1Effects of selenium on peripheral blood mononuclear cell membrane fluidity,interleukin-2 production and interleukin-2 receptor expression in patients with chronic hepatitis显示文摘AIM To study the effect of selenium on peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) membrane fluidity and immune function in patients with chronic hepatitis.METHODS: PBMCs were pretreated with selenium (1.156x 10.7 mol/L) for 6 h in vitro or extracted directly from patients after administration of selenium-yeast continuously for 8-12 wk (200 pg/d), and then exposed to Con-A for 48 h. The membrane fluidity, interleukin-2 (IL-2) production and interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R) expression in PBMCs and malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration in medium and lipid peroxide (LPO) in plasma were determined.RESULTS: The PBMC membrane fluidity, IL-2 production and IL-2R expression in patients with chronic hepatitis were significantly lower than those in healthy blood donators (particle adhesive degree R, 0.17±0.01 vs 0.14±0.01,P<0.01; IL-2, 40.26±9.55 vs72.96±11.36, P<0.01, IL-2R,31.05±5.09 vs 60.58±10.56, P<0.01), and the MDA concentration in medium in patients with chronic hepatitis was significantly higher than that in healthy blood donators (1.44±0.08 vs0.93±0.08, P<0.01). 5Luminescent single-molecule magnet of metallofullerene DyErScN@Ih-C80显示文摘Magneto-luminescent molecules have significant applications in data storage and quantum computing.However,design of these bi-functional molecules coupled with magnetic behavior and photoluminescence is still challenging.In this work,we report a metallofullerene DyErScN @In-C80 exhibiting single-molecule magnet (SMM) behavior and near-infrared emission.For DyErScN @Ih-C80,two functional lanthanide metal ions of Dy^3+(SMM function) and Er^3+(luminescent function) are integrated inside a fullerene cage using a trimetallic nitride template,and its structure has been unambiguously characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Magnetic measurements revealed that DyErScN @Ih-C80 behaves as a SMM with a blocking temperature up to 9 K resulting from the intramolecular magnetic interaction between Dy^3+ and Er^3+ ions.Moreover,DyErScN @In-C80 exhibits temperature-dependent near-infrared emission around 1.5 pm with multiple splitting peaks from Er^3+,which arises from the influence of Dy^3+ ion.This study provides a new strategy to synthesize new magneto-luminescent molecule materials.Mingzhe Nie Jin Xiong Chong Zhao Haibing Meng Kun Zhang Yibo Han Jie Li Bingwu Wang Lai Feng Chunru Wang Taishan Wang 2019Nano Research2019,12,7:2
6Static field induced magnetic relaxations in dinuclear lanthanide compounds of [phen_2Ln_2(HCOO)_4(HCOO)_(2-2x)(NO_3)_(2x)](1,Ln=Gd and x=0.52; 2, Ln=Er and x=0.90; phen=1,10-phenanthroline)显示文摘Two dinuclear lanthanide (Ln) complexes, formulated as [phen2Ln2(HCOO)4(HCOO)2-2x(NO3)2x](1, Ln=Gd and x=0.52; 2, Ln = Er and x = 0.90; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), were synthesized and characterized. They are isostructural. The dinuclear molecule consists of two Ln 3+ bridged by four formate groups and chelated by phen and formate/nitrate ligands, and the Ln 3+ possesses a coordination environment of distorted tri-capped trigonal prism of LnO 7 N 2 . Both compounds behave as paramagnets between 2 and 300 K, but display two static field induced magnetic relaxation processes. 7Lightweight fault localization combined with fault context to improve fault absolute rank显示文摘Lightweight fault localization(LFL), which outputs a list of suspicious program entities in descending order based on their likelihood to be a root fault, is a popular method used by programmers to assist them in debugging. However, owing to the nature of program structures, it is impossible for LFL to always rank the root faulty program entity at the top of a ranking list. Recently, Xia et al. noted in their study that programmers inspect the first top-K-ranked program entities outputted by an LFL tool in sequence. Therefore,it is of practical significance to further improve the absolute rank of those buggy programs by using LFL if the root fault is ranked higher. To solve this issue, we propose a new LFL combined with a fault context to improve the fault absolute rank. We conduct experiments in which we apply our proposed approach to seven Siemens benchmark programs. The results show that by combining the suspiciousness scores of program entities with their fault-context suspiciousness scores that are based on an LFL called Dstar, our approach can improve the fault absolute rank with an effectiveness rate of 35.7% for 129 faulty versions from the seven benchmark programs. 10Theoretical study on potential energy curves and spectroscopy properties of ground and low-lying excited electronic states of BrCl^+显示文摘The calculations on the potential energy curves and spectroscopic constants of the ground and low-lying excited states of BrCl+,one of the important molecular ions in environment science,have been performed by using the multireference configuration interaction method at high level of theory in quantum chemistry.Through analyses of the effects of the spin-orbit coupling interaction on the elec-tronic structures and spectroscopic properties,the multiconfiguration characteristic of the X2Π ground state and low-lying excited states was established.The spin-orbit coupling splitting energy of the X2 Π ground state was calculated to be 1814 cm-1,close to the experimental value 2070 cm-1.The spin-orbit coupling splitting energy of the 2Π(Ⅱ) exited state was predicted to be 766 cm-1.The transition dipole moments and Frank-Condon factors of the 3/2(Ⅲ)-X3/2 and 1/2(Ⅲ)-1/2(I) transitions were estimated,and the radiative lifetimes of the two transitions were briefly discussed.WANG MingWei WANG BingWu CHEN ZhiDa 2008Science China Chemistry2008,51,6:1

17Study on the covalence of Cu and chemical bonding in an inorganic fullerene-like molecule,[CuCl]_(20)[Cp^(*)FeP_(5)]_(12)[Cu-(CH_(3)CN)_(2)^(+)Cl^(-)]_(5),by a density functional approach显示文摘The electronic structure and chemical bonding in a recently synthesized inorganic fullerene-like molecule, {[CuCl]20[Cp*FeP5]12 [Cu(CH3CN)2+ Cl-]5}, has been studied by a density functional approach. Geometrical optimization of the three basic structural units of the molecule is performed with Amsterdam Density Functional Program. The results are in agreement with the experiment. Localized MO抯 obtained by Boys-Foster method give a clear picture of the chemical bonding in this molecule. 18Bonding in [CuNRR′]4 type clusters显示文摘Many polynuclear Cu(I) compounds have been synthesized, but the problem whether there is direct or no direct Cu-Cu bonding in these compounds is not clear. The electronic structure of [CuNRR′]4 type clusters was investigated by using density functional methods. The results of geometrical optimization are in good agreement with experiment, and the localization of MO’s shows that there are four Cu-Cu s bonds to form the square Cu4 ring in addition to the four bridging Cu-N-Cu bonds. 19Iodine ion modification enables Ag nanowire film with improved carrier transport properties and stability as high-performance transparent conductor显示文摘Ag nanowire(NW)film is the promising next generation transparent conductor.However,the residual long-chain polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP,introduced during the synthesis of Ag NWs)layer greatly deteriorates the carrier transport capability of the Ag NW film and as well its long-term stability.Here,we report a one-step I−ion modification strategy to completely replace the PVP layer with an ultrathin,dense layer of I^(−)ions,which not only greatly diminishes the resistance of the Ag NW film itself and that at interface of the Ag NW film and a functional layer(e.g.,a current collect electrode)but also effectively isolates the approaching of corrosive species.Consequently,this strategy can simultaneously improve the carrier transport properties of the Ag NW film and its long-term stability,making it an ideal electric component in diverse devices.For example,the transparent heater and pressure sensor made from the I^(−)-wrapped Ag NW film,relative to their counterparts made from the PVP-wrapped Ag NW film,deliver much improved heating performance and pressure sensing performance,respectively.These results suggest a facile post treatment approach for thin Ag NW film with improved carrier transport properties and long-term stability,thereby greatly facilitating its downstream applications.Jianfang Liu Dongmei Deng Yongjie Ge Yaomengli Xu Moxia Li Bingwu Liu Xidong Duan Yongchun Fu Jiawen Hu 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:0
