| 1 | Lithofacies distribution characteristics and its controlling factors of shale in Wufeng Formation-Member 1 of Longmaxi Formation in the Jiaoshiba area显示文摘It is essential to investigate shale lithofacies distribution and controlling factor of the shale for geological evaluation of shale gas exploration and development.Through comprehensive analysis of cores,thin sections,cathode luminescence,whole-rock X-ray diffraction,element capture spectroscopy,major/trace element and other data,three major types and eight sub-type shale lithofacies in the shale of Wufeng Formation-Member 1 of Longmaxi Formation in Jiaoshiba area are identified by the three-end-member method and shale lithological classification nomenclature,and the spatiotemporal distribution law and main development controlling factors of shale lithofacies are well studied.In the Jiaoshiba area,vertically,the marine shale develops siliceous shale,mixed shale and argillaceous shale from bottom to top.Besides,lateral distribution of the shale is different from north to south;the shale lithofacies in the north area changes rapidly,the mixed shale in the north area is much thicker than that in the south area,while the siliceous shale in the south area is relatively thicker.Difference in the shale lithofacies is controlled by special sedimentary geologic events;development of the siliceous shale is controlled by the Ordovician-Silurian global volcanic event to some extent,while the mixed shale is significantly influenced by effect of bottom current,and the argillaceous shale is mainly affected by supply of terrestrial clastic material. | Chao Wang Baiqiao Zhang Yongchao Lu Zhiguo Shu Yaqiu Lu Hanyong Bao Zhiyong Meng Lei Chen | 2018 | Petroleum Research2018,3,4: | 4 |
| 2 | Rapid hydrocarbon accumulation mechanism in later period in Kelasu thrust belt in Kuqa depression显示文摘Based on the analyses of generation, migration and accumulation of oil and gas in the structures of Kela 1, Kela 2 and Kela 3 in Kasangtuokai anticlinal belt using a series of geological and geochemical evidence, this paper proposes that the rapid rate of hydrocarbon generation, main drain path for over-pressured fluid flow and converging conduit system are indispensable conditions for the rapid, late-stage gas accumulation in the Kelasu thrust belt in the Kuqa depression. Due to structural over-lapping and the resultant rapid burial, the maturity of the source rocks had been increased rapidly from 1.3 to 2.5% Ro within 2.3 Ma, with an average rate of Ro increase up to 0.539% Ro/Ma. The rapid matura-tion of the source rocks had provided sufficient gases for late-stage gas accumulation. The kelasu structural belt has a variety of faults, but only the fault that related with fault propagation fold and cut through the gypsiferous mudstone cap could act as the main path for overpressured fluid release and then for fast gas accumulation in low fluid potential area. All the evidence from surface structure map, seismic profile explanation, authigenic kaolinite and reservoir property demonstrates that the main drain path related with faults for overpressured fluid and the converging conduit system are the key point for the formation of the giant Kela 2 gas field. | 3 | Highly sensitive,sub-microsecond polymer photodetectors for blood oxygen saturation testing显示文摘Bottom surface of active layers and interface of indium tin oxide(ITO)electrodes and active layers play a crucial role in determining the performance of polymer photodetectors with photomultiplication(PM-PPDs).The interfacial trapped electron distribution closing to ITO electrodes will determine spectral response range and external quantum efficiency(EQE)of PMPPDs.The bottom interface is more sensitive than top interface when light is coming from the ITO side,and the larger density of generated charge on the bottom interfaces will induce interfacial band more bending for efficient charge tunneling injection.Highly sensitive and sub-microsecond PM-PPDs are achieved with PMBBDT:Y6(100:7,w/w)as active layers under forward bias,yielding EQE of 18,700%at 320 nm,21,700%at 600 nm and 16,400%at 810 nm under a bias of 7 V,respectively,as well as fast response time of 79μs.The high EQE of the PM-PPDs is attributed to efficient hole tunneling injection from ITO electrode under forward bias.The electron traps closing to ITO electrode will be quickly filled up when light is coming from ITO side,leading to interfacial band more bending for hole tunneling injection.Importantly,the PM-PPDs is performed to measure heart rate(HR)and blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),and the measured data by the PM-PPDs are very similar with those obtained by commercial photodetectors. | Zijin Zhao Baiqiao Liu Changlin Xie Yao Ma Jian Wang Ming Liu Kaixuan Yang Yunhua Xu Jian Zhang Weiwei Li Liang Shen Fujun Zhang | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,8: | 2 |

| 12 | ERCS: An Efficient and Robust Card Recognition System for Camera-Based Image显示文摘Cards Recognition Systems,(CRSs)are representative computer vision-based applications.They have a broad range of usage scenarios.For example,they can be used to recognize images containing business cards,personal identification cards,and bank cards etc.Even though CRSs have been studied for many years,it is still difficult to recognize cards in camera-based images taken by ordinary devices,e.g.,mobile phones.Diversity of viewpoints and complex backgrounds in the images make the recognition task challenging.Existing systems employing traditional image processing schemes are not robust to varied environment,and are inefficient in dealing with natural images,e.g.,taken by mobile phones.To tackle the problem,we propose a novel framework for card recognition by employing a Convolutional Neutral Network(CNN)based approach.The system localizes the foreground of the image by utilizing a Fully Convolutional Network(FCN).With the help of the foreground map,the system localizes the corners of the card region and employs perspective transformation to alleviate the effects from distortion.Text lines in the card region are detected and recognized by utilizing CNN and Long Short Term Memory,(LSTM).To evaluate the proposed scheme,we collect a large dataset which contains 4,065 images in a variety of shooting scenarios.Experimental results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed scheme.Specifically,it is able to achieve an accuracy of 90.62%in the end-toend test,outperforming the state-of-the-art. | Zhonghong Ou Baiqiao Xiong Fenrui Xiao Meina Song | 2020 | China Communications2020,17,12: | 0 |
