1A Federated Bidirectional Connection Broad Learning Scheme for Secure Data Sharing in Internet of Vehicles显示文摘Data sharing in Internet of Vehicles(IoV)makes it possible to provide personalized services for users by service providers in Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS).As IoV is a multi-user mobile scenario,the reliability and efficiency of data sharing need to be further enhanced.Federated learning allows the server to exchange parameters without obtaining private data from clients so that the privacy is protected.Broad learning system is a novel artificial intelligence technology that can improve training efficiency of data set.Thus,we propose a federated bidirectional connection broad learning scheme(FeBBLS)to solve the data sharing issues.Firstly,we adopt the bidirectional connection broad learning system(BiBLS)model to train data set in vehicular nodes.The server aggregates the collected parameters of BiBLS from vehicular nodes through the federated broad learning system(FedBLS)algorithm.Moreover,we propose a clustering FedBLS algorithm to offload the data sharing into clusters for improving the aggregation capability of the model.Some simulation results show our scheme can improve the efficiency and prediction accuracy of data sharing and protect the privacy of data sharing.Xiaoming Yuan Jiahui Chen Ning Zhang Xiaojie Fang Didi Liu 2021China Communications2021,18,7:2
2Comparative genome analysis of three euplotid protists provides insights into the evolution of nanochromosomes in unicellular eukaryotic organisms显示文摘One of the most diverse clades of ciliated protozoa,the class Spirotrichea,displays a series of unique characters in terms of eukaryotic macronuclear(MAC)genome,including high fragmentation that produces nanochromosomes.However,the genomic diversity and evolution of nanochromosomes and gene families for spirotrich MAC genomes are poorly understood.In this study,we assemble the MAC genome of a representative euplotid(a new model organism in Spirotrichea)species,Euplotes aediculatus.Our results indicate that:(a)the MAC genome includes 35,465 contigs with a total length of 97.3 Mb and a contig N50 of 3.4 kb,and contains 13,145 complete nanochromosomes and 43,194 predicted genes,with the majority of these nanochromosomes containing tiny introns and harboring only one gene;(b)genomic comparisons between E.aediculatus and other reported spirotrichs indicate that average GC content and genome fragmentation levels exhibit interspecifc variation,and chromosome breaking sites(CBSs)might be lost during evolution,resulting in the increase of multi-gene nanochromosome;(c)gene families associated with chitin metabolism and FoxO signaling pathway are expanded in E.aediculatus,suggesting their potential roles in environment adaptation and survival strategies of E.aediculatus;and(d)a programmed ribosomal frameshift(PRF)with a conservative motif 5′-AAATAR-3′tends to occur in longer genes with more exons,and PRF genes play an important role in many cellular regulation processes.Didi Jin Chao Li Xiao Chen Adam Byerly Naomi AStover Tengteng Zhang Chen Shao Yurui Wang 2023Marine Life Science & Technology2023,5,3:1
3Application of StrucGP in medical immunology:site-specific N-glycoproteomic analysis of macrophages显示文摘The structure of N-glycans on specific proteins can regulate innate and adaptive immunity via sensing environmental signals.Meanwhile,the structural diversity of N-glycans poses analytical challenges that limit the exploration of specific glycosylation functions.In this work,we used THP-1-derived macrophages as examples to show the vast potential of a N-glycan structural interpretation tool StrucGP in N-glycoproteomic analysis.The intact glycopeptides of macrophages were enriched and analyzed using mass spectrometry(MS)-based glycoproteomic approaches,followed by the large-scale mapping of site-specific glycan structures via StrucGP.Results revealed that bisected GlcNAc,core fucosylated,and sialylated glycans(e.g.,HexNAc4Hex5Fuc1Neu5Ac1,N4H5F1S1)were increased in M1 and M2 macrophages,especially in the latter.The findings indicated that these structures may be closely related to macrophage polarization.In addition,a high level of glycosylated PD-L1 was observed in M1 macrophages,and the LacNAc moiety was detected at Asn-192 and Asn-200 of PD-L1,and Asn-200 contained Lewis epitopes.The precision structural interpretation of site-specific glycans and subsequent intervention of target glycoproteins and related glycosyltransferases are of great value for the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for different diseases.Pengfei Li Zexuan Chen Shanshan You Yintai Xu Zhifang Hao Didi Liu Jiechen Shen Bojing Zhu Wei Dan Shisheng Sun 2023Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,2:0

5Effect of bilayer number on the photoluminescent property of TPE-based self-assembled film显示文摘Tetraphenylethylene (TPE) derivatives have been proved to be typical aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminogens when they were aggregated in the free three-dimensional space. In order to reveal the effect of the dimensional degree on AIE property of TPEs, we utilized tetra(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylene (TPE-4OH) and 1,4-benzenediamine diazonium salt (BD) to fabricate the ultrathin films (TPE-4OH/BD LBL SA film) through layer-by-layer self-assembled technique. The interaction between TPE-4OH and BD in the films was converted from electrostatic force and hydrogen-bond to covalent bonds through photodecomposition of diazonium groups under UV irradiation. Fluorescence emission spectroscopy, UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and atomic force microscope were carried out to evaluate the relationship between bilayer number and photoluminescence of the TPE-based self-assembled films. The experimental results showed that the TPE-based film with three bilayers only displayed AIE character, whereas the fluorescence of the film became randomly changed if the bilayer number was above three. It is supposed that the fluorescence property of the TPE-4OH/BD LBL SA film with limited molecular length in z-axis and infinite aggregation space in x-and y-axis is dominated by two competitive effects, one is the partial restriction of intramolecular rotation through short inter-molecular interactions in cross-linked structure of TPE-4OH/BD, and the other is deactivation of its excited state through unrestricted intramolecular rotations or π-π interactions.CHEN DiDi FENG Xiao GU ShangZhi TONG Bin SHI JianBing ZHI JunGe DONG YuPing 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,22:0
