3Relative position determination of a lunar rover using the biased differential phase delay of same-beam VLBI显示文摘When only data transmission signals with a bandwidth of 1 MHz exist in the rover, the position can be obtained using the differential group delay data of the same-beam very long baseline interferometry (VLBI). The relative position between a lunar rover and a lander can be determined with an error of several hundreds of meters. When the guidance information of the rover is used to determine relative position, the rover's wheel skid behavior and integral movement may influence the accuracy of the determined position. This paper proposes a new method for accurately determining relative position. The differential group delay and biased differential phase delay are obtained from the same-beam VLBI observation, while the modified biased differential phase delay is obtained using the statistic mean value of the differential group delay and the biased phase delay as basis. The small bias in the modified biased phase delay is estimated together with other parameters when the relative position of the rover is calculated. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed using the same-beam VLBI observation data of SELENE. The radio sources onboard the rover and the lander are designed for same-beam VLBI observations. The results of the simulations of the differential delay of the same-beam VLBI observation between the rover and the lander show that the differential delay is sensitive to relative position. An approach to solving the relative position and a strategy for tracking are also introduced. 4Aeroelastic optimization design for wing with maneuver load uncertainties显示文摘An aeroelastic optimization design methodology for air vehicle considering the uncertainties in maneuver load conditions is presented and applied to a structural design process of low-aspect-ratio wing. An aerodynamic load correction model is developed and used to predict the critical load conditions with the perturbations of theoretical linear aerodynamic forces and experimental aerodynamic forces from wind-tunnel test, when concerning the uncertainties in use of theoretical linear and experimental aerodynamic forces. Three objective functions of critical loads are defined. The load evaluations for three wing sections are investigated in four characteristic maneuvers, and the most critical load conditions are confirmed by using the sequential quadratic programming method. On this basis, the aeroelastic optimization design employing the genetic-gradient hybrid algorithm is conducted, in which the objective is to minimize structural mass subject to the constraints of stress, deformation and flutter speed. The resulting optimal structure is heavier than the one simply based on the theoretical linear or experimental aerodynamic forces. 5Diagnosis of CO2 dynamics and fluxes in global coastal oceans显示文摘Global coastal oceans as a whole represent an important carbon sink but,due to high spatial–temporal variability,a mechanistic conceptualization of the coastal carbon cycle is still under development,hindering the modelling and inclusion of coastal carbon in Earth SystemModels.Although temperature is considered an important control of sea surface pCO2,we show that the latitudinal distribution of global coastal surface pCO2 does not match that of temperature,and its inter-seasonal changes are substantially regulated by non-thermal factors such as watermassmixing and net primary production.These processes operate in both ocean-dominated and river-dominated margins,with carbon and nutrients sourced from the open ocean and land,respectively.These can be conceptualized by a semi-analytical framework that assesses the consumption of dissolved inorganic carbon relative to nutrients,to determine how a coastal system is a CO2 source or sink.The framework also finds utility in accounting for additional nutrients in organic forms and testing hypotheses such as using Redfield stoichiometry,and is therefore an essential step toward comprehensively understanding and modelling the role of the coastal ocean in the global carbon cycle.Zhimian Cao Wei Yang Yangyang Zhao Xianghui Guo Zhiqiang Yin Chuanjun Du Huade Zhao Minhan Dai 2020National Science Review2020,7,4:5
6Preparation and particle size characterization of Cu nanoparticles prepared by anodic arc plasma显示文摘Copper nanoparticles were successfully prepared in large scale by means of anodic arc discharging plasma method in inert atmosphere. The particle size, specific surface area, crystal structure, and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET equation, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the corresponding selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The experimental results indicate that the crystal structure of the samples is fcc structure the same as that of the bulk materials. The specific surface area is 11 m2/g, the particle size distribution is 30 to 90 nm, and the average particle size is about 67 nm obtained from TEM and confirmed from XRD and BET results. 7Carbon fluxes in the China Seas: An overview and perspective显示文摘This paper aims to provide an overview of regional carbon fluxes and budgets in the marginal seas adjacent to China.The 'China Seas' includes primarily the South China Sea, East China Sea, Yellow Sea, and the Bohai Sea. Emphasis is given to CO_2 fluxes across the air-sea interface and their controls. The net flux of CO_2 degassing from the China Seas is estimated to be9.5±53 Tg C yr^(-1). The total riverine carbon flux through estuaries to the China Seas is estimated as 59.6±6.4 Tg C yr^(-1). Chinese estuaries annually emit 0.74±0.02 Tg C as CO_2 to the atmosphere. Additionally, there is a very large net carbon influx from the Western Pacific to the China Seas, amounting to ~2.5 Pg C yr^(-1). As a first-order estimate, the total export flux of particulate organic carbon from the upper ocean of the China Seas is 240±80 Tg C yr^(-1). 8The deubiquitinase OTUD1 inhibits colonic inflammation by suppressing RIPK1-mediated NF-κB signaling显示文摘The E3 ubiquitin ligase(E3)-mediated ubiquitination and deubiquitinase(DUB)-mediated deubiquitination processes are closely associated with the occurrence and development of colonic inflammation.Ovarian tumor deubiquitinase 1(OTUD1)is involved in immunoregulatory functions linked to infectious diseases.However,the effect of OTUD1 on intestinal immune responses during colonic inflammatory disorders such as inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)remains unclear.Here,we show that loss of OTUD1 in mice contributes to the pathogenesis of dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis via excessive release of proinflammatory cytokines.In addition,bone marrow transplantation experiments revealed that OTUD1 in hematopoietic cells plays a dominant role in protection against colitis.Mechanistically,OTUD1 physically interacts with receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1(RIPK1)and selectively cleaves K63-linked polyubiquitin chains from RIPK1 to inhibit the recruitment of NF-κB essential modulator(NEMO).Moreover,the expression of OTUD1 in mucosa samples from ulcerative colitis(UC)patients was lower than that in mucosa samples from healthy controls.Furthermore,we demonstrate that the UC-associated OTUD1 G430V mutation abolishes the ability of OTUD1 to inhibit RIPK1-mediated NF-κB activation and intestinal inflammation.Taken together,our study unveils a previously unexplored role of OTUD1 in moderating intestinal inflammation by inhibiting RIPK1-mediated NF-κB activation,suggesting that the OTUD1-RIPK1 axis could be a potential target for the treatment of IBD.Bo Wu Lihua Qiang Yong Zhang Yesheng Fu Mengyuan Zhao Zehui Lei Zhe Lu Yan-Ge Wei Hongmiao Dai Yingwei Ge Mingqiu Liu Xuemei Zhou Zhiqiang Peng Hongchang Li Chun-Ping Cui Jing Wang Hui Zheng Cui Hua Liu Lingqiang Zhang 2022Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,2:3
9The Brassica napus GATA transcription factor BnA5.ZML1 is a stigma compatibility factor显示文摘Self-incompatibility(SI)is a genetic mechanism that rejects self-pollen and thus prevents inbreeding in some hermaphroditic angiosperms.In the Brassicaceae,SI involves a pollen-stigma recognition system controlled by a single locus known as the S locus,which consists of two highly polymorphic genes that encode S-locus cysteine-rich protein(SCR)and S-receptor kinase(SRK).When self-pollen lands on the stigma,the S-haplotype-specific interaction between SCR and SRK triggers SI.Here,we show that the GATA transcription factor BnA5.ZML1 suppresses SI responses in Brassica napus and is induced after compatible pollination.The loss-of-function mutant bna5.zml1 displays reduced self-compatibility.In contrast,overexpression of BnA5.ZML1 in self-incompatible stigmas leads to a partial breakdown of SI responses,suggesting that BnA5.ZML1 is a stigmatic compatibility factor.Furthermore,the expression levels of SRK and ARC1 are up-regulated in bna5.zml1 mutants,and they are down-regulated in BnA5.ZML1 overexpressing lines.SRK affects the cellular localization of BnA5.ZML1 through direct protein–protein interaction.Overall,our findings highlight the fundamental role of BnA5.ZML1 in SI responses in B.napus,establishing a direct interaction between BnA5.ZML1 and SRK in this process.Zhiqiang Duan Yatao Zhang Jinxing Tu Jinxiong Shen Bin Yi Tingdong Fu Cheng Dai Chaozhi Ma 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,8:2

19Edge Computing-Based Tasks Offloading and Block Caching for Mobile Blockchain显示文摘Internet of Things(IoT)technology is rapidly evolving,but there is no trusted platform to protect user privacy,protect information between different IoT domains,and promote edge processing.Therefore,we integrate the blockchain technology into constructing trusted IoT platforms.However,the application of blockchain in IoT is hampered by the challenges posed by heavy computing processes.To solve the problem,we put forward a blockchain framework based on mobile edge computing,in which the blockchain mining tasks can be offloaded to nearby nodes or the edge computing service providers and the encrypted hashes of blocks can be cached in the edge computing service providers.Moreover,we model the process of offloading and caching to ensure that both edge nodes and edge computing service providers obtain the maximum profit based on game theory and auction theory.Finally,the proposed mechanism is compared with the centralized mode,mode A(all the miners offload their tasks to the edge computing service providers),and mode B(all the miners offload their tasks to a group of neighbor devices).Simulation results show that under our mechanism,mining networks obtain more profits and consume less time on average.Yong Yan Yao Dai Zhiqiang Zhou Wei Jiang Shaoyong Guo 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,2:1
