| 1 | Vitamin B2 functionalized iron oxide nanozymes for mouth ulcer healing显示文摘Mouth ulcer is associated with inflammation and high risk of bacterial infection, which aggravates the patient's condition.Currently, there is no effective treatment for mouth ulcer. Herein, we report that vitamin-modified iron oxide nanoparticles improve the healing of mouth ulcer through anti-inflammation and antibacterial activities. We discovered that vitamin B2(VB2)modified iron oxide nanoparticles performed enhanced peroxidase-like, catalase-like, and superoxide dismutase(SOD)-like activities, acting as typical iron oxide nanozymes(IONzymes) with triad activities. In particular, VB2 modification significantly improved the SOD-like activity, thus providing a reactive oxygen species(ROS)-scavenging ability. Cellular antioxidant experiments showed that vitamin B2 modified IONzymes(VB2-IONzymes) protect human oral keratinocytes(HOK) and BALB/3 T3 cells from hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), and these cells have high biocompatibility to eukaryotic cells. In addition, VB2-IONzymes exerted an antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli. Importantly, VB2-IONzymes accelerated the recovery of mouth ulcer and reduced the local secretion of inflammatory factors in mouse ulcer model via ROS scavenging and antibacterial activity. | 5 | Research on Coordination Mechanism in Construction Project Organization显示文摘The construction process of modern project is distributed across teams, departments, or systems, each of which is corresponding to a particular project unit. Conflicts often occur in construction project organization because of the improper coordination amongbetween these project units. The primary reason for coordination puzzle in project organization is generally the diversification of culture and technology. In order to enhance the organization’s performance efficiency, good and effective coordination mechanism aimed at diversification of culture and technology is needed. The relationship amongbetween parties and project units is defined and expressed through contract, so construction project organization usually relies on various contracts to deal with its cooperative partner relationship. However, the contractual mode is a defensive method which is more prone to conflicts than the conglomerate of diversification, especially evaluated from the aspects of culture and value. By culture integration—a more flexible way to make up the shortage of contractual mode, a harmonious atmosphere in which organization members can exert their potential ability can be created to help project administrators mitigate organization conflicts and achieve the common goals of project organization. Based on arbitration theory, moreover, this paper puts forward a combined coordination mechanism-hierarchical coordination and nonhierarchical coordination—to resolve the conflicts resulted from diversification of technology. | 10 | Conductivity and Oxidation Behavior of Fe-16Cr Alloy as Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Interconnect Under Long-Stability and Thermal Cycles显示文摘Conductivity and oxidation behavior of Fe-16Cr alloy were investigated under long-term stability operation at 750℃and thermal cycles from room temperature to 750℃.The results showed that the area specific resistance(ASR)of Fe-16Cr alloy increased over time and reached about 56.29 mΩcm~(2)after 40,000 h of long-term stability operation at 750℃by theoretical calculation.The ASR of Fe-16Cr remained about 11 mΩcm~(2)after 52 thermal cycles from room temperature to750℃.The analysis of structure showed that the oxidized phase on the surface of Fe-16Cr was mainly composed of Cr_(2)O_3and Fe Cr_(2)O_(4)spinel phase under long-term stability operation at 750℃.While the Cr_(2)O_(3)phase was mainly observed on the surface of Fe-16Cr alloy after 52 thermal cycles,the oxidation rates of Fe-16Cr alloy were 0.0142μm h~(-1)and 0.06μm cycle~(-1)under long-term stability operation and under thermal cycle,respectively.The property of Fe-16Cr alloy with 2.6 mm thickness met the lifespan requirement of interconnect for solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)stacks.The Cr element all diff used onto oxidation surface,indicating that it was necessary to spray a coating on the surface to avoid poisoning cell cathode of SOFCs.Two 2-cell stacks were assembled and tested to verify the properties of Fe-16Cr alloy as SOFC interconnect under long-term stability operation and thermal cycle condition. | Jianwu Zhou Qiangfeng Chen Junkang Sang Rongmin Wu Zhuobin Li Wanbing Guan | 2021 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,5: | 1 |
