1The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) mission: An overview显示文摘The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE), dubbed “Xihe”—Goddess of the Sun, was launched on October 14, 2021 as the first solar space mission of China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE mission is designed to test a newly developed satellite platform and to acquire the spectroscopic observations in the Hα waveband. The Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS)is the scientific payload of the CHASE satellite. It consists of two observational modes: raster scanning mode and continuum imaging mode. The raster scanning mode obtains full-Sun or region-of-interest spectral images from 6559.7 to 6565.9 ? and from 6567.8 to 6570.6 ? with 0.024 ? pixel spectral resolution and 1 min temporal resolution. The continuum imaging mode obtains photospheric images in continuum around 6689 ? with the full width at half maximum of 13.4 ?. The CHASE mission will advance our understanding of the dynamics of solar activity in the photosphere and chromosphere. 2On the technologies of Hα imaging spectrograph for the CHASE mission显示文摘The Hα imaging spectrograph(HIS) is the scientific payload of the first solar space mission, the Chinese Hα solar explorer(CHASE), supported by the China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE/HIS achieves, for the first time in space, Hα spectroscopic observations with high spectral and temporal resolutions. Separate channels for the raster scanning mode(RSM) and continuum imaging mode(CIM) are integrated into one, and a highly integrated design is achieved through multiple folding of the optical path and ultra-light miniaturized components. The design of HIS implements a number of key technologies such as high-precision scanning of the optical field of view(FOV), high-precision integrated manufacturing inspection, a large-tolerance pre-filter window, and full-link solar radiation calibration. 14Interfacial ion regulation on 2D layered double hydroxide nanosheets for enhanced thermal insulation显示文摘Exploring new strategies to broaden the upper/lower limit of thermal conductivity is of great interest to develop thermal management materials that can adapt to extreme environments.In this work,we employ an interfacial ion regulation to enhance the thermal insulation performance of 2D layered double hydroxide nanosheets.The introduction of interfacial ion enlarges the interplanar spacing of Co(OH)_(2) nanosheets from 4.64 to 8.05 ?,which reduces phonon scattering length perpendicular to the two-dimensional plane and leads to enhanced interlayer thermal insulation.The interfacial ion-regulated Co(OH)_(2)(named as Co(OH)_(2)-M^(x-)) exhibits 3-fold enhancement of thermal insulation through decreasing the thermal conductivity to as low as 0.15 W m^(-1) K^(-1),which is among the top values in 2D solid materials.We anticipate that interfacial ion regulation for 2D nanosheets paves a new avenue to break through the thermal insulation limit.Chun Wang Hengyu Xu Han Cheng Hao Yu Si Liu Wenjie Wang Ruilin Yuan Hongfei Liu Tianpei Zhou Wangsheng Chu HengAn Wu Yi Xie Changzheng Wu 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,5:0

16Hierarchical palladium catalyst for highly active and stable water oxidation in acidic media显示文摘Acidic water electrolysis is of great importance for boosting the development of renewable energy.However,it severely suffers from the trade-off between high activity and long lifespan for oxygen evolution catalysts on the anode side.This is because the sluggish kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction necessitates the application of a high overpotential to achieve considerable current,which inevitably drives the catalysts far away from their thermodynamic equilibrium states.Here we demonstrate a new oxygen evolution model catalyst-hierarchical palladium(Pd)whose performance even surpasses the benchmark Ir-and Ru-based materials.The Pd catalyst displays an ultralow overpotential(196 mV),excellent durability and mitigated degradation(66μV h^(-1))at 10 mA cm^(-2)in 1 M HClO_(4).Tensile strain on Pd(111)facets weakens the binding of oxygen species on electrochemical etching-derived hierarchical Pd and thereby leads to two orders of magnitudes of enhancement of mass activity in comparison to the parent Pd bulk materials.Furthermore,the Pd catalyst displays the bifunctional catalytic properties for both oxygen and hydrogen evolutions and can deliver a current density of 2 A cm^(-2)at a low cell voltage of 1.771 V when fabricated into polymer ele ctrolyte membrane ele ctrolyser.Jing Peng Haofeng Sun Kun Ni Jiajing Wu Xinyu Sun Yueqi Su Han Cheng Yuhua Liu Yuqiao Guo Wentuan Bi Yanwu Zhu Changzheng Wu Yi Xie 2023National Science Review2023,10,2:0
17RING finger 138 deregulation distorts NF-κB signaling and facilities colitis switch to aggressive malignancy显示文摘Prolonged activation of nuclear factor(NF)-кB signaling significantly contributes to the development of colorectal cancer(CRC).New therapeutic opportunities are emerging from targeting this distorted cell signaling transduction.Here,we discovered the critical role of RING finger 138(RNF138)in CRC tumorigenesis through regulating the NF-кB signaling,which is independent of its Ubiquitin-E3 ligase activity involved in DNA damage response.RNF138^(−/−) mice were hyper-susceptible to the switch from colitis to aggressive malignancy,which coincided with sustained aberrant NF-кB signaling in the colonic cells.Furthermore,RNF138 suppresses the activation of NF-кB signaling pathway through preventing the translocation of NIK and IKK-Beta Binding Protein(NIBP)to the cytoplasm,which requires the ubiquitin interaction motif(UIM)domain.More importantly,we uncovered a significant correlation between poor prognosis and the downregulation of RNF138 associated with reinforced NF-кB signaling in clinical settings,raising the possibility of RNF138 dysregulation as an indicator for the therapeutic intervention targeting NF-кB signaling.Using the xenograft models built upon either RNF138-dificient CRC cells or the cells derived from the RNF138-dysregulated CRC patients,we demonstrated that the inhibition of NF-кB signaling effectively hampered tumor growth.Overall,our work defined the pathogenic role of aberrant NF-кB signaling due to RNF138 downregulation in the cascade events from the colitis switch to colonic neoplastic transformation and progression,and also highlights the possibility of targeting the NF-кB signaling in treating specific subtypes of CRC indicated by RNF138-ablation.Yalan Lu Rong Huang Jianming Ying Xingchen Li Tao Jiao Lei Guo Haitao Zhou Han Wang Amannisa Tuersuntuoheti Jianmei Liu Qichen Chen Yanhong Wang Luying Su Changyuan Guo Fu Xu Ziyi Wang Yan Lu Kai Li Junbo Liang Zhen Huang Xiao Chen Jinjie Yao Hanjie Hu Xiaowen Cheng Yufeng Wan Xinyan Chen Ning Zhang Shiying Miao Jianqiang Cai Linfang Wang Changzheng Liu Wei Song Hong Zhao 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,7:0
18Orbital stability of two-component peakons显示文摘We prove that the two-component peakon solutions are orbitally stable in the energy space.The system concerned here is a two-component Novikov system,which is an integrable multi-component extension of the integrable Novikov equation.We improve the method for the scalar peakons to the two-component case with genuine nonlinear interactions by establishing optimal inequalities for the conserved quantities involving the coupled structures.Moreover,we also establish the orbital stability for the train-profiles of these two-component peakons by using the refined analysis based on monotonicity of the local energy and an induction method.Cheng He Xiaochuan Liu Changzheng Qu 2023Science China Mathematics2023,66,7:0
