| 3 | Dopant-free hole transporting materials with supramolecular interactions and reverse diffusion for efficient and modular p-i-n perovskite solar cells显示文摘The rational design of dopant-free organic hole-transporting layer(HTL) materials is still a challenge for realizing high-efficient and stable p-i-n planar perovskite solar cells(pero-SCs). Here, we synthesized two π-conjugated small-molecule HTL materials through tailoring the backbone and conjugated side chain to carefully control molecular conformation. The resultant BDT-TPAs Th containing a planar fused benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene(BDT) core and a conjugated thiophene side chain showed the planar conformation. X-ray crystallography showed a favorable stacking model in solid states under the parallel-displaced π-πand additional S-π weak-bond supramolecular interactions, thus achieving an obviously increased hole mobility without dopants.As an HTL material in p-i-n planar pero-SCs, the marginal solubility of BDT-TPA-s Th enabled inverse diffusion into the perovskite precursor solution for assisting the subsequent perovskite film growth and passivating the uncoordinated Pb2+ ion defects. As a result, the planar p-i-n pero-SCs exhibited a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 20.5% and enhanced moisture stability. Importantly, the BDT-TPA-s Th HTL material also showed weak thickness-photovoltaic dependence, and the pero-SCs with blade-coated BDT-TPA-s Th as a HTL achieved a 15.30% PCE for the 1-cm2 modularized device. | 4 | Hydrocarbon accumulation conditions and key exploration and development technologies for PL 19-3 oilfield显示文摘The PL 19e3 Oilfield is the only super-large monolithic oilfield with oil and gas reserves up to 1×10^(9) t in the Bohai Bay Basin,and it has been successfully developed.Exploration and development practices have provided abundant data for analyzing formation conditions of this super-large oilfield.On the basis of the exploration and development history,fundamental reservoir features,and with available geological,geophysical and test data,the hydrocarbon accumulation conditions and key exploration&development technologies of the PL 19e3 Oilfield were discussed.The key conditions for forming the super-large Neogene oilfield include four aspects.Firstly,the oilfield is located at the high position of the uplift that contacts the brachy-axis of the multi-ridge slope in the biggest hydrocarbon-rich sag in the Bohai Bay Basin,thus it has sufficient hydrocarbon source and extremely superior hydrocarbon migration condition.Secondly,the large-scale torsional anticlines which formed in the Neogene under the control of the Tanlu strike-slipping movement provide sufficient storage spaces for oil and gas preservation.Thirdly,the“multiple sets of composite reservoir-caprock assemblages”developing in the special shallow-water delta further contributes greatly to the effective storage space for oil and gas preservation.Fourthly,due to the coupling of the uplift and strike slip in the neotectonic period,extensive faulting activities constantly released the pressure while the late period massive hydrocarbon expulsion of the Bozhong took place at the same time,which assures the constant and intense charging of oil and gas.The super-large PL 19e3 Oilfield was controlled by the coupling effects of all those special geologic factors.In view of this oilfield's features(e.g.violently reformation caused by strike slip,and the special sedimentary environment of shallow-water delta),some key practical technologies for exploration and development have been developed.Such technologies include:the special prestack depth migration processing for gas cloud zones,the prediction of thin interbed reservoirs based on high-precision inversion of geologic model,the reservoir description for the shallow-water braided river delta,the quantitative description for remaining oil in the commingled oil reservoirs with wide well spacing and long well interval,and the well pattern adjustment for formations during high water cut period in the complex fluvial-facies oilfields. | Yong'an Xue Yunhua Deng Deying Wang Haifeng Yang Dingyou Lv Kai Kang | 2019 | Petroleum Research2019,4,1: | 3 |
| 5 | Optical and Radiative Properties of Aerosols during a Severe Haze Episode over the North China Plain in December 2016显示文摘The optical and radiative properties of aerosols during a severe haze episode from 15 to 22 December 2016 over Beijing, Shijiazhuang, and Jiaozuo in the North China Plain were analyzed based on the ground-based and satellite data, meteorological observations, and atmospheric environmental monitoring data. The aerosol optical depth at 500 nm was < 0.30 and increased to > 1.4 as the haze pollution developed. The ?ngstr?m exponent was > 0.80 for most of the study period. The daily single-scattering albedo was > 0.85 over all of the North China Plain on the most polluted days and was > 0.97 on some particular days. The volumes of fine and coarse mode particles during the haze event were approximately 0.05–0.21 and 0.01–0.43 μm3, respectively—that is, larger than those in the time without haze. The daily absorption aerosol optical depth was about 0.01–0.11 in Beijing, 0.01–0.13 in Shijiazhuang, and0.01–0.04 in Jiaozuo, and the average absorption ?ngstr?m exponent varied between 0.6 and 2.0. The aerosol radiative forcing at the bottom of the atmosphere varied from –23 to –227, –34 to –199, and –29 to –191 W m–2 for the whole haze period, while the aerosol radiative forcing at the top of the atmosphere varied from –4 to –98, –10 to –51,and –21 to –143 W m–2 in Beijing, Shijiazhuang, and Jiaozuo, respectively. Satellite observations showed that smoke,polluted dust, and polluted continental components of aerosols may aggravate air pollution during haze episodes. | 9 | Exploring the catalytic function and active sites of a novel C-glycosyltransferase from Anemarrhena asphodeloides显示文摘Anemarrhena asphodeloides is an immensely popular medicinal herb in China,which contains an abundant of mangiferin.As an important bioactive xanthone C-glycoside,mangiferin possesses a variety of pharmacological activities and is derived from the cyclization reaction of a benzophenone C-glycoside(maclurin).Biosyntheti-cally,C-glycosyltransferases are critical for the formation of benzophenone C-glycosides.However,the benzo-phenone C-glycosyltransferases from Anemarrhena asphodeloides have not been discovered.Herein,a promiscuous C-glycosyltransferase(AaCGT)was identified from Anemarrhena asphodeloides.It was able to catalyze efficiently mono-C-glycosylation of benzophenone,together with di-C-glycosylation of dihydrochalcone.It also exhibited the weak O-glycosylation or potent S-glycosylation capacities toward 12 other types of flavonoid scaffolds and a simple aromatic compound with–SH group.Homology modeling and mutagenesis experiments revealed that the glycosylation reaction of AaCGT was initiated by the conserved residue H23 as the catalytic base.Three critical residues H356,W359 and D380 were involved in the recognition of sugar donor through hydrogen-bonding interactions.In particular,the double mutant of F94W/L378M led to an unexpected enzy-matic conversion of mono-C-to di-C-glycosylation.This study highlights the important value of AaCGT as a potential biocatalyst for efficiently synthesizing high-value C-glycosides. | Jia Huang Yaru She Jingyang Yue Yidu Chen Yu Li Jing Li Yonger Hu Deying Yang Jiabo Chen Lu Yang Zhongqiu Liu Ruibo Wu Pengfei Jin Lixin Duan | 2022 | Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2022,7,1: | 1 |

| 12 | Formation conditions of Neogene large-scale high-abundance lithologic reservoir in the Laibei low uplift,Bohai Sea,East China显示文摘By using drilling,high-precision 3 D seismic data,data of geochemistry,logging and testing,the reservoir characteristics and accumulation conditions of the KL6-1 lithologic oilfield in the Laibei Low Uplift in the Bohai Sea are examined comprehensively.The study shows that:KL6-1 oilfield is a monolithic,high-quality,large-scale Neogene lithologic oilfield featuring shallow reservoir depth,high productivity,concentrated oil-bearing intervals,large oil-bearing area,and high reserve abundance;hydrocarbon source supply from two directions provides a sufficient material basis for the formation of large oil field;two types of'inherited structural ridge'developed under the effect of block rotation,late active faults formed by Neotectonic movement,and widely distributed contiguous sand bodies provide an efficient oil and gas transportation system for the large-scale accumulation of oil and gas;contiguous channel and lacustrine lowstand system sand bodies developed in low accommodation condition provide the basic condition for the formation of large-scale lithologic traps;deep formations structural ridge,faults(dominant migration pathways)and large-scale superimposed contiguous sand bodies constitute a'vine type'oil and gas migration and accumulation system in the Laibei Low Uplift,which is conducive to the formation of large-scale and high-abundance lithologic reservoir in this area.The successful discovery of KL6-1,100 million ton reserve order lithologic oil field,has revealed the exploration potential of Neogene large lithologic reservoirs in Bohai Sea,expanded the exploration field,and also has certain reference significance for the exploration of large lithologic reservoirs in similar areas. | XU Changgui YANG Haifeng WANG Deying ZHAO Dijiang WANG Liliang | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Fully synthetic Tn-based three-component cancer vaccine using covalently linked TLR4 ligand MPLA and iNKT cell agonist KRN-7000 as built-in adjuvant effectively protects mice from tumor development显示文摘We present a new strategy for self-adjuvanting vaccine development that has different types of covalently-linked immunostimulants as the carrier molecule.Using Tn antigen as the model,a three-component vaccine(MPLA-Tn-KRN7000)containing the TLR4 ligand MPLA and the iNKT cell agonist KRN7000 was designed and synthesized.This expands fully synthetic self-adjuvanting vaccine studies that use a single carrier to one with two different types of carriers.The corresponding two-component conjugate vaccines Tn-MPLA,Tn-KRN7000 and Tn-CRM197 were also synthesized,as controls.The immunological evaluation found that MPLA-Tn-KRN7000 elicits robust Tn-specific and T cell-dependent immunity.The antibodies specifically recognized,bound to and exhibited complement-dependent cytotoxicity against Tn-positive cancer cells.In addition,MPLA-Tn-KRN7000 increased the survival rate and survival time of tumor-challenged mice,and surviving mice reject further tumor attacks without any additional treatment.Compared to the glycoprotein vaccine Tn-CRM197,the two-component conjugate vaccines,Tn-MPLA and Tn-KRN7000,and the physical mixture of Tn-MPLA and Tn-KRN7000,MPLA-Tn-KRN7000 showed the most effect at combating tumor cells both in vitro and in vivo.The comparison of immunological studies in wild-type and TLR4 knockout mice,along with the test of binding affinity to CD1d protein suggests that the covalently linked MPLA-KRN7000 immunostimulant induces a synergistic activation of TLR4 and iNKT cell that improves the immunogenicity of Tn.This work demonstrates that MPLA-Tn-KRN7000 has the potential to be a vaccine candidate and provides a new direction for fully synthetic vaccine design. | Deying Yang Xiang Luo Qinghai Lian Lingqiang Gao Chengxin Wang Xiaoxiao Qi Rong Zhang Zhongqiu Liu Guochao Liao | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12: | 0 |
| 17 | Construction and Identification of Mammary Gland-specific Expression Vector of Bovine Tracheal Antimicrobial Peptide (TAP)显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to construct mammary gland-specific expression vector of bovine tracheal antimicrobial peptide (TAP) gene. [Method] TAP gene of dairy cattle was amplified from the mammary gland tissue by RT-PCR using a pair of primers which were designed according to bovine TAP cDNA sequence (NM_174776) in GenBank,and then cloned into pMD19-T Simple vector for sequencing. The recombinant plasmid was digested using EcoRⅠand KpnⅠ, the target gene fragment was recovered and inserted into general mammary gland-specific expression vector pBLG-EGFP harboring enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) ,and transfected into bovine mammary epithelial cells ( bMEC) ,COS-7 cells and lactating rabbit mammary gland tissue by lipofectin transfection. The expression of green fluorescent protein in transfected cells was detected under fluorescence microscopy,and the expression of TAP mRNA in rabbit mammary gland tissue was detected by semi-quantity RT-PCR. [Result] The constructed mammary gland-specific expression vector pBLG-EGFP-TAP specifically expressed EGFP in transfected bMECs. In addition,semi-quantitative RT-PCR result showed that the expression level of TAP mRNA in rabbit mammary gland tissue was significantly enhanced after transfected with pBLG-EGFP-TAP. | 18 | Generation and metabolomic characterization of functional ductal organoids with biliary tree networks in decellularized liver scaffolds显示文摘Developing functional ductal organoids(FDOs)is essential for liver regenerative medicine.We aimed to construct FDOs with biliary tree networks in rat decellularized liver scaffolds(DLSs)with primary cholangiocytes isolated from mouse bile ducts.The developed FDOs were dynamically characterized by functional assays and metabolomics for bioprocess clarification.FDOs were reconstructed in DLSs retaining native structure and bioactive factors with mouse primary cholangiocytes expressing enriched biomarkers.Morphological assessment showed that biliary tree-like structures gradually formed from day 3 to day 14.The cholangiocytes in FDOs maintained high viability and expressed 11 specific biomarkers.Basal-apical polarity was observed at day 14 with immunostaining for E-cadherin and acetylatedα-tubulin.The rhodamine 123 transport assay and active collection of cholyl-lysyl-fluorescein exhibited the specific functions of bile secretion and transportation at day 14 compared to those in monolayer and hydrogel culture systems.The metabolomics analysis with 1075 peak pairs showed that serotonin,as a key molecule of the tryptophan metabolism pathway linked to biliary tree reconstruction,was specifically expressed in FDOs during the whole period of culture.Such FDOs with biliary tree networks and serotonin expression may be applied for disease modeling and drug screening,which paves the way for future clinical therapeutic applications. | Jiaxian Chen Shiwen Ma Hui Yang Xi Liang Heng Yao Beibei Guo Deying Chen Jing Jiang Dongyan Shi Jiaojiao Xin Keke Ren Xingping Zhou Yun Li Lei Geng Jun Li | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,8: | 0 |
