1Association of biochar properties with changes in soil bacterial,fungal and fauna communities and nutrient cycling processes显示文摘Soil microorganisms play crucial roles in soil nutrient cycling,carbon sequestration,fertility maintenance and crop health and production.To date,the responses of microorganisms,such as microbial activity,diversity,community structure and nutrient cycling processes,to biochar addition have been widely reported.However,the relationships between soil microbial groups(bacteria,fungi and microscopic fauna)and biochar physicochemical properties have not been summarized.In this review,we conclude that biochar affects soil microbial growth,diversity and community compositions by directly provid-ing growth promoters for soil biota or indirectly changing soil basic properties.The porous structure,labile C,high pH and electrochemical properties of biochar play an important role in determining soil microbial abundance and communities,and their mediated N and P cycling processes,while the effects and underlying mechanisms vary with biochar types that are affected by pyrolysis temperature and feedstock type.Finally,we highlight some issues related to research methodology and subjects that are still poorly understood or controversial,and the perspectives for further research in microbial responses to biochar addition.Zhongmin Dai Xinquan Xiong Hang Zhu Haojie Xu Peng Leng Jihui Li CTang Jianming Xu 2021Biochar2021,3,3:12

6Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazinone derivatives as covalent FGFR inhibitors显示文摘Fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs) have emerged as promising targets for anticancer therapy.In this study,we synthesized and evaluated the biological activity of 66 pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazinone derivatives.Kinase inhibition,cell proliferation,and whole blood stability assays were used to evaluate their activity on FGFR,allowing us to explore structureàactivity relationships and thus to gain understanding of the structural requirements to modulate covalent inhibitors’selectivity and reactivity.Among them,compound 10h exhibited potent enzymatic activity against FGFR and remarkably inhibited proliferation of various cancer cells associated with FGFR dysregulation,and suppressed FGFR signaling pathway in cancer cells by the immunoblot analysis.Moreover,10h displayed highly potent antitumor efficacy (TGI Z 91.6%,at a dose of 50 mg/kg) in the FGFR1-amplified NCI-H1581 xenograft model.Xiaowei Wu Mengdi Dai Rongrong Cui Yulan Wang Chunpu Li Xia Peng Jihui Zhao Bao Wang Yang Dai Dan Feng Tianbiao Yang Hualiang Jiang Meiyu Geng Jing Ai Mingyue Zheng Hong Liu 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,3:0
7Study on T700/Cyanate/PS/Epoxy Composites with ex-situ Toughening Technique显示文摘Composites were prepared with polysulfone through ex-situ toughening technique. The dynamic parameters of cyanate/epoxy resin were studied by differential scanning calorimetric(DSC) analysis and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA). Microstructual toughening mechanism was studied through scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The particle microstructure in interlaminar region of composites toughened through ex-situ toughening technique revealed that a reaction induced phase decomposition and phase inversion happened in the interlaminar region. The thermosetting particles were surrounded by the PS phase, which could signifi cantly improve the delamination resistance of composites. 9Electrode Effect on Separation of Yb/Tm, Lu by an Electrolytic Reduction Process in Sulphate Medium显示文摘YbSO4 purification by an electrolytic reduction method from Tm-Yb-Lu concentrates in sulphate medium was studied, in which Ru-Ir-Ti alloy nets and mercury were used as anode and cathode respectively under normal atmosphere without nitrogen or argon gas protection. The parameters of the electrodes, such as their areas, positions, and the distance between the anode and cathode were optimized for the electrolytic reduction process. By the optimal process, the product YbSO4 is purified to 99.5% with recovery of 80%.
