| 2 | Treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease: A systematic review显示文摘BACKGROUNG For a long time,laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD)has been treated by proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)with an uncertain success rate.AIM To shed light the current therapeutic strategies used for LPRD in order to analysis the rationale in the LPRD treatment.METHODS Three authors conducted a PubMed search to identify papers published between January 1990 and February 2019 about the treatment of LPRD.Clinical prospective or retrospective studies had to explore the impact of medical treatment(s)on the clinical presentation of suspected or confirmed LPRD.The criteria for considering studies for the review were based on the population,intervention,comparison,and outcome framework.RESULTS The search identified 1355 relevant papers,of which 76 studies met the inclusion criteria,accounting for 6457 patients.A total of 64 studies consisted of empirical therapeutic trials and 12 were studies where authors formally identified LPRD with pH-monitoring or multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH monitoring(MII-pH).The main therapeutic scheme consisted of once or twice daily PPIs for a duration ranged from 4 to 24 wk.The most used PPIs were omeprazole,esomeprazole,rabeprazole,lansoprazole and pantoprazole with a success rate ranging from 18%to 87%.Other composite treatments have been prescribed including PPIs,alginate,prokinetics,and H2 Receptor antagonists.CONCLUSION Regarding the development of MII-pH and the identification of LPRD subtypes(acid,nonacid,mixed),future studies are needed to improve the LPRD treatment considering all subtypes of reflux. | Jerome R Lechien Francois Mouawad Maria R Barillari Andrea Nacci Seyyedeh Maryam Khoddami Necati Enver Sampath Kumar Raghunandhan Christian Calvo-Henriquez Young-Gyu Eun Sven Saussez | 2019 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2019,7,19: | 9 |

| 6 | PCH1 and PCHL Directly Interact with PIF1,Promote Its Degradation,and Inhibit Its Transcriptional Function during Photomorphogenesis显示文摘PHOTOPERIODIC CONTROL OF HYPOCOTYL 1(PCH1)and PCH1-LIKE(PCHL)were shown to directly bind to phytochrome B(phyB)and suppress phyB thermal reversion,resulting in plants with dramatically enhanced light sensitivity.Here,we show that PCH1 and PCHL also positively regulate various light responses,including seed germination,hypocotyl gravitropism,and chlorophyll biosynthesis,by physically interacting with PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTOR 1(PIF1)and CONSTITUTIVE PHOTOMORPHO-GENIC 1(COP1).PCH1 and PCHL interact with PIF1 both in the dark and light,and regulate PIF1 abundance.Moreover,PCH1 and PCHL facilitate the physical interaction between phyB and PIF1 in vivo to promote the light-induced degradation of PIF1.PCH1 and PCHL also inhibit the DNA-binding ability of PIF1 to negatively regulate the expressions of PIF1 target genes.In addition,PCH1 and PCHL interact with COP1 and undergo degradation through the 26S proteasome pathway in the dark.Consistently,pch1 suppresses cop1 phenotype in darkness.Collectively,our study reveals a novel mechanism by which PCH1 and PCHL regulate diverse light responses not only by stabilizing phyB Pfrform but also by directly interacting with PIF1 and COP1,providing a molecular understanding of the control of hypocotyl growth by these proteins. | Mei-Chun Cheng Beatrix Enderle Praveen Kumar Kathare Rafya Islam Andreas Hiltbrunner Enamul Huq | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,3: | 3 |

This method can now make useful, unique contributions to the work-up of patients with ischemic and non-ischemic heart disease. Advantages of CMR, compared to other imaging methods, include very high resolution imaging with a spatial resolution up to 0.5 mm × 0.5 mm in plane, a large array of different imaging sequences to provide in vivo tissue characterization, and radiationfree imaging. | 9 | Fecal stream diversion and mucosal cytokine levels in collagenous colitis:A case report显示文摘In this case report, we examined the levels of cytokines expressed before and during fecal stream diversion and after intestinal continuity was restored in a patient with collagenous colitis. We report the case of a46-year-old woman with chronic, active collagenous colitis who either failed to achieve clinical remission or experienced adverse effects with the following drugs:loperamide, cholestyramine, budesonide, methotrexate and adalimumab. Due to the intractable nature of the disease and because the patient was having up to 15 watery bowel movements per day, she underwent a temporary ileostomy. Colonic biopsies were analyzed for mucosal cytokine protein levels before and during fecal stream diversion and after intestinal continuity was restored. Mucosal protein levels of interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-2, IL-6, IL-12, IL-17 A, IL-23, TNF, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-5,IL-10 and IL-13 were all higher during active disease and decreased to non-detectable or considerably lower levels during fecal stream diversion. One month after the restoration of bowel continuity, when the patient experienced a relapse of symptoms, IL-2, IL-23 and IL-21 levels were again increased. Our results indicate that fecal stream diversion in this patient suppressed the levels of all cytokines analyzed in colonic biopsies. With the recurrence of clinical symptoms and histological changes after bowel reconstruction,the levels of primarily proinflammatory cytokines increased.
