| 1 | Overview of acidic deep eutectic solvents on synthesis,properties and applications显示文摘This review divides the acidic deep eutectic solvents(ADES) into Br?nsted and Lewis DES according to their diversity of acidic character.The hydrogen bond donors and halide salts for formulating an ADES are classified, the synthesis methods are described, and the physicochemical properties including freezing point, acidity, density, viscosity and conductivity are presented. Furthermore, the applications of Br?nsted acidic deep eutectic solvents(BADES) and Lewis acidic deep eutectic solvents(LADES) are overviewed, respectively, covering the fields in dissolution, extraction, organic reaction and metal electrodeposition. | 3 | Computer-aided ionic liquid design for alkane/cycloalkane extractive distillation process显示文摘A computer-aided ionic liquid design(CAILD) study is presented for the frequently encountered alkane/cycloalkane separations in petrochemical industry. Exhaustive experimental data are first collected to extend the UNIFAC-IL model for this system, where the proximity effect in alkanes and cycloalkanes is considered specifically by defining distinct groups. The thermodynamic performances of a large number of ILs for 4 different alkane/cycloalkane systems are then compared to select a representative example of such separations. By applying n-heptane/methylcyclohexane extractive distillation as a case study, the CAILD task is cast as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) problem based on the obtained task-specific UNIFAC-IL model and two semi-empirical models for IL physical properties. | 5 | Effect of water on extractive desulfurization of fuel oils using ionic liquids: A COSMO-RS and experimental study显示文摘When evaluating ionic liquids(ILs) for extractive desulfurization(EDS) of fuel oils, the inevitable presence of water in the system may have a significant and in many cases strongly negative effect. However, few studies have considered this particular issue and a promoted water effect on EDS is scarcely reported. In this work,COSMO-RS was firstly employed to calculate the capacity and selectivity for EDS of various IL/H_2 O mixtures,which cover different IL characters and a wide water concentration range. Experiments were then conducted with a representative IL [C_4MIM][H_2PO_4], whose stable and even promoted extraction performance with a small amount of water was suggested by COSMO-RS. Through analyses of the desulfurization ratio, the crosssolubility and the water content in the desulfurized fuel, the promoted effect of water within a certain range(b 10 wt%) was experimentally demonstrated. | 6 | Detection of Berberine Hydrochloride in Jin Weng Zhili Particle Using TLC and HPLC显示文摘[Objectives]To screen optimum conditions of HPLC and TLC for qualitative discrimination of berberine hydrochloride contained in Jin Weng Zhili Particle,thus providing basis for quality standard. [Methods]According to the method described in Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia,thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were used respectively for qualitative and quantitative identification of berberine hydrochloride contained in Jin Weng Zhili Particle by improving the conditions of extraction and purification. [Results]After optimizing TLC conditions of Jin Weng Zhili Particle,the separation effect of TLC of test samples was favorable. The spot color was clear,reproducibility was good,and precision was high. Under the conditions of mobile phase constituted by acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine( 28∶ 70∶ 1∶ 1),detection wavelength of 265 nm,flow rate of 1. 0 m L min^(-1)and column temperature of 35℃,the resolution of berberine hydrochloride was good; the injection volume in the range of 3. 15-50 μg· m L^(-1)had good linear relationship with the peak area( R^2= 0. 998); the average sample recovery rate(n=6) was 5. 672%,and RSD was 0. 864%; the content of berberine hydrochloride contained in Jin Weng Zhili Particle was 4. 023 mg. | 8 | Immune-adjuvant loaded Bi2Se3 nanocage for photothermal-improved PD-L1 checkpoint blockade immune-tumor metastasis therapy显示文摘Checkpoint blockade based immune therapy has shown to be effective but benefit only the minority of patients whose tumors have been pre-infiltrated by T cells. To overcome this obstacles, a PEG-modified Bi2Se3 nanocage (NC) loaded with imiquimod (R848), which could efficiently destroy the tumors thus producing enough tumor-associated antigens (TAA) and with the existence of R848, a toll-like-receptor-7 agonist, could generate strong anti-cancer immune responses is reported in this study. Moreover, immunogenic Bi2Se3 NC-PEG/R848 mediated photothermal therapy (PTT) sensitizes tumors to checkpoint inhibition mediated by a PD-L1 antibody, not only ablating cancer cells upon NIR laser but also causing strong anti-cancer immunity to suppress distant tumor growth post PTT. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that the Bi2Se3 NC-PEG/R848 could effectively activate a PTT-induced immune response as well as silence immune resistance based on PD-L1 checkpoint blockade to ablate the primary tumor and further inhibit the tumor metastasis. Bi2Se3 NC reported here exhibits high photothermal conversion efficiency and stability, as well as competent drug loading capacity with large hollow structures and high surface area. | 9 | Nonfunctional alleles of long-day suppressor genes independently regulate flowering time显示文摘Due to the remarkable adaptability to various environments, rice varieties with diverse flowering times have abeen domesticated or improved from Oryza rufipogon.Detailed knowledge of the genetic factors controlling flowering time will facilitate understanding the adaptation mechanism in cultivated rice and enable breeders to design appropriate genotypes for distinct preferences. In this study,four genes(Hd1, DTH8, Ghd7 and OsPRR37) in a rice long-day suppression pathway were collected and sequenced in 154, 74,69 and 62 varieties of cultivated rice(Oryza sativa)respectively. Under long-day conditions, varieties with nonfunctional alleles flowered significantly earlier than those with functional alleles. However, the four genes have different genetic effects in the regulation of flowering time: Hd1 and Os PRR37 are major genes that generally regulate rice flowering time for all varieties, while DTH8 and Ghd7 only regulate regional rice varieties. Geographic analysis and network studies suggested that the nonfunctional alleles of these suppression loci with regional adaptability were derived recently and independently. Alleles with regional adaptability should be taken into consideration for genetic improvement. The arclength continuation algorithm is incorporated as a process entity in gPROMS to overcome the limit of turning points and get multiple solutions with respect to a user-defined parameter. The bifurcation points are detected through a bifurcation test function τ which is written in C ++ routine as a foreign object connected with gPROMS through Foreign Process Interface. The stability analysis is realized by evaluating eigenvalues of the Jacobian matrix of each steady state solution. Two reference cases of an adiabatic CSTR and a homogenous azeotropic distillation from literature are studied, which successfully validate the reliability of the proposed approach. The results present that the obtained magnesium deposits do not exhibit the morphology of dendrite and the Mg-Al alloy is not found on the surface of aluminum foils. The magnesium deposited on the aluminum substrates have excellent electrochemical cyclic performance in 1 mol L-1 EtMgBr/THF solution.
