| 3 | Effect of end-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture in pancreatic surgery显示文摘The aim of this paper is to summarize the methods of pancreaticojejunostomy in the pancreatic operation and to study the safety and feasibility of a new operative method called end-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture to prevent fistula of pancreaticojejunostomy.Eight-three patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy in the 3rd Hospital,Jilin University from 2001 January to 2006 April were reviewed.The incidences of pancreatic fistula with different types of pancreaticojejunostomy were compared.The overall incidence rate of pancreatic fistula was 26.5%(22/83).No pancreatic fistula occurred in end-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture.The incidence rate of the fistula following end-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture was significantly lower than that of traditional end-to-end pancreaticojejunostomy[40%,(10/25),P<0.01]and end-to-side pancreaticojejunostomy[27.3%,(12/44),P<0.05],but no significant difference(P>0.05)between traditional end-to-end pancreaticojejunostomy and end-to-side pancreaticojejunostomy was discovered.End-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture has a definite effect on avoiding pancreatic fistula following pancreaticojejunostomy and is worth being recommended.But the cases were limited,so this method would still need to be observed and confirmed further in the future. | ZHANG Xuewen XUAN Wei JIANG Tao JI Degang YANG Yongsheng ZHANG Dan XIE Yingjun MENG Zihui ZHAO Jisheng | 2007 | Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,1: | 1 |

| 16 | Kidney-Qi deficiency diagnosed by Deng's diagnosis standard was not correlated with aging based on clinical observation of 90 participants显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To verify the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) theory that kidney-Qi deficiency(KQD)is considered to be the main cause of aging using cross-sectional study.METHODS: Demographic and lifestyle characteristics of 90 healthy participants were collected with a self-administered questionnaire. KQD syndrome was diagnosed according to Deng's diagnosis standard. Creatinine-adjusted urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine(8-OH-dG) and 8-isomeric-prostaglandin2α(8-iso-PGF2α), salivary advanced oxidation protein products(AOPPs), malondialdehyde(MDA) and dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate(DHEA-S) were selected as aging markers and measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS: No significant differences were observed in participant characteristics between the KQD group and non-KQD(NKQD) group(P > 0.05). Levels of 8-OH-dG, 8-iso-PGF2α, AOPPs, and MDA increased with age, except for a slight decrease in8-OH-dG in the older group. The increase in8-iso-PGF2α was significant(P < 0.05). DHEA-S significantly decreased with increasing age(P < 0.01).8-OH-dG levels were higher in the KQD group compared with the NKQD group. Levels of urinary8-iso-PGF2α, salivary AOPPs, and MDA in the KQD group were lower than in the NKQD group. Salivary DHEA-S was higher in the KQD group compared with the NKQD group. | 17 | The Geoscience Frontier of Gulong Shale Oil:Revealing the Role of Continental Shale from Oil Generation to Production显示文摘The clay mineral content of Daqing Gulong shale is in the range of about 35%–45%,with particle sizes less than 0.0039 mm.The horizontal fluidity of oil in Gulong shale is poor,with near-zero vertical flowability.As a result,Gulong shale has been considered to lack commercial value.In recent years,however,interdisciplinary research in geoscience,percolation mechanics,thermodynamics,and surface mechanics has demonstrated that Gulong shale oil has a high degree of maturity and a high residual hydrocarbon content.The expulsion efficiency of Gulong shale in the high mature stage is 32%–48%.Favorable storage spaces in Gulong shale include connecting pores and lamellar fractures developed between and within organic matter and clay mineral complexes.The shale oil mainly occurs in micro-and nano-pores,bedding fractures,and lamellar fractures,with a high gas–oil ratio and medium–high movable oil saturation.Gulong shale has the characteristics of high hardness,a high elastic modulus,and high fracture toughness.This study achieves breakthroughs in the exploration and development of Gulong shale,including the theories of hydrocarbon generation and accumulation,the technologies of mobility and fracturing,and recoverability.It confirms the major transition of Gulong shale from oil generation to oil production,which has extremely significant scientific value and application potential for China’s petroleum industry. | Wenyuan He Rukai Zhu Baowen Cui Shuichang Zhang Qian Meng Bin Bai Zihui Feng Zhengdong Lei Songtao Wu Kun He He Liu Longde Sun | 2023 | Engineering2023,,9: | 0 |
| 18 | Asymmetry of Salinity Variability in the Tropical Pacific during Interdecadal Pacific Oscillation Phases显示文摘It has been recognized that salinity variability in the tropical Pacific is closely related to the Interdecadal Pacific Oscillation(IPO).Here,we use model simulations from 1900 to 2017 to illustrate obvious asymmetries of salinity variability in the tropical Pacific during positive and negative IPO phases.The amplitude of salinity variability in the tropical Pacific during positive IPO phases is larger than that during negative IPO phases,with a more westward shift of a large Sea Surface Salinity(SSS)anomaly along the equator.Salinity budget analyses show that the asymmetry of salinity variability during positive and negative IPO phases is dominated by the difference in the surface forcing associated with the freshwater flux[FWF,precipitation(P)minus evaporation(E)],with a contribution of 40%–50%near the dateline on the equator.Moreover,the relationships between the salinity variability and its budget terms also show differences in their leadlag correlations during positive and negative IPO phases.These differences in salinity variability during different IPO phases produce asymmetric effects on seawater density which can reduce or enhance upper-ocean stratification.Therefore,the salinity effects may modulate the intensity of El Nino-Southern Oscillation(ENSO),resulting in an enhanced(reduced)El Nino but a reduced(enhanced)La Ni?a during positive(negative)IPO phases by 1.6℃psu^(-1)(1.3℃psu^(-1)),respectively.It is suggested that the asymmetry of salinity variability may be related to the recent change in ENSO amplitude associated with the IPO,which can help elucidate ENSO diversity. | Hai ZHI Zihui YANG Rong-Hua ZHANG Pengfei LIN Jifeng QI Yu HUANG Meng DONG | 2023 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2023,40,7: | 0 |
| 19 | Reduced graphene oxide/2D colloidal array composite membrane fabricated layer-by-layer显示文摘Photonic crystal(Ph C) presents unique optical properties and functionality, and are used widely as detectors, modulators, plasmonics and light generating devices. However, the low electrical conductivity and mechanical strength limit its applications. We introduced here a layer-by-layer composite membrane based on reduced graphene oxide(RGO) and two-dimensional(2 D) colloidal crystal array(CCA). The 2 D CCA was fabricated by an air/water interface deposition technique using polystyrene(PS)and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) colloidal particles. The composite membrane were characterized by SEM, Debye diffraction, reflectance spectra and electrical resistance measurement. The results indicated that layer-by-layer composite membrane have highly periodicity, and the monolayer of RGO and 2 D CCA combined tightly. The Debye diffraction rings of the layer-by-layer heterostructure composite are the superimposition of the individual monolayers of 2 D CCA. The reflection spectrum of the layer-by-layer heterostructure composite membrane showed that two peaks of reflection curve located in near ultraviolet region and visible region respectively, and the RGO sheet have no influence on the peak position and shape of reflection curve of the Ph C. The RGO improved the electrical conductivity of the layer-by-layer heterostructure composite.
