2QoE-Driven Energy-Aware Multipath Content Delivery Approach for MPTCP-Based Mobile Phones显示文摘Mobile phones equipped with multiple wireless interfaces can increase their goodput performance by making use of concurrent transmissions over multiple paths, enabled by the Multipath TCP(MPTCP). However, utilizing MPTCP for data delivery may generally result in higher energy consumption, while the battery power of a mobile phone is limited. Thus, how to optimize the energy usage becomes very crucial and urgent. In this paper, we propose MPTCP.QE, a novel quality of experience(Qo E).driven energy.aware multipath content delivery approach for MPTCP.based mobile phones. The main idea of MPTCP.QE is described as follows: it first provides an application rate.aware energy.efficient subflow management strategy to tradeoff throughput performance and energy consumption for mobile phones; then uses an available bandwidth.aware congestion window fast recovery strategy to make a sender avoid unnecessary slow.start and utilize wireless resource quickly; and further introduces a novel receiver.driven energy.efficient SACK strategy to help a receiver possible to detect SACK loss timely and trigger loss recovery in a more energy.efficient way. 5Effect of Constituent Core-sizes on Microstructure and Dielectric Properties of BaTiO_3@(0.6BaTiO_3-0.4BiAlO_3) Core-Shell Material显示文摘The fundamental characteristics of varied initial core-sizes of Ba Ti O3(BT) and its influential role on the morphology and dielectric properties of Ba Ti O3@0.6 Ba Ti O3-0.4 Bi Al O3(BT@0.6 BT-0.4 BA) ceramic samples were studied. Alkoxide sol-precipitation method was adopted as revised chemical route to synthesize the constituent 'core' BT powders in a dispersed phase, whereas the distinctive initial nano-sized particles were affected by the pre-calcination temperatures(600-900 ℃).The microstructure of the uncoated BT ceramics revealed an exaggerated grain growth with an optimized dielectric constant(ε_(max) >9 000) whilst the coated ceramics behaved otherwise(grain growth inhibited) when sintered at an elevated temperature. Regardless of the previously studied solubility limit(about 0.1%) of BT-BA samples, BT@0.6 BT-0.4 BA maintained a maximum dielectric constant(ε_(max)) ranging from 1 592 to 1 708 and tan δ less than 2% under a unit mole ratio at room temperature. 6Grain boundary effects on piezoelectric properties of the core–shell-structured BaTiO_(3)@TiO_(2) ceramics显示文摘Grain boundary effect on BaTiO_(3) has been widely investigated for several decades.However,all of them tailored the grain boundary by grain size of BaTiO_(3).In this case,a direct way was introduced to modify the grain boundary by coating technique to investigate the role of grain boundary in ferroelectric materials.Nonferroelectric phase TiO_(2) was employed to investigate grain boundary effects on the electrical properties of BaTiO3 piezoelectric ceramics.TiO_(2) coating can result in the reduction of piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties and the annealing process in oxygen can increase piezoelectric behavior of pure BaTiO3 due to valence state of Ti ions while that remains for Ti-modified composition possibly due to the increased grain boundary effect by impedance analysis.Compared with ferroelectric grain,grain boundary plays a critical role to impact the electrical properties of perovskite-type ferroelectric materials.Xixi Li Zhonghua Yao Juan Xie Zongxin Li Hua Hao Minghe Cao Amjad Ullah Atta Ullah Abdul Manan Hanxing Liu 2018Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2018,8,6:0
7Head Motion Detection in Gaze Based Aiming显示文摘Unmanned weapons have great potential to be widely used in future wars.The gaze-based aiming technology can be applied to control pan-tilt weapon systems remotely with high precision and efficiency.Gaze direction is related to head motion,which is a combination of head and eye movements.In this paper,a head motion detection method is proposed,which is based on the fusion of inertial and vision information.The inertial sensors can measure rotation in high-frequency with good performance,while vision sensors are able to eliminate drifts.By combining the characteristics of both sensors,the proposed approach achieves the effect of highfrequency,real-time,and drift-free head motion detection.The experiments show that our method can smooth the outputs,constrain drifts of inertial measurements,and achieve high detection accuracy.Minghe Cao Jianzhong Wang 2020Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2020,29,1:0
8Optimal Energy Efficiency Resource Allocation Strategy for Cognitive Clustering Network under PUEA Attack显示文摘5G has pushed the use of radio spectrum to a new level,and cognitive clustering network can effectively improve the utilization of radio spectrum,which is a feasible way to solve the growing demand for wireless communications.However,cognitive clustering network is vulnerable to PUEA attack,which will lead to the degradation of system detection performance,thereby reducing the energy efficiency.Aiming at these problems,this paper investigates the optimal energy efficiency resource allocation scheme for cognitive clustering network under PUEA attack.A cooperative user selection algorithm based on selection factor is proposed to effectively resist PUEA user attack and improve detection performance.We construct the energy efficiency optimization problem under multi-constraint conditions and transform the nonlinear programming problem into parametric programming problem,which is solved by Lagrangian function and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker condition.Then the sub-gradient iterative algorithm based on optimal energy efficiency under PUEA attack is proposed and its complexity is analyzed.Simulation results indicate that proposed method is effective when subjected to PUEA attacks,and the impact of different parameters on energy efficiency is analyzed.Linna Hu Ning Cao Rui Shi Xue Cai Minghe Mao Zhiyu Chen 2020China Communications2020,17,10:0
9Regulating energy storage performances of 0.85NaNbO_(3)-0.15Bi(Zn_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O_(3) ceramics using BaTiO_(3)显示文摘Recently,NaNbO_(3)-based ceramics with excellent energy storage performances(ESPs)and fast chargedischarge characteristics have attracted great attention.In this case,BaTiO_(3) modified 0.85NaNbO_(3)-0.15Bi(Zn_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O_(3)(0.85NN-0.15BZN-yBT)ceramics were designed and successfully fabricated using solid state synthesis.The discharge storage density of the ceramics increases from 1.22 J/cm^(3) at y=0-1.84 J/cm^(3) at y=8%,which is 1.5 times higher than pure 0.85NN-0.15BZN ceramics.This ceramic reveals excellent temperature stability up to 150℃,good discharge cycling after 10^(5) cycles and high discharge speed of 2.0μs,broadening the scope of NaNbO_(3)-based ceramics for energy storage applications.Dongyu Lai Zhonghua Yao Wei You Biao Gao Qinghu Guo Ping Lu Amjad Ullah Hua Hao Minghe Cao Hanxing Liu 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,1:0
10Structure and enhanced dielectric temperature stability of BaTiO3- based ceramics by Ca ion B site-doping显示文摘Capacitor is an important part of many electronic devices,so the temperature stability as one key parameter of capacitor needs to be improved constantly for meeting the requirements of various application temperature.Here,combined with the X-ray diffraction(XRD),selected area electron diffraction(SAED)and Vienna Ab-initio Simulation Package(VASP)calculation,it was confirmed that Ca ion can substitute the Ti site in the BaTi1-xCaxO3-x[BTC100](0≤x≤0.05)ceramics synthesized by solid-phase method which greatly improved the low-temperature stability of dielectric constant.Moreover,introducing Bi3þand Zn^(2+) into BTC4 to form(1-y)BaTi0.6Ca0.04O2.96-yBi(Zn_(0.5)Ti_(0.5))O_(3)[(1-y)BTC4-yBZT](0.1≤y≤0.2)ceramics can further improve the dielectric-temperature stability by means of diffused phase transition and core-shell structure.Most importantly,the 0.85BTC4-0.15BZT ceramics with a pseudocubic perovskite structure possessed a temperature coefficient of capacitance at 25℃(TCC25℃)being less than±15%over a wide temperature range of 55℃-200℃and a temperate dielectric constant(ε=1060)and low dielectric loss(tanδ=1.5%),which measure up to the higher standard in the current capacitor industry such as X9R requirements.Xuewen Jiang Hua Hao Yang Yang Enhao Zhou Shujun Zhang Ping Wei Minghe Cao Zhonghua Yao Hanxing Liu 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,2:0
11Structure and electrical properties of ternary BiFeO_(3)-BaTiO_(3)-PbTiO_(3) high-temperature piezoceramics显示文摘In the current work,the bulk ternary(0.85-x)BiFeO3-xBaTiO3-0.15PbTiO3(BF-BTx-PT,x=0.08-0.35)system has been studied as a potential high-temperature piezoceramics.Samples with various content of BT were prepared via solid-state route,and pure perovskite phase was confirmed by X-ray diffraction.The temperature dependence of dielectric constants confirmed the decrease of Curie temperature with increasing BT content.It was found that the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB)composition of BF-BTx-PT ceramics was in the vicinity of x=0.15,which exhibits optimal properties with piezoelectric constant d33 of 60 pC/N,high Curie temperature of 550℃,and low sintering temperature of 920℃.Measurements also showed that the depoling temperature was 300℃,about 150℃higher than that of commercialized PZT ceramics,which indicated good temperature stability.BF-BTx-PT ceramics are promising candidates for high temperature applications.Zhonghua YAO Ying LIU Zhe SONG Zhijian WANG Hua HAO Minghe CAO Zhiyong YU Hanxing LIU 2012Journal of Advanced Ceramics2012,1,3:0
12Synthesis and structure of NaNbO_3 ceramic powders in ultrahigh pressure field显示文摘The NaNbO3 powders were synthesized and their crystal structure changes were analyzed by ultrahigh pressure up to 6 GPa.The results indicate that the pure NaNbO3 powders can be synthesized at 300℃ under a pressure of 4 GPa, to sig- nificantly restrain the Na element volatilization compared with the traditional syn- thesis method. 13Preparation and Properties of Epoxy Piezoelectric Vibration Reduction Composites显示文摘The epoxy resin (E-51) was used as polymer matrix,conductive carbon black (CB) as conductive filler,and PZT was used to prepare a composite by curing.The effects of PZT and CB content on the properties of PZT/ CB/ EP piezoelectric composite were studied.When the PZT content reaches 40 wt%,the optimized vibration attenuation properties of PZT/CB/EP materials could be achieved with a loss factor of 0.9 from room temperature to 60 ℃.With the increase of PZT content,the bending strength of PZT/CB/EP piezoelectric composite vibration reduction material firstly increased from 45 MPa to 65 MPa and then decreased to 38 MPa.At room temperature,the dielectric constant increased from 7 to 50,and the dielectric loss increased from 0.1 to 0.5.汤重 郝华 WAN Baoquan CAO Minghe YAO Zhonghua LIU Hanxing 2021Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2021,36,1:0
14INFLUENCE OF CaF_(2)-4LiF ADDITIVE ON SINTERING AND ENERGY STORAGE PERFORMANCE OF SrTiO_(3)CERAMICS显示文摘The CaF_(2)-4LiF additive was added into SrTiO_(3)ceramics in order to decrease the sintering temperature for compact pulse power application.The crystalline structure,microstructure and energy storage performance of sintered ceramics were studied.Incorporating CaF_(2)-4LiF additive to SrTiO_(3)ceramics contributes to a notably enhancement of the energy storage density.The great enhancement in energy storage density occurred due to the notable increase in breakdown strength and the refinement of microstructure.With 2 at%additive,the samples exhibited an average breakdown strength of 31.8kV/mm,and an energy storage density of 1.212 J/cm^(3)which is about 1.4 times higher than pure SrTiO_(3).YIQIU LI HANXING LIU GUANGHUI ZHAO JING XU YUNJIANG CUI MINGHE CAO HUA HAO ZHIYONG YU 2011Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2011,1,2:0
