| 2 | A novel random phase-shifting digital holographic microscopy method显示文摘This paper proposes a new method that reconstructs the information of specimen by using random phase shift step in digital holographic microscopy (DHM). The principles of the method are described and discussed in detail. In practical experiment, because the phase shifter is neither perfectly linear nor calibrated, digital holograms with inaccurate phase shift step are recorded by the charge-coupled device (CCD). The phase could be accurately reconstructed from the recorded digital holograms by using the random phase-shifting algorithm, which makes up for reconstructed phase error caused by ordinary phase-shifting algorithm. The phase aberration compensation is also discussed. In order to verify the flexibility of the proposed method, numerical simulation of random phase-shifting DHM was carried out. | 4 | Multi-level modulation scheme based on PAK algorithm for optical camera communications显示文摘In an optical camera communication(OCC) system, multi-level modulation is essential for data rate enhancement with the finite frame rate of the receiving camera constraint, where the K-means algorithm is widely used as a thresholding scheme. The result of K-means clustering is sensitive to initial cluster centers. In this paper, we propose a multi-level modulation scheme utilizing the pilot-aided K-means(PAK) algorithm. PAK algorithm innovates in both obtaining the state of the stripes propagated through the optical channel under different environments and overcoming the susceptibility of K-means. Our scheme could prompt data rate and improve the performance of OCC. | 10 | Recovery of Ni(Ⅱ)from real electroplating wastewater using fixed-bed resin adsorption and subsequent electrodeposition显示文摘Effective recovery of high-value heavy metals from electroplating wastewater is of great significance,but recovering nickel ions from real electroplating wastewater as nickel sheet has not been reported.In this study,the pilot-scale fixed-bed resin adsorption was conducted to recover Ni(Ⅱ)ions from real nickel plating wastewater,and then the concentrated Ni(Ⅱ)ions in the regenerated solution were reduced to nickel sheet via electrodeposition.A commercial cation-exchange resin was selected and the optimal resin adsorption and regeneration conditions were investigated.The resin exhibited an adsorption capacity of 63 mg/g for Ni(Ⅱ)ions,and the average amount of treated water was 84.6 bed volumes(BV)in the pilot-scale experiments.After the adsorption by two ion-exchange resin columns in series and one chelating resin column,the concentrations of Ni(Ⅱ)in the treated wastewater were below 0.1 mg/L.After the regeneration of the spent resin using 3 BVof 4%(w/w)HC1 solution,1.5 BV of concentrated neutral nickel solution(>30 g/L)was obtained and used in the subsequent electrodeposition process.Using the aeration method,alkali and water required in resin activation process were greatly reduced to 2 BV and 3 BV,respectively.Under the optimal electrodeposition conditions,95.6%of Ni(Ⅱ)in desorption eluent could be recovered as the elemental nickel on the cathode,llie total treatment cost for the resin adsorption and regeneration as well as the electrodeposition was calculated. | Tong Li Ke Xiao Bo Yang Guilong Peng Fenglei Liu Liyan Tao Siyuan Chen Haoran Wei Gang Yu Shubo Deng | 2019 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2019,13,6: | 1 |

| 15 | Galangin mitigates glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis by activating autophagy of BMSCs via triggering the PKA/CREB signaling pathway显示文摘Glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis(GIOP),one of the most common and serious adverse effects associated with glucocorticoid administration,manifests as decreased bone formation and increased bone resorption,eventually culminating in bone loss.Galangin(GAL)is a flavonoid extracted from the medicinal herbal galangal that possesses a variety of pharmacological activities and can inhibit osteoclastogenesis.However,the effects of GAL on GIOP remain unclear.Our study aims to explore the effects of GAL on GIOP in mice and the underlying mechanism.Our results show that GAL markedly mitigates the severity of dexamethasone(Dex)-induced osteoporosis in mice and potentiates osteogenic differentiation in mouse bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).Furthermore,GAL also significantly counteracts Dex-mediated suppression of osteogenic differentiation and autophagy in human BMSCs.GAL augments PKA/CREB-mediated autophagic flux in BMSCs and the bones of osteoporotic mice.GAL-mediated osteogenic differentiation in Dex-treated BMSCs is significantly decreased by the PKA inhibitor H89 and autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine.Collectively,our data indicate that GAL can ameliorate GIOP,partly by augmenting the mineralization of BMSCs by potentiating PKA/CREB-mediated autophagic flux,highlighting its potential therapeutic use in treating glucocorticoid-related osteoporosis. | Chenying Zeng Shan Wang Huimin Gu Fenglei Chen Ziming Wang Jinteng Li Zhongyu Xie Pei Feng Huiyong Shen Yanfeng Wu | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,8: | 0 |

| 17 | Asymmetric GARCH type models for asymmetric volatility characteristics analysis and wind power forecasting显示文摘Wind power forecasting is of great significance to the safety, reliability and stability of power grid. In this study, the GARCH type models are employed to explore the asymmetric features of wind power time series and improved forecasting precision. Benchmark Symmetric Curve (BSC) and Asymmetric Curve Index (ACI) are proposed as new asymmetric volatility analytical tool, and several generalized applications are presented. In the case study, the utility of the GARCH-type models in depicting time-varying volatility of wind power time series is demonstrated with the asymmetry effect, verified by the asymmetric parameter estimation. With benefit of the enhanced News Impact Curve (NIC) analysis, the responses in volatility to the magnitude and the sign of shocks are emphasized. The results are all confirmed to be consistent despite varied model specifications. | 18 | Data Matching of Solar Images Super-Resolution Based on Deep Learning显示文摘The images captured by different observation station have different resolutions.The Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager(HMI:a part of the NASA Solar Dynamics Observatory SDO)has low-precision but wide coverage.And the Goode Solar Telescope(GST,formerly known as the New Solar Telescope)at Big Bear Solar Observatory(BBSO)solar images has high precision but small coverage.The super-resolution can make the captured images become clearer,so it is wildly used in solar image processing.The traditional super-resolution methods,such as interpolation,often use single image’s feature to improve the image’s quality.The methods based on deep learning-based super-resolution image reconstruction algorithms have better quality,but small-scale features often become ambiguous.To solve this problem,a transitional amplification network structure is proposed.The network can use the two types images relationship to make the images clear.By adding a transition image with almost no difference between the source image and the target image,the transitional amplification training procedure includes three parts:transition image acquisition,transition network training with source images and transition images,and amplification network training with transition images and target images.In addition,the traditional evaluation indicators based on structural similarity(SSIM)and peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)calculate the difference in pixel values and perform poorly in cross-type image reconstruction.The method based on feature matching can effectively evaluate the similarity and clarity of features.The experimental results show that the quality index of the reconstructed image is consistent with the visual effect. | Liu Xiangchun Chen Zhan Song Wei Li Fenglei Yang Yanxing | 2021 | Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,9: | 0 |
| 19 | Applicability of nonmetric multidimensional scaling to noise quality research显示文摘With loudness-equalized car interior noise as sound stimuli, the work focused on applicability of nonmetric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) to sound quality research. It is presented that NMDS is an effective tool for subjective assessment research of sound quality, when listeners are clustered through correlation between listeners. With this key clustering process, the perceptual structure of car interior noise with strong consistency is revealed.
