| 2 | Fractal characteristics of surface crack evolution in the process of gas-containing coal extrusion显示文摘In this paper, simulated experiment device of coal and gas outburst was employed to perform the experiment on gas-containing coal extrusion. In the experiment, coal surface cracks were observed with a high-speed camera and then the images were processed by sketch. Based on the above description, the paper studied the fractal dimension values from different positions of coal surface as well as their changing laws with time. The results show that there is a growing parabola trend of crack dimension value in the process of coal extrusion. Accordingly, we drew the conclusion that extruded coal crack evolution is a process of fractal dimension value increase. On the basis of fractal dimension values taken from different parts of coal masses, a fractal dimension of the contour map was drawn. Thus, it is clear that the contour map involves different crack fractal dimension values from different positions. To be specific, where there are complicated force and violent movement in coal mass, there are higher fractal dimension values, i.e., the further the middle of observation surface is from the exit of coal mass, and the lower the fractal dimension value is. In line with fractal geometry and energy theory of coal and gas outburst, this study presents the relation between fractal dimension and energy in the process of extruding. | 3 | Abundance of antibiotic resistance genes and their association with bacterial communities in activated sludge of wastewater treatment plants: Geographical distribution and network analysis显示文摘Wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) are deemed reservoirs of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs). Bacterial phylogeny can shape the resistome in activated sludge. However, the co-occurrence and interaction of ARGs abundance and bacterial communities in different WWTPs located at continental scales are still not comprehensively understood. Here, we applied quantitative PCR and Miseq sequence approaches to unveil the changing profiles of ARGs(sul1, sul2, tet W, tet Q, tet X), int I1 gene, and bacterial communities in 18 geographically distributed WWTPs. The results showed that the average relative abundance of sul1 and sul2 genes were 2.08 × 10^(-1) and 1.32 × 10^(-1) copies/16 S rRNA copies, respectively. The abundance of tet W gene was positively correlated with the Shannon diversity index(H′), while both studied sul genes had significant positive relationship with the int I1 gene. The highest average relative abundances of sul1, sul2, tet X, and int I1 genes were found in south region and oxidation ditch system. Network analysis found that 16 bacterial genera co-occurred with tet W gene. Co-occurrence patterns were revealed distinct community interactions between aerobic/anoxic/aerobic and oxidation ditch systems. The redundancy analysis model plot of the bacterial community composition clearly demonstrated that the sludge samples were significant differences among those from the different geographical areas,and the shifts in bacterial community composition were correlated with ARGs. | 4 | Preliminary analysis of spatiotemporal pattern of global land surface water显示文摘Land surface water(LSW) is one of the most important resources for human survival and development, and it is also a main component of global water recycling. A full understanding of the spatial distribution of land surface water and a continuous measuring of its dynamics can support to diagnose the global ecosystem and environment. Based on the Global Land 30-water 2000 and Global Land 30-water 2010 products, this research analyzed the spatial distribution pattern and temporal fluctuation of land surface water under scale-levels of global, latitude and longitude, continents, and climate zones. The Global Land 30-water products were corrected the temporal inconsistency of original remotely sensed data using MODIS time-series data, and then calculated the indices such as water area, water ration and coefficient of spatial variation for further analysis. Results show that total water area of land surface is about 3.68 million km2(2010), and occupies 2.73% of land area. The spatial distribution of land surface water is extremely uneven and is gathered mainly in mid- to high-latitude area of the Northern Hemisphere and tropic area. The comparison of water ratio between 2000 and 2010 indicates the overall fluctuation is small but spatially differentiated. | 5 | Exosomal LINC00355 derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts promotes bladder cancer cell resistance to cisplatin by regulating miR-34b-5p/ABCB1 axis显示文摘Cisplatin resistance is a major challenge for bladder cancer(BC).Evidence indicates that exosome derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAF-Exo)can promote chemotherapy resistance in various human tumors by delivering bioactive molecules.We have previously demonstrated that CAF-derived exosomal LINC00355 promotes BC cell proliferation and invasion.However,the underlying mechanisms are still unclear.In this study,we aimed to investigate the role and mechanisms of CAF-derived exosomal LINC00355 in BC cell resistance to cisplatin.Exosomes were isolated from normal fibroblasts(NFs)and BC tumor-derived CAFs,namely,NF-Exo and CAF-Exo.CAFs were transfected with si-Ctrl or si-LINC00355 and then different exosomes were isolated,namely,CAF^(si-Ctrl)-Exo and CAF^(si-LINC00355)-Exo.The human BC cell lines(T24 and 5367)were incubated with NF-Exo,CAF-Exo,CAF^(si-Ctrl)-Exo,and CAF^(si-LINC00355)-Exo in the presence of cisplatin.MTT proliferation assay and flow cytometric analysis showed that CAF-Exo promoted BC cell resistance to cisplatin and upregulated ABCB1 expression in BC cells by transferring LINC00355 to BC cells.Luciferase activity assay confirmed the interaction between miR-34b-5p and LINC00355 or ABCB1.qRT-PCR and western blot analysis further showed that LINC00355 sponged miR-34b-5p to upregulate ABCB1 expression.However,the promoting effects of CAF-Exo on BC cell resistance to cisplatin were abolished by miR-34b-5p overexpression and ABCB1 silencing.In conclusion,exosomal LINC00355 derived from CAFs promotes BC cell resistance to cisplatin by regulating the miR-34b-5p/ABCB1 axis. | Guangyue Luo Yangyang Zhang Zhonghui Wu Ligang Zhang Chaozhao Liang Xianguo Chen | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,5: | 6 |
| 6 | Rational design of novel ultra-small amorphous Fe_(2)O_(3)nanodots/graphene heterostructures for all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitors显示文摘Constructing graphene-based heterostructures with large interfacial area is an efficient approach to enhance the electrochemical performance of supercapacitors but remains great challenges in their synthesis.Herein,a novel ultra-small amorphous Fe_(2)O_(3)nanodots/graphene heterostructure(a-Fe_(2)O_(3)NDs/RGO)aerogel was facilely synthesized via excessive metal-ion-induced self-assembly and subsequent calcination route using Prussian blue/graphene oxide(PB/GO)composite aerogel as precursors.The deliberately designed a-Fe_(2)O_(3)NDs/RGO heterostructure offers a highly interconnected porous conductive network,large heterostructure interfacial area,and plenty of accessible active sites,greatly facilitating the electron transfer,electrolyte diffusion,and pseudocapacitive reactions.The obtained a-Fe_(2)O_(3)NDs/RGO aerogel could be used as flexible free-standing electrodes after mechanical compression,which exhibited a significantly enhanced specific capacitance of 347.4 F·g^(-1)at 1 A·g^(-1),extraordinary rate capability of 184 F·g^(-1)at 10 A·g^(-1),and decent cycling stability.With the as-prepared a-Fe_(2)O_(3)NDs/RGO as negative electrodes and the Co_(3)O_(4)NDs/RGO as positive electrodes,an all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor(a-Fe_(2)O_(3)NDs/RGO//Co_(3)O_(4)NDs/RGO asymmetric supercapacitor(ASC))was assembled,which delivered a high specific capacitance of 69.1 F·g^(-1)at 1 A·g^(-1)and an impressive energy density of 21.6 W·h·k·g^(-1)at 750 W·k·g^(-1),as well as good cycling stability with a capacity retention of 94.3%after 5,000 cycles.This work provides a promising avenue to design high-performance graphene-based composite electrodes and profound inspiration for developing advanced flexible energy-storage devices. | Chenxiao Wu Zhifang Zhang Zhonghui Chen Zuimin Jiang Huiyu Li Haijing Cao Yongsheng Liu Yanyan Zhu Zebo Fang Xiangrong Yu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,4: | 6 |

| 10 | Regularity and mechanism of coal resistivity response with different conductive characteristics in complete stress-strain process显示文摘The stress,strain as well as resistivity of coal during uniaxial compression process were tested based on self-built real-time testing system of loaded coal resistivity.Furthermore,the coal resistivity regularity and mechanism were analyzed at different stages of complete stress-strain process,which includes the two kinds of coal body with typical conductive characteristics.The results indicate that coal resistivity with different conductive characteristics has different change rules in complete stress-strain process.It is mainly represented at the densification and flexibility phases before dilatation occurs.The variation of resistivity can be divided into two kinds,named down and up.Dilatation of coal samples occurred between 66%σ_(max) and 87%σ_(max).Because of dilatation,coal resistivity involves sudden change.The overall representation is shifting from reducing into improving or from slow improving into accelerated improving.Thus,coal resistivity always shows an increasing tendency at the plastic stage.After peak stress,coal body enters into failure stage.The expanding and communicating of macro fracture causes further improvement of coal resistivity.The maximum value of resistivity rangeability named λ reached 3.49.Through making real-time monitoring on coal resistivity,variation rules of resistivity can be deemed as precursory information so as to reflect the dilatation and sudden change before coal body reaches buckling failure,which can provide a new technological means for forecasting the dynamic disaster of coal petrography. | Chen Peng Wang Enyuan Chen Xuexi Liu Zhentang Li Zhonghui Shen Rongxi | 2015 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,5: | 3 |

Dt1, a homolog of Arabidopsis TERMINAL FLOWER 1(TFL1), is a major controller of stem growth habit, but its underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear.Here, we demonstrate that Dt1 affects node number and plant height, as well as flowering time,in soybean under long-day conditions. The b ZIP transcription factor FDc1 physically interacts with Dt1, and the FDc1-Dt1 complex directly represses the expression of APETALA1(AP1). We propose that FT5 a inhibits Dt1 activity via a competitive interaction with FDc1 and directly upregulates AP1. Moreover, AP1 represses Dt1 expression by directly binding to the Dt1 promoter, suggesting that AP1 and Dt1 form a suppressive regulatory feedback loop to determine the fate of the shoot apical meristem. | 16 | High Conduction Band Inorganic Layers for Distinct Enhancement of Electrical Energy Storage in Polymer Nanocomposites显示文摘Dielectric polymer nanocomposites are considered as one of the most promising candidates for high-power-density electrical energy storage applications.Inorganic nanofillers with high insulation property are frequently introduced into fluoropolymer to improve its breakdown strength and energy storage capability.Normally,inorganic nanofillers are thought to introducing traps into polymer matrix to suppress leakage current.However,how these nanofillers effect the leakage current is still unclear.Meanwhile,high dopant(>5 vol%)is prerequisite for distinctly improved energy storage performance,which severely deteriorates the processing and mechanical property of polymer nanocomposites,hence brings high technical complication and cost.Herein,boron nitride nanosheet(BNNS)layers are utilized for substantially improving the electrical energy storage capability of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)nanocomposite.Results reveal that the high conduction band minimum of BNNS produces energy barrier at the interface of adjacent layers,preventing the electron in PVDF from passing through inorganic layers,leading to suppressed leakage current and superior breakdown strength.Accompanied by improved Young’s modulus(from 1.2 GPa of PVDF to 1.6 GPa of nanocomposite),significantly boosted discharged energy density(14.3 J cm^(-3)) and charge-discharge efficiency(75%)are realized in multilayered nanocomposites,which are 340 and 300% of PVDF(4.2 J cm^(-3),25%).More importantly,thus remarkably boosted energy storage performance is accomplished by marginal BNNS.This work offers a new paradigm for developing dielectric nanocomposites with advanced energy storage performance. | Yingke Zhu Zhonghui Shen Yong Li Bin Chai Jie Chen Pingkai Jiang Xingyi Huang | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,9: | 2 |

| 18 | Regulating electronic structure of two-dimensional porous Ni/Ni_(3)N nanosheets architecture by Co atomic incorporation boosts alkaline water splitting显示文摘Interfacial engineering is a powerful method to improve the bifunctional electrocatalytic performance of pure phase catalysts.While it is expected to further optimize the electronic configuration of heterojunctions to boost the reaction kinetics in hydrogen/oxygen evolution reaction(HER/OER),but remains a challenge.Herein,a novel in situ hybrid heterojunction strategy is developed to construct 2D porous Co-doped Ni/Ni_(3)N heterostructure nanosheets(Co-Ni/Ni_(3)N)by pyrolysis of partially cobalt substituted nickel-zeolitic imidazolate framework(CoNi-ZIF)nanosheets under NH3 atmosphere.A combined experimental and theoretical studies manifest that the hybrid heterostructures can display regulative electronic states and downshift d-band center from the Fermi level,as well as optimize the adsorption energy of reaction intermediates,thus reducing the thermodynamic energy barriers and accelerating the catalytic kinetics.Consequently,benefitting from the optimized electronic configuration,hierarchical hollow nanosheets architecture,and abundant doped heterojunctions,the hybrid Co-Ni/Ni_(3)N heterostructure catalyst exhibits efficient catalytic activity for both HER(60 mV)and OER(322 mV)at 10 mA cm^(-2)in alkaline media,which is 105 and 47 mV lower than that of pure Ni_(3)N,respectively.The electrochemically active surface area of Co-Ni/Ni_(3)N is two times higher than that of Ni3N.Furthermore,the coupled practical water electrolyzer requires a low voltage of 1.575 V to reach 10 mA cm^(-2),and it can be driven by a 1.5 V battery.This work highlights the interface engineering guidance for the rational establishment of hybrid interfaces by electronic modulation of interfacial effect for alkaline water splitting. | Kaixi Wang Yingying Guo Zhonghui Chen Donghai Wu Shouren Zhang Baocheng Yang Jianan Zhang | 2022 | InfoMat2022,4,6: | 1 |
