| 2 | Microstructural evolution of Au-Sn solder prepared by laminate rolling during annealing process显示文摘The microstructural evolution and interfacial reaction of the Au/Sn/Au/Sn/Au/Sn/Au couples were investigated during annealing at 453,523,and 543 K for up to 240 h.The Au/Sn combination formed a rapid diffusion system.Even in rolled Au-Sn solder,three phases,such as AuSn,AuSn2,and AuSn4,were formed.After initial annealing at 453 K,the diffusion layers of AuSn,AuSn2,and AuSn4,which were formed after rolling,expanded gradually and then fully transformed into ζ phase(containing Sn from 10% to 18.5%,mole fraction) and δ(AuSn) phase.As a whole,the microstructure of the couple was stable during annealing at 453 K.The solid-state interfacial reaction was much faster at 523 K than at 453 K.After annealing at 523 K for 6 h,the AuSn,AuSn2,and AuSn4 were fully transformed into the ζ phase and δ phase(AuSn) .In spite of the prolonged annealing time for up to 240 h,no significant change of the interfacial microstructure occurred,and the microstructure of the couple was stable during annealing at 523 K.When annealing at 543 K,however,the interfacial of Au/Sn was transformed into solid-liquid state,and the whole couple formed a eutectic structure rapidly,causing the solder to be brittle.The study results clearly demonstrate that the service temperature of the Au-Sn solder should be lower than 543 K. | WEI Xiaofeng WANG Richu FENG Yan ZHU Xuewei PENG Chaoqun | 2011 | Rare Metals2011,30,6: | 5 |

| 4 | Ternary mesoporous cobalt-iron-nickel oxide efficiently catalyzing oxygen/hydrogen evolution reactions and overall water splitting显示文摘Among various efficient electrocatalysts for water splitting,CoFe and NiFe-based oxides/hydroxides are typically promising candidates thanks to their extraordinary activities towards oxygen evolution reaction (OER).However,the endeavor to advance their performance towards overall water splitting has been largely impeded by the limited activities for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER).Herein,we present a CoFeNi ternary metal-based oxide (CoFeNi-O) with impressive hierarchical bimodal channel nanostructures,which was synthesized via a facile one-step dealloying strategy.The oxide shows superior catalytic activities towards both HER and OER in alkaline solution due to the alloying effect and the intrinsic hierarchical porous structure.CoFeNi-O loaded on glass carbon electrodes only requires the overpotentials as low as 230 and 278 mV to achieve the OER current densities of 10 and 100 mA·cm-2,respectively.In particular,extremely low overpotentials of 200 and 57.9 mV are sufficient enough for Ni foam-supported CoFeNi-O to drive the current density of 10 mA·cm-2 towards OER and HER respectively,which is comparable with or even better than the already-developed state-of-the-art non-noble metal oxide based catalysts.Benefiting from the bifunctionalities of CoFeNi-O,an alkaline electrolyzer constructed by the Ni foam-supported CoFeNi-O electrodes as both the anode and the cathode can deliver a current density of 10 mA·cm-2 at a fairly low cell-voltage of 1.558 V.In view of its electrocatalytic merits together with the facile and cost-effective dealloying route,CoFeNi-O is envisioned as a promising catalyst for future production of sustainable energy resources. | Lulu Han Limin Guo Chaoqun Dong Chi Zhang Hui Gao Jiazheng Niu Zhangquan Peng Zhonghua Zhang | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,9: | 5 |
| 5 | Effect of solidification rate on the coarsening behavior of precipitate in rapidly solidified Al-Si alloy显示文摘The gas-atomized Al-Si alloy powder with different particle sizes was subjected to isothermal annealing for understanding the effect of solidification rate on precipitation and growth Si crystals. The results show that Si precipitates grew more quickly in the small samples with a large solidification rate due to high interfacial energy. Moreover, these Si crystals had a tendency to form a quasi-spherical shape after annealing at a low temperature or for a short holding time. Coarsening of the Si precipitates during annealing was examined using a LSW equation. Thermal stability of the rapidly solidified alloy was significantly influenced by its original microstructure as a result of high solidification rate. | 6 | Growth of BeO Nanograins Synthesized by Polyacrylamide Gel Route显示文摘BeO nanoparticles were synthesized by polyacrylamide gel route.The effects of the processing parameters on the morphology and size of the synthesized BeO nanoparticles were investigated.The calcination temperature of the gel precursor containing beryllium sulfate was determined by thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),which is around 690 C and 160 C lower than the general temperature.Xray diffractometry(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and specific surface area measurements(BET) showed that the synthesized nanoparticles under 700 C were pure,globular and about ~5-20 nm with narrow distribution.Interestingly,the nanograins coalesced and grew under higher calcination temperatures and longer calcination time.The influence of calcination temperature on the morphology and growth behavior is greater than that of its duration.The activation energy for grain growth was estimated to be 24.53 kJ/mol,and the dominant growth mechanism was most likely to be related to the vapor transport in pore control mode and grain-rotation-induced grain coalescence(GRIGC) mechanism. | Xiaofeng Wang Richu Wang Chaoqun Peng Tingting Li Bing Liu | 2011 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2011,27,2: | 2 |
| 7 | Effect of Shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei) Farming Waste on the Growth, Digestion, Ammonium-Nitrogen Excretion of Sea Cucumber(Stichopus monotuberculatus)显示文摘In this study, specific growth rate(SGR), ingestion rate(IR), food conversion ratio(FCR), apparent digestion ratio(ADR) and ammonium-nitrogen excretion were determined for sea cucumber(Stichopus monotuberculatus) reared in plastic containers(70 L; 4 containers each diet treatment). Sea cucumbers were fed with five diets containing different amounts of farming waste from shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)(100%, 75%, 50%, 25% and 0) and a formulated compound(20% sea mud and 80% powdered algae). Sea cucumbers grew faster when they were fed with diet D(25% shrimp waste and 75% formulated compound) than those fed with other diets. Although IR value of sea cucumber fed with diet A(shrimp waste) was higher than those fed with other diets, both the lowest SGR and the highest FCR occurred in this diet group. The highest and the lowest ADR occurred in diet E(formulated compound) and diet A group, respectively, and the same to ammonium-nitrogen excretion. The contents of crude protein, crude lipid and total organic matter(TOM) in feces decreased in comparison with corresponding diets. | 12 | High-temperature ferromagnetic metallic phase in LaMnO_(3)/Sr_(3)Al_(2)O_(6)heterostructure显示文摘To achieve a flexible single-crystal multifunctional membrane,the freestanding process of a rigid epitaxial transition metal oxide thin film via a buffered water-dissolution sacrificial layer has attracted reasonable attentions.Owing to the difference in chemical potential,specific element affinity,and lattice constant between the target membrane and the sacrificial layer,the freestanding process may cause an indelible change of physics property once the target thin film is sensitive to the above factors.Here,the heterostructures composed of the generally adopted sacrificial layer Sr_(3)Al_(2)O_(6)(SAO)and LaMnO_(3)(LMO)have been systematically investigated.The electrical and magnetic properties of LMO show extreme sensitivity to the thickness of SAO(tSAO).Then we have also found that LMO/SAO heterostructures can exhibit the coexistence of two ferromagnetic phases,the significantly enhanced Curie temperature~342 K,and the large magnetoresistance-23.3%at 300 K,which is similar to the optimal-doped manganite such as La_(2/3)Sr_(1/3)MnO_(3).X-ray diffraction results show that continuously tunable strain from out-of-plane tension to relaxation and then to compression can be generated by adjusting tSAO.This strain can stabilize the migrated oxygen from LMO to SAO,which is induced by the large oxygen affinity difference between Bsite Mn and Al.It is believed that these unexpected electrical/magnetic phenomena are originated from the combined effects of interfacial element diffusion and strain.Our study provides a strategy for designing new magnetic phases,and a reference for the fundamental understanding of strongly correlated transition metal oxide systems in the freestanding process. | Di Wang Bin He Jinrui Guo Qixiang Wang Chaoqun Shi Yue Han Hong Fang Jie Wang Nana Zhang Peng Zhang Yanan Chen Changwen Zhang Weiming Lü Shishen Yan | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,24: | 0 |

| 15 | Effects of drip and flood irrigation on carbon dioxide exchange and crop growth in the maize ecosystem in the Hetao Irrigation District,China显示文摘Drip irrigation and flood irrigation are major irrigation methods for maize crops in the Hetao Irrigation District,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,China.This research delves into the effects of these irrigation methods on carbon dioxide(CO_(2))exchange and crop growth in this region.The experimental site was divided into drip and flood irrigation zones.The irrigation schedules of this study aligned with the local commonly used irrigation schedule.We employed a developed chamber system to measure the diurnal CO_(2)exchange of maize plants during various growth stages under both drip and flood irrigation methods.From May to September in 2020 and 2021,two sets of repeated experiments were conducted.In each experiment,a total of nine measurements of CO_(2)exchange were performed to obtain carbon exchange data at different growth stages of maize crop.During each CO_(2)exchange measurement event,CO_(2)flux data were collected every two hours over a day-long period to capture the diurnal variations in CO_(2)exchange.During each CO_(2)exchange measurement event,the biological parameters(aboveground biomass and crop growth rate)of maize and environmental parameters(including air humidity,air temperature,precipitation,soil water content,and photosynthetically active radiation)were measured.The results indicated a V-shaped trend in net ecosystem CO_(2)exchange in daytime,reducing slowly at night,while the net assimilation rate(net primary productivity)exhibited a contrasting trend.Notably,compared with flood irrigation,drip irrigation demonstrated significantly higher average daily soil CO_(2)emission and greater average daily CO_(2)absorption by maize plants.Consequently,within the maize ecosystem,drip irrigation appeared more conducive to absorbing atmospheric CO_(2).Furthermore,drip irrigation demonstrated a faster crop growth rate and increased aboveground biomass compared with flood irrigation.A strong linear relationship existed between leaf area index and light utilization efficiency,irrespective of the irrigation method.Notably,drip irrigation displayed superior light use efficiency compared with flood irrigation.The final yield results corroborated these findings,indicating that drip irrigation yielded higher harvest index and overall yield than flood irrigation.The results of this study provide a basis for the selection of optimal irrigation methods commonly used in the Hetao Irrigation District.This research also serves as a reference for future irrigation studies that consider measurements of both carbon emissions and yield simultaneously. | LI Chaoqun HAN Wenting PENG Manman | 2024 | Journal of Arid Land2024,16,2: | 0 |
| 16 | Dietary xanthophyll improved growth,antioxidant,pigmentation and meat quality in the southern catfish(Silurus soldatovi meridionalis Chen)显示文摘Xanthophyll has multiple physiological functions to improve the quality of farmed animals.The present study aimed to investigate the effects of xanthophyll on the growth performance,antioxidation,immunity,pigmentation and meat quality of southern catfish(Silurus soldatovi meridionalis Chen).Juvenile southern catfish(18.35±0.04 g)were randomly allocated into 24 cages(30 juveniles per cage),and fed diets with different dietary xanthophyll levels(at 14,42,80,108,126 and 152 mg/kg,dry matter of diet)twice daily for 8 weeks.Results indicated that the diet with 80 mg/kg xanthophyll induced a higher specific growth rate(SGR),feed efficiency ratio and protein productive value.Moreover,the 80 mg/kg xanthophyll diet also increased complement 3,immunoglobulin M(IgM)and lysozyme content more than the other groups.The mRNA expression level of inflammation-related genes and antioxidant enzyme activities further confirmed the effects of 80 mg/kg dietary xanthophyll on improving immune response.The present study also found that the 126 mg/kg xanthophyll diet significantly enhanced the content of total carotenoids and xanthophyll,hydroxyproline,collagen and amino acid in muscle.The diet with 126 mg/kg xanthophylls also induced lower drip loss,thawing loss,centrifugal loss,cooking loss and higher muscle adhesiveness,cohesiveness,springiness,gumminess and chewiness than the other treatments.In conclusion,quadratic regression model analysis based on SGR and IgM revealed that the optimum xanthophyll level in the diet was 86.78 and 84.63 mg/kg,respectively.Moreover,broken line regression analysis based on xanthophyll content in dorsal skin and chewiness in muscle demonstrated that the optimal xanthophyll level was between 89.73 and 108.66 mg/kg in the diet of southern catfish(S.soldatovi meridionalis Chen). | Chaoqun He Haoyu Geng Yawen Qin Peng Yang Wenqiang Wang Kangsen Mai Fei Song | 2023 | Animal Nutrition2023,,2: | 0 |
