1Cationic content effects of biodegradable amphoteric chitosan-based flocculants on the flocculation properties显示文摘A series of biodegradable amphoteric chitosan-based flocculants(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(CTA) modified carboxymethyl chitosan,denoted as CMC-CTA) with different substitution degrees of CTA were prepared successfully.The content of carboxymethyl groups in each CMC-CTA sample was kept almost constant.The solubility of the various flocculants showed that,higher cationic content of flocculants caused a better solubility.The flocculation experiments using kaolin suspension as synthetic water at the laboratory scale indicated that the substitution degree of CTA was one of the key factors for the flocculation properties.With the increase of cationic content,the flocculants were demonstrated better flocculation performance and lower dosage requirement.Flocculation kinetics model of particles collisions combining zeta potential and turbidity measurements was employed to investigate the effects of the cationic content of the flocculants on the flocculation properties from the viewpoint of flocculation mechanism in detail.Furthermore,flocculation performance using raw water from Zhenjiang part of Yangtze River at the pilot scale showed the similar effects to those at the laboratory scale.Zhen Yang Yabo Shang Xin Huang Yichun Chen Yaobo Lu Aimin Chen Yuxiang Jiang Wei Gu Xiaozhi Qian Hu Yang Rongshi Cheng 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,8:8
2Highway constructions on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau:Challenge,research and practice显示文摘Highway constructions on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)face great challenges induced by the unique local environmental,geological,and engineering conditions.The large area of permafrost,great temperature variability,strong UV rays,and complex geological conditions are the major factors that adversely influence the longterm performance of pavement systems.Since 1960s,Chinese engineers and researchers have started conducting research on the QTP to enhance the performance and durability of pavement systems.The present paper provide a comprehensive review of challenge,research and practice of highway constructions on the QTP including the special environmental and geological conditions,history of highway constructions on the QTP,major challenges and the state-of-the-art technology of subgrade constructions on permafrost,developments of the pavement structures and materials,performance prediction and maintenance methods of pavement surfaces,and applications of the research achievements on the first expressway on the QTP(i.e.,Gongyu Expressway).Based on the comprehensive literature review,it can be found that(1)frost heave and thaw weakening induced subgrade disease and longitudinal cracks on the pavement surface are complex coupled water-thermal-load problems.Engineering solutions are focusing on active cooling and thermal insulation methods,which can help to reduce temperature variations in the subgrade and thus improving its stability,(2)the harsh environmental and construction conditions may reduce the early strength and induce premature damage of cement-treated base materials.Some field validations showed that geocell-reinforced or asphalt-treated flexible base materials can provide better long-term performance,(3)the large temperature variability and strong UV rays can significantly accelerate aging of asphalt binders and greatly reduce the service life of asphalt mixtures.Various binder modification methods were developed for improving their viscoelasticity and enhance the low-temperature cracking resistance of pavement surface materials but are still lack of field validation data and comparisons of their life cycle costs.Therefore,it is recommended that a demonstration research project build test sections to examine a range of pavement structures and materials,and compare their long-term performance and life cycle costs,which can serve as important reference for future highway constructions on the QTP.Aimin Sha Biao Ma Hainian Wang Liqun Hu Xuesong Mao Xilan Zhi Huaxin Chen Yu Liu Feng Ma Zhuangzhuang Liu Rui He Wei Si Xuhao Wang Cheng Li 2022Journal of Road Engineering2022,2,1:4

4Clinical evaluation of Technetium-99m sestamibi myocardial perfusion SPECT in diabetes with suspected coronary artery diseases显示文摘Objective:To study the clinical value of Technetium-99m sestamibi myocardial perfusion single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT) in diabetes with suspected coronary artery diseases.Methods:Seventy-eight diabetic patients complicated with cardiac symptoms or electrocardiogram(ECG) abnormalities and suspected coronary heart disease hospitalized in the department of endocrinology from January,2008 to December,2008 were investigated.Technetium-99m sestamibi myocardial perfusion SPECT was performed in all patients.Exercise stress test was done in 35 cases(group A).Adenosine stress test was done in 43 cases(group B).Results:The positive rates in the two groups were 54.29%(19/35) and 53.48%(23/43),respectively.There was no statistic difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The abnormality rates in male and female groups were 63.04% and 28.13%,respectively(P<0.01).Eighty-six segments of perfusion abnormality were detected in 38 positive patients.Four segments of fixed defect were found in 4 cases.Conclusion:As non-invasive method,myocardial perfusion SPECT can play an important role in the treatment of diabetes with suspected coronary artery disease.Deng Huixing Ma Aiqun Yang Aimin Cheng Hu Ran Hongde 2010Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2010,25,4:2

6Design and test of two-wheeled walking hemp harvester显示文摘Aiming at the planting characteristics of hemp in southern hilly regions,a two-wheeled walking hemp harvester suitable for harvesting hemp in southern hilly regions is studied and designed.The harvester mainly consists of a header frame,single-moving cutter,cutter mechanical transmission,stalk lifter and reel,stalk divider,stalk horizontal conveyor,wheeled chassis,motor,gearbox,etc.To improve the cutting performance of the two-wheeled walking hemp harvester,response surface tests of three levels are conducted for three factors influencing the operation quality,including the cutting speed,blade length,and forward speed,on the constructed hemp cutting test bench.Moreover,test results are analyzed with the response surface method,and multi-objective optimization is carried out for the regression mathematical model with Design-Expert software.Results show that when the cutting speed is 1.2 m/s,the blade length is 120 mm,forward speed is 0.6 m/s,the cutting efficiency is 38.92 stalks/s,the cutting power is 776.37 W and the failure rate is 6.24%.Trial production of sample machine and field trial are finished according to the optimized parameters and structural design scheme,and the test results reveal that the cutting rate can reach 92.5%,the rate of transmission can reach 86.7%,the productivity is 0.18 hm2/h,and all performance indexes can meet the design requirements.This research can provide references for resolving the mechanical harvesting of hemp.Jicheng Huang Cheng Shen Aimin Ji Kunpeng Tian Bin Zhang Xianwang Li Qiaomin Chen 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,1:1

8Design and parameters optimization for cutting-conveying mechanism of ramie combine harvester显示文摘In order to solve the problems of uneven stubble,low cutting efficiency and frequent breaking and blocking in the cutting and conveying links of ramie combine harvester,a reciprocating double movable blades cutter and a double-layer chain conveyor were designed,and the operating parameter test and optimization were carried out by using the central combination test design theory,with the emphasis on the influence of the forward speed,the cutting speed of the cutter and the conveying speed of the chain on the cutting efficiency,the failure rate and the conveying rate,and the multi-objective optimization was carried out based on these response indicators.Firstly,the structure and operating parameters of the cutting-conveying mechanism of ramie combine were studied.Then,the experiment was designed by the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test method,and the data is processed by Design-Expert.The regression mathematical model of cutting efficiency,failure rate and conveying rate was established and variance analysis was carried out.By analyzing the effect of interaction of various factors on cutting efficiency,failure rate and conveying rate by response surface methodology,and performing multi-objective optimization on the regression model according to the importance of the optimization target,the optimal combination of the operating parameters of the cutting-conveying parts of the ramie combine harvester was obtained:when the forward speed was 0.85 m/s,the cutting speed was 1.40 m/s,and the chain conveying speed was 1.33 m/s,the cutting efficiency and conveying rate were the maximum and the failure rate was the minimum,with the values of 44.36 plants/s,93.60%and 4.16%,respectively.The optimized parameters were verified in the field on the ramie combine harvester.In the field test,the cutting efficiency,conveying rate,and failure rate were 43.80 plants/s,92.45%,and 4.52%,respectively,and the relative errors with the optimized values were 1.3%,1.2%,and 8.7%,respectively,which was relatively consistent.Jicheng Huang Kunpeng Tian Cheng Shen Bin Zhang Haolu Liu Qiaomin Chen Xianwang Li Aimin Ji 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,6:1

15Short-term metal accumulation and MTLP induction in the digestive glands of Perna virdis exposed to Zn and Cd显示文摘Time-dependent Zn and Cd accumulation and metallothionein like protein (MTLP) induction in the digestive glands of mussels, Perna virdis, were measured under different exposure conditions. The initial uptake rate at start of chase (ρ0) and mean residence time (τ) were calculated to determine the physiological response of organisms and their potential detoxification mechanisms. It was found that in digestive glands, Zn had obviously higher ρ0 and shorter mean residence time than Cd, indicating that these two metals had different accumulation dynamics even though they were very close in the periodic element table. MTLP levels in digestive glands varied from 0.51 to 1.05 μg/g ww (wet weight). The MTLP level increased continuously when mussels were exposed to low and middle levels of Zn and Cd media, and reached maximal levels at day 4, then decreased when they were exposed to high level Zn and Cd solutions. With regard to the fraction of Zn and Cd accumulated in the digestive glands, the ratios of soluble metal to total metal decreased continuously after exposure in low and middle levels of Zn and Cd media, and decreased continuously in the first 4 days and then to level off when mussels were exposed to media with high concentration of Zn and Cd. 16Design and experiment of the bionic disc cutter for kenaf harvesters显示文摘Aiming to ease the cutting of kenaf stalks via bionics,the bionic disc cutter was designed.The upper jaw of the Batocera horsfieldi was used as a bionic prototype.Further,to explore its dynamic performance,an indoor multi-stalk cutting experimental bench was used to simulate the field operation process.A three-factor and two-level interaction orthogonal experiment was carried out;cutting speed,stalk conveying speed(machine forward speed),and blade type(ordinary disc cutter and bionic disc cutter)were used as experiment factors.The cutting pass rate and cutting specific energy consumption were selected as evaluation indexes.The range,variance,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis were carried out on the experiment results.Moreover,the main order factors affecting the bionic cutter performance were determined-blade type,conveying speed,the interaction between the cutter speed and conveying speed,and cutter speed.The optimal parameter combination scheme had a cutter speed of 1000 r/min,conveying speed of 0.4 m/s,and included bionic blades.Under this condition,the best index was the 92%cutting pass rate,with a specific energy consumption of 4.38 J/stalk.The variance analysis has shown that,with 95%confidence,the blade type has a rather significant influence on the comprehensive index.Additionally,the conveying speed also significantly influenced it,while other factors and interactions had no notable effect.The experimental comparison under the same working condition shows that the bionic blade has better cutting effect.This study provides a reference for the development of cutter and the selection of kenaf harvester operational parameters.Kunpeng Tian Bin Zhang Aimin Ji Jicheng Huang Haolu Liu Cheng Shen 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,6:0
17Formation mechanism for the laying angle of hemp harvester based on ANSYS-ADAMS显示文摘Aiming at the problem of large differences in the laying angle and posture of plants cut by the hemp harvester,which is unfavorable for the subsequent picking-up,this paper analyzed the laying process and laying angles,and built a conveyorplant rigid-flexible coupling model for simulating the laying of hemp plant.Moreover,the operating parameters were tested and optimized based on the central composite design theory,and carried out multi-objective optimization with the minimum laying angle as the response index.Firstly,the formation mechanism of the laying angle of hemp harvester was studied.Secondly,a test was designed with the quadratic orthogonal rotational combination test method,with the data being processed by Design-Expert.A regression mathematical model of the laying angle was built,and the influence of the interactions between factors on the laying angle was analyzed with the response surface method.Furthermore,multi-objective optimization was conducted on the regression model according to the actual production design requirements.As a result,the best combination was obtained,that is,when the forward speed is 0.7 m/s,speed ratio 1.40,and stubble height 95 mm,the minimum laying angle can be obtained,namely 124.9°.The optimization parameters were verified by the simulation and field tests.The simulation test showed that the simulated laying angle is 125.2°,with a relative error of 0.24%from the theoretical value,under the best combination of parameters.The field test showed that the average laying angle of hemp plant is 121.8°,with a relative error of 2.5%from the theoretical value,under the best combination of parameters.The results may provide a reference for the structural improvement and operating parameter control of hemp harvesters.Jicheng Huang Li Tan Kunpeng Tian Bin Zhang Aimin Ji Haolu Liu Cheng Shen 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,4:0
18Effects of Substrate Temperature on the Growth of Polycrystalline Si Films Deposited with SiH_4+Ar显示文摘Polycrystalline silicon(poly-Si) films were deposited using Ar diluted SiH4 gaseous mixture by electron cyclotron resonance plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition(ECR-PECVD).The effects of the substrate temperature on deposition rate,crystallinity,grain size and the configuration of H existing in poly-Si film were investigated.The results show that,comparing with H2 dilution,Ar dilution could significantly decrease the concentration of H on the growing surface.When the substrate temperature increased,the deposition rate increased and the concentration of H decreased monotonously,but the crystallinity and the grain size of poly-Si films exhibited sophisticated trends.It is proposed that the crystallinity of the films is determined by a competing balance of the self-diffusion activity of Si atoms and the deposition rate.At substrate temperature of 200℃,the deposited film exhibits the maximum poly-Si volume fraction of 79%.Based on these results,higher substrate temperature is suggested to prepare the poly-Si films with advanced stability and compromised crystallinity at high deposition rate.Hua Cheng Aimin Wu Jinquan Xiao Nanlin Shi Lishi Wen 2009Journal of Materials Science & Technology2009,25,4:0
19Effect of Ar on Polycrystalline Si Films Deposited by ECR-PECVD using SiH_4显示文摘In this paper,polycrystalline silicon films were deposited by electron cyclotron resonance plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition(ECR-PECVD)using SiH_4/Ar and SiH_4/H_2 gaseous mixture.Effects of argon flow rate on the deposition efficiency and the film property were investigated by comparing with H_2.The results indicated that the deposition rate of using Ar as discharge gas was 1.5-2 times higher than that of using H_2, while the preferred orientations and the grain sizes of the films were analogous.Film crystallinity increased with the increase of Ar flow rate.Optimized flow ratio of SiH_4 to Ar was obtained as F(SiH_4):F(Ar)=10:70 for the highest deposition rate.Hua CHENG Aimin WU Nanlin SHI Lishi WEN 2008Journal of Materials Science & Technology2008,24,5:0
20Lattice instability of V_2AlC at high pressure显示文摘We investigate the elastic and thermodynamic properties of nanolaminate V2 AlC by using the ab initio pseudopotential total energy method. The axial compressibility shows that the c axis is always stiffer than a axis. The elastic constants revealed the structural instability at about 500 and 732 GPa. Furthermore, elastic constants C44 reached its maximum at about 550 GPa, differing with the other four C11 , C12 , C13 and C33 constants. The Poisson's ratio investigations demonstrated that a higher ionic or weaker covalent contribution in intra-atomic bonding and the degree of ionicity increases with pressure. The G/B and B/C44 investigations revealed that V2 AlC is brittle and the brittleness decreases with pressure. Also, we found that V2 AlC is elastic anisotropic materials and the degree of anisotropy rapidly rises with pressure.
