Future Physics Programme of BESⅢ显示文摘There has recently been a dramatic renewal of interest in hadron spectroscopy and charm physics. This renaissance has been driven in part by the discovery of a plethora of charmonium-like XYZ states at BESⅢ and B factories, and the observation of an intriguing proton-antiproton threshold enhancement and the possibly related X(1835) meson state at BESⅢ, as well as the threshold measurements of charm mesons and charm baryons. We present a detailed survey of the important topics in tau-charm physics and hadron physics that can be further explored at BESⅢ during the remaining operation period of BEPCⅡ. This survey will help in the optimization of the data-taking plan over the coming years, and provides physics motivation for the possible upgrade of BEPCⅡ to higher luminosity. | M.Ablikim M.N.Achasov P.Adlarson S.Ahmed M.Albrecht M.Alekseev A.Amoroso F.F.An Q.An Y.Bai O.Bakina R.Baldini Ferroli Y.Ban K.Begzsuren J.V.Bennett N.Berger M.Bertani D.Bettoni F.Bianchi J Biernat J.Bloms I.Boyko R.A.Briere L.Calibbi H.Cai X.Cai A.Calcaterra G.F.Cao N.Cao S.A.Cetin J.Chai J.F.Chang W.L.Chang J.Charles G.Chelkov Chen G.Chen H.S.Chen J.C.Chen M.L.Chen S.J.Chen Y.B.Chen H.Y.Cheng W.Cheng G.Cibinetto F.Cossio X.F.Cui H.L.Dai J.P.Dai X.C.Dai A.Dbeyssi D.Dedovich Z.Y.Deng A.Denig Denysenko M.Destefanis S.Descotes-Genon F.De Mori Y.Ding C.Dong J.Dong L.Y.Dong M.Y.Dong Z.L.Dou S.X.Du S.I.Eidelman J.Z.Fan J.Fang S.S.Fang Y.Fang R.Farinelli L.Fava F.Feldbauer G.Felici C.Q.Feng M.Fritsch C.D.Fu Y.Fu Q.Gao X.L.Gao Y.Gao Y.Gao Y.G.Gao Z.Gao B.Garillon I.Garzia E.M.Gersabeck A.Gilman K.Goetzen L.Gong W.X.Gong W.Gradl M.Greco L.M.Gu M.H.Gu Y.T.Gu A.Q.Guo F.K.Guo L.B.Guo R.P.Guo Y.P.Guo A.Guskov S.Han X.Q.Hao F.A.Harris K.L.He F.H.Heinsius T.Held Y.K.Heng Y.R.Hou Z.L.Hou H.M.Hu J.F.Hu T.Hu Y.Hu G.S.Huang J.S.Huang X.T.Huang X.Z.Huang Z.L.Huang N.Huesken T.Hussain W.Ikegami Andersson W.Imoehl M.Irshad Q.Ji Q.P.Ji X.B.Ji X.L.Ji H.L.Jiang X.S.Jiang X.Y.Jiang J.B.Jiao Z.Jiao D.P.Jin S.Jin Y.Jin T.Johansson N.Kalantar-Nayestanaki X.S.Kang R.Kappert M.Kavatsyuk B.C.Ke I.K.Keshk T.Khan A.Khoukaz P.Kiese R.Kiuchi R.Kliemt L.Koch O.B.Kolcu B.Kopf M.Kuemmel M.Kuessner A.Kupsc M.Kurth M.G.Kurth W.Kuhn J.S.Lange P.Larin L.Lavezzi H.Leithoff T.Lenz C.Li Cheng Li D.M.Li F.Li F.Y.Li G.Li H.B.Li H.J.Li J.C.Li J.W.Li Ke Li L.K.Li Lei Li P.L.Li P.R.Li Q.Y.Li W.D.Li W.G.Li X.H.Li X.L.Li X.N.Li X.Q.Li Z.B.Li H.Liang H.Liang Y.F.Liang Y.T.Liang G.R.Liao L.Z.Liao J.Libby C.X.Lin D.X.Lin Y.J.Lin B.Liu B.J.Liu C.X.Liu D.Liu D.Y.Liu F.H.Liu Fang Liu Feng Liu H.B.Liu H.M.Liu Huanhuan Liu Huihui Liu J.B.Liu J.Y.Liu K.Y.Liu Ke Liu Q.Liu S.B.Liu T.Liu X.Liu X.Y.Liu Y.B.Liu Z.A.Liu Zhiqing Liu Y.F.Long X.C.Lou H.J.Lu J.D.Lu J.G.Lu Y.Lu Y.P.Lu C.L.Luo M.X.Luo P.W.Luo T.Luo X.L.Luo S.Lusso X.R.Lyu F.C.Ma H.L.Ma L.L.Ma M.M.Ma Q.M.Ma X.N.Ma X.X.Ma X.Y.Ma Y.M.Ma F.E.Maas M.Maggiora S.Maldaner S.Malde Q.A.Malik A.Mangoni Y.J.Mao Z.P.Mao S.Marcello Z.X.Meng J.G.Messchendorp G.Mezzadri J.Min T.J.Min R.E.Mitchell X.H.Mo Y.J.Mo C.Morales Morales N.Yu.Muchnoi H.Muramatsu A.Mustafa S.Nakhoul Y.Nefedov F.Nerling I.B.Nikolaev Z.Ning S.Nisar S.L.Niu S.L.Olsen Q.Ouyang S.Pacetti Y.Pan M.Papenbrock P.Patteri M.Pelizaeus H.P.Peng K.Peters A.A.Petrov J.Pettersson J.L.Ping R.G.Ping A.Pitka R.Poling V.Prasad M.Qi T.Y.Qi S.Qian C.F.Qiao N.Qin X.P.Qin X.S.Qin Z.H.Qin J.F.Qiu S.Q.Qu K.H.Rashid C.F.Redmer M.Richter M.Ripka A.Rivetti V.Rodin M.Rolo G.Rong J.L.Rosner Ch.Rosner M.Rump A.Sarantsev M.Savrie K.Schoenning W.Shan X.Y.Shan M.Shao C.P.Shen P.X.Shen X.Y.Shen H.Y.Sheng X.Shi X.D Shi J.J.Song Q.Q.Song X.Y.Song S.Sosio C.Sowa S.Spataro F.F.Sui G.X.Sun J.F.Sun L.Sun S.S.Sun X.H.Sun Y.J.Sun Y.K Sun Y.Z.Sun Z.J.Sun Z.T.Sun Y.T Tan C.J.Tang G.Y.Tang X.Tang V.Thoren B.Tsednee I.Uman B.Wang B.L.Wang C.W.Wang D.Y.Wang H.H.Wang K.Wang L.L.Wang L.S.Wang M.Wang M.Z.Wang Wang Meng P.L.Wang R.M.Wang W.P.Wang X.Wang X.F.Wang X.L.Wang Y.Wang Y.F.Wang Z.Wang Z.G.Wang Z.Y.Wang Zongyuan Wang T.Weber D.H.Wei P.Weidenkaff H.W.Wen S.P.Wen U.Wiedner G.Wilkinson M.Wolke L.H.Wu L.J.Wu Z.Wu L.Xia Y.Xia S.Y.Xiao Y.J.Xiao Z.J.Xiao Y.G.Xie Y.H.Xie T.Y.Xing X.A.Xiong Q.L.Xiu G.F.Xu L.Xu Q.J.Xu W.Xu X.P.Xu F.Yan L.Yan W.B.Yan W.C.Yan Y.H.Yan H.J.Yang H.X.Yang L.Yang R.X.Yang S.L.Yang Y.H.Yang Y.X.Yang Yifan Yang Z.Q.Yang M.Ye M.H.Ye J.H.Yin Z.Y.You B.X.Yu C.X.Yu J.S.Yu C.Z.Yuan X.Q.Yuan Y.Yuan A.Yuncu A.A.Zafar Y.Zeng B.X.Zhang B.Y.Zhang C.C.Zhang D.H.Zhang H.H.Zhang H.Y.Zhang J.Zhang J.L.Zhang J.Q.Zhang J.W.Zhang J.Y.Zhang J.Z.Zhang K.Zhang L.Zhang S.F.Zhang T.J.Zhang X.Y.Zhang Y.Zhang Y.H.Zhang Y.T.Zhang Yang Zhang Yao Zhang Yi Zhang Yu Zhang Z.H.Zhang Z.P.Zhang Z.Q.Zhang Z.Y.Zhang G.Zhao J.W.Zhao J.Y.Zhao J.Z.Zhao Lei Zhao Ling Zhao M.G.Zhao Q.Zhao S.J.Zhao T.C.Zhao Y.B.Zhao Z.G.Zhao A.Zhemchugov B.Zheng J.P.Zheng Y.Zheng Y.H.Zheng B.Zhong L.Zhou L.P.Zhou Q.Zhou X.Zhou X.K.Zhou Xingyu Zhou Xiaoyu Zhou Xu Zhou A.N.Zhu J.Zhu J.Zhu K.Zhu K.J.Zhu S.H.Zhu W.J.Zhu X.L.Zhu Y.C.Zhu Y.S.Zhu Z.A.Zhu J.Zhuang B.S.Zou J.H.Zou 无 | 2020 | Chinese Physics C2020,44,4: | 517
Measurements of dihadron correlations relative to the event plane in Au+Au collisions at√^(S)NN=200 GeV显示文摘Dihadron azimuthal correlations containing a high transverse momentum(pr)trigger particle are sensit-ive to the properties of the nuclear medium created at RHIC through the strong interactions occurring between the traversing parton and the medium,ie.jet-quenching.Previous measurements revealed a strong modification to di-hadron azimuthal correlations in Au+Au collisions with respect to ptp and d+Au collisions. The modification in-creases with the collision centrality, suggesting a path-length or energy density dependence to the je-quenching ef-fect.This paper reports STAR measurements of dihadron azimuthal correlations in mid-central(20%-60%)Au+Au collisions at√^(S)NN=200 GeV as a function of the trigger particle's azimuthal angle relative to the event plane,Ф_(s)=|Ф_(t)-ψ_(Ep)|.The azimuthal correlation is studied as a function of both the trigger and associated particle pr.The subtractions of the combinatorial background and anisotropic flow, assuming Zero Yield At Minimum(ZYAM),are described. The correlation results are first discussed with subtraction of the even harmonic(elliptic and quadrangu-lar)flow backgrounds. The away-side correlation is strongly modifed, and the modification varies withФ_(s),with a double-peak structure for out-of-plane trigger particles. The near-side ridge(long range pseudo-rapidity△_(η)correla-tion)appears to drop with increasingФ_(s)while the jet-like component remains approximately constant. The correla-tion functions are further studied with the subtraction of odd harmonic triangular flow background arising from fluc-tuations.It is found that the triangular flow, while responsible for the majority of the amplitudes,is not sufficient to explain theφs-dependence of the ridge or the away-side double-peak structure. The dropping ridge withФ_(s)could be attributed to aФ_(s)-dependent lliptie anisotropy;however, the physics mechanism of the ridge remains an open ques-tion.Even with aФ_(s)-dependent elliptic flow, the away-side correlation structure is robust. These results, with extens-ive systematic studies of the dihadron correlations as a function ofФ_(s),trigger and associated particle pT,and the pseudo-rapidity range△_(η),should provide stringent inputs to help understand the underlying physics mechanisms of jet-medium interactions in high energy nuclear collisions. | H.Agakishiev M.M.Aggarwal Z.Ahammed A.V.Alakhverdyants I.Alekseev J.Alford B.D.Anderson C.D.Anson | 5 | Understanding occupancy pattern and improving building energy efficiency through Wi-Fi based indoor positioning显示文摘Detailed visualisation and data analysis of occupancy patterns including spatial distribution and temporal variations are of great importance to delivering energy efficient and productive buildings. An experimental study comprising 24-h monitoring over 30 full days was conducted in a university library building.Occupancy profiles have been monitored and analysis has been carried out. Central to this monitoring study is the Wi-Fi based indoor positioning system based on the measured Wi-Fi devices' number and locations and data mining methods. Distinct from traditional occupancy and energy studies, more detailed informationrelated to the indoor positions and number of occupants has offered a better understanding of building user behaviour. The implication of the occupancy patterns for energy( e. g. lighting and other building services) efficiency is assessed, assisted with data from lighting sensors where needed. It is found occupancy patterns change dramatically with time. Also, the energy waste patterns have been identified through the method of data association rule mining. If the identified energy waste is removed, the total energy consumption can be reduced by 26. 1%. The indoor positioning information also has implications for optimizing space use, opening hours as well as staff deployment. The work could be extended to more rooms with diverse functions, other seasons and other types of non-domestic buildings for a more comprehensive understanding of building user behaviour and energy efficiency. | Y.Wang L.Shao 侯恩哲 | 2017 | 建筑节能2017,45,3: | 6
EFFECT OF REVERT RECYCLE TIMES ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND FATIGUE PROPERTIES IN COBALT-BASE SUPERALLOY K640S显示文摘Effect of revert cycles on microstructure and fatigue properties of cast cobalt base superalloy K640S has been investigated. The results show that: at 70 times of cool heat cycles, there were microcracks found in seven times revert and ten times revert. With the increasing of thermal fatigue cycles, the crack of revert grows a little faster than virgin. When the cycle time reaches 200, the crack length for both virgin and reverts have been as long as 2mm. The low cycle fatigue life has no remarkable change, with the increase of revert cycles at 815℃, 360MPa ,0 5Hz. | 7 | INFLUENCE OF THE SECOND THERMAL CYCLE ON COARSE- GRAINED ZONE TOUGHNESS OF X70 STEEL显示文摘The influence of the second thermal cycle on coarse grained zone (CGHAZ) toughness of X70 steel is studied by weld thermal simulation test, scanning electron microscope and electron microprobe. The results show that the CGHAZ toughness is improved after the second thermal cycle but being heated during the intercritical HAZ (ICHAZ). The CGHAZ toughness decreases evidently after being heated during partially transformed zone, which chiefly results from the carbon segregation to the grain boundaries of primal austenite, thus forming high carbon martensite austenite (M A) constituent and bringing serious intercritically reheated coarse grain HAZ (IRCGHAZ) embrittlement. | Y.Wang,T.Han and W.M.Zhao University of Petroleum,Dongying 257062,China | 1999 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)1999,12,5: | 6
Effects of Nb content in Ti–Ni–Nb brazing alloys on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti–22Al–25Nb alloy brazed joints显示文摘Vacuum brazing was successfully used to join Ti–22Al–25Nb alloy using Ti–Ni–Nb brazing alloys prepared by arc-melting. The influence of Nb content in the Ti–Ni–Nb brazing alloys on the interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of the brazed joints was investigated. The results showed that the interfacial microstructure of brazed joint consisted of B2, O, ?3, and Ti2 Ni phase, while the width of brazing seams varied at different Nb contents. The room temperature shear strength reached359 MPa when the joints were brazed with eutectic Ti40Ni40Nb20 alloy at 1180?C for 20 min, and it was321, 308 and 256 MPa at 500, 650 and 800?C, respectively. Cracks primarily initiated and propagated in ?3compounds, and partially traversed B2+O region. Moreover, the fracture surface displayed typical ductile dimples when cracks propagated through B2+O region, which was favorable for the mechanical properties of the brazed joint. | Y.Wang X.Q.Cai Z.W.Yang D.P.Wang X.G.Liu Y.C.Liu | 2017 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2017,33,7: | 5

Active metal brazing of SiO2–BN ceramic and Ti plate with Ag–Cu–Ti+BN composite filler显示文摘SiO_2–BN ceramic and Ti plate were joined by active brazing in vacuum with Ag–Cu–Ti+BN composite filler. The effect of BN content, brazing temperature and time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the brazed joints was investigated. The results showed that a continuous Ti N–Ti B_2reaction layer formed adjacent to the SiO_2–BN ceramic, whose thickness played a key role in the bonding properties.Four Ti–Cu compound layers,Ti_2Cu,Ti_3Cu_4,Ti Cu_2and Ti Cu_4,were observed to border Ti substrate due to the strong affinity of Ti and Cu compared with Ag.The central part of the joint was composed of Ag matrix, over which some fine-grains distributed. The added BN particles reacted with Ti in the liquid filler to form fine Ti B whiskers and Ti N particles with low coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE),leading to the reduction of detrimental residual stress in the joint, and thus improving the joint strength. The maximum shear strength of 31 MPa was obtained when 3 wt%BN was added in the composite filler, which was 158%higher than that brazed with single Ag–Cu–Ti filler metal. The morphology and thickness of the reaction layer adjacent to the parent materials changed correspondingly with the increase of BN content, brazing temperature and holding time.Based on the correlation between the microstructural evolution and brazing parameters, the bonding mechanism of SiO_2–BN and Ti was discussed. | Z.W.Yang C.L.Wang Y.Wang L.X.Zhang D.P.Wang J.C.Feng | 2017 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2017,33,11: | 5

Methods for a blind analysis of isobar data collected by the STAR collaboration显示文摘In 2018,the STAR collaboration collected data from^(96)_(44)Ru+^(96)_(44)Ru and^(96)_(40)Zr+^(96)_(40)Zr at√^(S)NN=200 Ge V to search for the presence of the chiral magnetic effect in collisions of nuclei. The isobar collision species alternated frequently between 9644 Ru+^(96)_(44)Ru and^(96)_(40)Zr+^(96)_(40)Zr.In order to conduct blind analyses of studies related to the chiral magnetic effect in these isobar data,STAR developed a three-step blind analysis procedure.Analysts are initially provided a'reference sample'of data, comprised of a mix of events from the two species, the order of which respects time-dependent changes in run conditions. After tuning analysis codes and performing time-dependent quality assurance on the reference sample, analysts are provided a species-blind sample suitable for calculating efficiencies and corrections for individual≈30-min data-taking runs. For this sample,species-specific information is disguised, but individual output files contain data from a single isobar species.Only run-by-run corrections and code alteration subsequent to these corrections are allowed at this stage.Following these modifications, the'frozen'code is passed over the fully un-blind data, completing the blind analysis. As a check of the feasibility of the blind analysis procedure, analysts completed a'mock data challenge,'analyzing data from Au+Au collisions at√^(S)NN=27 Ge V,collected in 2018.The Au+Au data were prepared in the same manner intended for the isobar blind data. The details of the blind analysis procedure and results from the mock data challenge are presented. | J.Adam L.Adamczyk J.R.Adams J.K.Adkins G.Agakishiev M.M.Aggarwal Z.Ahammed | 16 | Grain refinement of Mg-alloys by native MgO particles: An overview显示文摘A fine and equiaxed solidification process delivers multidimensional benefits to Mg-alloys, such as improved castability, reduced casting defects, enhanced mechanical properties, increased corrosion resistance and potential for increased recycled contents. Despite extensive research on grain refinement of Mg-alloys in the last few decades, currently, there is no effective grain refiner available for refining Mg-Al alloys, and our current understanding of grain refining mechanisms is not adequate to facilitate the development of effective grain refiners.Under the EPSRC(UK) Li ME Hub’s research program, substantial advances have been made in understanding the early stages of solidification covering prenucleation, heterogeneous nucleation, grain initiation and grain refinement. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive overview of grain refinement of Mg-alloys by native MgO particles. We show that native MgO particles can be made available for effective grain refinement of Mg-alloys by intensive melt shearing regardless of the alloy compositions. More importantly, we demonstrate that(1) the addition of more potent exogenous particles will not be more effective than native MgO;and(2) MgO particles are difficult to be made more impotent for grain refinement through promoting explosive grain initiation. We suggest that the most effective approach to grain refinement of Mg-alloys is to make more native MgO particles available for grain refinement through dispersion, such as by intensive melt shearing. | Z.Fan F.Gao Y.Wang S.H.Wang J.B.Patel | 2022 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,11: | 3

Development of Lattice Boltzmann Flux Solver for Simulation of Incompressible Flows显示文摘A lattice Boltzmann flux solver(LBFS)is presented in this work for simulation of incompressible viscous and inviscid flows. The new solver is based on Chapman-Enskog expansion analysis, which is the bridge to link Navier-Stokes(N-S)equations and lattice Boltzmann equation(LBE).The macroscopic differential equations are discretized by the finite volume method, where the flux at the cell interface is evaluated by local reconstruction of lattice Boltzmann solution from macroscopic flow variables at cell centers. The new solver removes the drawbacks of conventional lattice Boltzmann method such as limitation to uniform mesh,tie-up of mesh spacing and time interval, limitation to viscous flows.LBFS is validated by its application to simulate the viscous decaying vortex flow, the driven cavity flow, the viscous flow past a circular cylinder, and the inviscid flow past a circular cylinder. The obtained numerical results compare very well with available data in the literature, which show that LBFS has the second order of accuracy in space, and can be well applied to viscous and inviscid flow problems with non-uniform mesh and curved boundary. | C.Shu Y.Wang C.J.Teo J.Wu | 2014 | Advances in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics2014,6,4: | 2
