| 1 | Investigation of Induced Distortions in a-Si∶H/a-SiN_x∶H Multilayers by Raman Scattering Technique显示文摘The a Si∶H/SiN x ∶H sample series are investigated by means of Raman scattering technique(RST). The result shows that due to the structural mismatch between a Si∶H and a SiN x ∶H, severe induced distortions are produced in the interface of the heterojunction, and these induced distortions tend towards a certain energy state. The ordering of the interface structure depends on the periodic number of multilayer thin films. | CAO Guo rong 1, GUO Shen kang 1, WANG Zhi chao 2, LIU Yin chun 2, SUN Mei xiang 2 (1.Dept. of Phys., Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang 212003, CHN 2.Dept. of Phys., Nanjing University, Nanjing 210093, CHN) | 2002 | Semiconductor Photonics and Technology2002,8,4: | 8 |
| 2 | Improvement of hydrogen isotope exchange reactions on Li_4SiO_4 ceramic pebble by catalytic metals显示文摘Li4SiO4 ceramic pebble is considered as a candidate tritium breeding material of Chinese Helium Cooled Solid Breeder Test Blanket Module(CH HCSB TBM) for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER).In this paper,Li4SiO4 ceramic pebbles deposited with catalytic metals, including Pt,Pd,Ru and Ir,were prepared by wet impregnation method. The metal particles on Li4SiO4 pebble exhibit a good promotion of hydrogen isotope exchange reactions in H 2-D 2 O gas system, with conversion equilibrium temperature reduction of 200-300 8C.The out-of-pile tritium release experiments were performed using 1.0 wt% Pt/Li4SiO4 and Li 4 SiO 4 pebbles irradiated in a thermal neutron reactor. The thermal desorption spectroscopy shows that Pt was effective to increase the tritium release rate at lower temperatures, and the ratio of tritium molecule(HT) to tritiated water(HTO) of 1.0 wt% Pt/Li4SiO4 was much more than that of Li4SiO4,which released mainly as HTO.Thus, catalytic metals deposited on Li4SiO4 pebble may help to accelerate the recovery of bred tritium particularly in low temperature region, and increase the tritium molecule form released from the tritium breeding materials. | Cheng Jian Xiao Chun Mei Kang Xiao Jun Chen Xiao Ling Gao Yang Ming Luo Sheng Hu Xiao Lin Wang | 2012 | Chinese Chemical Letters2012,23,8: | 4 |
| 3 | Extension Protocol for the Investigation on Nutrition Status and Clinical Outcome of Patients with Common Cancers in China(INSCOC)Study:2021 update显示文摘Background Malnutrition is common in patients with cancer, and this adversely affects the survival and quality of life of patients.Chinese Society for Nutritional Oncology issued a multi-center,large-scale,long-term follow-up prospective study, the Investigation on Nutrition Status and Clinical Outcome of Patients with Common Cancers in China(INSCOC study)since 2013.This is an extension to the previous 2013-2020 study protocol. This study still sought to:①address the prognostic impact of nutritional factors and quality of life on cancer patient survival;②describe the overall and cancer-specific incidence and/or distribution of malnutrition and different measurements of patient quality of life. Methods and study design This is an observational,multi-centered,hospital-based prospective cohort study.Data collection will be performed at baseline(within 48 hours after patient admission),during the hospital stay and 30 days after hospital admission.Follow-up will be conducted for 1-20 years after enrollment. The primary outcome will be the all-cause mortality/overall survival, and secondary outcomes will be the length of hospital stay and costs of hospitalization.Study factors will include demographic characteristics, tumor characteristics, information about chronic diseases, hematological measurements(e.g.,red blood cell count, total lymphocyte counts,hemoglobin,albumin,prealbumin,creatinine,C-reactive protein,IL-6),anthropometric measurements(e.g.,height,weight,arm circumference, arm muscle circumference, triceps skinfold thickness, and waist circumference),body composition parameters,PG-SGA scores, quality of life(as indicated by the QLQ-C30 questionnaire),muscle mass(as indicated by the calf circumference),muscle strength(as indicated by the handgrip strength),muscle function(as indicated by the six-meter walking speed test)and physical status assessments(as indicated by the Karnofsky Performance Status scores). This clinical study protocol was approved by local Ethics Committees of all the participating hospitals.Written informed consent is required for each subject included.Discussion This multi-center,large-scale,long-term follow up prospective study will help improve the diagnosis of malnutrition in cancer patients and identify the risk factors associated with adverse clinical outcomes. The anticipated results of this study will highlight the need for a truly scientific appraisal of nutrition therapy in Chinese oncology populations, and finally help treat the potentially reversible elements of malnutrition in cancer patients to improve their clinical outcomes in the future. | Hong Xia Xu Chun Hua Song Liang Yu Yin Chang Wang Zhen Ming Fu Zeng Qing Guo Yuan Lin Ying Ying Shi Wen Hu Yi Ba Su Yi Li Zeng Ning Li Kun Hua Wang Jing Wu Ying He Jia Jun Yang Cong Hua Xie Fu Xiang Zhou Xin Xia Song Gong Yan Chen Wen Jun Ma Su Xia Luo Zi Hua Chen Zhi Kang Chen Ming Hua Cong Hu Ma Chun Ling Zhou Wei Wang Qi Luo Yong Mei Shi Yu Mei Qi Hai Ping Jiang Wen Xian Guan Jun Qiang Chen Xiang Hua Wu Jia Xin Chen Yu Fang Lan Zhou Yong Dong Feng Rong Shao Tan Tao Li Jun Wen Ou Qing Chuan Zhao Jian Xiong Wu Min Weng Qing Hua Yao Ya Yin Yu Quan Jun Lyu Hong Qiu Ming Liu Wei Li Han Ping Shi The Investigation on Nutrition Status and Clinical Outcome of Common Cancers(INSCOC)Group | 2022 | Journal of Nutritional Oncology2022,7,2: | 3 |
| 4 | Extragalactic HⅠSurvey with FAST:First Look at the Pilot Survey Results显示文摘We present the first data release of HⅠsources extracted from a pilot extragalactic survey using the Five-hundredmeter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST).We extracted sources from three-dimensional(3D)spectral data cubes datacubes to perform interactive searching and computing, yielding global parameters for each source, extending redshift ranges of HⅠemission up to z=0.04.A total of 544 extragalactic HⅠsources has been detected by the pilot FAST HⅠdrift scan survey covering part of the sky region in R.A.(R.A.orα)and decl.(decl.orδ)range 00^(h)47^(m)6.5;(2)61 sources with 5.1■S/N■6.5;(3)28 sources with relatively poor baselines;(4)33 sources that are partly masked by strong radio frequency interferences(RFIs).In addition,we find 16 HⅠsources that have not been matched with any counterparts in the existing galaxy catalogs. This data release can provide guidance for the future extragalactic HⅠsurvey with FAST. | Jiangang Kang Ming Zhu Mei Ai Haiyang Yu Chun Sun | 2022 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2022,22,6: | 0 |
