| 1 | A cabazitaxel liposome for increased solubility, enhanced antitumor effect and reduced systemic toxicity显示文摘The potential side effects of cabazitaxel(CBZ)in the field of cancer treatment have become a great limitation to its further clinical application.Liposomal delivery is a well-established approach to increase the therapeutic index of hydrophobic drugs.In this study,a PEGmodified liposome was developed for efficiently encapsulating CBZ,thus enhancing its specific tumor inhibition effect and reducing the systemic toxicity.It was found that the loading efficiency of CBZ into the liposome could be improved with the increase of lipophilic materials,as it could be over 80%under the weight ratio of 20:1(total lipid:CBZ).The diameter of CBZ loaded liposome(CBZ@Lipo)was^100 nm.And the liposome suspending in aqueous medium was stable at 4°C for at least one month,according to the change of its size distribution.The killing ability of CBZ@Lipo to cancer cells was significantly lower comparing to that of CBZ solution,which could be attributed to the slow release of CBZ from the liposomes.However,CBZ@Lipo could induce an obvious apoptosis of the cancer cells at low concentration.Furthermore,CBZ@Lipo exhibited an expressively enhanced tumor growth inhibition effect comparing to CBZ solution.More importantly,CBZ@Lipo showed an obviously higher biosafety proved by lower hemolysis probability,stable body weight of mice during the whole experiment and no obvious lesion in histology analysis.Our work provided a useful reference of the formulation of CBZ,which had potential for greater clinical application. | Xiaoyi Yin Lihua Luo Wei Li Jie Yang Chunqi Zhu Mengshi Jiang Bing qin Xiaoling Yuan Hang Yin Yichao Lu Yongzhong Du Dawei Chen Jian You | 2019 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2019,14,6: | 3 |
| 2 | The Characteristics of the Drug Composition in the Treatment of Insomnia by External Bath Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘[Objectives]The research aimed to carry out a retrospective analysis on the characteristics of the drug composition in the treatment of insomnia by external bath prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,to provide ideas for the research and development of new Chinese medicine for insomnia.[Methods]The external bath prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine related to insomnia were collected,and the appearance frequency of drug was analyzed,and statistical analysis of drug with high appearance frequency was conducted.[Results]In the external bath prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine related to insomnia,the top ten herbs with high appearance frequency were as follows:Chaozaoren,Drgonsbones,Margaritifera,Yejiaoteng,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus,Lilii Bulbus,Platycladi Semen,Poria,Coptidis Rhizoma,and Scutellariae Radix.According to the classification by efficacy,these herbs mostly have the effects of calming,nourishing and heat clearing.[Conclusions]Traditional Chinese medicine is most closely related to heart,kidney,liver and other viscera.Tranquilizing and sedative drugs should be chosen,which corresponds with the understanding on pathogenesis of insomnia in traditional Chinese medical science,and embodies the characteristics of external bath prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia. | Xiong CHEN Xi WANG Lizhu LIU Dongyu XIA Gang LI Chunqi AI | 2020 | Medicinal Plant2020,11,4: | 2 |
| 3 | Investigation of hemostatic effect of Spleeninvigorating,Qi-replenishing and Bloodarresting Formula on simvastatin-induced zebrafish hemorrhage model显示文摘Blood-arresting Formula on simvastatin-induced zebrafish hemorrhage model compared with that of the Heat-clearing and Blood-cooling Formula.Methods:AB strain wild type zebrafish were treated with 0.5 mM simvastatin for 24 hours to establish the zebrafish hemorrhage model.Under strictly blind experimental conditions,the zebrafish were then treated with experimental agents in different concentration within the maximum non-lethal dose.The intervention effect of the Spleen-invigorating,Qi-replenishing and Blood-arresting Formula was comprehensively assessed by examining the main observational parameters such as the bleeding reduction rate and hemostatic rate while referring to the additional parameters such as blood flow,improvement rate of blood flow,velocity of movement,improvement rate of motion under spleen-qi deficiency.Results:Hemostatic effect:The bleeding rate and hemostatic rate in the zebrafish were respectively,30%,15%,45%,40%and 60%,80%,40%,47%when equal concentration of 500 mg/mL,1000 mg/mL were used.This showed that the experimental herbs B1 was superior to B2 in decreasing the bleeding rate and improving hemostatic effect in the zebrafish.Improvement of blood flow:With equal concentration,the experimental herb B1 was superior to B2 in increasing the blood flow and improvement rate of blood flow in hemorrhagic zebrafish.Promotion of the improvement of motion:With equal concentration of 500 mg/mL and 1000 mg/mL,the experimental herb B1 was superior to B2 in promoting the velocity of motion in the zebrafish and promoting the improvement rate of motion.Conclusion:The manifestations of simvastatin-induced zebrafish hemorrhage are basically similar to that of failure of the spleen to control blood in human beings.The Spleeninvigorating,Qi-replenishing and Blood-arresting Formula has good hemostatic effect on simvastatin-induced hemorrhage in the zebrafish.It also boasts the functions of improving blood flow and velocity of motion in the hemorrhagic zebrafish.Such a conclusion provides the experimental basis for the treatment of the syndrome of failure of the spleen to control blood by this formula. | Yuting Chu Ling Zhang Xiaoyu Zhu Yayue Zhang Bo Xia Li Hou Rushun Song Tiantian Li Chunqi Li Qing Dong a Xinyi Chen | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2016,3,4: | 1 |
| 4 | Efficacy of Anshen Jieyu Decoction for Sub-healthy People with Insomnia显示文摘[Objectives]To investigate the efficacy of Anshen Jieyu decoction for sub-healthy people with insomnia.[Methods]A total of 80 sub-healthy insomnia patients admitted to Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City from January,2020 to December,2020 were selected as the research objects.All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Anshen Jieyu decoction.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared.[Results]Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in Pittsburgh sleep quality index between the two groups.After the intervention,the scores of time required to fall asleep[(1.2±0.3)points],sleep time[(1.2±0.4)points],sleep disorder[(1.2±0.2)points],sleep efficiency[(1.4±0.3 points)],sleep quality[(0.9±0.2)points]and daytime dysfunction[(0.9±0.4)points]of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.There was no significant difference in life quality between the two groups before the intervention.The scores of physical function[(92.3±3.3)points],social function[(91.7±4.1)points],mental health[(92.3±4.1)points]and emotional role[(92.8±5.2)points]after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the severity of insomnia between the two groups.After the intervention,the score of insomnia severity index was(10.3±3.0)points in the observation group and was(12.2±2.9)points in the control group.In terms of safety,there were 23 cases of level 1,15 cases of level 2 and 2 cases of level 3 in the observation group,and there were 20 cases of level 1,16 cases of level 2 and 4 cases of level 3 in the control group.No significant difference was observed in treatment safety between the two groups.[Conclusions]Anshen Jieyu decoction is effective in treating sub-healthy insomnia and is worthy of promotion. | Shun ZENG Nannan LIU Shuang JIN Xiong CHEN Chunqi AI | 2021 | Medicinal Plant2021,12,4: | 1 |
| 5 | Effects of Onion Extract on Male Sexual Dysfunction Induced by SSRI Antidepressants显示文摘[Objectives] To investigate the effect of onion extract on male sexual dysfunction caused by SSRI antidepressants.[Methods] 40 male patients with depression and anxiety who took SSRI antidepressants for a long time were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with onion extract and SSRI drugs, while the control group was treated with SSRL drugs only. | 6 | Novel recombinant R-spondin1 promotes hair regeneration by targeting the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway显示文摘Roof plate-specific spondin 1(R-spondin1,RSPO1)is a Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway activator that binds with Wnt ligands to stimulate the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,which is key to hair regeneration.However,it is not clear whether recombinant RSPO1(rRSPO1)affects hair regeneration.Here,we treat C57BL/6 male mice with rRSPO1 and investigate the expression of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and the activation of hair follicle stem cells in the dorsal skin.The mouse skin color score and hair-covered area are determined to describe hair growth,and the skin samples are subjected to H&E staining,western blot analysis and immunofluorescence staining to evaluate hair follicle development and the expressions of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway-related proteins.We find that rRSPO1 activates mouse hair follicle stem cells(mHFSCs)and accelerates hair regeneration.rRSPO1 increases the hair-covered area,the number of hair follicles,and the hair follicle diameter and length.Moreover,rRSPO1 enhances the activity of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway-related proteins and the expressions of HFSC markers,as well as mHFSC viability.These results indicate that subcutaneous injection of rRSPO1 can improve hair follicle development by activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,thereby promoting hair regeneration.This study demonstrates that rRSPO1 has the potential to treat hair loss by activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. | Yijun Chen Zhujin Lu Jiaxin Feng Zefeng Chen Zejian Liu Xiuqi Wang Huichao Yan Chunqi Gao | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,8: | 0 |

| 8 | Chemical Characteristics and Anticoagulant Activities of Two Sulfated Polysaccharides from Enteromorpha linza (Chlorophyta)显示文摘Two sulfated polysaccharides, designated MP and SP, were extracted from the marine green alga Enteromorpha linza using hot water and then purified using ion-exchange and size-exclusion chromatography. The anticoagulant activities of MP and SP were examined by determination of their activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and prothrombin time (PT) using human plasma. Results showed that MP and SP were composed of abundant rhamnose with small amounts of xylose and glucuronic acid, whereas SP also contained a small amount of galactose. Approximate molecular weights of MP and SP were 535 and 502 kDa, respectively. As compared with SP, MP had higher contents of sulfate ester (19.0%) and uronic acid (14.9%). The MP mainly consisted of (1→4)-linked rhamnose residues with partially sulfated groups at the C-3 position, and small amounts of (1→3, 4)-linked rhamnose, (1→2, 4)-linked rhamnose, (1→4)-linked glucuronic acid and (1→4)-linked xylose residues. The SP contained abundant (1→4)-linked rhamnose with minor amounts of (1→3)-linked rhamnose, (1→3, 4)-linked rhamnose, (1→2, 4)-linked rhamnose, (1→4)-linked glucuronic acid, (1→4)-linked xylose, and (1→3)-linked galactose residues. The sulfate groups were mainly located at C-3 of (1→4)-linked rhamnose residues. Both MP and SP, in particular the former, effectively prolonged APTT and TT. This work demonstrates that MP and SP have unique structural characteristics distinct from those of other sulfated polysaccharides from Enteromorpha. | 10 | Wavelength injection locking actively Q-switched random fiber laser based on random phase-shifted fiber Bragg grating and electro-optic modulator显示文摘In this paper, an actively Q-switched wavelength injection locking random fiber laser(RFL) based on random phase-shifted fiber Bragg grating(RPS-FBG) is proposed, and the performance of the laser is verified by experiments. Within the reflection bandwidth range of RPS-FBG, spanning from 1 549.2 nm to 1 549.9 nm, different laser modes with stable central wavelength and peak power can be selectively chosen by varying the injected light wavelength. The power fluctuation within 1 h is less than 0.1 d Bm, and the central wavelength drift is less than 0.02 nm. When the pump power increases from 90 mW to 300 mW, the pulse width decreases from 3.2 μs to 1.5 μs, and the pulse repetition frequency is 20 kHz. The RFL can reach a stable locking state at the lowest pump power of 100 mW and the lowest injection power of 3 d Bm. When the wavelength is locked, the output pulse is a single pulse. On the contrary, the unlocked output pulse is multi-pulse. | 12 | System Evaluation and Meta Analysis of Total Clinical Effective Rate of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Depression during 2019-2022显示文摘[Objectives]To systematically evaluate the total clinical effective rate of acupuncture treatment of depression,and provide clinical reference for the scheme design and selection of acupuncture treatment of depression.[Methods]By searching CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM,VIP,Cochrane Library,Cochrane Central,Springer and other databases,randomized controlled experiment(RCT)on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of depression from January 1,2019 to August 31,2022 was collected,to extract relevant data of total clinical effective rate and conduct methodological quality evaluation.ReviewManager 5.4.1 software was used for Meta analysis.[Results]22 RCTs were included,1602 patients in total.Among them,there were 804 cases in treatment group and 798 cases in control group.Meta analysis results displayed that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of depression may be better than the control group in improving the total clinical effective rate,and the difference was statistically significant[MD=1.16,95%CI(1.11,1.21)].[Conclusions]Acupuncture and moxibustion can achieve a higher total clinical effective rate in the treatment of depression,which is worthy of clinical application.However,due to fewer studies included in this systematic evaluation,small sample size,and low quality,there was a high possibility of bias.Therefore,the above conclusions needed to be verified by high-quality,large-sample,and multi-center RCTs. | Xiaomeng LUO Xiong CHEN Keke MA Chunqi AI | 2023 | Medicinal Plant2023,14,1: | 0 |
