1[Zn4O] Cluster-Based Metal-Organic Frameworks as Catalysts for Conversion of CO2显示文摘Summary of main observation and conclusion One unique two-dimensional (2D) Zn-MOF {Na[Zz1.5(μ4-O)(L)]}n (1) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Four Zn atoms are bridged through μ4-O to form [Zn4O] clusters, which are further linked to form a 2D layer n etwork through shari ng Zn as vertexes. 1 exhibits high thermal stability up to 280 ℃ and keeps stable in comm on solve nts and water solutions with pH ranging from 1 to 13. The catalytic studies reveal that compound 1 exhibits excellent catalytic activity for cycloaddition of CO2 with epoxides into cyclic carb on ates un der mild conditions. Furthermore, 1 dem on strates good gen erality in CO2 coupli ng reactio n with extensive epoxides. 2Development of Chinese Near-isogenic Line of Rice and Their Differentiating Ability of Pathogenic Races of Blast Fungus显示文摘The rice( Oryza L. ) variety, Lijiangxintuanheigu(LTH), is a universally susceptible variety. A set of near-isogenic lines (NILs) of rice which has single resistance gene for each line was developed by use of LTH as recurrent parent and Kusabue,Tsuyuake, K1, PiNo. 4, K60 and BL1, which are from Kiyosawa's differential varieties(KDV), as donor parents. Differentiating ability of these NILs to Philippine isolates was compared with that of their donor parents, KDV and IRRI' s NILs. The results of comparative studies were as follows: (1) Differentiating ability of Chinese NILs to Philippine isolates was much stronger than that of their donor parents and that of KDV. (2) Chinese NILs had similar ability to differentiate races to IRRI's NILs or higher differentiating ability than them. But IRRI's NILs almost had no differentiating ability to isolates from japonica rice-growing regions. They can not be used to differentiate races of isolates from japonica ricegrowing regions. Whereas, Chinese NILs can be used to differentiate races of isolates from both japonica ricegrowing regions and indica rice-growing regions. 3Bipolar hemiarthroplasty for femoral neck fracture using the direct anterior approach显示文摘AIM: To evaluate whether walking ability recovers early after bipolar hemiarthroplasty(BHA) using a direct anterior approach.METHODS: Between 2008 and 2010, 81 patients with femoral neck fracture underwent BHA using the direct anterior approach(DAA) or the posterior approach(PA). The mean observation period was 36 mo. The age, sex, body mass index(BMI), time from admission to surgery, length of hospitalization, outcome after discharge, walking ability, duration of surgery, blood loss and complications were compared. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the age, sex, BMI, time from admission to surgery, length of hospitalization, outcome after discharge, duration of surgery and blood loss between the two groups. Two weeks after the operation, assistance was not necessary for walking in the hospital in 65.0% of the patients in the DAA group and in 33.3% in the PA group(P < 0.05). As for complications, fracture of the femoral greater trochanter developed in 1 patient in the DAA group and calcar crack and dislocation in 1 patient each in the PA group.CONCLUSION: DAA is an approach more useful for BHA for femoral neck fracture in elderly patients than total hip arthroplasty in terms of the early acquisition of walking ability.Tomonori Baba Katsuo Shitoto Kazuo Kaneko 2013World Journal of Orthopedics2013,4,2:11
4Effects of dietary graded levels of cinnamon essential oil and its combination with bamboo leaf flavonoid on immune function, antioxidative ability and intestinal microbiota of broilers显示文摘Cinnamon essential oil(CEO)and its combination with bamboo leaf flavonoid(BLF)have been shown to exhibit an additive antibacterial effect in vitro,but their functions in broilers were not clear.An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary graded levels of CEO and its combination with BLF on the growth performance,immune responses,antioxidative ability,and intestinal morphology and microbiota of broilers fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet.A total of 576 1-d-old Arbor Acres commercial male broilers were randomly allotted to 9 treatments with 8 replicates of 8 birds each in a completely randomized design.Birds were fed on a basal corn-soybean meal diet(control,without plant extracts and antibiotics),or the basal diet supplemented with 50 mg of aureomycin kg^-1,50,100,200,400,or 800 mg of CEO kg^-1,a combination of 100 mg of CEO and 16.7 mg of BLF kg^-1,or a combination of 200 mg of CEO kg^-1 and 33.3 mg of BLF kg^-1 for 42 d.Dietary treatment affected(P<0.05)the serum immune globulin M(IgM)contents on d 42,liver malondialdehyde(MDA)contents on d 21,duodenal crypt depth on d 42,relative abundance of Lactobacillus in the cecal contents on d 21,and relative abundances of Escherichia coli and Bifidobacterium in the cecal contents on d 42,but had no effect(P>0.16)on all other measured indices.The addition of 400 mg of CEO kg^-1 or a combination of 200 mg CEO kg^-1 and 33.3 mg BLF kg^-1 increased(P<0.02)serum IgM contents on d 42.Dietary supplementation with 100 or 200 mg CEO kg^-1,or 50 mg aureomycin kg^-1 decreased(P<0.003)liver MDA contents on d 21.In addition,the supplement of 100 mg CEO kg^-1 increased(P<0.002)the Lactobacillus relative abundance in caecum on d 21 and Bifidobacterium relative abundance in caecum on d 42,and decreased(P<0.0001)E.coli relative abundance in caecum on d 42.The results indicated that dietary supplementation with CEO,an alternative to aureomycin,improved the immune status,antioxidantative ability and cecal microbiota of broilers,and dietary supplementation with the combinations of CEO and BLF did not exhibit further effects.Dietary supplementation with 100 mg CEO kg^-1 is beneficial for broilers fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet.YANG Yun-feng ZHAO Lu-lu SHAO Yu-xin LIAO Xiu-dong ZHANG Li-yang LU Lin LUO Xu-gang 2019Journal of Integrative Agriculture2019,18,9:11
5基于AMMI模型的杂交高粱籽粒淀粉含量的配合力分析(英文)显示文摘[Objective] Analysis of combining ability of starch content variation in hybrid sorghum with the assistant of AMMI model. [Method] Based on the analyses of GCA using incomplete diallel cross(NCII), the SCA of hybrid sorghum was analyzed by AMMI model. [Result] For the starch content change of F1 hybrid sorghum, the effects of GCA and SCA accounted for 81.06% and 17.97%, respectively. In the present study, CMS lines 45A, 29A and restorer lines Hui 1, 44R were proved to be the excellent parent materials for preparing high starch hybrid sorghum cultivars. 6Minor alloying behavior in bulk metallic glasses and high-entropy alloys显示文摘The effect of minor alloying on several bulk metallic glasses and high-entropy al-loys was studied. It was found that minor Nb addition can optimize the interface structure between the W fiber and the Zr-based bulk metallic glass in the compos-ites,and improve the mechanical properties. Minor Y addition can destabilize the crystalline phases by inducing lattice distortion as a result to improve the glass-forming ability,and the lattice distortion energy is closely related to the effi-ciency of space filling of the competing crystalline phases. A long-period ordered structure can precipitate in the Mg-based bulk metallic glass by yttrium alloying. 7Study on evaluation of cities' ability reducing earthquake disasters显示文摘Cities′ ability reducing earthquake disasters is a complex system involving numerous factors, moreover the re-search on evaluating cities′ ability reducing earthquake disasters relates to multi-subject, such as earthquake sci-ence, social science, economical science and so on. In this paper, firstly, the conception of cities′ ability reducingearthquake disasters is presented, and the ability could be evaluated with three basic elements - the possible seis-mic casualty and economic loss during the future earthquakes that are likely to occur in the city and its surround-ings and time required for recovery after earthquake; based upon these three basic elements, a framework, whichconsists of six main components, for evaluating city′s ability reducing earthquake disasters is proposed; then thestatistical relations between the index system and the ratio of seismic casualty, the ratio of economic loss and re-covery time are gained utilizing the cities′ prediction results of earthquake disasters which were made during theninth five-year plan; at last, the method defining the comprehensive index of cities′ ability reducing earthquakedisasters is presented. Thus the relatively comprehensive theory frame is set up. 10Effect of Liangxuehuayu Recipe on hemorheology in rats with blood stasis syndrome显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of Uangxuehuayu Recipe on hemorheology in rats with blood stasis syndrome induced by mutifactor stimuli.Methods:SD rats were divided into control, model,Uangxuehuayu Recipe(high,middle and low dose,18,9,4.S g/kg accordingly).Except the control group,blood stasis model was established in the rest groups.The hemorheological parameters were measured and compared.Results:Blood viscosity at high,moderate and low level in rats with blood stasis significantly increased(P<0.05),but blood viscosity at high level and plasma viscosity was significantly decreased in rats induced by some stimuli after Uangxuehuayu Recipe were intra-gastrically administered for I weeks(P<0.01,P<0.05). 11Antibacterial ability and cytocompatibility of Cu-incorporated Ni–Ti–O nanopores on NiTi alloy显示文摘Nearly equiatomic nickel–titanium(NiTi) alloy is an ideal implant biomaterial because of its shape memory effect, superelasticity, low elastic modulus as well as other desirable properties.However, it is prone to infection because of its poor antibacterial ability.The present work incorporated Cu into Ni–Ti–O nanopores(NP–Cu) anodically grown on the NiTi alloy to enhance its antibacterial ability, which was realized through electrodeposition.Our results show that incorporation of Cu(0.78 at%–2.37 at%)has little influence on the NP diameter, length and morphology.The release level of Cu ions is in line with loadage which may be responsible for the improved antibacterial ability of the NiTi alloy to combat possible bacterial infection in vivo.Meanwhile, the NP–Cu shows better cytocompatibility and even can promote proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs),up-regulate collagen secretion and extracellular matrix mineralization when compared with Cu-free sample.Better antibacterial ability and cytocompatibility of the NP–Cu render them to be promising when serving as NiTi implant coatings.Jia-Ming Zhang Yong-Hua Sun Ya Zhao Yan-Lian Liu Xiao-Hong Yao Bin Tang Rui-Qiang Hang 2019Rare Metals2019,38,6:7
12Effects of Mo additions on the glass-forming ability and magnetic properties of bulk amorphous Fe-C-Si-B-P-Mo alloys显示文摘Glass formation, mechanical and magnetic properties of the Fe76-xC7.0Si3.3B5.0P8.7Mox (x=0, 1 at.%, 3 at.% and 5 at.%) alloys prepared using an industrial Fe-P master alloy have been studied. With the substitution of Mo for Fe, glass-forming ability (GFA) was significantly enhanced and fully amorphous rods with a diameter of up to 5 mm were produced in the alloy with 3% Mo. The Mo-containing amorphous alloys also exhibited high fracture strength of 3635–3881 MPa and excellent magnetic properties including a high saturation magnetization of 1.10–1.41 T, a high Curie temperature and a low coercive force. 13The relationship between viscosity and glass forming ability of Al-(Ni)-Yb alloy systems显示文摘The dynamic viscosity of Al-Yb and Al-Ni-Yb superheated melts was measured using a torsional oscillation viscometer. The results show that the temperature dependence of viscosity fits the Arrhenius law well and the fitting factors are calculated. The amorphous ribbons of these alloys were produced by the melt spinning technique and the thermal properties were characterized by using a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). E (the activation energy for viscous flow), which reflects the change rate of viscosity, has a good negative relation with the GFA in both Al-Yb and Al-Ni-Yb systems. However, there is no direct relation between liquidus viscosity (ηL) and GFA. 14Development of the triazole-fused pyrimidine derivatives as highly potent and reversible inhibitors of histone lysine specific demethylase1(LSD1/KDM1A)显示文摘Histone lysine specific demethylase 1(LSD1) has been recognized as an important modulator in post-translational process in epigenetics. Dysregulation of LSD1 has been implicated in the development of various cancers. Herein, we report the discovery of the hit compound 8 a(IC50=3.93 μmol/L) and further medicinal chemistry efforts, leading to the generation of compound 15 u(IC50=49 nmol/L, and Ki= 16 nmol/L), which inhibited LSD1 reversibly and competitively with H3 K4 me2, and was selective to LSD1 over MAO-A/B. Docking studies were performed to rationalize the potency ofcompound 15 u. Compound 15 u also showed strong antiproliferative activity against four leukemia cell lines(OCL-AML3, K562, THP-1 and U937) as well as the lymphoma cell line Raji with the IC50 values of 1.79, 1.30, 0.45, 1.22 and 1.40 μmol/L, respectively. In THP-1 cell line, 15 u significantly inhibited colony formation and caused remarkable morphological changes. 15Performance of the Autism Spectrum Rating Scale and Social Responsiveness Scale in Identifying Autism Spectrum Disorder Among Cases of Intellectual Disability显示文摘The Autism Spectrum Rating Scale(ASRS) and the Social Responsiveness Scale(SRS) have been widely used for screening autism spectrum disorder(ASD) in the general population during epidemiological studies, but studies of individuals with intellectual disability(ID) are quite limited. Therefore, we recruited the parents/caregivers of 204 ASD cases, 71 ID cases aged 6–18 years from special education schools, and 402 typically developing(TD) children in the same age span from a communitybased population to complete the ASRS and SRS. 17Effects of hydrocarbon physical properties on caprock’s capillary sealing ability显示文摘A new mechanics formula of caprock’s capillary sealing ability has been established in this paper, in which the boundary layer resistance was considered and characterized by starting pressure gradient. The formula shows that capillary sealing ability of caprock is determined not only by the capillary force of rock and the buoyancy of hydrocarbon column, but also by the starting pressure gradient of hydrocarbons and the thickness of caprock. The buoyancy of hydrocarbon column, the starting pressure gradient of hydrocarbon, and the capillary force of caprock are affected by hydrocarbon density, hydrocarbon viscosity, and hydrocarbon-water interface tension respectively. Based on hydrocarbon property data of reservoirs of Jiyang Depression and equations from literature, the effects of hydrocarbon density, hydrocarbon viscosity, and hydrocarbon-water interface tension on the sealing ability of caprock are analyzed. Under formational conditions, the sealing ability of oil caprock can vary up to dozens times because of the variations of the oil density, oil viscosity, and oil-water interface tension. Thus, the physical characters of hydrocarbon should be considered when evaluating the capillary sealing ability of caprocks. 18Community structure, dispersal ability and functional profiling of microbiome existing in fat body and ovary of the brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens显示文摘The endosymbionts play vital roles in growth, development and reproduction in insects. Yeast-like endosymbionts (YLSs) have been well studied in Nilaparvata lugens (N. lugens), but little is known about the tissue-specific bacterial microbiomes, especially on the microbial intersection among internal tissues. Here, the correlation of microbial composition, structure, dispersal ability and functional profiling were illuminated in two tissues, the fat body and ovary in N. lugens. A total of 11 phyla and 105 genera were captured from all samples;Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the most predominant and accounted for more than 99% in all samples. However, the relative abundance ofFirmicutes and Proteobacteria was significantly different in ovary and fat body through Fisher's Least Significant Difference test. Microbial diversity but not the richness index in the two tissues exhibited significant difference. Furthermore, the microbial community structure of the ovary and fat body were primarily determined by tissue quality. Firmicutes showed strong dispersal ability between ovary and fat body based on the quantitative null model assessing, indicating the frequent interaction of these microbiomes in the two tissues. In addition, the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways of microbial participation were delineated. The ten most abundant pathways counted for over 46% of the annotation and were shared between the two tissues, mainly containing Energy Metabolism and Amino Acid Metabolism/Biosynthesis. 19EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE ON NEUROLOGICAL DEFECTS AND DAILY LIFE ABILITY IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE显示文摘Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture of Shuigou (GV 26), Neiguan (PC 6), Zusanli (ST 36), etc. on neurological defects and daily life ability in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Fifty eight cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomized into control group (n=28) and treatment group (n=30). Patients of two groups were both treated with intravenous infusion of Mannitol and other expectant medicines. In addition, patients of treatment group were also treated with acupuncture therapy, once daily and continuously for one month. Before and after treatment, the scores of neurological defects and daily life ability (Barthel Index) were given for assessing the therapeutic effect. Results: Following treatment, both scores of neurological defects of two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the score of treatment group was strikingly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, values of Barthel Index (BI) of two groups increased considerably in comparison with pre treatment (P<0.01), and the value of BI of treatment group was bigger than that of control group (P<0.05). 20Titanium dioxide as an adsorbent to enhance the detection ability of near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy显示文摘A method for quantitative determination of fish sperm deoxyribonucleic acid(fsDNA)was developed by using titanium dioxide(TiO2)as an adsorbent and near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(NIRDRS).The selective enrichment of fsDNA was proved by comparing the adsorption efficiency of bovine serum albumin,tyrosine and tryptophan,and the low adsorption background of TiO2 was illustrated by comparing the spectra of four commonly-used inorganic adsorbents(alkaline aluminium oxide,neutral aluminium oxide,nano-hydroxyapatite and silica).The spectral feature of fsDNA can be clearly observed in the spectrum of the sample.Partial least squares(PLS)model was built for quantitative determination of fsDNA using 28 solutions,and 13 solutions with interferences were used for validation of the model.The results showed that the correlation coefficient(R)between the predicted and the reference concentration is 0.9727 and the recoveries of the validation samples are in the range of 98.2%-100.7%.Shuyu Wang Jin Zhang Wensheng Cai Xueguang Shao 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,5:4
