| 1 | A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia(standard version)显示文摘In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named '2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)' by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. | 2 | Systematic review and meta-analysis of laparoscopy-assisted and open total gastrectomy for gastric cancer显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of laparoscopy-assisted total gastrectomy(LATG)and open total gastrectomy(OTG)for gastric cancer.METHODS:A comprehensive search of PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science and BIOSIS Previews was performed to identify studies that compared LATG and OTG.The following factors were checked:operating time,blood loss,harvested lymph nodes,flatus time,hospital stay,mortality and morbidity.Data synthesis and statistical analysis were carried out using RevMan 5.1 software.RESULTS:Nine studies with 1221 participants were included(436 LATG and 785 OTG).Compared to OTG,LATG involved a longer operating time[weighted mean difference(WMD)=57.68 min,95%CI:30.48-84.88;P<0.001];less blood loss[standard mean difference(SMD)=-1.71;95%CI:-2.48--0.49;P<0.001];earlier time to flatus(WMD=-0.76 d;95%CI:-1.22--0.30;P<0.001);shorter hospital stay(WMD=-2.67d;95%CI:-3.96--1.38,P<0.001);and a decrease in medical complications(RR=0.41,95%CI:0.19-0.90,P=0.03).The number of harvested lymph nodes,mortality,surgical complications,cancer recurrence rate and long-term survival rate of patients undergoing LATG were similar to those in patients undergoing OTG.CONCLUSION:Despite a longer operation,LATG can be performed safely in experienced surgical centers with a shorter hospital stay and fewer complications than open surgery. | Ke Chen Xiao-Wu Xu Ren-Chao Zhang Yu Pan Di Wu Yi-Ping Mou | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,32: | 23 |

| 5 | Biofunctional magnesium coated Ti6Al4V scaffold enhances osteogenesis and angiogenesis in vitro and in vivo for orthopedic application显示文摘The insufficient osteogenesis and osseointegration of porous titanium based scaffold limit its further application.Early angiogenesis is important for scaffold survival.It is necessary to develop a multifunctional surface on titanium scaffold with both osteogenic and angiogenic properties.In this study,a biofunctional magnesium coating is deposited on porous Ti6Al4V scaffold.For osseointegration and osteogenesis analysis,in vitro studies reveal that magnesium-coated Ti6Al4V co-culture with MC3T3-E1 cells can improve cell proliferation,adhesion,extracellular matrix(ECM)mineralization and ALP activity compared with bare Ti6Al4V cocultivation.Additionally,MC3T3-E1 cells cultured with magnesium-coated Ti6Al4V show significantly higher osteogenesisrelated genes expression.In vivo studies including fluorochrome labeling,micro-computerized tomography and histological examination of magnesium-coated Ti6Al4V scaffold reveal that new bone regeneration is significantly increased in rabbits after implantation.For angiogenesis studies,magnesium-coated Ti6Al4V improve HUVECs proliferation,adhesion,tube formation,wound-healing and Transwell abilities.HUVECs cultured with magnesium-coated Ti6Al4V display significantly higher angiogenesis-related genes(HIF-1αand VEGF)expression.Microangiography analysis reveal that magnesium-coated Ti6Al4V scaffold can significantly enhance the blood vessel formation.This study enlarges the application scope of magnesium and provides an optional choice to the conventional porous Ti6Al4V scaffold with enhanced osteogenesis and angiogenesis for further orthopedic applications. | Peng Gao Bo Fan Xiaoming Yu Wenwen Liu Jie Wu Lei Shi Di Yang Lili Tan Peng Wan Yulin Hao Shujun Li Wentao Hou Ke Yang Xiaokang Li Zheng Guo | 2020 | Bioactive Materials2020,5,3: | 15 |
| 6 | Intracorporeal esophagojejunostomy after totally laparoscopic total gastrectomy: A single-center 7-year experience显示文摘AIM: To assess the efficacy and safety of intracorporeal esophagojejunostomy in patients undergoing laparoscopic total gastrectomy(LTG) for gastric cancer.METHODS: A retrospective review of 81 consecutive patients who underwent LTG with the same surgical team between November 2007 and July 2014 was performed. Four types of intracorporeal esophagojejunostomy using staplers or hand-sewn suturing were performed after LTG. Data on clinicopatholgoical characteristics, occurrence of complications, postoperative recovery, anastomotic time, and operation time among the surgical groups were obtained through medical records.RESULTS: The average operation time was 288.7 min, the average anastomotic time was 54.3 min, and the average estimated blood loss was 82.7 m L. There were no cases of conversion to open surgery. The first flatus was observed around 3.7 d, while the liquid diet was started, on average, from 4.9 d. The average postoperative hospital stay was 10.1 d. Postoperative complications occurred in 14 patients, nearly 17.3%.However, there were no cases of postoperative death.CONCLUSION: LTG performed with intracorporeal esophagojejunostomy using laparoscopic staplers or hand-sewn suturing is feasible and safe. | 7 | Statistical scenarios forecasting method for wind power ramp events using modified neural networks显示文摘Wind power ramp events increasingly affect the integration of wind power and cause more and more problems to the safety of power grid operation in recent years.Several forecasting techniques for wind power ramp events have been reported.In this paper,the statistical scenarios forecasting method is proposed for wind power ramp event probabilistic forecasting based on the probability generating model.Multi-objective fitness functions are established considering cumulative density functions and higher order moment autocorrelation functions with respect to the consistency of distribution and timing characteristics,respectively.Parameters of probability generating model are calculated by the iterative optimization using the modified genetic algorithm with multi-objective fitness functions.A number of statistical scenarios captured bands are generated accordingly.Eventually,ramp event probability characteristics are detected from scenarios captured bands to evaluate the ramp event forecasting method.A wind plant of Bonneville Power Administration with actual wind power data is selected for calculation and statistical analysis.It is shown that statistical results with multi-objective functions are more accurate than the results with single objective functions.Moreover,the statistical scenarios forecasting method can accurately estimate the characteristics of wind power ramp events.The results verify that the proposed method can guide the generation method of statistical scenarios and forecasting models for ramp events. | Mingjian CUI Deping KE Di GAN Yuanzhang SUN | 2015 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,3: | 13 |

| 9 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 11 | The mechanical property and corrosion resistance of Mg-Zn-Nd alloy fine wires in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Titanium and its alloy are commonly used as surgical staples in the reconstruction of intestinal tract and stomach,however they cannot be absorbed in human body,which may cause a series of complications to influence further diagnosis.Magnesium and its alloy have great potential as surgical staples,because they can be degraded in human body and have good mechanical properties and biocompatibility.In this study,Mg-2Zn-0.5Nd(ZN20)alloy fine wires showed great potential as surgical staples.The ultimate tensile strength and elongation of ZN20 alloy fine wires were 248 MPa and 13%,respectively,which could be benefit for the deformation of the surgical staples from U-shape to B-shape.The bursting pressure of the wire was about 40 kPa,implying that it can supply sufficient mechanical support after anastomosis.Biochemical test and histological analysis illustrated good biocompatibility and biological safety of ZN20 alloy fine wire.The residual tensile stress formed on the outside of ZN20 fine wire during drawing would accelerate the corrosion.The second phase had a negative influence on corrosion property due to galvanic corrosion.The corrosion rate in vitro was faster than that in vivo due to the capsule formed on the surface of ZN20 alloy fine wire. | Ming Gao Di Na Xiangqiao Ni Lihui Song Iniobong PEtim Ke Yang Lili Tan Zheng Ma | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,1: | 4 |
| 12 | Anti-BCMA CAR T-cell therapy CT103A in relapsed or refractory AQP4-IgG seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders:phase 1 trial interim results显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T-cell therapy that targets B-cell maturation antigen(BCMA)have great potentials in autoimmune diseases and could be novel therapeutics for relapsed/refractory neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD).To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the CT103A,a self-developed BCMA-targeting CAR construct against BCMA,in patients with AQP4-IgG seropositive NMOSD,an ongoing,investigator-initiated,open-label,single-arm,phase 1 clinical trial is conducted at our center.In total,12 patients were administered with a CAR-BCMA infusion.Ten of the 12 patients dosed were women(83.3%),with a median age of 49.5 years(range,30-67).were The most common events of grade 3 or higher were hematologic toxic effects.Seven patients(58%)developed infections,but no grade 4 infections occurred.Cytokine release syndrome was reported in all patients with only events of grade 1 or 2 observed.During the follow-up of a median 5.5 months,11 patients had no relapse;all patients generally reported improvement in disabilities and quality-of-life outcomes;11 patients’AQP-4 antibodies in serum showed a downward trend by the cutoff date.CAR T-cell expansion was associated with responses,and persisted more than 6 months post-infusion in 17%of the patients.In summary,CAR T-cell therapy shows a manageable safety profile and therapeutic potentials for patients with relapsed/refractory AQP4-IgG seropositive NMOSD.Another expansion phase is currently underway to determine the safety and efficacy of CAR T-BCMA infusion in patients with other neuro-inflammatory diseases. | Chuan Qin Dai-Shi Tian Luo-Qi Zhou Ke Shang Liang Huang Ming-Hao Dong Yun-Fan You Jun Xiao Ying Xiong Wen Wang Hao Pang Jing-Jing Guo Song-Bai Cai Di Wang Chun-Rui Li Min Zhang Bi-Tao Bu Wei Wang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2: | 4 |

This paper provides an overview for the strategies of combinatorial biosynthesis in producing the structural and functional diversity of polyketides, including the redesign of metabolic flow, polyketide synthase(PKS) engineering, and PKS post-translational modification. Although encouraging progress has been made in the last decade, challenges still exist regarding the rational combinatorial biosynthesis of polyketides. | 16 | A Dose-response Meta-analysis of Egg Intake and Breast Cancer Risk显示文摘Aim Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods in nature,but there is no unified conclusion about the association between egg intake and breast cancer risk.Methods The PubMed and Web of Science databases for the literature on egg intake and breast cancer risk were searched for papers published during the last 10 years.These were then filtered according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Stata16.0 software was applied to perform a meta-analysis,the generalized least squares method and constrained cubic spline model were used to assess the dose-response trends between egg intake and breast cancer risk.Results A total of 9 articles were included:6 case control studies and 3 cohort studies.The Newcastle-Ottawa scale(NOS)values of the included articles were all≥6 points.The pooled relative risks(RR)of egg intake and breast cancer risk was 0.91(95%CI:0.69-1.19).The dose-response analysis showed a linear trend for egg intake and breast cancer risk(P=0.689).With every 10 g/day increase in egg intake,the incidence of breast cancer increased by 2%(RR=1.02,95%CI:0.99-1.05).However,these results were not statistically significant.Conclusion This meta-analysis found no significant association between egg intake and breast cancer. | Peng Wei Ma Fei Fei Feng Zi Ang Shi Ke Di Xu Yuan Lin Zou Yan Li Wang Si Qi Ning Chun Hua Song | 2021 | Journal of Nutritional Oncology2021,6,2: | 3 |
| 17 | ^(68)Ga-PSMA ligand PET/CT integrating indocyanine green-guided salvage lymph node dissection for lymph node metastasis after radical prostatectomy显示文摘To efficiently remove all recurrent lymph nodes(rLNs)and minimize complications,we developed a combination approach that consisted of ^(68)Gallium prostate-specific membrane antigen(PSMA)ligand positron emission tomography(PET)/computed tomography(CT)and integrated indocyanine green(ICG)-guided salvage lymph node dissection(sLND)for rLNs after radical prostatectomy(RP).Nineteen patients were enrolled to receive such treatment.^(68)Ga-PSMA ligand PET/CT was used to identify rLNs,and 5 mg of ICG was injected into the space between the rectum and bladder before surgery.Fluorescent laparoscopy was used to perform sLND.While extensive LN dissection was performed at level I,another 5 mg of ICG was injected via the intravenous route to intensify the fluorescent signal,and laparoscopy was introduced to intensively target stained LNs along levels I and II,specifically around suspicious LNs,with ^(68)Ga-PSMA ligand PET/CT.Next,both lateral peritonea were exposed longitudinally to facilitate the removal of fluorescently stained LNs at levels III and IV.In total,pathological analysis confirmed that 42 nodes were rLNs.Among 145 positive LNs stained with ICG,24 suspicious LNs identified with ^(68)Ga-PSMA ligand PET/CT were included.The sensitivity and specificity of ^(68)Ga-PSMA ligand PET/CT for detecting rLNs were 42.9%and 96.6%,respectively.For ICG,the sensitivity was 92.8%and the specificity was 39.1%.At a median follow-up of 15(interquartile range[IQR]:6–31)months,15 patients experienced complete biochemical remission(BR,prostate-specific antigen[PSA]<0.2 ng ml−1),and 4 patients had a decline in the PSA level,but it remained>0.2 ng ml−1.Therefore,^(68)Ga-PSMA ligand PET/CT integrating ICG-guided sLND provides efficient sLND with few complications for patients with rLNs after RP. | Teng-Cheng Li Yu Wang Chu-Tian Xiao Ming-Zhao Li Xiao-Peng Liu Wen-Tao Huang Liao-Yuan Li Ke Li Jin-Ming Di Xing-Qiao Wen Xin Gao | 2022 | Asian Journal of Andrology2022,24,1: | 3 |

| 20 | Effect of Salinity on the Survival, Ions and Urea Modulation in Red-eared Slider(Trachemys scripta elegans)显示文摘To understand the tolerance to salinity and osmoregulation of the introduced Trachemys scripta elegans, the salinity stress of four groups(salinity 5‰, 15‰, 25‰ and control group) were conducted. Inorganic ions, osmotic pressure, glucose and aldosterone of blood and urine in T. s. elegans(BW: 125.60 ± 19.84 g) were analyzed at 30 d, 60 d and 90 d stress. The results showed that: 1) inorganic ions concentration of blood and urine increased with ambient salinity, which indicated that high influx of ions was combined with higher outflow when exposed to saline water in T. s. elegans. However, blood aldosterone decreased with increasing salinity, which indicated that an increased sodium intake resulting in a diminished aldosterone production. However, with elapsed time, inorganic ions in urine decreased, which indicated that inorganic ions in blood would be accumulated, and Na+ and Cl– in the plasma inevitably build up to harmful levels, at last death was happening when T. s. elegans was exposed to salinity 25 during 90 d salinity stress; 2) blood osmotic pressure increased as ambient salinity increased, it would reach 400 mOsm/kg in the group of salinity 25, which was about 1.5 fold of the control group. Higher blood osmotic pressure was due to both higher blood ions and urea concentrations. There may be another mechanism to avoid an excess of NaCl together with an important loss of water using one of the end-products of nitrogen metabolism; 3) blood glucose in each group except the group of salinity 5 decreased with time elapsed and with salinity increased. Therefore, we can conclude that T. s. elegans is an osmoregulator that limits the entry of Na+ and Cl–, but can also tolerate certain degrees of increases in plasma Na+ and Cl–. When ambient salinity was lower than 15‰, T. s. elegans can increase blood osmotic pressure by balancing the entry of NaCl with the secretion of aldosterone decreased, and by accumulating blood urea for osmoregulation effectors, and survive for at least three months.
