1New guaiane-type sesquiterpenoid dimers from Artemisia atrovirens and their antihepatoma activity显示文摘Leading by cytotoxicity against HepG2 cells,bioactivity-guided fractionation of the EtOAc fraction from Artemisia atrovirens led to the isolation of 18 new guaianolide dimers,artematrolides A-R and lavandiolides A,B,C,H,and J.Eight compounds(1,4,10,12,13,and 19-21) were unambiguously confirmed by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses,and the others were elucidated based on IR,UV,HRESIMS,1 D and 2 D NMR experiments,and comparison of the experimental and calculated ECD data.Structurally,all of them were [4+2] Diels-Alder adducts of two monomeric guaianolides.The isolates were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against three human hepatoma cell lines,and 19 compounds demonstrated cytotoxicity against HepG2,SMMC-7721,and Huh7 cell lines.Especially,compounds 1,12,14,and 15 exhibited cytotoxicity with IC50 values of 4.4,3.8,7.6,and 6.7 μmol/L(HepG2),9.6,4.6,6.6,and 6.0 μmol/L(SMMC-7721),and 7.6,4.5,6.9,and 5.6 μmol/L(Huh7),respectively.Notably,compound 12 showed the most promising activity against three human hepatoma cell lines and dose-dependently inhibited cell migration and invasion,induced G2/M cell cycle arrest and cell apoptosis in HepG2 cells,down-regulated the expression of BCL-2 and PARP-1,and activated PARP-1 to up-regulate the expression of cleaved-PARP-1.Lihua Su Xintian Zhang Yunbao Ma Changan Geng Xiaoyan Huang Jing Hu Tianze Li Shuang Tang Cheng Shen Zhen Gao Xuemei Zhang Ji-Jun Chen 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,6:6

5Regulating local chemistry in ZrCo-based orthorhombic hydrides via increasing atomic interference for ultra-stable hydrogen isotopes storage显示文摘Developing a universal and reliable strategy for the modulation of composition and structure of energy storage materials with stable cycling performance is vital for hydrogen and its isotopes storage advanced system,yet still challenging.Herein,an ultra-stable lattice structure is designed and verified to increase atomic chaos and interference for effectively inhibiting disproportionation reaction and improving cycling stability in ZrCo-based hydrogen isotopes storage alloy.After screening in terms of configuration entropy calculation,we construct Zr_(1-2)Nb_(x)Co_(1-2x)Cu_(x)Ni_(x)(x=0.15,0.2,0.25) alloys with increased atomic chaos,and successfully achieve stable isostructural de-/hydrogenation during 100 cycles,whose cycling capacity retentions are above 99%,much higher than 22.4%of pristine ZrCo alloy.Both theoretical analysis and experimental evidences indicate the high thermo-stability of orthorhombic lattice in Zr_(0.8)Nb_(0.2)Co_(0.6)Cu_(0.2)Ni_(0.2) alloy.Notably,the increased atomic chaos and interference in Zr_(0.8)Nb_(0.2)Co_(0.6)Cu_(0.2)Ni_(0.2) alloy causes regulation in hydrogen local chemical neighborhood,thereby confusing the hydrogen release order,which effectively eliminates lattice distortion and unlocks an ultrastable lattice structure.This study provides a new and comprehensive inspiration for hydrogen atoms transport behaviors and intrinsic reason of stable orthorhombic transformation,which can contribute to paving the way for other energy storage materials modulation.Zhaoqing Liang Zhendong Yao Ruhong Li Xuezhang Xiao Zhichao Ye Xuancheng Wang Jiacheng Qi Jiapeng Bi Xiulin Fan Huaqin Kou Wenhua Luo Changan Chen Lixin Chen 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:0
6Preparation and characterization of polymer-clay nanocomposite films显示文摘Polymer/clay nanocomposite films were prepared by means of electrodeposition of aqueous suspension including cathodic electrophoretic acrylic resin (CEAR) and Na+-montmorillonite (NMMT). Studies of XRD,SEM and TEM indicated well-dispersed NMMT platelets in the films prepared. The ideal dispersity achieved was thought to be the result of aqueous compatibility between CEAR molecules and NMMT platelets and the result of the water-involved process as well. The modulus and strength of the polymer/clay nanocomposite coatings tested by tensile testing and nano-indentation were effectively improved compared to those of the virgin CEAR film. 7Artemdubinoids A-N:novel sesquiterpenoids with antihepatoma cytotoxicity from Artemisia dubia显示文摘In pursuit of effective agents for hepatocellular carcinoma derived from the Artemisia species,this study built upon initial findings that an ethanol(EtOH)extract and ethyl acetate(EtOAc)fraction of the aerial parts of Artemisia dubia Wall.ex Bess.exhibited cytotoxicity against HepG2 cells with inhibitory rates of 57.1%and 84.2%(100μg·mL−1),respectively.Guided by bioactivity,fourteen previously unidentified sesquiterpenes,artemdubinoids A–N(1–14),were isolated from the EtOAc fraction.Their structural elucidation was achieved through comprehensive spectroscopic analyses and corroborated by the comparison between the experimental and calculated ECD spectra.Single crystal X-ray diffraction provided definitive structure confirmation for artemdubinoids A,D,F,and H.Artemdubinoids A and B(1–2)represented unique sesquiterpenes featuring a 6/5-fused bicyclic carbon scaffold,and their putative biosynthetic pathways were discussed;artemdubinoid C(3)was a novel guaianolide derivative that might be formed by the[4+2]Diels–Alder reaction;artemdubinoids D and E(4–5)were rare 1,10-seco-guaianolides;artemdubinoids F–K(6–11)were chlorinecontaining guaianolides.Eleven compounds exhibited cytotoxicity against three human hepatoma cell lines(HepG2,Huh7,and SKHep-1)with half-maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50)values spanning 7.5−82.5μmol·L^(−1).Artemdubinoid M(13)exhibited the most active cytotoxicity with IC50 values of 14.5,7.5 and 8.9μmol·L^(−1)against the HepG2,Huh7,and SK-Hep-1 cell lines,respectively,which were equivalent to the positive control,sorafenib.GAO Zhen LI Tianze MA Yunbao HUANG Xiaoyan GENG Changan ZHANG Xuemei CHEN Jijun 2023Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,12:0
8Evaluation of the maintenance window scheme using fuzzy soft set theory显示文摘The maintenance window scheme(MWS) is one of the most important railway transportation organizational plans and plays an important role in ensuring railway operational safety. However, MWS setting is a very complicated process, and most countries currently do so with the help of a computer-aided decision system. In general, a decision system can generate multiple alternatives for MWS within an acceptable time. Therefore, how to choose the best option from the alternatives is a vital decision. This paper presents a novel framework for MWS evaluation based on the Chinese railway system. Specifically, the requirements of each department related to MWS setting are analysed, and we construct an evaluation indicator system for MWS based on the preferences of different departments. Then, we apply the fuzzy soft set theory to MWS evaluation, a method that not only effectively deals with evaluation of uncertain information, but also gives flexibility for experts to input their subjective judgment.Additionally, using the ‘‘AND'' operation of soft set theory allows combing evaluation information from multiple evaluators to give comprehensive results.
