1Systems Biology of Plant-Microbiome Interactions显示文摘In natural environments,plants are exposed to diverse microbiota that they interact with in complex ways.While plant-pathogen interactions have been intensely studied to understand defense mechanisms in plants,many microbes and microbial communities can have substantial beneficial effects on their plant host.Such beneficial effects include improved acquisition of nutrients,accelerated growth,resilience against pathogens,and improved resistance against abiotic stress conditions such as heat,drought,and salinity.However,the beneficial effects of bacterial strains or consortia on their host are often cultivar and species specific,posing an obstacle to their general application.Remarkably,many of the signals that trigger plant immune responses are molecularly highly similar and often identical in pathogenic and beneficial microbes.Thus,it is unclear what determines the outcome of a particular microbe-host interaction and which factors enable plants to distinguish beneficials from pathogens.To unravel the complex network of genetic,microbial,and metabolic interactions,including the signaling events mediating microbe-host interactions,comprehensive quantitative systems biology approaches will be needed.Patricia A.Rodriguez Michael Rothballer Soumitra Paul Chowdhury Thomas Nussbaumer Caroline Gutjahr Pascal Falter-Braun 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,6:20

3思维压抑量表:中文版的结构、信度及效度显示文摘目的:在大学生群体中对思维压抑量表(White Bear Suppression Inventory,WBSI)进行修订并考察其信效度。方法:采用方便取样方法,对样本一的125名大学生施测WBSI及贝克抑郁问卷,以检验该量表的效度,并随机选取其中33名学生,在初测4周后进行了重测;对样本二的383名大学生施测WBSI、宾州忧虑问卷、事件影响量表-修订版及想法行为混淆量表。对样本三的334名大学生施测WBSI、帕多瓦量表、特质焦虑问卷及多元个人传统性量表-宿命迷信分量表。结果:对样本一的探索性因素分析获得WBSI的3个因素(闯入性思维、思维压抑和转移注意),3个因素可解释总变异的52.4%;对样本二和样本三的验证性因素分析显示,三因素模型拟合最好(χ2/df=3.45,CFI=0.91,TLI=0.89,RMSEA=0.07,SRMR=0.06)。WBSI总分的内部一致性系数为0.87,重测信度为0.59;3个因素的内部一致性系数分别为0.83、0.66和0.70。女性WBSI得分均显著高于男性。效标效度分析表明WBSI与抑郁(r=0.29)、特质焦虑(r=0.42)、创伤后应激障碍症状(r=0.42)、强迫症状(r=0.30)及广泛性焦虑症状(r=0.44)呈显著正相关。本研究还探索了迷信在OCD症状的发展维持中的作用,结果支持迷信导致了思维压抑从而导致了OCD症状(χ2/df=5.04,CFI=0.88,TLI=0.82,RMSEA=0.11,SRMR=0.08)。结论:思维压抑量表的中文修订版具有良好的信效度。Marcus A.Rodriguez 贾珂 钱铭怡 2012中国临床心理学杂志2012,20,2:6
4思维压抑和接受对焦虑内疚情绪及个人责任归因的效果比较显示文摘目的:考察想法行为混淆(Thought Action Fusion,TAF)和思维压抑在强迫观念形成中的交互作用。方法:采用方便取样在115名大学生中考察实验诱发的TAF闯入是否会导致压抑后的负性情绪和个人责任信念的增高,以及思维压抑的作用是否会随靶想法对个人重要意义的变化而有所改变。结果:①句子填空范式引发了显著高于基线水平的焦虑和内疚情绪;但和预期的结果不同的是,在完成5分钟的思维压抑任务后,被试的负性情绪有所下降。②思维压抑被发现是一种无法达到预期目标的应对认知策略,会增加对个人有重要意义的闯入性想法的负性责任信念。结论:本研究支持了强迫观念的认知模型在中国大学生人群中的跨文化的有效性。Marcus A.Rodriguez 高隽 钱铭怡 肖征 2012中国临床心理学杂志2012,20,3:2
5The Use of Rank Histograms and MVL Diagrams to Characterize Ensemble Evolution in Weather Forecasting显示文摘Rank Histograms are suitable tools to assess the quality of ensembles within an ensemble prediction system or framework. By counting the rank of a given variable in the ensemble, we are basically making a sample analysis, which does not allow us to distinguish if the origin of its variability is external noise or comes from chaotic sources. The recently introduced Mean to Variance Logarithmic (MVL) Diagram accounts for the spatial variability, being very sensitive to the spatial localization produced by infinitesimal perturbations of spatiotemporal chaotic systems. By using as a benchmark a simple model subject to noise, we show the distinct information given by Rank Histograms and MVL Diagrams. Hence, the main effects of the external noise can be visualized in a graphic. From the MVL diagram we clearly observe a reduction of the amplitude growth rate and of the spatial localization (chaos suppression), while from the Rank Histogram we observe changes in the reliability of the ensemble. 7Solution combustion synthesis and electrochemical properties of yttrium-doped LiMnPO4/C cathode materials for lithium ion batteries显示文摘Phospho-olivine pristine LiMnPO4/C and yttrium-substituted LiMn1-xYxPO4/C(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05)were synthesized by a solution combustion method.The effects of Y-doped on structure,morphology and electrochemical performances were investigated.From powder X-ray diffraction pattern,all substituted materials adopt an identical structure to that of the LiMnPO4 olivine structure,suggesting that the yttrium ion was well inco rporated into the crystal lattice,without any changes in the host crystal structure.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy provides clearly that yttrium-substituting reduces the charge transfer impedance and improves the lithium ion diffusion through the structure.When x=0.01,the material shows an excellent capacity and stability during charge/discharge process.The initial specific discharge capacity can reach up to 156.84 mAh/g at C/20,with a coulombic efficiency of about 96.11%,which is 14%higher than that of the pristine material.The results confirm that the cyclic stability and the electrochemical performances of LiMnPO4/C are highly improved by Y-doping.Redouan El Khalfaouy Servet Turan Miguel A.Rodriguez Kamil Burak Dermenci Umut Savaci Abdellah Addaou Ali Laajeb Ahmed Lahsini 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,9:1

10无模板法合成分形孔结构Y2O3泡沫单块及其镍掺杂功能化显示文摘自相似的分形结构如云、树、雪花、闪电、人类循环系统等广泛存在于自然界中,然而自然界中自发形成的分形结构很难用常规的实验室合成方法得到.本文利用一种无模板的、基于金属-小分子配位聚合作用的自组装方法,制备了具有分形孔结构的整体钇-氨基酸配合物材料,并通过焙烧得到分形孔结构Y2O3.材料的孔尺度分布范围从微米到纳米尺度,最为有趣的是,这种孔结构表现出自相似特征的结构,即任意一级的大孔的孔壁都是由次级尺度范围的二级小孔孔结构组成.整体配合物由几十微米的微米孔构筑而成,微米孔的孔壁由尺度更小的次级微米孔组成,次级微米孔的孔壁继续由100 nm左右的纳米孔组成.继续放大后可以看到纳米孔的孔壁包含由纳米晶粒堆积而成的更小的介孔(2–10 nm).通过在合成中引入其他金属阳离子(Ni^2+,Bi^3+,Ce^3+,Eu^3+),可以得到分形孔包裹镶嵌的掺杂型分形孔混合氧化物.以Ni^2+为例,分散的NiO纳米颗粒嵌入Y2O3泡沫分形孔结构中.在乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应中,与常规的负载型Ni催化剂相比,被分形孔Y2O3封装的Ni催化剂表现出更优的低温催化活性.陈睿 许文骞 Sanjaya D.Senanayake José A.Rodriguez 陈经广 陈铁红 2020Science China Materials2020,63,9:0

15Effect of Ni particle size on the production of renewable methane from CO_(2) over Ni/CeO_(2) catalyst显示文摘Production of’renewable Methane’has attracted renewed research interest as a fundamental probe reaction and process for CO_(2)utilization through potential use in Cl fuel production and even for future space exploration technologies.CO_(2)methanation is a structure sensitive reaction on Ni/CeO_(2)catalysts.To precisely elucidate the size effect of the Ni metal center on the CO_(2)methanation performance,we prepared2%Ni/CeO_(2)catalysts with pre-synthesized uniform Ni particles(2,4 and 8 nm)on a high surface area CeO_(2)support.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and ambient pressure X-ray photo spectroscopy(AP-XPS)characterization have confirmed that the catalyst structure and chemical state was uniform and stable under reaction conditions.The 8 nm sized catalyst showed superior methanation selectivity over the 4 and 2 nm counterparts,and the methanation activity in term of TOF is 10 times and 70 times higher than for the 4 and 2 nm counterparts,respectively.The DRIFTS studies revealed that the larger Ni(8 nm particles)over CeO_(2)efficiently facilitated the hydrogenation of the surface formate intermediates,which is proposed as the rate determining step accounting for the excellent CO_(2)methanation performance.Lili Lin Clifford A.Gerlak Chang Liu Jordi Llorca Siyu Yao Ning Rui Feng Zhang Zongyuan Liu Sen Zhang Kaixi Deng Christopher B.Murray José A.Rodriguez Sanjaya D.Senanayake 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10:0
