| 1 | Curative effect of warming kidney and fortifying spleen recipe on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of a recipe for warming the kidney and fortifying the spleen on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).METHODS:This multi-center,double-blind,randomized,and controlled trial included 240 patients that met the inclusion criterion and were then divided into two groups of 120.Patients in the treatment group(group A)took modified Sishen Wan orally for warming the kidney and fortifying the spleen and patients in the control group(group B)took a placebo,Chao Maiya,for 4 weeks.28 days after withdrawal,there was a 6-month follow-up to observe patient recurrence condition.The total effective rate,curative effect,and recurrence rate were evaluated after treatment.RESULTS:There was statistical difference(P<0.01)between the two groups in total effective rate(92.24%in the treatment group and 49.07%in the control group),in curative effect of TCM syndrome(90.52%and 47.22%,respectively),and in the recurrence rate(15.79%and 56.86%,respectively)within6 months after treatment.CONCLUSION:Modified Sishen Wan,for warming the kidney and fortifying the spleen,can effectively treat IBS-D and better control its recurrence. | Xiaolan Su Yanping Tang Jing Zhang Yuebin Dong Wei Wei Yibing Bai Yong Liu | 2013 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,5: | 22 |
| 2 | An approach to wide-field imaging of linear rail ground-based SAR in high squint multi-angle mode显示文摘Ground-based synthetic aperture radar(GB-SAR) has been successfully applied to the ground deformation monitoring.However, due to the short length of the GB-SAR platform, the scope of observation is largely limited. The practical applications drive us to make improvements on the conventional linear rail GB-SAR system in order to achieve larger field imaging. First, a turntable is utilized to support the rotational movement of the radar.Next, a series of high-squint scanning is performed with multiple squint angles. Further, the high squint modulation phase of the echo data is eliminated. Then, a new multi-angle imaging method is performed in the wave number domain to expand the field of view. | 3 | Free Riding Inhibition Mechanism Based on User Behavior in P2P File-Sharing System显示文摘In order to inhibit Free Riding in Peer-toPeer(P2P) file-sharing systems,the Free Riding Inhibition Mechanism Based on User Behavior(IMBUB) is proposed.IMBUB considers the regularity of user behavior and models user behavior by analyzing many definitions and formulas.In IMBUB,Bandwidth Allocated Ratio,Incentive Mechanism Based on User Online Time,Double Reward Mechanism,Incentive Mechanism of Sharing for Permission and Inhibition Mechanism of White-washing Behavior are put forward to inhibit Free Riding and encourage user sharing.A P2P file system BITShare is designed and realized under the conditions of a campus network environment.The test results show that BITShare's Query Hit Ratio has a significant increase from 22% to 99%,and the sharing process in BITShare is very optimistic.Most users opt to use online time to exchange service quality instead of white-washing behavior,and the real white-ishing ratio in BITShare is lower than 1%.We confirm that IMBUB can effectively inhibit Free Riding behavior in P2P file-sharing systems. | Zhang Yu Bai Yanping Hao Ying | 2012 | China Communications2012,9,12: | 2 |

| 16 | Edge Computing Task Scheduling with Joint Blockchain and Task Caching in Industrial Internet显示文摘Deploying task caching at edge servers has become an effectiveway to handle compute-intensive and latency-sensitive tasks on the industrialinternet. However, how to select the task scheduling location to reduce taskdelay and cost while ensuring the data security and reliable communicationof edge computing remains a challenge. To solve this problem, this paperestablishes a task scheduling model with joint blockchain and task cachingin the industrial internet and designs a novel blockchain-assisted cachingmechanism to enhance system security. In this paper, the task schedulingproblem, which couples the task scheduling decision, task caching decision,and blockchain reward, is formulated as the minimum weighted cost problemunder delay constraints. This is a mixed integer nonlinear problem, which isproved to be nonconvex and NP-hard. To solve the optimal solution, thispaper proposes a task scheduling strategy algorithm based on an improvedgenetic algorithm (IGA-TSPA) by improving the genetic algorithm initializationand mutation operations to reduce the size of the initial solutionspace and enhance the optimal solution convergence speed. In addition,an Improved Least Frequently Used algorithm is proposed to improve thecontent hit rate. Simulation results show that IGA-TSPA has a faster optimalsolution-solving ability and shorter running time compared with the existingedge computing scheduling algorithms. | 20 | A novel derivative of Genistein inhibits proliferation of ovarian cancer HO-8910 cells by regulating reactive oxygen species显示文摘Objective To investigate the anticancer effect of a novel derivative of genistein(5-hydroxy-4’-nitro-7-propionyloxy-genistein,HNPG)on human ovarian cancer HO-8910 cells and its possible molecular mechanism.Methods HO-8910 cells were cultured in vitro,and the inhibitory effect of HNPG on proliferation was determined using MTT[3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide]assay.The effect of HNPG on inducing apoptosis was examined using FCM with Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide staining.The effect of HNPG on regulating reactive oxygen species(ROS)was measured using FCM with 2’,7’-di chlorodihydro-fluorescein diacetate staining.The effect of HNPG on modulating mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)was determined using FCM with lipophilic cationic dye 2(6 Amino 3 imino 3H xanthen 9 yl)benzoic acid methyl ester(Rh123)staining.The bioactivity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)and the content of glutathione(GSH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were detected using enzymelinked immunosorbent assay.The related apoptotic proteins,including bcl-2,bax,cyt-c,and cleavedcaspase-3,were assessed using western blotting.Results HNPG exhibited dramatic antitumor activity against HO-8910 cells in vitro,inhibited proliferation,and induced apoptosis in a time-and dose-dependent manner.These effects were accompanied by reduced bioactivity of SOD and CAT,reduced GSH content,and enhanced MDA content.Simultaneously,the amount of ROS was increased and the level of MMP was reduced,along with upregulation of mitochondrial apoptosis pathway-related proteins,bax,cyt-c,and cleaved-caspase-3;bcl-2 protein was downregulated.Conclusion HNPG inhibited proliferation of human ovarian cancer HO-8910 cells in vitro,which might be related to decreased bioactivity of SOD and CAT.HNPG also reduced GSH content,which resulted in ROS accumulation in cells,damaged the integrity of mitochondrial membrane,and induced cell apoptosis. | Yanping Gao Zhiyong Dong Jun Bai | 2022 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2022,8,6: | 0 |
