1Activation of mitogen-activated protein kinases in satellite glial cells of the trigeminal ganglion contributes to substance P-mediated inflammatory pain显示文摘Inflammatory orofacial pain,in which substance P (SP) plays an important role,is closely related to the cross-talk between trigeminal ganglion (TG) neurons and satellite glial cells (SGCs).SGC activation is emerging as the key mechanism underlying inflammatory pain through different signalling mechanisms,including glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) activation,phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signalling pathways,and cytokine upregulation.However,in the TG,the mechanism underlying SP-mediated orofacial pain generated by SGCs is largely unknown.In this study,we investigated whether SP is involved in inflammatory orofacial pain by upregulating interleukin (IL)-1β and tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α from SGCs,and we explored whether MAPK signalling pathways mediate the pain process.In the present study,complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) was injected into the whisker pad of rats to induce an inflammatory model in vivo.SP was administered to SGC cultures in vitro to confirm the effect of SP.Facial expression analysis showed that pre-injection of L703,606 (an NK-1 receptor antagonist),U0126 (an inhibitor of MAPK/extracellular signal-regulated kinase [ERK] kinase [MEK] 1/2),and SB203580 (an inhibitor of P38) into the TG to induce targeted prevention of the activation of the NK-1 receptor and the phosphorylation of MAPKs significantly suppressed CFA-induced inflammatory allodynia.In addition,SP promoted SGC activation,which was proven by increased GFAP,p-MAPKs,IL-1β and TNF-α in SGCs under inflammatory conditions.Moreover,the increase in IL-1β and TNF-α was suppressed by L703,606,U0126 and SB203580 in vivo and in vitro.These present findings suggested that SP,released from TG neurons,activated SGCs through the ERK1/2 and P38 pathways and promoted the production of IL-1β and TNF-α from SGCs,contributing to inflammatory orofacial pain associated with peripheral sensitization.Yanyan Zhang Ning Song Fei Liu Jiu Lin Mengke Liu Chaolan Huang Daqing Liao Cheng Zhou Hang Wang Jiefei Shen 2019International Journal of Oral Science2019,11,3:6

Especially,the cadmium and lead are two heavy metal elements with serious pollution and great harm to human body. This paper reviewed some common methods and materials used in the control of cadmium and lead pollution in farmland soil. Then,it discussed the problems in the repair of cadmium and lead pollution in farmland soil. 4Study on Thermal Deformation Measurement of Optical RemoteSensing Satellite Platform Based on Machine Vision显示文摘To solve the special requirements of the high orbit optical remote sensing satellite for the thermal deformation of the platform the thermal deformation test and measurement scheme of the satellite platform is designed. Through the comparative analysis of test results the rationality of the thermal deformation design of the platform structure is verified. 11Edge Detection of COVID-19 CT Image Based on GF_SSR, Improved Multiscale Morphology, and Adaptive Threshold显示文摘Edge detection is an effective method for image segmentation and feature extraction.Therefore,extracting weak edges with the inhomogeneous gray of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)CT images is extremely important.Multiscale morphology has been widely used in the edge detection of medical images due to its excellent boundary detection accuracy.In this paper,we propose a weak edge detection method based on Gaussian filtering and singlescale Retinex(GF_SSR),and improved multiscale morphology and adaptive threshold binarization(IMSM_ATB).As all the CT images have noise,we propose to remove image noise by Gaussian filtering.The edge of CT images is enhanced using the SSR algorithm.In addition,based on the extracted edge of CT images using improved Multiscale morphology,a particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is introduced to binarize the image by automatically getting the optimal threshold.To evaluate our method,we use images from three datasets,namely COVID-19,Kaggle-COVID-19,and COVID-Chestxray,respectively.The average values of results are worthy of reference,with the Shannon information entropy of 1.8539,the Precision of 0.9992,the Recall of 0.8224,the F-Score of 1.9158,running time of 11.3000.Finally,three types of lesion images in the COVID-19 dataset are selected to evaluate the visual effects of the proposed algorithm.Compared with the other four algorithms,the proposed algorithm effectively detects the weak edge of the lesion and provides help for image segmentation and feature extraction.Shouming Hou Chaolan Jia Kai Li Liya Fan Jincheng Guo Mackenzie Brown 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,7:0

14The KL system in wheat permits homoeologous crossing over between closely related chromosomes显示文摘The Chinese wheat landrace Kaixianluohanmai(KL)expresses the ph-like phenotype.A major QTL,QPh.sicau-3A(syn.phKL),responsible for this effect has been mapped to chromosome arm 3AL.This study presents some characteristics of homoeologous pairing and recombination induced by phKL.In KL haploids,the level of homoeologous pairing was elevated relative to Ph1 Chinese Spring(CS)haploids.There was a clear preference for A–D pairing and less frequent for A–B and B–D,reflecting the higher levels of affinity between genomes A and D in wheat.The characteristics of pairing were affected by temperature and magnesium ion supplementation.The suitability of phKL for chromosome engineering was tested on three pairs of homoeologues:2Sv-2B,2Sv-2D,and 2RL-2BL.The recombination rates were 1.68%,0.17%,and 0%,respectively.The phKL locus in KL induced a moderate level of homoeologous chromosome pairing and recombination when the Ph1 locus of wheat was present,both in wheat haploids and hexaploids.The Ph1-imposed criteria for chromosome pairing and crossing over were relaxed to some degree,permitting homoeologous crossing over but only between closely related chromosomes;there was no crossing over between more differentiated chromosomes.Therefore,the phKL system(QPh.sicau-3A)can be a useful tool in chromosome engineering of wheat to transfer genes from closely related species with the benefit of reduced genomic chaos generated by the ph1b mutation.Chaolan Fan Jiangtao Luo Jiaojiao Sun Hong Chen Liqiong Li Lanyue Zhang Xue Chen Yazhou Li Shunzong Ning Zhongwei Yuan Bo Jiang Lianquan Zhang Xuejiao Chen Adam J.Lukaszewski Dengcai Liu Ming Hao 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,3:0
