12005--2014年CHINET中国细菌耐药性监测网5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁显示文摘目的收集并分析CHINET中国细菌耐药性监测网中5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁。方法采用纸片扩散法或自动化仪器法按统一方案进行药物敏感性试验。按CLSI 2014年版标准判断结果。结果 2005—2014年,每年的临床分离菌数量为22 774~84 572株。大肠埃希菌中产ESBL菌株检出率为51.7%~55.8%。在上述时期内大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮-舒巴坦的耐药率有所下降。肺炎克雷伯菌中碳青霉烯类耐药株由2.4%上升至13.4%。铜绿假单胞菌对包括亚胺培南和美罗培南的所有受试抗菌药物的耐药率均有所下降。鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率由31.0%逐步上升至66.7%。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率由2005年的69%逐年下降至2014年的44.6%。结论国内肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率高。上述结果显示细菌耐药性监测对于细菌感染的有效治疗十分重要。f.-p.hu y.guo d.-m.zhu f.wang x.-f.jiang y.-c.xu x.-j.zhang c.-x.zhang p.ji y.xie m.kang c.-q.wang a.-m.wang y.-h.xu j.-l.shen z.-y.sun z.-j.chen y.-x.ni j.-y.sun y.-z.chu s.-f.tian z.-d.hu j.-li y.-s.yu j.lin b.shan y.du y.han s.guo l.-h.wei l.wu h.zhang j.kong y.-j.hu x.-m.ai c.zhuo d.-h.su q.yang b.jia w.huang 胡付品(译) 汪复 2017中国感染与化疗杂志2017,17,1:419

4High-power passively Q-switched 2 μm all-solid-state laser based on a Bi_2Te_3 saturable absorber显示文摘By using the ultrasound-assisted liquid phase exfoliation method, Bi_2Te_3 nanosheets are synthesized and deposited onto a quartz plate to form a kind of saturable absorber(SA), in which nonlinear absorption properties around 2 μm are analyzed with a home-made mode-locked laser. With the as-prepared Bi_2Te_3 SA employed,a stable passively Q-switched all-solid-state 2 μm laser is successfully realized. Q-switched pulses with a maximum average output power of 2.03 W are generated under an output coupling of 5%, corresponding to the maximum single-pulse energy of 18.4 μJ and peak power of 23 W. The delivered shortest pulse duration and maximum repetition rate are 620 ns and 118 k Hz under an output coupling of 2%, respectively. It is the first presentation of such Bi_2Te_3 SA employed in a solid-state Q-switched crystalline laser at 2 μm, to the best of our knowledge. 5Autonomic Disturbances in Acute Cerebrovascular Disease显示文摘Autonomic disturbances often occur in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease due to damage of the central autonomic network. We summarize the structures of the central autonomic network and the clinical tests used to evaluate the functions of the autonomic nervous system.We review the clinical and experimental findings as well as management strategies of post-stroke autonomic disturbances including electrocardiographic changes, cardiac arrhythmias, myocardial damage, thermoregulatory dysfunction, gastrointestinal dysfunction, urinary incontinence, sexual disorders, and hyperglycemia. The occurrence of autonomic disturbances has been associated with poor outcomes in stroke patients. 6Achieving ultra-high strength friction stir welded joints of high nitrogen stainless steel by forced water cooling显示文摘The microstructure and properties of water-cooled and air-cooled friction stir welded(FSW) ultra-high strength high nitrogen stainless steel joints were comparatively studied. With additional rapid cooling by flowing water, the peak temperature and duration at elevated temperature during FSW were significantly reduced. Compared to those in the air-cooled joint, nugget zone with finer grains(900 nm) and heat affected zone with higher dislocation density were successfully obtained in the water-cooled joint,leading to significantly improved mechanical properties. 8TiS2-based saturable absorber for ultrafast fiber lasers显示文摘We fabricate titanium disulfide(TiS2) using a liquid exfoliation method and subsequently a TiS2-based device by optically depositing the TiS2 material onto the microfiber. This device exhibits a strong nonlinear saturable absorption property with an optical modulation depth of 8.3% at 1560 nm. With the implementation of this all-fiber TiS2-based saturable absorber, we demonstrate that both mode-locking and Q-switching operation can be obtained in a turn-key all-fiber erbium-doped laser cavity. Our findings constitute the first example, to the best of our knowledge, of a TiS2-based saturable absorber for ultrashort pulse generation and highlight the great potential of such devices in two-dimensional nanomaterials-related photonics.X. 9Achieving a strong polypropylene/aluminum alloy friction spot joint via a surface laser processing pretreatment显示文摘Strong metal/non-polar plastic dissimilar joints are highly demanded for the lightweight design in many fields,which,however,are rather challenging to achieve directly via welding.In this study,we designed a laser processing pretreatment on the Al alloy to create a deep porous Al surface structure,which was successfully joined to the polypropylene(PP) via friction spot welding.A maximum joint strength of29 MPa was achieved,the same as that of the base PP(i.e.the joint efficiency reached 100%),much larger than ever reported.The joining mechanism of the Al alloy and the PP was mainly attributed to the large mechanical interlocking effect between the laser processed Al porous structure and the re-solidified PP and the formation of chemical bond at the interface.The deep porous Al surface structure modified by laser processing largely changed the Al-PP reaction feature.The evidence of the C-O-Al chemical bond was first time found at the non-polar plastic/Al joint interface,which was the reaction result between the oxide on the Al alloy surface and thermal oxidization products of the PP during welding.This study provides a new way for enhancing metal-plastic joints via surface laser treatment techniques.S.C.Han L.H.Wu C.Y.Jiang N.Li C.L.Jia P.Xue H.Zhang H.B.Zhao D.R.Ni B.L.Xiao Z.Y.Ma 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,15:4
10MICROSTRUCTURAL STUDIES OF FRICTION STIR WELDED AZ31 MAGNESIUM ALLOY显示文摘Friction stir welding achieves the weld in solid phase by locally introducing frictional heating and plastic flow arising from rotation of the welding tool, which results in changes in the local microstructure of magnesium alloy. The purpose in the paper is to study the microstructures of friction stir welded AZ31 magnesium alloy. Residual microstructures, including dynamic re-crystallization zone and nugget structures have been systematically investigated utilizing optical microscopy (OM), scanning electric microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and micro-hardness. AZ31 magnesium alloy has been successfully friction stir welded and exhibits the variations of microstructure including dynamically recrystallized, equaxied grains in the weld nugget. 12Evolution mechanisms of microstructure and mechanical properties in a friction stir welded ultrahigh-strength quenching and partitioning steel显示文摘Ultrahigh-strength quenching and partitioning(Q&P) steels have attracted strong interests in the auto manufactory,while the comprehensive understanding in the microstructure and mechanical behavior of their welded joints is highly needed to enrich their applications.In the present work,it is designed to make an insight into these imperative conundrums.Equal strength Q&P 1180 steel joints to parent metal were successfully fabricated via friction stir welding(FSW) technique under different parameters. Apparent hardening and softening were observed in stir zone(SZ) and heat-affected zone(HAZ) respectively,whose microstructures strongly depended on the peak temperature and cooling rate during welding.The formation of fresh martensite was the main mechanism for the SZ hardening,while the decomposition of metastable phases played key roles in the microhardness drop of the HAZ.A heat source zone-isothermal phase transition layer model was proposed to clarify the impregnability of the joint strength under parameter variation.The dual-phase structure,nano-carbide particles,tempered initial martensite,and ultrafine-grained ferrite synergistically improved the strain hardening ability of the HAZ,which eventually resulted in the equal strength FSW joints.Z.W.Wang J.F.Zhang G.M.Xie L.H.Wu H.Zhang P.Xue D.R.Ni B.L.Xiao Z.Y.Ma 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,7:3
13Flexural-gravity wave resistances due to a surface-moving line source on a fluid covered by a thin elastic plate显示文摘Analytical solutions for the flexural-gravity wave resistances due to a line source steadily moving on the surface of an infinitely deep fluid are investigated within the framework of the linear potential theory. The homogenous fluid, covered by a thin elastic plate, is assumed to be incompressible and inviscid, and the motion to be irrotational. The solution in integral form for the wave resistance is obtained by means of the Fourier transform and the explicitly analytical solutions are derived with the aid of the residue theorem. The dispersion relation shows that there is a minimal phase speed c min , a threshold for the existence of the wave resistance. No wave is generated when the moving speed of the source V is less than c min while the wave resistances firstly increase to their peak values and then decrease when V c min . 17Evolution of deformation twins with strain rate in a mediummanganese wear-resistant steel Fe-8Mn-1C-1.2Cr-0.2V显示文摘Microstructure evolutions of the medium-manganese wear-resistant steel Fe-8Mn-1C-1.2Cr-0.2V (in wt.%) with stacking-fault energy of 22 mJ m-2 during deformation at strain rate ranging of 10^-2-1 s^-1 were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results indicate that the twinning-induced plasticity effect is the main strengthening mechanism of the studied steel, whilst the transformation-induced plasticity effect only occurs at high strain rate. With an increase in strain rate, volume fraction of the deformation twins, in particular that of the secondary twins, increases significantly along with decreasing average size. When applied strain rate is higher than 10^-1 s^-1, the parallel deformation twins are turned into a crossing morphology, and the original straight twin boundaries exhibit a ladder feature, which is attributed to the interactions between regular dislocations and twin dislocations at the twin boundary. The critical strain, a key indicator of the initiation of deformation twin, decreases with increasing strain rate. In addition, the ductility and strength of medium-manganese wear-resistant steel Fe-8Mn-1C-1.2Cr-0.2V are mainly determined by the shape and volume fraction of deformation twins.J. 18Impact of the biological definition of Alzheimer’s disease using amyloid, tau and neurodegeneration (ATN):what about the role of vascular changes,inflammation,Lewy body pathology?显示文摘Background:The NIA-AA research framework proposes a biological definition of Alzheimer’s disease,where asymptomatic persons with amyloid deposition would be considered as having this disease prior to symptoms.Discussion:Notwithstanding the fact that amyloid deposition in isolation is not associated with dementia,even the combined association of amyloid and tau pathology does not inevitably need to dementia over age 65.Other pathological factors may play a leading or an accelerating role in age-associated cognitive decline,including vascular small vessel disease,neuroinflammation and Lewy Body pathology.Conclusion:Research should aim at understanding the interaction between all these factors,rather than focusing on them individually.Hopefully this will lead to a personalized approach to the prevention of brain aging,based on individual biological,genetic and cognitive profiles.S.Gauthier H.Zhang K.P.Ng T.A.Pascoal P.Rosa-Neto 2018Translational Neurodegeneration2018,7,1:2
19Acceleration of 60 MeV proton beams in the commissioning experiment of the SULF-10 PW laser显示文摘We report the experimental results of the commissioning phase in the 10 PW laser beamline of the Shanghai Superintense Ultrafast Laser Facility(SULF).The peak power reaches 2.4 PW on target without the last amplifying during the experiment.The laser energy of 72±9 J is directed to a focal spot of approximately 6μm diameter(full width at half maximum)in 30 fs pulse duration,yielding a focused peak intensity around 2.0×10^(21)W/cm^(2).The first laser-proton acceleration experiment is performed using plain copper and plastic targets.High-energy proton beams with maximum cut-off energy up to 62.5 MeV are achieved using copper foils at the optimum target thickness of 4μm via target normal sheath acceleration.For plastic targets of tens of nanometers thick,the proton cut-off energy is approximately 20 MeV,showing ring-like or flamented density distributions.These experimental results reflect the capabilities of the SULF-10 PW beamline,for example,both ultrahigh intensity and relatively good beam contrast.Further optimization for these key parameters is underway,where peak laser intensities of 10^(22)-10^(23)w/cm^(2)are anticipated to support various experiments on extreme field physics.A.X.Li C.Y.Qin H.Zhang S.Li L.L.Fan Q.S.Wang T.J.Xu N.W.Wang L.H.Yu Y.Xu Y.Q.Liu C.Wang X.L.Wang Z.X.Zhang X.Y.Liu P.L.Bai Z.B.Gan X.B.Zhang X.B.Wang C.Fan Y.J.Sun Y.H.Tang B.Yao X.Y.Liang Y.X.Leng B.F.Shen L.L.Ji R.X.Li Z.Z.Xu 2022High Power Laser Science and Engineering2022,10,4:2
20Effect of heat-input on pitting corrosion behavior of friction stir welded high nitrogen stainless steel显示文摘In this study, different welding param eters were selected to investigate the effects of heat-in put on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the friction stir welded high nitrogen stainless steel joints. The results show ed that, the welding speed had major influence on the duration at elevated tem perature rather than the peak tem perature. The hardness distribution and tensile properties of the nugget zones (NZs) for various joints were very similar while the pitting corrosion behavior of various NZs showed major differences. Large heat-input resulted in the ferrite bands being the pitting location, while tool wear bands were sensitive to pitting corrosion in the low heat-input joints. Cr diffusion and tool wear were the main reasons for pitting.
