| 6 | Efficacy of intramuscular matrine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B显示文摘BACKGROUND: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, a glo- bal public health problem, is the leading cause of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) worldwide. There are more than 350 million HBV carriers in the world and up to one million die annually due to hepatitis B associated liv- er disease. So far no optimal treatment is available for pa- tients with chronic hepatitis B. In the paper we investigated the efficacy of intramuscular matrine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. METHODS: One hundred and twenty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into matrine treatment group (n =60) and control group (n =60). The patients of the matrine group were given intramuscularly with matrine (an alkaloid extracted from a traditional Chinese herb Radix Sophorae Flavescentis by Guangzhou Ming Xing Pharmaceu cal Factory, Guangzhou, China) of 100 mg daily for 90 days in addition to conventional liver-protective drugs in- cluding glucurone, inosine, compound vitamin B and caryophyllin. The control group received conventional liv- er-protective drugs alone. Clinical manifestations and labo- ratory parameters including liver biochemistry and serum hepatitis B virus markers were monitored before and after treatment in the two groups. RESULTS: Significant differences were seen between the two groups in terms of improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, recovery of liver functions, and serum conver- sion from hepatitis Be antigen to HBe antibody and from positive to negative serum HBV DNA (P <0.05-0.01). The result of the matrine group was more marked than that of the control group. Serious side-effects were not observed except mild pain at the site of injection of matrine in a few patients. | 9 | 贺兰山保护区冬季岩羊集群特征的初步分析显示文摘Group size and composition of blue sheep(Pseudois nayaur)were studied in the Helan Mountains, Ningxia Autonomous Region from November to December 2003.We scanned mountain slopes with binoculars and observed with 20-60× spotting-scope. A total of 310 herds of blue sheep and 1 336 individuals were observed during the study period. Blue sheep were frequently seen in small herds of 2 to 8 individuals, which represent 94.8% of total herds observed. Herds consisting of 9 individuals or more represented 5.2%. The largest herd we observed numbered 51 individuals. Mean group size was 4.2 individuals. Blue sheep herds can be divided into three types: male herds (composed solely of males), female herds (consisting of females with or without juveniles of both sexes), and mixed herds (including adult males, females, and subadults).Among the 310 herds, female herds were counted 150 times(48.4%), mixed herds 154 times(49.7%), and male herds 6 times(1.9%). Of 1 336 blue sheep classified by sex and age, adults, subadults and juveniles composed 64.1%,20.8%, and 15.1% respectively. The female:male ratio of adults was 1∶0.73. | 13 | 德国历史学派与19世纪经济学方法论之争的启示显示文摘In the mid-19th century, out of their dissatisfaction with the neglect of the economic theories about other countries’ experiences in the British classic economics, the economists in the German Historical School worked hard to construct an economic theory that was congruent to the developmental stage in their own country’s culture and history. Their deeply-cherished concern about the reality in a transitional era when Germany was approaching modernization drove them to propose that the living condition of the working class be improved by the power of the state. In the late 80’s of the same century, the Methodenstreit of German Historical School versus the Austrian School broke out, after which the mainstream economics was well on its way in terms of theoretical refinement and scrutiny, whereas the influence from the Historical School gradually subsided. Even so, the lessons from the Historical School are still enlightening to research in contemporary social sciences. | 14 | 盘龙城商代宫殿基址讨论显示文摘The large-sized rammed-earth building foundations on the Panlongcheng site at Huangpi are remains of early Shang period palace complex. The No. 1 Panlongcheng palace consists of four rooms with wooden-framed walls. The two rooms in the middle each have two doors on the northern and southern sides respectively;while the two end rooms have only southern doors. So the No. 1 palace must have been in the center of the whole building complex. The roof supported by peripheral columns and wooden-framed walls can be reconstructed to be hipped and single- or double- eaved. The hypothesis that the No. 1 palace may have had projecting-eaves columns has not been confirmed. The No. 2 palace is an open hall without peripheral walls and room division; its roof is supported by peripheral columns only. The idea of reconstructing it as a building with pilasters and multiple rooms seems to lack archaeological evidence. The remaining vestiges show that there were side corridors in the two flanks of the main hall of the No. 2 palace. Referring to the Shang period palace material unearthed from the Shang city-site at Yanshi and other localities, it can be inferred that either of the Nos. 1 and 2 palaces must have had an eastern corridor and a western one, and, in addition, the No. 2 palace must have had a southern corridor with a gate house. The Nos. 1--3 palaces of the Panlongcheng site formed three compounds located one behind another, and belonged to the type of court-and-living building complex. Among them the No. 2 palace was the outer court for holding great ceremonies, the No. 1 palace was the inner court for handling daily administrative affairs, and the No. 3 palace was the king and queen's living place. To the southeast of the No. 2 palace remains a group of rammed-earth house-foundations, which must have been left over from another type of palace building, possibly an ancestral temple. The remaining city-walls at Panlongcheng must have belonged to the peripheral city-walls. The palace area is in the northeast of the enclosed area, accounting for 1/4 of the total. | 20 | 长江流域河流沉积物宇宙成因核素^(10)Be特征与侵蚀速率估算显示文摘地球表面每时每刻都在经历各式各样的侵蚀作用,了解侵蚀过程及其速率大小有助于人们认识许多重要的地质作用和过程。本文介绍的内容是长江流域河流沉积物宇宙成因核素^(10)Be的研究工作,目的是在于定量估算长江流域及其子流域的平均侵蚀速率,更好地理解沉积物的由源到汇过程以及评价人类活动对水土流失的影响提供自然背景,分析样品来自于长江主要干流和支流的表层现代沉积。研究表明,长江干流^(10)Be含量从金沙江流域到长江口呈现出由高到低的趋势,不同的是支流^(10)Be含量值偏低而且比较稳定。这很可能受核素产生率和侵蚀速率两个因素的共同影响。在长江上游干流沉积物中^(10)Be含量最高,随着低含量物质的不断从支流汇入,产生'西高东低'的现象。^(10)Be侵蚀速率估算表明长江干流金沙江上游段平均侵蚀速率较低,在44.7~48.1m/Ma之间;长江中游段(枝江至彭泽)长江干流侵蚀速率数据变化较大,在65.7~175m/Ma的范围内波动;到长江口平均侵蚀速率比较稳定,在50~60m/Ma之间变化。与干流相比,长江支流侵蚀速率显著偏高。侵蚀速率最高的地区在大渡河-岷江流域,平均侵蚀速率在300m/Ma之上;侵蚀速率最低的区域发生在乌江流域,平均的侵蚀速率在10~30m/Ma之间。比较长江流域^(10)Be和水文估算的侵蚀速率可以看出,水文估算总体上反映的侵蚀速率要普遍高于^(10)Be反映的侵蚀速率。大渡河-岷江流域地表侵蚀速率高主要与构造活动、地貌发育、岩石特征以及气候条件等自然因素有关。嘉陵江、汉江等流域水文数据估算侵蚀速率明显超过^(10)Be估算的结果,可能与地形地貌等地质因素对侵蚀作用的影响显著下降,以及人类长期活动导致水土流失加剧有关。 | 黄湘通 郑洪波 John Chappell 王平 | 2013 | 第四纪研究2013,33,4: | 10 |
