1室内氡与肺癌关系研究显示文摘目的 直接调查居室水平氡浓度对居民肺癌危险度的影响 ,并与由矿工受照结果推导的结论相比较。方法 在甘肃省平凉、庆阳两地区进行病例 对照研究。该地区居民稳定而室内氡水平较高。肺癌病例必须是在 1994年 1月至 1998年 4月期间诊断 ,年龄在 30~ 75岁之间 ,居住在平凉和庆阳两地区的居民。根据人口调查资料随机选取对照 ,对照要在年龄、性别、地区方面与病例相匹配。在过去 5~ 30年期间 ,凡住过两年以上的房间都布放了氡探测器。氡测量涵盖了 77%的照射周期。结果 病例居室的平均氡浓度为 2 30 4Bq m3 (n =76 8) ,对照为 2 2 2 2Bq m3 (n =16 5 9)。居民肺癌危险度随室内氡水平的增高有所上升 (P <0 0 0 1)。根据线性模型 ,对全部研究个体而言 ,在 10 0Bq m3 情况下 ,附加比值比 (EOR)为 0 19(95 %CI:0 0 5 ,0 47)。对测量涵盖了 10 0 %照射周期的个体 ,为 0 31(95 %CI:0 10 ,0 81)。在对照射的不确定度进行调整后 ,估算值可增加70 %。结论 研究结果证明室内水平氡照射会增加肺癌危险度 。王作元 Lubin JH 王陇德 张守志 Boice JD Jr 崔宏星 张淑蓉 Conrath SC 夏英 尚兵 Brenner A 雷苏文 Metayer KC 曹吉生 Chen KW 雷淑杰 Kleinerman RA 2002中华放射医学与防护杂志2002,22,3:28

4关于痛风诊治决策的调查及相关因素分析显示文摘目的了解国内医生诊治痛风的决策并对相关因素进行分析。方法对197名医生进行了关于痛风诊治决策的现场问卷调查,同时收集答卷人的个人资料,通过双变量分析和多重Logistic回归分析模型,分析影响决策的相关因素。结果一共收回120份有效答卷。在诊断痛风时,94名医生(78.3%)认为应该检查患者的关节滑液。在治疗急性痛风发作时,如果患者肾功能良好,83名医生(69.2%)首选口服秋水仙碱;如果患者肾功能不全,50名医生(41.7%)首选皮质激素或促皮质激素。在降血尿酸治疗时,99名医生(82.5%)选择的指征不当,107名医生(89.2%)治疗开始得太早,92名医生(76.7%)用药的时间不够长。另外,在开始降血尿酸治疗的同时,仅有17名医生(14.2%)预防急性痛风的发作。多重Logistic回归分析发现痛风继续教育是医生采取正确诊断方法的相关因素。结论国内医生诊治痛风的决策与目前国际较为公认的意见并不一致,高质量的医学继续教育有可能提高医生诊治痛风的决策水平。方卫纲 曾学军 李梦涛 Lan X Chen H Ralph Schumacher Jr 张奉春 2006中华医学杂志2006,86,27:9
5Reprogramming of a defense signaling pathway in rough lemon and sweet orange is a critical element of the early response to‘Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus’显示文摘Huanglongbing(HLB)in citrus infected by Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus(CLas)has caused tremendous losses to the citrus industry.No resistant genotypes have been identified in citrus species or close relatives.Among citrus varieties,rough lemon(Citrus jambhiri)has been considered tolerant due to its ability to produce a healthy flush of new growth after infection.The difference between tolerance and susceptibility is often defined by the speed and intensity of a plant’s response to a pathogen,especially early defense responses.RNA-seq data were collected from three biological replicates of CLas-and mock-inoculated rough lemon and sweet orange at week 0 and 7 following infection.Functional analysis of the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)indicated that genes involved in the mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway were highly upregulated in rough lemon.MAPK induces the transcription of WRKY and other transcription factors which potentially turn on multiple defense-related genes.A Subnetwork Enrichment Analysis further revealed different patterns of regulation of several functional categories,suggesting DEGs with different functions were subjected to reprogramming.In general,the amplitude of the expression of defense-related genes is much greater in rough lemon than in sweet orange.A quantitative disease resistance response may contribute to the durable tolerance level to HLB observed in rough lemon.Qibin Yu Chunxian Chen Dongliang Du Ming Huang Jiqiang Yao Fahong Yu Ronald H Brlansky Frederick G.Gmitter Jr 2017Horticulture Research2017,4,1:5
6Dioxygen Affinity and Catalytic Performance of Bis-(furaldehyde) Schiff Bases Co(II) Complexes in Cyclohexene Oxidation显示文摘Oxygenation constants and thermodynamic parameters DHo and DSo of cobalt (II) complexes with bis-(furaldehyde) Schiff bases (1, 2, 3, 4)were obtained by mearsuring saturated dioxygen uptake of these complexes in pyridine at different temperature. These complexes could activate molecular oxygen and were used as catalysts in cyclohexene oxidation. 8ATP-binding cassette subfamily B member 1 (ABCB1) and subfamily C member 10(ABCC1O) are not primary resistance factors for cabazitaxel显示文摘Introduction:ATP-binding cassette subfamily B member 1(ABCB1) and subfamily C member 10(ABCCIO) proteins are efflux transporters that couple the energy derived from ATP hydrolysis to the translocation of toxic substances and chemotherapeutic drugs out of cells.Cabazitaxel is a novel taxane that differs from paclitaxel by its lower affinity for ATP-binding cassette(ABC) transporters.Methods:We determined the effects of cabazitaxel,a novel tubulin-binding taxane,and paclitaxel on paclitaxelresistant,ABCB1-overexpressing KB-C2 and LLC-MDR1-WT cells and paclitaxel-resistant,ABCC10-overexpressing HEK293/ABCC10 cells by calculating the degree of drug resistance and measuring ATPase activity of the ABCB1 transporter.Results:Decreased resistance to cabazitaxel compared with paclitaxel was observed in KB-C2,LLC-MDR1-WT,and HEK293/ABCC10 cells.Moreover,cabazitaxel had low efficacy,whereas paclitaxel had high efficacy in stimulating the ATPase activity of ABCB1,indicating a direct interaction of both drugs with the transporter.Conclusion:ABCB1 and ABCC10 are not primary resistance factors for cabazitaxel compared with paclitaxel,suggesting that cabazitaxel may have a low affinity for these efflux transporters.Rishil J Kathawala Yi-Jun Wang Suneet Shukla Yun-Kai Zhang Saeed Alqahtani Amal Kaddoumi Suresh V Ambudkar Charles R Ashby Jr Zhe-Sheng Chen 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer2015,34,3:4
9Recent advances regarding the role of ABC subfamily C member 10(ABCC10) in the efflux of antitumor drugs显示文摘ABCC10,also known as multidrug-resistant protein 7(MRP7),is the tenth member of the C subfamily of the ATP-binding cassette(ABC) superfamily.ABCC10 mediates multidrug resistance(MDR) in cancer cells by preventing the intracellular accumulation of certain antitumor drugs.The ABCC10 transporter is a 171-kDa protein that is localized on the basolateral cell membrane.ABCC10 is a broad-specificity transporter of xenobiotics,including antitumor drugs,such as taxanes,epothilone B,vinca alkaloids,and cytarabine,as well as modulators of the estrogen pathway,such as tamoxifen.In recent years,ABCC10 inhibitors,including cepharanthine,lapatinib,erlotinib,nilotinib,imatinib,sildenafil,and vardenafil,have been reported to overcome ABCC10-mediated MDR.This review discusses some recent and clinically relevant aspects of the ABCC10 drug efflux transporter from the perspective of current chemotherapy,particularly its inhibition by tyrosine kinase inhibitors and phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors.Rishil J.Kathawala Yi-Jun Wang Charles R.Ashby Jr Zhe-Sheng Chen 2014Chinese Journal of Cancer2014,33,5:3
10PM_(2.5)and water-soluble inorganic ion concentrations decreased faster in urban than rural areas in China显示文摘We investigated variations of PM_(2.5)and water-soluble inorganic ions chemical characteristics at nine urban and rural sites in China using ground-based observations.From 2015 to 2019,mean PM_(2.5)concentration across all sites decreased by 41.9μg/m~3with a decline of 46%at urban sites and 28%at rural sites,where secondary inorganic aerosol(SIAs)contributed to 21%(urban sites)and 17%(rural sites)of the decreased PM_(2.5).SIAs concentrations underwent a decline at urban locations,while sulfate(SO_(4)^(2–)),nitrate(NO_(3)^(–)),and ammonium(NH_(4)^(+))decreased by 49.5%,31.3%and 31.6%,respectively.However,only SO_(4)^(2–)decreased at rural sites,NO_(3)^(–)increased by 21%and NH_(4)^(+)decreased slightly.Those changes contributed to an overall SIAs increase in 2019.Higher molar ratios of NO_(3)^(–)to SO_(4)^(2–)and NH_(4)^(+)to SO_(4)^(2–)were observed at urban sites than rural sites,being highest in the heavily polluted days.Mean molar ratios of NH_(3)/NH_xwere higher in 2019 than 2015 at both urban and rural sites,implying increasing NH_xremained as free NH_(3).Our observations indicated a slower transition from sulfate-driven to nitrate-driven aerosol pollution and less efficient control of NO_(x)than SO_(2)related aerosol formation in rural regions than urban regions.Moreover,the common factor at urban and rural sites appears to be a combination of lower SO_(4)^(2–)levels and an increasing fraction of NO_(3)^(–)to PM_(2.5)under NH_(4)^(+)-rich conditions.Our findings imply that synchronous reduction in NO_(x)and NH_(3)emissions especially rural areas would be effective to mitigate NO_(3)^(–)-driven aerosol pollution.Yangyang Zhang Aohan Tang Chen Wang Xin Ma Yunzhe Li Wen Xu Xiaoping Xia Aihua Zheng Wenqing Li Zengguo Fang Xiufen Zhao Xianlong Peng Yuping Zhang Jian Han Lijuan Zhang Jeffrey L.Collett Jr Xuejun Liu 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,12:2
