface trap states,respectively. | 5 | Expression of GDF-5 during Limb Skeletal Development of Mice and the effect of GDF-5 on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in vitro显示文摘Objective: To investigate the expression of growth differentiation factor 5(GDF-5) during limb skeletal development of mice and the effect of GDF-5 on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in vitro. Methods: The expression of GDF-5 mRNA and protein in mouse fetal limb buds were detected in embryonic day 11.5-15.5(E11.5-15.5) by RT-PCR and Western blotting respectively. Type Ⅱ collagen protein was examined with immunocytochemistry and the sulfate glycosaminoglycan was measured by Alcian blue. Results: During early stage of developmental skeletogenesis, the expression of GDF-5mRNA was constant and began with embryos E11.5, highlighted at embryos E12.5 and E13.5, subsequently dropped at embryos E14.5 and E15.5. There was very significant difference(P < 0.01) in average light density ratio of GDF-5/β-actin between E12.5-13.5 and the other three days. The expression of GDF-5 protein had a similar change with mRNA during limb skeletogenesis. Immunocytochemistry showed that GDF-5 could promote expression of Type Ⅱ collagen protein and histological staining of proteoglycan with Alcian blue revealed the deposition of typical cartilage extracellular matrix components. | 7 | Synthesis of uniform two-dimensional MoS_(2) films via thermal evaporation显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))holds great potential for various applications such as electronic devices,catalysis,lubrication,anti-corrosion and so on.Thermal evaporation is a versatile thin film deposition technique,however,the conventional thermal evaporation techniques face challenges in producing uniform thin films of MoS_(2) due to its high melting temperature of 1375℃.As a result,only thick and rough MoS_(2) films can be obtained using these methods.To address this issue,we have designed a vacuum thermal evaporation system specifically for large-scale preparation of MoS_(2) thin films.By using K2MoS4 as the precursor,we achieved reliable deposition of uniform polycrystalline MoS_(2) thin films with a size of 50 mm×50 mm and controllable thickness ranging from 0.8 to 2.4 nm.This approach also allows for patterned deposition of MoS_(2) using shadow masks and sequential deposition of MoS_(2) and tungsten disulfide(WS_(2)),similar to conventional thermal evaporation techniques.Moreover,we have demonstrated the potential applications of the obtained MoS_(2) thin films in field effect transistors(FETs),memristors and electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER). | Xue-Wei Lu Zhewei Li Chen-Kai Yang Weijia Mou Liying Jiao | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,4: | 0 |
| 8 | Preoperative virtual reduction method for pelvic fractures based on statistical shape models and partial surface data显示文摘Virtual reduction is crucial for successful and accurate reduction of pelvic fractures.Various methods have been proposed in this regard.However,not all of them are applicable to every pelvic fracture.Among these methods,the efficiency and accuracy of the method based on statistical shape models in clinical applications require further improvement.This study proposes a virtual reduction method for pelvic fractures that uses statistical shape models and partial surface data of a broken pelvis.Simulated fracture and clinical case experiments were conducted to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.The simulated fracture experiments yielded an average error of 1.57±0.39 mm and a maximum error of 12.82±3.54 mm.The virtual reduction procedure takes approximately 40 s.Based on three clinical case experiments,the proposed method achieves an acceptable level of accuracy compared with manual reduction by a surgeon.The proposed method offers the advantages of shorter virtual reduction times and satisfactory reduction accuracy.In the future,it will be integrated into the preoperative planning system for pelvic fracture reduction,thereby improving patient outcomes. | Wei Kou Yaoyao He Xiao Cheng Zhewei Wang Yuan Yang Shaolong Kuang | 2023 | Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2023,3,4: | 0 |
| 9 | MOF-derived porous graphitic carbon with optimized plateau capacity and rate capability for high performance lithium-ion capacitors显示文摘The development of anode materials with high rate capability and long charge-discharge plateau is the key to improve per-formance of lithium-ion capacitors(LICs).Herein,the porous graphitic carbon(PGC-1300)derived from a new triply interpenetrated co-balt metal-organic framework(Co-MOF)was prepared through the facile and robust carbonization at 1300°C and washing by HCl solu-tion.The as-prepared PGC-1300 featured an optimized graphitization degree and porous framework,which not only contributes to high plateau capacity(105.0 mAh·g^(−1)below 0.2 V at 0.05 A·g^(−1)),but also supplies more convenient pathways for ions and increases the rate capability(128.5 mAh·g^(−1)at 3.2 A·g^(−1)).According to the kinetics analyses,it can be found that diffusion regulated surface induced capa-citive process and Li-ions intercalation process are coexisted for lithium-ion storage.Additionally,LIC PGC-1300//AC constructed with pre-lithiated PGC-1300 anode and activated carbon(AC)cathode exhibited an increased energy density of 102.8 Wh·kg^(−1),a power dens-ity of 6017.1 W·kg^(−1),together with the excellent cyclic stability(91.6%retention after 10000 cycles at 1.0 A·g^(−1)). | Ge Chu Chaohui Wang Zhewei Yang Lin Qin Xin Fan | 2024 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2024,31,2: | 0 |
