| 1 | 不同供体细胞及其处理对猪核移植重构胚体外发育的影响显示文摘系统探讨了体细胞的组织来源及培养代数对猪核移植重构胚发育的影响。体外成熟培养40~44h的猪卵母细胞去核后,将经血清饥饿(0.5%FBS)培养2~9天、0.1mg/L Aphidicolin(APD)培养+0.5%FBS培养2~9天或一般培养法(10%FBS)培养的卵丘细胞、颗粒细胞、输卵管上皮细胞和耳皮成纤维细胞,直接注射到去核的卵母细胞质中,或注射到卵周隙中,再经电融合(100V/mm,30μs,电脉冲1次)构建重构胚.重构胚以钙离子载体A23817或电脉冲结合6.DMAP激活处理,体外培养6天。耳皮成纤维细胞和颗粒细胞经0.1mg/LAPD+0.5%FBS培养处理后的重组胚卵裂率,均高于血清饥饿和一般培养处理的同种供体细胞(P〈0.01)。卵丘细胞、颗粒细胞经0.1mg/LAPD+0.5%FBS处理后进行核移植的分裂率和发育率均高于输卵管上皮细胞和耳皮成纤维细胞(P〈0.05)。以猪颗粒细胞为核供体时,电融合法的重构胚分裂率显著高于胞质内注入法(P〈0.05),但囊胚发育率无显著差异(P〉0.05)。培养3代和6代的猪颗粒细胞以及培养6代和10代的耳皮成纤维细胞,其具有正常二倍染色体的细胞比例均无显著差异(P〉0.05);以这2种细胞不同培养代数做供体进行核移植时,各代之间核移胚的体外分裂率、囊胚发育率无显著差异(P〉0.05)。这些结果表明:(1)猪耳皮成纤维细胞和颗粒细胞经培养传代所建立起来的细胞系相对比较稳定;(2)0.1mg/LAPD预培养处理供体细胞能提高猪体细胞核移植的效果,血清饥饿培养则无明显效果;(3)猪颗粒细胞和耳皮成纤维细胞等均可做供核细胞,核移植后都能得到体细胞克隆的囊胚,但前者的效果略优于后者,且其核移植效果不受供核细胞培养代数的影响;(4)电融合核移植胚胎的发育率高于胞质内直接注入法,但两者的总体效率相近。 | 张德福 刘东 汤琳琳 王英 陈茵 王凯 王根林 KARL Schellander LIN Cailu | 2007 | 遗传2007,29,2: | 21 |

| 3 | Effects of structure and sur-face properties on carbon nanotubes' hydrogen storage characteristics显示文摘Hydrogen adsorption experiments were carried out in special stainless steel vessels at room temperature (298K) and under 10 MPa using self-synthesized multi-walled carbon nanotubes. In the experiments, carbon nanotubessynthesized by the seeded catalyst method were pretreatedby being soaked in chemical reagents or annealed at hightemperature before they were used to adsorb hydrogen, but their capacity for hydrogen storage was still poor. Carbonnanotubes synthesized by the floating catalyst method were found to be able to adsorb more hydrogen. | 4 | Preparation of alumina supported on carbon nano-tubes and its application in fluoride adsorption from an aqueous solution显示文摘A novel material, alumina supported on carbon nanotubes (Al2O3/CNT), was prepared from carbon nano-tubes and A1(NO3)3. X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra demonstrate that alumina is amorphous, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) images show that CNT and alumina are homogeneously mixed. Furthermore, the fluoride adsorption behavior on the surface of Al2O3/CNT has been investigated and compared with other adsorbents. The results indicate that Al2O3/CNT has a high adsorption capacity, with a saturation adsorption capacity of 39.4 mg/g. It is also found that the adsorption capacity of Al2O3/CNT is 3.0-4.5 times that of γ-Al2O3 while almost equal to that of IRA-410 polymeric resin at 25°C . | 7 | Hybrid photoanode films based on sparse ZnO rod array-TiO_2 nanoparticles in dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘ZnO-TiO2 hybrid photoanodes were fabricated via the doctor-blade method by integrating vertically-grown sparse ZnO arrays with hydrothermal TiO2 nanoparticles. A special surface-coating technique was developed to deposit a thin TiO2 layer on the surface of ZnO rods. Microstructure, optical and photoelectrochemical performance of the hybrid photoanodes were investigated. The denser ZnO array exhibited bad filling behavior of nanoparticles in the interspace of ZnO rods, strong scattering and low conversion efficiency (0.27%). The sparser array showed a much better integrated microstructure, improved transmittance and high conversion efficiency (2.68%). The surface modification of ZnO rods by the TiO2 thin layer was found useful in improving the interfacial microstructure between the ZnO rod and the TiO2 bulk film, and the total conversion efficiency of 3.01% was achieved, higher than that of the pure TiO2 nanoparticle cell (2.93%). | 11 | Is surgical axillary staging necessary in women with T1 breast cancer who are treated with breast-conserving therapy?显示文摘Background:In the post-Z0011 trial era,the need to perform surgical axillary staging for early-stage breast cancer patients,who are treated with breast-conserving therapy(BCT),is being questioned.We conducted a retrospective cohort study using the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)database to evaluate the safety of waiving surgical axillary staging in patients with T1 breast cancer treated with BCT.Methods:A total of 166,615 eligible patients diagnosed between 2000 and 2012 were divided into staging(sentinel lymph node biopsy or axillary lymph node dissection)and non-staging(no lymph node examined or only needle aspiration biopsy of lymph nodes)groups.Propensity score matching(PSM)was performed to balance disparities between the two groups.Multivariate analysis with the Cox proportional hazards model was used to assess factors related to breast cancer-specific survival(BCSS).Results:Although the tumor size at time of presentation was decreasing over years,the rate of surgical axillary stag-ing increased from 93.3%to 96.9%.The 5-year BCSS rates of the whole cohort(before PSM)and matched cohort(after PSM)were 98.0%and 97.5%.Within the matched cohort,the BCSS was significantly longer in the staging group than in the non-staging group(P<0.001).However,surgical axillary staging did not benefit patients who were 50-79 years old,had tumor size<1 cm,histological grade I disease,or favorable histological types(tubular/mucinous/papillary)in stratified analyses(P>0.05).Race,marital status,hormone receptors,and chemotherapy were not associated with the favorable impact of surgical axillary staging on BCSS(P>0.05).Conclusion:Although surgical axillary staging remains important for T1 breast cancer patients treated with BCT,it might be unnecessary for patients with old age,small tumor,grade I disease,or favorable histological types. | Jin Wang Hailin Tang Xing Li Cailu Song Zhenchong Xiong Xi Wang Xiaoming Xie Jun Tang | 2019 | Cancer Communications2019,39,1: | 1 |
