| 1 | A spatiotemporal data collection of viral cases for COVID-19 rapid response显示文摘Under the global health crisis of COVID-19,timely,and accurate epi-demic data are important for observation, monitoring, analyzing, modeling, predicting, and mitigating impacts.Viral case data can be jointly analyzed with relevant factors for various applications in the context of the pandemic.Current COVID-19 case data are scattered across a variety of data sources which may consist of low data quality accompanied by inconsistent data structures. To address this short-coming,a multi-scale spatiotemporal data product is proposed as a public repository platform, based on a spatiotemporal cube, and allows the integration of different data sources by adopting various data standards.Within the spatiotemporal cube,a comprehensive data processing workflow gathers disparate COVID-19 epidemic data-sets at the global,national,provincial/state,county,and city levels. This proposed framework is supported by an automatic update with a 2-h frequency and the crowdsourcing validation team to produce and update data on a daily time step. This rapid-response dataset allows the integration of other relevant socio-economic and environ-mental factors for spatiotemporal analysis. The data is available in Harvard Dataverse platform(http://gffzz9c54d31c51204187spu0vq5ufvk9x6cxn.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/8HGECN)and GitHub open source repository(http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460aspu0vq5ufvk9x6cxn.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/stccenter/COVID-19-Data). | Dexuan Sha Yi Liu Qian Liu Yun Li Yifei Tian Fayez Beaini Cheng Zhong Tao Hu Zifu Wang Hai Lan You Zhou Zhiran Zhang Chaowei Yang | 2021 | Big Earth Data2021,5,1: | 2 |
| 2 | Phase Evolution and Thermal Expansion Behavior of aγ′Precipitated Ni-Based Superalloy by Synchrotron X-Ray Diffraction显示文摘The phase evolution and thermal expansion behavior in superalloy during heating play an essential role in controlling the size and distribution of precipitates,as well as optimizing thermomechanical properties.Synchrotron X-ray diffraction is able to go through the interior of sample and can be carried out with in situ environment, and thus,it can obtain more statistics information in real time comparing with traditional methods, such as electron and optical microscopies. In this study,in situ heating synchrotron X-ray diffraction was carried out to study the phase evolution in a typicalγ′phase precipitation strengthened Ni-based superalloy,Waspaloy, from 29 to 1050°C.Theγ′,γ,M_(23)C_(6)and M C phases, including their lattice parameters, misfits, dissolution behavior and thermal expansion coefficients, were mainly investigated.Theγ′phase and M_(23)C_(6)carbides appeared obvious dissolution during heating and re-precipitated when the temperature dropped to room temperature.Combining with the microscopy results,we can indicate that the dissolution of M_(23)C_(6)leads to the growth of grain andγ′phase cannot be completely dissolved for the short holding time above the solution temperature.Besides, the coefficients of thermal expansions of all the phases are calculated and fitted as polynomials. | Zhiran Yan Qing Tan Hua Huang Hailong Qin Yi Rong Zhongnan Bi Runguang Li Yang Ren Yandong Wang | 2022 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,1: | 2 |
| 3 | Interfacial friction at action: Interactions, regulation, and applications显示文摘Friction is a fundamental force that impacts almost all interface-related applications.Over the past decade, there is a revival in our basic understanding and practical applications of the friction. In this review,we discuss the recent progress on solid–liquid interfacial friction from the perspective of interfaces. We first discuss the fundamentals and theoretical evolution of solid–liquid interfacial friction based on both bulk interactions and molecular interactions. Then,we summarize the interfacial friction regulation strategies manifested in both natural surfaces and artificial systems, focusing on how liquid, solid, gas, and hydrodynamic coupling actions mediate interfacial friction.Next,we discuss some practical applications that are inhibited or reinforced by interfacial friction. At last,we present the challenges to further understand and regulate interfacial friction. | Zhiran YI Xiong WANG Wanbo LI Xuezhi QIN Yang LI Kaiqiang WANG Yunting GUO Xing LI Wenming ZHANG Zuankai WANG | 2023 | Friction2023,11,12: | 0 |
| 4 | Vertical, capacitive microelectromechanical switches produced via direct writing of copper wires显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D)direct writing based on the meniscus-confined electrodeposition of copper metal wires was used in this study to develop vertical capacitive microelectromechanical switches.Vertical microelectromechanical switches reduce the form factor and increase the area density of such devices in integrated circuits. We studied the electromechanical characteristics of such vertical switches by exploring the dependence of switching voltage on various device structures, particularly with regard to the length, wire diameter, and the distance between the two wires.A simple model was found to match the experimental measurements made in this study. We found that the electrodeposited copper microwires exhibit a good elastic modulus close to that of bulk copper.By optimizing the 3D structure of the electrodes,a volatile electromechanical switch with a sub-5 V switching voltage was demonstrated in a vertical microscale switch with a gap distance as small as 100 nm created with a pair of copper wires with diameters of~1μm and heights of 25μm.This study establishes an innovative approach to construct microelectromechanical systems with arbitrary 3D microwire structures for various applications, including the demonstrated volatile and nonvolatile microswitches. | Zhiran Yi Jianjun Guo Yining Chen Haiqing Zhang Shuai Zhang Gaojie Xu Minfeng Yu Ping Cui | 2016 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2016,2,1: | 0 |
