1Ten cities cross-sectional questionnaire survey of children asthma and other allergies in China显示文摘Asthma,rhinitis and eczema(allergic or non-allergic)have increased throughout the world during the last decades,especially among children.Changes in the indoor environment are suspected to be important causes.China has experienced a dramatic change in indoor environmental exposures during the past two decades.However,such changes and their associations with children’s asthma and other health aspects have not been thoroughly studied.China,Children,Homes,Health(CCHH),Phase I,was a cross-sectional questionnaire survey of 48219 children 1–8 years old in 10 Chinese cities during 2010–2012.The questionnaire includes the International Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood(ISAAC)core health questions and additional questions regarding housing,life habits and outdoor environment.In health analyses,children aged 3–6 years old were included.The prevalences of doctor diagnosed asthma varied from 1.7%to 9.8%(mean 6.8%),a large increase from 0.91%in 1999 and 1.50%in2000.The prevalence of wheeze,rhinitis and atopic eczema(last 12 months)varied from 13.9%to 23.7%,24.0%to 50.8%and4.8%to 15.8%,respectively.Taiyuan had the lowest prevalences of all illnesses and Shanghai the highest,except for wheezewhere the highest value was for Urumqi.We found(1)no obvious association between disease prevalences and ambient PM10concentrations and(2)higher prevalences of disease in humid climates with hot summers and cold winters,but with no centrally heated buildings.Associations between the diseases and economic status as indexed by Gross Domestic Product(GDP)requires further study.ZHANG YinPing LI BaiZhan HUANG Chen YANG Xu QIAN Hua DENG QiHong ZHAO ZhuoHui LI AnGui ZHAO JiaNing ZHANG Xin QU Fang HU Yu YANG Qin WANG Juan ZHANG Ming WANG Fang ZHENG XiaoHong LU Chan LIU ZhiJian SUN YueXia MO JinHan ZHAO YiLi LIU Wei WANG TingTing NORBCK Dan BORNEHAG Carl-Gustaf SUNDELL Jan 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,34:22
2A novel method for purification of recombinant adeno-associated virus vectors on a large scale显示文摘A novel method for recombinant adeno-associ-ated virus (rAAV) purification on large scale is described. The method involves three steps, including chloroform treatment, PEG/NaCl precipitation and chloroform extraction. The whole procedure can be performed in four hours. Using this purification method, we can reproducibly obtain, from 4 × 109 of proviral cells cultured in roller bottles, purified rAAV-GFP stocks with titers of around 5×1013 particles/mL and purity greater than 95%. The infectious titers of the vector stocks were up to 2×1012 TU/mL, thus particle-to-infectivity rate was about 25. Under an electronic microscope, most rAAV particles appeared full and a few were in intermediate form. Empty particles were rarely seen. The purified rAAV-GFP stocks have been successfully used in in vitro and in vivo transfection experiments. 3Hamming-distance-based adaptive quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm for network coding resources optimization显示文摘An adaptive quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm based on Hamming distance(HD-QEA) was presented to optimize the network coding resources in multicast networks. In the HD-QEA, the diversity among individuals was taken into consideration, and a suitable rotation angle step(RAS) was assigned to each individual according to the Hamming distance. Performance comparisons were conducted among the HD-QEA, a basic quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm(QEA) and an individual's fitness based adaptive QEA. 4Preparation of Li-B Alloy and Study of Its Microstructure and Discharge Characteristics显示文摘A Li-B alloy has been prepared using a pretreated amorphous B powder and pure Li ingot as starting materials by continually slow addition of B powder and intensified stirring in the process of melting. The microstructure and the discharge characteristic of the materials have been investigated. Results show that the problem of temperature control in synthesis would be modified by means of continual addition of B powder, the Li7B6 would be more finely distributed in the metal Li by means of intensified Stirring. 6Big data compression processing and verification based on Hive for smart substation显示文摘The capacity and the scale of smart substation are expanding constantly,with the characteristics of information digitization and automation,leading to a quantitative trend of data.Aiming at the existing processing shortages in the big data processing,the query and analysis of smart substation,a data compression processing method is proposed for analyzing smart substation and Hive.Experimental results show that the compression ratio and query time of RCFile storage format are better than those of TextFile and SequenceFile.The query efficiency is improved for data compressed by Deflate,Gzip and Lzo compression formats.The results verify the correctness of adjacent speedup defined as the index of cluster efficiency.Results also prove that the method has a significant theoretical and practical value for big data processing of smart substation.Zhijian QU Ge CHEN 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,3:3
7Layer-structure adjustable MoS_(2) catalysts for the slurry-phase hydrogenation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons显示文摘Slurry-phase hydrogenation technology is the frontier topic in the efficient conversion of heavy oils into light fractions around the world.Developing highly active dispersed MoS_(2) catalysts is the major obstacle to realize the industrial application of upgrading heavy oils.In this work,both top-down ball-milling method and bottom-up hydrothermal method were designed to synthesize MoS_(2) catalysts with controllable layer structures.The stacking layers and lateral sizes for micro-scaled MoS_(2) catalysts by ball-milling method can be reduced to their limits and stabilize at 6~8 layers and lateral size of ca.30 nm.The more flexible bottom-up hydrothermal method can construct MoS_(2) catalysts with much smaller lateral sizes and fewer stacking layers,especially,MoS_(2) catalyst fabricated with ammonium tetrathiomolybdate as Mo and S precursor possesses average stacking layers of 2 and lateral size of 5 ~ 10 nm.Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons anthracene,phenanthrene and naphthalene were used as model compounds of heavy oils to investigate the catalytic hydrogenation performance of designed MoS_(2) catalysts.The catalytic activities of MoS_(2) catalysts can be well correlated with their stacking layers and lateral size.The edges of top and bottom S-Mo-S atomic layers for MoS_(2) sheets,named rim sites,are positively correlated with the exposure of active sites for catalytic hydrogenation of PAHs.The highest catalytic activity of MoS_(2) catalyst results from its layer structures of 100% rim sites and the smallest lateral size of5 ~ 10 nm,which is beneficial to expose maximum active sites for catalytic hydrogenation reactions.This work can guide us to design the highly active hydrogenation catalysts,and promote the industrial application of upgrading heavy oils.Donge Wang Jiahe Li Huaijun Ma Chenggong Yang Zhendong Pan Wei Qu Zhijian Tian 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,12:2
8Effects of cathode materials on discharge characteristics of Li B alloy/FeS_2 thermal battery显示文摘The effects of FeS 2 on the discharge characteristics of Li B alloy/FeS 2 thermal battery had been studied. Results showed that 2.5%(mass fraction)Li 2O would be needed to rule out the voltage pulse in the first part of discharge curves for the FeS 2 powder of small particle size (<44 μm). After thermal decomposition, the FeS 2 had transformed to Fe (1- x ) S where x =0.024~0.066. The deficiency of the cathode FeS 2 would make discharge voltage decrease 0.4 V. 13Micheliolide exerts effects in myeloproliferative neoplasms through inhibiting STAT3/5 phosphorylation via covalent binding to STAT3/5 proteins显示文摘Ruxolitinib is a cornerstone of management for some subsets of myeloproliferative neoplasms(MPNs);however,a considerable number of patients respond suboptimally.Here,we evaluated the efficacy of micheliolide(MCL),a natural guaianolide sesquiterpene lactone,alone or in combination with ruxolitinib in samples from patients with MPNs,JAK2V617F-mutated MPN cell lines,and a Jak2V617F knock-in mouse model.MCL effectively suppressed colony formation of hematopoietic progenitors in samples from patients with MPNs and inhibited cell growth and survival of MPN cell lines in vitro.Co-treatment with MCL and ruxolitinib resulted in greater inhibitory effects compared with treatment with ruxolitinib alone.Moreover,dimethylaminomicheliolide(DMAMCL),an orally available derivative of MCL,significantly increased the efficacy of ruxolitinib in reducing splenomegaly and cytokine production in Jak2V617F knock-in mice without evident effects on normal hematopoiesis.Importantly,MCL could target the Jak2V617F clone and reduce mutant allele burden in vivo.Mechanistically,MCL can form a stable covalent bond with cysteine residues of STAT3/5 to suppress their phosphorylation,thus inhibiting JAK/STAT signaling.Overall,these findings suggest that MCL is a promising drug in combination with ruxolitinib in the setting of suboptimal response to ruxolitinib.Huijun Huang Jinqin Liu Lin Yang Yiru Yan Meng Chen Bing Li Zefeng Xu Tiejun Qin Shiqiang Qu Liang Wang Gang Huang Yue Chen Zhijian Xiao 2023Blood Science2023,5,4:0

15Wind power forecasting based on improved variational mode decomposition and permutation entropy显示文摘Due to the significant intermittent,stochastic and non-stationary nature of wind power generation,it is difficult to achieve the desired prediction accuracy.Therefore,a wind power prediction method based on improved variational modal decomposition with permutation entropy is proposed.First,based on the meteorological data of wind farms,the Spearman correlation coefficient method is used to filter the meteorological data that are strongly correlated with the wind power to establish the wind power prediction model data set;then the original wind power is decomposed using the improved variational modal decomposition technique to eliminate the noise in the data,and the decomposed wind power is reconstructed into a new subsequence by using the permutation entropy;with the meteorological data and the new subsequence as input variables,a stacking deeply integrated prediction model is developed;and finally the prediction results are obtained by optimizing the hyperparameters of the model algorithm through a genetic algorithm.The validity of the model is verified using a real data set from a wind farm in north-west China.The results show that the mean absolute error,root mean square error and mean absolute percentage error are improved by at least 33.1%,56.1%and 54.2%compared with the autoregressive integrated moving average model,the support vector machine,long short-term memory,extreme gradient enhancement and convolutional neural networks and long short-term memory models,indicating that the method has higher prediction accuracy.Zhijian Qu Xinxing Hou Wenbo Hu Rentao Yang Chao Ju 2023Clean Energy2023,7,5:0
16Network coding based all-optical multicast in WDM networks显示文摘Wavelength division multiplexing(WDM) has been becoming a promising solution to meet the rapidly growing demands on bandwidth. Multicast in WDM networks by employing free wavelength is an efficient approach to saving bandwidth and cost. However, the free wavelength may not identical between different hops in a multicast light-path, particularly in heavy load optical WDM networks. In order to implement multicast applications efficiently, a network coding(NC) technique was introduced into all-optical WDM multicast networks to solve wavelength collision problem between the multicast request and the unicast request.
