Compound-specific carbon isotope compositions of individual long-chain n-alkanes in severe Asian dust episodes in the North China coast in 2002显示文摘The molecular compositions and com- pound-specific carbon isotope compositions of indi- vidual long-chain n-alkanes of atmospheric aerosols collected during two severe Asian dust episodes in Qingdao in spring of 2002 were analyzed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and gas chromatography/isotope ratio mass spectrometry (GC/IRMS). Typical plant wax n-alkanes (C29 and C31) had lower δ 13C values than those from anthropo- genic (engine exhaust) sources (C21―C23). The av- erage δ 13C value of plant wax n-alkane C29 in non-dust episode periods was -30.5‰ (?30.3‰― ?31.9‰), while -31.3‰ (?31.1‰―?31.5‰) in dust episode periods; for C31, it was ?31.4‰ (?31.1‰― ?33.0‰) in non-dust episode periods, and ?31.7‰ (?31.3‰―?32.6‰) in dust episode periods. Plant wax in the dust episode samples was mainly from herbaceous plants via long-range transport, while local plant wax was mainly from deciduous plants and woody plants. In North China coast, 83.3% of the plant wax in the severe dust episode samples was from C3 plants while 80.0% for the non-dust samples, indicating that plant wax transported to the north- western Pacific Ocean by airborne dust from East Asia was mainly from C3 plants. The results suggestthat the molecular and molecular-isotopic composi- tions of individual long-chain n-alkanes can, as an effective indicator, identify the terrestrial organic components in the dust from East Asia and sedi- ments in the northwest Pacific Ocean.GUO Zhigang LI Juyuan FENG Jialiang FANG Ming YANG Zuosheng 2006Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,17:8

Possible mechanism underlying analgesic effect of Tuina in rats may involve piezo mechanosensitive channels within dorsal root ganglia axon显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate the analgesic effect of Tuina mainly from mechanically sensitive ion channels in peripheral myelinated nerve fibers.METHODS: A total of 40 healthy and pathogen-free adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were used in the study [weight:(220.0 ± 1.4) g, Shanghai Slac Laboratory Animal Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China; license No. Shanghai ICP 05033115]. The rats were housed in cages with free access to water and food in a temperature-controlled room [(22 ± 1) ℃] and12-h/12-h light-dark cycle. Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into five groups: naive, sham, chronic compression of dorsal root ganglion(CCD), Tuina(7 d) and Tuina(21 d). CCD rat model was established via unilateral DRG compression by'L'liked steel bar. Chinese Tuina treatment was accepted once per day. Behavior monitoring of paw withdrawal threshold(PWT) and paw withdrawal latency(PWL) were tested. The expression of Piezo1 and Piezo2 in myelinated nerve fiber were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western-blotting.RESULTS: There was a high expression of Piezo2 and a low expression of Piezo1 in the naive and CCD groups. In contrast, the expression of Piezo2 was down regulated and Piezo1 was increased after a period of Tuina. There was significant difference(P ≤ 0.05) between the groups.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that Tuina therapy can increase the expression of Piezo2 and decrease the expression of Piezo1 in the test rats. The different changes in the expressions of Piezo1 and Piezo2 may play an important role in alleviating CCD-induced allodynia and hyperalgesia.Song Pengfei Lin Zhigang Zhu Qingguang Jiang Shichao Zhang Hao Cheng Yanbin Sun Wuquan Wu Zhiwei Zhou Xin Lv Zhizhen Fang Min 2018Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,6:6
Additive manufacturing of CNTs/PLA composites and the correlation between microstructure and functional properties显示文摘Owing to the facile, low cost, rapid, personalization characters,3D printing method has been one of the most attractive additive manufacturing processes in medicine, airplane, packaging and printing areas. In this work,a series of carbon nanotubes/polylactic acid(CNTs/PLA) composites were prepared through the combination of molten co-extrusion and 3D printing processes. The orientation and dispersion of CNTs in PLA matrix were investigated to explore the impact of 3D printing process on the morphology of CNTs/PLA composites via transmission electron microscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy.X-ray diffractometer, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermal gravity analysis were employed to study the crystal structure and thermal properties of the composites. In addition, the electrical conductivity of the prepared specimen revealed that the orientation of CNTs in PLA might enhance the conductivity of the composite. It was found that 3D printing process was beneficial to increasing the purity of CNTs,electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of CNTs/PLA composites.Xing Zhou Jingrui Deng Changqing Fang Wanqing Lei Yonghua Song Zisen Zhang Zhigang Huang Yan Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,1:6
One century record of contamination by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and polychlorinated biphenyls in core sediments from the southern Yellow Sea显示文摘Sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and 28 polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) were measured at a 2-cm interval in a core sample from the middle of the southern Yellow Sea for elucidating their historical variations in inflow and sources. The chronology was obtained using the 210Pb method. PAHs concentrations decreased generally with depth and two climax values occurred in 14–16 cm and 20–22 cm layers, demonstrating that the production and usage of PAHs might reach peaks in the periods of 1956–1962 and 1938–1944. The booming economy and the navy battles of the Second World War might explain why the higher levels were detected in the two layers. The result of principal component analysis (PCA) revealed that PAHs were primarily owing to the combustion product. Down-cored variation of PCB concentrations was complex. Higher concentrations besides the two peaks being the same as PAHs were detected from 4 to 8 cm, depositing from 1980 to 1992, which probably resulted from the disposal of the out-dated PCB-containing equipment. The average Cl percentage of PCBs detected was similar to that of the mixture of Aroclor 1254 and 1242, suggesting they might origin from the dielectrical and heat-transfer fluid. The total organic carbon (TOC) content played a prevalent role in the adsorption of high molecular weight PAHs ( 4-ring), while no obvious relationship among total PCBs, the concentration of congeners, and TOC was found.ZHANG Peng SONG Jinming FANG Jie LIU Zhigang LI Xuegang YUAN Huamao 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,8:6
Preparation and Characterization of Waterborne Polyurethane/Cellulose Nanocrystal Composite Membrane from Recycling Waste Paper显示文摘Cellulose plays a key role in abundant organic natural materials meeting the increasing demand for green and biocompatible products. The highly crystalline nanoscale component of cellulose nanocrystals has recently attracted great attention due to the versatile performance as filler or matrix in producing functional materials. In this work,we prepared the waterborne polyurethane via a prepolymer process, and obtained cellulose and cellulose nanocrystals from waste paper via a facile acid hydrolysis process. After that, the cellulose nanocrystals were assembled into film and mixed with polyurethane to prepare flexible polyurethane/cellulose nanocrystals composite membrane with different soaking time. The correlation between the bulk structure and applied properties including thermal resistance and mechanical property was investigated by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and folding test. The structure analysis indicates that cellulose nanocrystals prepared from used paper have a quality similar to that of commercial cellulose.Meanwhile, the cellulose nanocrystals have been mixed with polyurethane uniformly.Polyurethane can significantly benefit to the thermal resistance and mechanical property of the cellulose nanocrystals film. The polyurethane/cellulose nanocrystals composite membrane present good flexibility and may hold a significantly potential application as visual and flexible material.Xing Zhou Xin Zhang Dong Wang Changqing Fang Wanqing Lei Zhigang Huang Yonghua Song Xinyu He Yingwei Huang 2020Journal of Renewable Materials2020,8,6:5
Senegenin promotes in vitro proliferation of human neural progenitor cells显示文摘Senegenin,an effective component of Polygala tenuifolia root extract, promotes proliferation and differentiation of neural progenitor cells in the hippocampus. However, the effects of senegenin on mesencephalon-derived neural progenitor cells remain poorly understood.Cells from a ventral mesencephalon neural progenitor cell line(ReNcell VM) were utilized as models for pharmaceutical screening. The effects of various senegenin concentrations on cell proliferation were analyzed, demonstrating that high senegenin concentrations(5,10,50,and 100 μmo/L),particularly 50 μmol/L,significantly promoted proliferation of ReNcell VM cells. In the mitogen-activated protein kinase signal transduction pathway, senegenin significantly increased phosphorylation levels of extracellular signal-regulated kinases. Moreover, cell proliferation was suppressed by extracellular signal-regulated kinase inhibitors. Results suggested that senegenin contributed to in vitro proliferation of human neural progenitor cells by upregulating phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase.Shi, Fang Liang, Zhigang Guo, Zixuan Li, Ran Yu, Fen Zhang, Zhanjun Wang, Xuan Wang, Xiaomin 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,3:5
Expression of reconstructive hF Ⅷ in the hrDNA by using hrDNA targeting vector显示文摘Our lab has constructed a new nonviral vec-tor—hrDNA targeting vector(pHrneo). pHrneo is a human derived vector that can target gene into human ribosomal DNA(hrDNA) locus. In this study, we inserted expression cassette of reconstructive hF Ⅷ (hFVIII-BDDAK39) to pHrneo to construct targeting vector: pHrneo-BDDAK39. Through electroporation of pHrneo-BDDAK39 into HT1080 cells, we identified the homologous recombinants by PCR and Southen blotting, and tested the expression of hFVIII- BDDAK39 in the hrDNA locus. The hFⅧ-BDDAK39 was successfully targeted into hrDNA locus of HT-1080 by pHrneo-BDDAK39, and the efficiency of site-specific inte-gration was 2.0×10?5. hFⅧ-BDDAK39 in hrDNA locus of HT-1080 is found to be able to express efficiently (32±5 ng·106 cells?1·24 h?1). Targeting vector pHrneo-BDDAK39 can find use in gene therapy for hemophilia.LIU Xionghao LIU Mujun SHE Hua WEN Lu XUE Zhigang LIANG Desheng CAI Fang PAN Qian LONG Zhigao WU Lingqian DAI Heping XIA Kun XlA Jiahui 2005Chinese Science Bulletin2005,50,19:5
Clinical applications of free medial tibial flap with posterior tibial artery for head and neck reconstruction after tumor resection显示文摘Tumor resection causes damage in the head and neck which creates problems in swallowing, chewing, articulation, and vision, all of which seriously affect patients' quality of life. In this work, we evaluated the application of a free medial tibial flap in reconstruction of head and neck defects after tumor resection. We discussed the anatomy, surgical technique, and the advantages and disadvantages of the flap. We found several benefits for the flap, such as,it is especially effective for the defects that require thin-layer epithelium to cover or the separated soft tissue defect;a two-team approach can be used because the donor site is far away from the head and neck; and the flap is easy to integrate because of the subcutaneous fat layer of the free medial tibial flap is thin and the flap is soft. Thus, the medial tibial flap could replace the forearm flap for certain applications.Qi Zhong Jugao Fang Zhigang Huang Xiaohong Chen Lizhen Hou Yang Zhang Pingdong Li Hongzhi Ma Hongbo Xu 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,3:5
Comparative study on thermal cracking characteristics and bio-oil production from different microalgae using Py-GC/MS显示文摘The yield and chemical composition of pyrolysis products of Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Schizochytrium limacinum were determined using thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)and pyrolysis-gas chromatographic mass spectrometry(Py-GC/MS)by varying the temperature ranges. After further analysis of the total ion current(TIC)diagrams of Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Schizochytrium limacinum,it was concluded that both the pyrolysis products of each sample were mainly comprised of hydrocarbons, aromatics, fatty acids, nitrogen compounds,PAHs,phenols, etc, however, the relative content of each compound from Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Schizochytrium limacinum was different. The pyrolysis of Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Schizochytrium limacinum at 350℃ produced a maximum yield of bio-oil production(44.32%and 60.99%);moreover,Chlorella pyrenoidosa could lead to more pollutants(nitrogen compounds and PAHs)release(2.71%)compared to that of Schizochytrium limacinum(0.7%).Considering the reasonable bio-oil production and minimum release of pollutants,Schizochytrium limacinum was found to be superior for producing biofuel against Chlorella pyrenoidosa.Gang Li Fang Ji Xue Bai Yuguang Zhou Renjie Dong Zhigang Huang 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,1:5
Magnetic resonance imaging tracing of transplanted bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in a rat model of cardiac arrest-induced global brain ischemia显示文摘<正>BACKGROUND:Numerous studies have shown that magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) can detect survival and migration of super paramagnetic iron oxide-labeled stem cells in models of focal cerebral infarction. OBJECTIVE:To observe distribution of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) in a rat model of global brain ischemia following cardiac arrest and resuscitation, and to investigate the feasibility of tracing iron oxide-labeled BMSCs using non-invasive MRI. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The randomized, controlled, molecular imaging study was performed at the Linbaixin Medical Research Center,Second Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University, and the Institute of Cardiopulmonary Cerebral Resuscitation,Sun Yat-sen University, China from October 2006 to February 2009. MATERIALS:A total of 40 clean,Sprague Dawley rats, aged 6 weeks and of either gender, were supplied by the Experimental Animal Center,Sun Yat-sen University,China, for isolation of BMSCs. Feridex(iron oxide),Gyroscan Inetra 1.5T MRI system, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation device were used in this study. METHODS:A total of 30 healthy, male Sprague Dawley rats, aged 6 months, were used to induce ventricular fibrillation using alternating current. After 8 minutes, the rats underwent 6-minute chest compression and mechanical ventilation, followed by electric defibrillation,to establish rat models of global brain ischemia due to cardiac arrest and resuscitation.A total of 24 successful models were randomly assigned to Feridex-labeled and non-labeled groups(n=12 for each group). At 2 hours after resuscitation,5×10~6 Feridex-labeled BMSCs,with protamine sulfate as a carrier, and 5×10~6 non-labeled BMSCs were respectively transplanted into both groups of rats through the right carotid artery(cells were harvested in 1 mL phosphate buffered saline). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Feridex-labeled BMSCs were observed by Prussian blue staining and electron microscopy.Signal intensity, celluar viability, and proliferative capacity of BMSCs were measured using MRI,Trypan blue test, and MTT assay, respectively.Distribution of transplanted cells was observed in rats utilizing MRI and Prussian blue staining prior to and 1,3,7,and 14 days after transplantation. RESULTS:Prussian blue staining displayed many blue granules in the Feridex-labeled BMSCs. High density of iron granules was observed in the cytoplasm under electron microscopy.According to MRI results, and compared with the non-labeled group, the signal intensity was decreased in the Feridex-labeled group(P<0.05).The decrease was most significant in the 50μg/mL Feridex-labeled group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in celluar viability and proliferation of BMSCs between the Feridex-labeled and non-labeled groups after 1 week(P>0.05). Low-signal lesions were detected in the rat hippocampus and temporal cortex at 3 days after transplantation. The low-signal lesions were still detectable at 14 days, and positively stained cells were observed in the hippocampus and temporal cortex using Prussian blue staining. There were no significant differences in signal intensity in the non-labeled group. CONCLUSION:BMSC transplantation traversed the blood-brain barrier and distributed into vulnerable zones in a rat model of cardiac arrest-induced global brain ischemia.MRI provided a non-invasive method to in vivo dynamically and spatially trace Feridex-labeled BMSCs after transplantation.Yue Fu Xiangshao Fang Tong Wang Jiwen Wang Jun Jiang Zhigang Luo Xiaohui Duan Jun Shen Zitong Huang 2009Neural Regeneration Research2009,4,9:4
Wavy PtCu alloy nanowire networks with abundant surface defects enhanced oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘Bimetalic platinum-copper(Pt-Cu)alloy nanowires have emerged as a novel class of fuel cell electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)due to their intrinsic high catalytic activity and durability, but preparing such electrocatalysts with clean surface via facile method is still a challenge.Herein,PtCu alloy with nanowire networks(NWNs)structure is obtained by a simple modified polyol method accompanied with a salt-mediated self-assembly process in a water/ethylene glycol(EG)mixing media. The formation mechanism of PtCu NWNs including the morphological evolution and the relevant experimental parameters has been investigated systematically. We propose that a micro-interface in H2O-EG media formed with the assistance of disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate(Na2H2P2O7)and its unique nature of coordinating with Pt^2+ or Cu^2+ play critical roles in the formation of NWNs.When tested as ORR catalyst, the PtCuNWNs/C exhibits much higher activity and durability than that of PtNWNs/C and commercial PtC,even exceeding the target of DOE in 2020.The excellent performance of PtCuNWNs/C could be attributed to the unique structure of NWNs with 2.4 nm ultrathin wavy nanowires and plentiful surface defects and the modified electronic effect caused by alloying with Cu atoms.Dahui Fang Lei Wan Qike Jiang Hongjie Zhang Xuejun Tang Xiaoping Qin Zhigang Shao Zidong Wei 2019Nano Research2019,12,11:4
Study of-amyloid adsorption and aggregation on graphite by STM and AFM显示文摘The scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and the atomic force microscopy (AFM) have been applied to the direct study of the adsorption and aggregation of -amyloid(1-42)(A42) on the hydrophobic graphite surface. It was found that A42 were preferentially adsorbed on graphite defects such as the edges. A42 peptides self-assembled into intermediate protofibrils, which in turn self-associated to form fibrils. Usually, two or more fibrils intertwined to form the helical structure. These results will provide an important clue to studying the aggregation proc-ess of -amyloid.WANG Zhigang, WAN Lijun, ZHOU Chunqing, FANG Xiaohong, WANG Chen & BAI Chunli Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100080, China Correspondence should be addressed to Bai Chunli (e-mail: clbai@ infoc3.icas.ac.cn) 2003Chinese Science Bulletin2003,48,5:4

Investigation of hrDNA targeting vector-mediated tumor-specific suicide gene therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Human ribosomal DNA (hrDNA) target- ing vector (pHrn) is one of the human derived vectors, which was devised by our lab and has got patent authority. To investigate its effect on gene therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, a double suicide fusion gene expression cassette, CDUPRT/GFP controlled by a synthetic CMV enhancer-enhanced hTERT promoter (CeTp) which was determined by luciferase assays was constructed in pHrn backbone, creating an expression vector pHr-CeTpCDUPRT/GFP. After transfer of plasmid to hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Bel7402 in vitro, the transfection efficiency reached 30%―50% by using flow cytometer. The expression of CDUPRT/GFP was detected by RT-PCR and Western Blotting. After the administra- tion of 5-FC, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied to examine the level of 5-FU in supernatant, resulting in a concentration of 60.15 μg/mL. The Methylthiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay was then utilized to investigate the antitumor effect of pHr-CeTpCDUPRT/GFP in Bel7402 cells, and rela- tive cell survival of 60%-35% was observed after 5-FC treatment. In vivo experiments, the nude mouse model of hepatocellular carcinoma was constructed and in situ gene therapy was performed. The results indicated the tumor growth of treatment group was obviously suppressed, and some even shrank, whenthe vectors and prodrugs were injected continuously. The expression of CDUPRT in tumor tissues was also identified by RT-PCR, and the concentration of 5-FU was 7.694 μg/mL in blood serum using HPLC detection. Then the pathological section of tumor tissues revealed significant tumor cell necrosis. All of these results provide important experiment evidences of the gene therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma with the utilization of our vectors.WANG Lina XUE Zhigang LI Zhuo XUE Jinfeng LIU Xionghao PAN Qian LONG Zhigao CAI Fang WU Lingqian DAI Heping XIA Kun LIANG Desheng XIA Jiahui 2006Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,19:3
Biotemplated fabrication of hierarchical mesoporous CeO_2 derived from diatom and its application for catalytic oxidation of CO显示文摘Hierarchically hollow nanostructures have been the focus of numerous studies due to their prominent physicochemical properties that differ significantly from bulk materials and their potential for extensive applications. We present a novel diatom-based scaffold for the synthesis of hierarchically biomorphic CeO2 with special porous structure via incorporating Ce ions into the frustule.Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements were adopted to characterize the products. Owing to its unique hierarchical structure and periodic meso-macro scale features, the obtained CeO2 exhibits high catalytic activity in CO oxidation. This facile strategy may design a new way towards replicating desired biological structures for metal oxide catalyst in other potential applications.Junchao Qian Zhigang Chen Chengbao Liu Fang Wang Yuzhu Zhang Mengmeng Wang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,26:3
Analytical study on pyrolyzed products of Desmodesmus sp.cultivated in BG11显示文摘Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(Py-GC/MS)was adopted to determine the changes in component of BG11-cultivated Desmodesmus sp.(BG11/8-10)pyrolyzed products at different temperatures(300℃-800℃).The results of analysis on a series of total ions chromatogram(TIC)showed that pyrolyzed products of BG11/8-10 at different temperature mainly included aliphatic hydrocarbons, nitrogen compounds, aromatic hydrocarbons, fatty acids, ketones, alcohols, aldehydes and furan compounds.Compared to the bio-oil(42.36%)generated by pyrolysis at 700℃,the relative content of bio-oil generated at 800℃was the highest up to 56.96%.However,higher temperature could easily cause the generation of large quantities of such pollutants as nitrogen compounds and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).Therefore, based on lower pollutant discharge and higher bio-oil yield, the optimal pyrolysis temperature of BG11/8-10 was around 700℃.Li Gang Ji Fang Xiang Shunan Zhou Yuguang Jiang Mengmeng Huang Zhigang 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3:3
Exploring facile strategies for high-oxidation-state metal nitride synthesis: carbonate-assisted one-step synthesis of Ta_3N_5 films for solar water splitting显示文摘Metal nitrides are widely studied due to their outstanding physical properties, including high hardness, high thermal and chemical stability, low electrical resistivity etc. Generally, metal nitrides can be obtained from the direct reaction of metal and ammonia/nitrogen. However, some of the metal nitrides, such as Ta_3N_5, cannot be synthesized by direct nitridation of metals. To achieve Ta_3N_5, high-oxidationstate Ta precursors like Ta_2O_5, NaTaO_3, TaS_3, K_6Ta_(10.8)O_(30), Ta(N(CH_3)_2)_5 and TaCl_5 have to be employed, which is a time-consuming and laborious process with the possibility of introducing undesirable impurities. Here taking Ta_3N_5 as an example, a facile carbonate-assisted one-step nitridation method is proposed, which enables the direct synthesis of high-oxidation-state metal nitride films from metal precursors under ammonia flow. The mechanism of the nitridation process has been studied, which carbon dioxide released from carbonates decomposition reacts with metallic Ta and assists the one-step conversion of metallic Ta to Ta_3N_5. The as-prepared Ta_3N_5 film, after modified with NiFe layered double hydroxide, exhibits promising water splitting performance and stability. This method avoids the preoxidation process of metal precursors in high-oxidation-state metal nitride synthesis, and may facilitate the direct fabrication of other important metal nitrides besides Ta_3N_5.Tao Fang Huiting Huang Jianyong Feng Yingfei Hu Yongsheng Guo Shiying Zhang Zhaosheng Li Zhigang Zou 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,21:3
Design, preparation and measurement of protein/CNTs hybrids:A concise review显示文摘With the development of nanobiotechnology, the carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and protein hybrids system has attracted an increasing attention for great potential application in nanotechnology, medicine, smart materials, light industry, and biology. In this review, the main preparation processes, impact factors, measurement of interactions and potential applications of CNTs/protein are presented from the aspect of experiments.Meanwhile, the proper forces detection methods are illustrated comprehensively to complete the quantitative measurement.Atomic force microscope(AFM)and surface force apparatus(SFA)experiments are described in detail to confirm the powerful function in measuring the interaction forces. In addition, the impact of different protein structures(amino acid residues,αHelix, polypeptide chain, and assembled subunits)on interactions between CNTs and protein is presented and different amino acid residues may intervene largely on interactions.Owing to the relatively little knowledge about the structure, function, and spatial orientation of proteins interaction with CNTs surface,we assume that the key problem is how to prepare CNTs and protein specimen with unique structure(such as the variation of secondary and tridimensional structure of protein or the single CNTs)to investigate the interaction forces instead of the designed, preparation, and detection methods.Xing Zhou Jian Su Chenxi Wang Changqing Fang Xinyu He Wanqing Lei Chaoqun Zhang Zhigang Huang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,11:3
